This hotel delvers exceptional comfort and service at reasonable prices. It's only been open a year since it was refurbished from top to bottom. New owners and management have created a smart contemporary environment. The rooms are decorated in an industrial chic style, but the bed is very comfy and the bathroom modern and well-designed. Breakfast is included and offered a good range of hot and cold choices. The reception staff were first class.

We got an upgrade and a great view of the canal and the church. We hear that during the Spanish government of this part of the world, the queen got married here, in the same building, so, we decided to stay the night before our flight and drive early morning to BRU Airport from here; only 30 min. drive. The hotel is beautiful and very private, kinda hard to find, but worth every cent. Our room was amazing! The view was a million dollar view! The hotel is in the heart of the old town and close to everything! The closeness to the Bruxelles airport makes it to be a good place (if you are driving) to stay the night before your flight instead of the big city. The staff was very friendly! We loved the place! Thank you!

Great location in an updated old castle like building. All attractions are within a 5-10 minute walk. The restraunt and bar area are perfect

Located just a few minutes walk from most destinations, the service is great. Multilingual, welcoming and very kind! Breakfast was outstanding too. However, the rooms were very average, with little to no amenities. The hotel is undergoing construction and the experience wasn’t fantastic. Extremely overpriced for the assets provided.

Personally, I found that this hotel was exactly what I needed on my solo trip. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay, and even smashed the lock off my backpack when I arrived as I had cleverly managed to lock myself out of it! I stayed in room 403, which if you’re scared of heights and are over 6ft, I wouldn’t recommend as there is a narrow/steep staircase to get to the 4th floor (the lift doesn’t do this high) and there is a sloping ceiling in the bedroom/bathroom. 2 things that didn’t bother me, so i was happy. The wifi was strong to say I was at the top of the building, the TV worked and had English channels, the bed was SUPER comfy and the room was very clean! The location was brilliant, within walking distance from everything, and you can see and hear the bells of the cathedral in the morning. The view from the skylight in the morning is incredible. If you’re not a fussy person and just want hot water and a place to rest your head, then i would definitely recommend staying here.

great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

We stayed here for one night, which we were happy about as we wouldn’t have wanted to stay a second night in our room. When arriving we called as we were driving, and they directed us to a paid car park. We then realised after arrival that there was parking available on site. They did not reply to earlier emails regarding the parking situation, all were ignored. The hotel’s communal areas are lovely and modern but unfortunately this isn’t reflected well in the rooms. Our room was spacious and did look good, however there was an established cobweb network in one of our lights (see picture). The bathroom was okay but there wasn’t a lot of room to put things eg toothpaste / shower product. The shower door didn’t close properly and lots of water went on the floor, saturating the floor mat. Also no hand soap provided at sink, it was in the shower. Breakfast was average. Staff not as friendly as the reception staff the night before, and a limited selection including a waffle maker but no waffle batter. It would also have been nice to have dairy free milk options in the coffee machine. Overall I think if we didn’t have the issue with the light and the shower we would stay again, perhaps a room change would have suited us.

I am a frequent Marriott guy (60+ per year) but with no Marriott's in Brugges, I took a chance on a new hotel. The Peelaert is in a fantastic location if you are wanting to explore Brugges. Short walk to everything, but just far enough out of the central hub to be quiet in the evenings. Dining options are all around. Room was clean, service was great, no issues. Only complaint was that breakfast was a little lacking in options, but that's in comparison to American buffets. I would definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at Hotel Heritage in the centre of Bruges. Every single detail was just perfect. The welcome was nice, our room was fabulous, and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. In addition, restaurant Le Mystique at the ground floor of the hotel is an additional trump of the hotel. The food and service were Michelin-star quality and the price was in our opinion absolutely fair. We definitely come back! PS: We loved the old-fashioned but very nice telephones in the room

We stayed one night on the way back from France and it was a great choice!! A very clean hotel, very modern and friendly staff. The hotel is nearby the parking garage which costs 11 euros per 24 hours (really cheap comparing some other cities we have been to). You are right in the city and near the bus station if needed. The room we booked was on 5th floor so I recommend this floor to have the nice view of the cathedral. Rooms are clean and very modern (usb plugs, rain showers, AC,etc). Fast internet was really good after spending few days in French hotels with slow internet. The one thing was funny was the bathroom. There is only a curtain that divides the bathroom from the room so it was a bit strange to use the toilet when your wife is sitting on the bed (we chose to stay outside when one of us used the bathroom for some privacy ,lol). nice breakfast and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend it!!!

I stayed with Hotel Sablon on the 15.02.20 and had such a amazing first night stay I stayed a 2nd. The staff were first class the warmth of greeting, to the small things, supplying us umbrella's at the door when it was raining. They were very attentive to details. Bruge is amazing and we are returning in September but I will only be booking with Sablon again, made our stay magical. The hotel was modern, rooms spacious, clean and outstanding. Thank you to all staff, I didn't catch names but particularly the lady who greeted us and the person who put my stuff in the car they were so nice.
