      The Hotel itself is excellent in terms of cleanliness and location and luxury. However, the indian staff at the reception wasn’t helpful at all they are kind of rude robots. Imagine going into an hotel in Dubai finding no one to talk in a proper way not even in Arabic which is the mother tongue of UAE. So disappointented especially after they charged me twice for my stay and when i told him you charged through booking and now i already paid. He said that was the insurance and if it was the isurance he must have asked me if i want to pay it by card or in cash. No offense to indians or so but sometimes they lack proper way of communication. And at the end of the day i left the hotel and still didn’t get my money back or even received an email

      Being a hotelier myself, I expect everything to be perfect. Arrived at the hotel at 9am, checked with the reception if early check in is possible, same has been provided after 1hour. During my arrival i asked the receptionist if last day breakfast can be taken on my day of arrival, she said yes and than when I checked in after 1 hour she said breakfast is close and cannot be provided. I was very much disappointed ☹️ After requesting the receptionist so much, finally she checked with Mr. Sachin - Operation Manager only after his approval i got my breakfast. (Thank you Mr. Sachin for your hospitality) Receptionist needs some training on handling issues, rest evening was Good.

      I stayed at this hotel apartment for 2 1/2 months. I can only say good things about it and will definitely stay there again. The rooms are cleaned regularly, towels changed, sheets changed, toiletries refilled, garbage removed, etc. Anytime there was any issue with the room the staff resolved it to my satisfaction immediately. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very large and included a bedroom with TV, living room with TV, kitchen, balcony, and dining area along with two bathrooms. There is even a washer in the room and a clothes rack. The front desk staff are very helpful for anything you need and are available 24/7. There is also a security guard in the lobby 24/7. Excellent staff and excellent building. Location is also within walking distance to shopping mall, grocery stares, restaurants, medical facilities, ATMs, and bars. This is the only place I will ever stay in Dubai for my future visits.

      Staying at JA Palm Island Hotel with friends on the weekend is a paradise! We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock on Friday morning because they have a very good golf driving range. In summer, 50 balls are only 35 dirhams, which is too cheap! There are not too many people. Swing practice to breathe fresh air is great. After playing, I have breakfast at the sports cafe next to the yacht club. It’s more than 70 for one person. I was full, and then fell asleep. I just passed the spa. I was lucky this day.       I spent about 10 days in Dubai Yourth Hostel and it was my second stay. First experience was good so I went back. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. Mr. Kamal Hamdi is very helpful if you want to do some activities as safari, Abu dabi tour... Less then 5 minutes to metro station (stadium) and not far from airport. I gave 4 and not 5 stars because of Breakfast, it’s very limited, no fruits or fresh juices. There is many variations of bread but I didn’t try. However, Egyptian Fatira is very delicious. You must try it ! Will definitely return.

      What a lovely stay in block 5 over looking the beach And how gorgeous being on the palm yet so close to everything.. just an £8 taxi into the marina !! The Riva beach club is also fabulous Yes the apartment is a bit dated in some places, but really the space, views, air conditioning unit, balcony, open plan kitchen, more than compensate for any minor issues like the odd mark on furniture And I thought the value for money was excellent We paid more for the first 3 days in a hotel, by the lakes and were woken up every night by party revellers down below... we couldn’t wait to get somewhere more idyllic and quiet.. The security in each building also makes you feel safe and staff are very helpful (especially when your card stops working) :-) and the staff at the royal club desk are so helpful too The beachside residences are just perfect for this and I would thoroughly recommend. There is also a pool next door to block 5 though we didn’t use any of the pools , preferring to sit on the beach Looking forward to returning again one day soon
