There is a lift at the front of the building. But the lift is kept off due to less number of guests coming due to COVID. A La Cate breakfast is served in the morning from 7:30 am to 9:30 am in the morning. Our room had one double bed and one single bed. The room had tv , a/c , telephone, wardrobe, attached bathroom. Attached bathroom had a bathtub with hot and cold water coming. The hotel had a small garden type sitting area in the front. Outside the hotel there is open area for car parking.

It can be said to be affordable and delicious, and the health is really good. It’s very sinful to wear shoes and go in. It is within easy walking distance of all that Pokhara has to offer. Breakfast each morning was a treat served with very good coffee. But the real highlight was the staff who looked after us so well, especially Laxmi who greeted us each day with a smile and Manager Sanjog who was super friendly and efficient and always available to assist. Sanjog helped with our transport to and from the Airport and he advised and arranged for our day trips which were perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! The people are so sweet and try to do everything to make your start better. We were on the 3rd floor work great views, clean rooms, nice bathroom. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast was included and was very nice, eggs, fruit, some kind of sausage, coffee, tea .. they also had a specialty coffee place that was cheap and made good lates. Location is great, close to everything with beautiful view of the mountains.

|13.94km from city centerIt was a real hidden treasure. My husband and I stayed at the Aurari Hotel in the Himalayas for two weeks. We slept well every night, getting up every morning and looking out the window at the ultimate view of the elegant green garden, a little cloudy, and of course the stunning mountain view. You can do yoga and meditate on the garden or the greenery of the observation deck. The quality of the food is very high, it is one of the best food service we have ever seen, they can always cook as we ask (because we don't like onions and garlic, don't eat meat), the food is fresh and organic, the staff is polite, and in one word it's warm. And the hostess was very kind and knowledgeable, and it was quite pleasant to have tea with her. A small tip, there is also a good hiking path near the hotel, it takes 2 to 4 hours to go back and forth, ask the lovely staff to know, don't miss it. Thank you, we will definitely come here again!

Normally like any Three star hotel we expect them to have at least some kind of room for drivers to sleep at night none was available will be coming back later on this. After that the room provided to us was one without any view and windows were overlooking other Hotel Rooms completely if you get the wrong room like mine. Else good but with very low height balcony take care of your child do check that. 0 Star They don’t have lift in the hotel so take care if you are a having health issue I got room on 3rd floor my friend suffering with osteoarthritis had to walk slowly on stairs and took painkillers. They do not even bothering to call us our email us unlike other hotels which we visited earlier enquiring if we need special care like my friend They don’t have restaurant which can serve you food except complementary breakfast which they serve in morning. If like me you travelled from far of distance and reach late at night you will go hungry. Thankfully we stopped and took our dinner before while coming to Hotel Karuna on first day and on second day i asked 🙂. I am fine with all taking care nature which is our moral responsibility but it’s also important that management takes care of basic soft skills, and be humane especially with non Nepali guests. I would share few things Refer to earlier comments coming back to that firstly on day one we requested to the reception guy that do you have any room for drivers like what we normally get in India, here they don’t have such facility on day on after intense requesting for 45 mins reception guy agreed with us that he would let the driver sleep downstairs in lobby. Second day rather than saying anything with us nor anybody informing the same guy said he can’t let the driver stay but after again another 45 mins of intense requesting he told us that he would let him stay after paying ₹ 500/- per day which was really weird. He told us that yesterday night he was not able sleep as he was afraid of theft. As if the driver was thief we were shocked. Don’t know what say on inquiring he said owner is Canadian national than said Nepali national don’t know what to say. We tried taking the photo of the guy he was afraid to his core. Giving justification that his boss has seen the cctv and reprimanded him. Is that was the case someone would have definitely spoken with us. We booked this hotel after checking out reviews on tripadvisor but whole experience and bad customer service left us with bad memories of Pokhara in the end. Book this hotel after careful consideration

There are small stores around so you don't need to buy snacks in Pokhara before u come. Hot water Available for shower. I would recommend the egg chow mein , it was very nice. Note*** there will be some small bugs around as this is high mountain area, if u r very scared, then you need to take a note of it. Suggestion to the hosts, it will be better to have socket next to the bed, at least an extension. The socket was far from bed. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

Be sure to arrive before the sun goes down to enjoy the invincible sunset. I had dinner at the hotel. I was a little doubtful whether there is a kitchen or not. I waited for almost an hour before the food was served, but it was very relaxing and enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the night view of Pokhara, and the attitude of the waiter was really impeccable. On the second day, they were asked to take breakfast to the sofa in the stairwell on the third floor to enjoy the beautiful sunrise while eating. Very happy!
