The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were very accommodating and friendly. We were pleased that we got to stay in the Momentum Club Queen and enjoyed the complimentary services; it was all worth it. I would like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Quennie, the receptionist in the lounge. The room had a good ambiance and was nice, but we were surprised to find out that there was no bidet in the toilet. Also, the air conditioning system was new, so we had to wait for 20-30 minutes to feel the coolness and had to call for assistance to help us adjust the temperature in the room.

The hotel’s lobby is rather small and dark, and the room here is rather small and simple. Not too impressed, even their club rooms do not come with bathtubs. But the biggest issue was the closure of the Crystal Club Lounge. The “alternative” provided at The Carvery was rather underwhelming - no cocktails served, only beer and wine, with a single platter of fried spring rolls, chicken wings and swiss rolls. Breakfast was good though, spread of food was reasonable. The best part of the hotel is its proximity to IKEA - other than that, I wouldn’t recommend.

If tranquility and peace is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Hotel is recently opened and therefore occupancy is not in full swing as yet. There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!

did not expect much from this small guest house, with low rate. however it would be better if the furnitures and walls are well maintained and have servicing. the walls are dirty, the doors does not have double lock for safety, the aircon in the room i stayed at top level is noisy and old. service at the front office is average, not very interactive. the toothbrush kit provided has expired toothpaste. no fridge, no tv. if you are here in singapore to enjoy, this place is not really recommended until all of the above mentioned are improved, it feels like youre living in an old room. if youre just looking for a room and not expecting much, just to stay and sleep, sure this should be fine.

Was asked to filled up an pre arrival form before checking, and asked for ETA but when arrived at th hotel, room wasn’t ready, need to wait for 2hr. My question is then why is th pre arrival form for? Next, after go out to purchase some item when we arrived back to th hotel room still not ready, look like this hotel dose not expedite room for guest that have alrdy arrived. After waiting for so long we expect th room should be in tip top conditions. But to our horror, th room is filthy. 1) carpet not vacume properly ( leftover food crumb from previous guest) 2) sink with oil stain 3) floor with footprints 4) amenties not top up properly 5) Kitchen equipment not fully equipped as shown on th website 6) bedsheet is stain Their “kitchen cloth” is actually napkin. As th napkin are not able to absorb water so we call reception for additional “kitchen cloth” an housekeeping malay lady RA send in th “kitchen cloth after 20-25min later without wearing a MASK. Also, we notice an engineering staff pull his mask down while taking lift with us. You call urself an SGCLEAN hotel whereby all your staff don’t follow th law set by SG GOV. When ask for bathrobe ur front office staff do not even know of th hotel provide bathrobe or not, he replied “i will check w housekeeping” and get back to u. Perhaps this front office guy is busying chitchating with th security and forgotten about our request as no bathrobe or any follow up call was made. Re-wind back to check in process, this darren guy help us store our bags in don which where when give back th bag to us, out bag is filled w dust. And he store one of my bag in th small fridge up-side down and all my food item spilled out. As for th checkout process this malay guy collected our key card never made any acknowledgment or what so ever and talk on th phone we doesn’t even know is th check out being process or what. This is th worst experience i had in Ascott group. I stayed before at raffle place i find it memorable that why would wan to spend another experience in Ascott group however a great disappointment and feel unhygienic. I will inform MOH to do further investigation.

Something different from the usual hotels. It was a fun staycation living in a container turned hotel. Very well equipped kitchen with cooking needs like pots, sauces, oil, plates & utensils. We could cook our own meals and enjoy it at the outdoor balcony. The place was so nice & breezy in the evenings, it was so lovely. Surprised that fairy lights were installed so it added to the nice feel at night. My boys loved the basketball court just outside and the stay even provided a basketball! Loads of amenities just opposite at Fusionopolis, restaurants, cafes, food court, supermarket & 7-11. Timbre is also just a stone's throw away. Such a fun and different experience!

The moment I stepped in the room, I’m immediately filled with the most zen feeling as the smell of peppermint is so strong and intense, which of course makes me went into complete relaxation. There’s no bug in the room and to add to it, there’s only the sound of wind ruffling with the trees, birds and insects which is why I love it even more since most of my childhood was spent living at pulau ubin. Relatable experiences just a tab more comfortable in Villa Samadhi. Besides the occasional footsteps and loud talkings when someone walks past, if not the experience will be perfect. All the staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast can be improved with more varieties and just a note that the Nasi lemak packed in the small packet can include chicken drumsticks or wings instead of chicken shredded pieces. Nevertheless, breakfast were prepared with quality (especially the mains that u get to choose from the menu). Special thumbs up for the seafood fried rice which I had ordered for dinner! Pineapple fried rice was good too! Unsheltered free parking for guests. The room is well decorated, clean bed and bathroom, facilities aspect of the room is all in. A pity I can’t get later check out as the room has been booked for the day, if not an hour or 2 can really add to my experiences in nature. In any case, am looking forward to my upcoming visit to Samadhi again in May to celebrate my birthday! A much needed quality, quietness and peace in the nature for my next respite.

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. This was definitely a unique experience! Loved the coziness and the amenities within the container (there are four Aircon units in the room…well-equipped itself is an understatement). The location, however, was a bit of an issue for us. Firstly, this container hotel is located at the back of Haw Par Villa (a tourist attraction). You’d need to walk up a hill for about 5-10 minutes to reach the container. There is a road that leads to the hotel directly, but taxi drivers / grab drivers get lost very easily as the container shares the same postal code as the tourist attraction. Do also note that if you return to the hotel beyond 1130pm, you will need to call the Haw Par Villa guard house to open the gate for you, or else you will be locked out from accessing your container hotel even if you have the door card. But that being said, this location also means that you are embraced by the nature sights of trees and foliages, which in itself is a nice respite from Singapore’s urban chaos. One suggestion that is worth the management’s consideration would be to automatically send a check-in manual to the booking email address (something like what Airbnb landlords do), without necessitating the individual to call up the management and end up in a back and forth to figure out the check-in procedures. I am not too fussy about this as I understand a hotel as new as container hotel will need time to firm up its processes, but this is a crucial step to take if the management intends for this business to scale.

Our stay at Hotel Faber Park during the CNY weekend was convenient due to its proximity to Telok Blangah MRT, just a 6-minute walk away. The hotel's interior design with jewel tone colors and terrazzo elements was lovely. Our room on the 4th floor was cozy, directly facing the expressway. The absence of bottled water was compensated by premium filter tap water. The toiletries had a lovely scent. However, noises from outside and the neighboring room banging the wall made our stay less enjoyable. We were disappointed when our request for 30mins extension at check out due to one of us feeling slightly unwell was rejected. We believe the staff could have shown more empathy in this situation

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. In general, the traffic is convenient; there are shopping places such as bugis around; the service is good; breakfast is relatively simple, and there is a Yabo Center nearby that is good for eating; Sim Lim Square nearby It is said that the water is deep, so please be cautious when shopping; there are no dental appliances, there are fewer charging ports, and no water is provided.

Fourth floor is cooking bay and an area to laze around with open gym, garden and play zone for kids. Rooms are smartly done with modern interiors.

This capsule hotel budget-wise is recommendable. The location is great and 5 minutes away from the metro station. I have taken the mixed capsule. I did not expect much because of the price but I stuttered with disappointment when I was there. I availed myself of a stay with free breakfast for 5 days and in these 5 days, never I had tried and seen any food. What I saw are leftovers kept uncleaned. I usually wake up at 5-6 am because I have a conference by 7 am. By that time, no food on the counter. The toilets were furthermore small and crowded. No social distancing or infection control practices. The spaces are cluttered, unkempt, and unmaintained. I have raised the issue to an Agoda representative who told me that I should have the breakfast inclusion. Still, the next day, no breakfast was there. I planned to talk to the reception but most of the time, staff are not present there.

Please read - IMPORTANT about Campbell Inn: My 3 tourist friends from overseas have encountered potential scamming of tourists at this Campbell Inn. They have lodged a police report and contact Singapore Tourism Board and CASE in regards to this case. Hope by doing so, it will prevent the owner of Campbell Inn from cheating other tourists and disgracing Singapore as a safe country again. My 3 friends were ignorant of the various Google negative reviews of Campbell Inn and booked two nights with the Inn. However it seems that they have been scammed. It was their first visit to Singapore and she emailed and they tried to call the Inn several times without getting a proper response from the Inn. They wanted to inform the Inn about the late timing that they would be reaching the Inn. However as the Inn was uncontactable for a proper response, the 3 tourists decided to check-in physically at the premises. The Inn was obviously unsafe as it was occupied by alot of migrant workers in the premises and look more like a illegal foreign worker dormitory. The 3 tourists were initially informed by the receptionist that their room were given to other workers and were even asked to stay together with the male workers in the same room. They realized that these workers were wearing scantily (only sarongs) in the room and some of them appears to be drunk. The 3 tourists refused and left the Inn immediately feeling the whole situation was not right and unsafe. However they were left stranded on the streets in the middle of the night. My friends credit card was deducted for the nights which they did not stay in the Inn. They believed that the Inn management have planned this scam in such a manner that they can easily cheat the tourists who did not know the actual ground situation of the Inn. Also suspect several of these workers may be overstayers without legal work permits as they seems to be staying there for a long time. The Inn is definitely not a safe place for tourists to stay in. The practice of this Inn not only causes distress to the overseas visitors but also shame us Singaporeans which our country projected a very safe reputation to visitors from all over the world. The matter has been reported to relevant Singapore authorities.

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel. Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too. If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.

I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

In curtin Singapore Reading, very close to the new site of the school, 15 minutes by bus, and close to Jin Wentai, the hotel provides continental breakfast from Monday to Friday, although the variety is very limited, but the breakfast is enough for nutrition, especially the ham is delicious, the hotel apartment room is what I see Singapore Hotel is comparison Big, there is a kitchen where you can cook kitchen utensils and tableware. The washing machine with dryer is very convenient. There are also food courts nearby, but there is a pasta restaurant downstairs in the hotel that tastes very good, and it is also very close to west coast park It is very suitable for running. house keeping is done on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It won’t be too disturbing to rest. Overall, this apartment is very good, very quiet and suitable for living. If you don’t like noisy, it’s also very difficult to book.

But it was well allocated, cool air conditioning, soft pillows, complete with shower cream, shampoo, toothbrush, dryer, refrigerator, safe, very strong water, and the bathroom has a bidet hose as well. The 1st floor has a pantry and free hot and cold water. Give 10/10

Good location just by the side of Clarke Quay MRT station. Staff service is good and the pool is a nice one to enjoy. Breakfast food variety is decent. The only downside is the showering area of bathroom as it is not fully partitioned and water spilling out into other area of the bathroom after use!

I had a great stay at Mercure on Stevens. The two Malaysian gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful during check-in, and they even allowed me to check in early. Although my room, 417, had a slightly strange smell, my overall experience was fantastic. The highlight was the convenient hotel shuttle transfer to Wheelock, the famous Orchard area in Singapore.

The apartment is in an excellent location. It is between two subway stations on the blue line. It is convenient for eating. Nearby are Nanyang Old Coffee, Ya Kun, Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Toast Workshop, Coconut, and basic internet celebrity shops. The kitchen can also be used for cooking. For food, there is a supermarket in Tangchengfang nearby to buy food. The only bad thing is that the front desk staff are foreigners. Their English is not standard and they don’t know Chinese at all. They often rely on translation software to communicate. In addition, after 8 p.m. The emergencies that occurred were not solved in time. For example, one night after we washed and dried our hair, the hair dryer suddenly caught fire🔥. Because the front desk was off work, we could only call the boss to communicate, and the hair dryer could only be brought the next day. , the two children slept with wet hair that night, and caught a cold the next day. This can be improved.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I arrived late in the evening, but the hotel was so easy to find (well-lit sign in the street). Staff was very kind: check-in/out was fast and got a nice breakfast the next dat. The attic room was larger than expected— so happy with the comfy bed and clean bathroom with good water pressure. 😊

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip in October. This is not a 5 star hotel as what it claims to be. Lobby is small, the room is old, and water pressure of the bath room could be stronger. One of the room cards they gave me at the front desk was not working. Then the second time I had to go back to them for changing the room card was on that extra night I booked at the same room (it’s even done before arriving Singapore). I think their room card system is old and would not adjust accordingly to changes made to the bookings. Therefore, I think it’s overpriced comparing to other hotels on the same street (Orchard Road) If you viewed it as a four star, services in general was fine. Good choices and services for breakfasts.

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! Lady and the staff here were especially accommodating - organising taxis and transport for us; plus recommending things to do whilst we were in town. The place was in the perfect location so easy to walk to the city centre or the train station. Will definitely come back!!!!

The room is not very big. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is very convenient to be 2 minutes away from Exit A of the subway. High cost performance! The fly in the ointment is that there are many third brothers around, and they are not very comfortable.

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

Arrive in Singapore late at night. I was at an age when it was difficult to stay at the airport, so I chose to lie down, but this was quite comfortable. A taxi from the airport costs $33 (including late night charges). The late-night reception was unmanned, but the self-check-in system worked well, and although it was a small space that looked like a closet, the women's 6-person room was so quiet that I thought no one was there, and the mattress and sheets were surprisingly good. It's high and I had a good night's sleep (although in the morning some people started unpacking their suitcases and there was nowhere to step) Showers and toilets are clean, but be aware that the floors can get wet. Also, perhaps because of the corona crisis, there is no breakfast service as mentioned in previous reviews.

Location of hotel is behind Mt. ELizabeth hospital. Need to walk a distance from Orchard MRT. Room carpet and bath tub got stains. Staffs were friendly. Informed the staff beforehand that I’ll be celebrating my husband’s birthday. Duty manger was very thoughtful to allow earlier check in and room deco to be done. Upon check-in room was not decorated and was only decorated when we went out in the evening. Spoilt the surprise as my husband suspected that I planned something. Nevertheless, kuddos to the staff for the effort.

This is a new venue in Singapore, offering guests loads of comfort. It consists of a main building (reception/lounge area/work space) and a newly built building, where the rooms/apartments are located. In between lie the swimming pool 30 mtrs or so long and the gym. Rooms are very comfortable, well designed and well equipped. Staff is very helpful. They offer guests a good breakfast, not abundant but more than enough for us. Around six they offer guests free wine and beer and some snacks. Non alcoholic beverages/coffee/tea are available 24/7. Bicycles are available too.

Booked a room for my son for 2 nights. When he checked in, hotel says he’s booked for 2 different rooms for each night of his stay, which would mean he would transfer rooms. Who would do this? Anyway, hotel was able to fix it his and gave him one room for his 2 nights stay. Hotel said that trip booked him in 2 different rooms. All good in the end. Regarding Housekeeping, he put make up room when he left early for the day, when he got back, room was not made. Housekeeping came while he was in the room, luckily, I had a separate room for my husband and I so was able to transfer while they’re cleaning the room. He transferred because housekeeping said they won’t come back and clean room at a later time. This we found odd. They should’ve cleaned it earlier when guest was out, and if not, they should adjust and come back if guest is back at the room mid day. Lobby was beautiful. It opened up to a big open space, outdoor, with a grass patch. Super relaxing vibe. Concierge at ground floor was very helpful. From keeping our bags after checkout as our flight back was at night, and for helping us get a ride when we couldn’t access our grab app, and keeping stuff so we didn’t have to go back to our room when we decided to have a night cap after our event on sat night, and just being attentive to our needs while we were at the lobby. Good job!

did not expect much from this small guest house, with low rate. however it would be better if the furnitures and walls are well maintained and have servicing. the walls are dirty, the doors does not have double lock for safety, the aircon in the room i stayed at top level is noisy and old. service at the front office is average, not very interactive. the toothbrush kit provided has expired toothpaste. no fridge, no tv. if you are here in singapore to enjoy, this place is not really recommended until all of the above mentioned are improved, it feels like youre living in an old room. if youre just looking for a room and not expecting much, just to stay and sleep, sure this should be fine.

Very good location and the breakfast is yummy. Staff are kind and helpful. However, the staff should remind all guests to be quiet in the late night as there is noise and loud speakers from other rooms in the night. I noticed many other guests have said the same problem. Overall it's a satisfactory stay at this hotel and would choose it again!

First, the noise from the air conditioner in each bed was too loud, so if you need complete silent to sleep this will be a big issue. Also the ladder's installed on the wall beside instead of in front of my bed, and I walked a lot when visiting Singapore so my legs were sore at the end of the day and climbing up to the top bunk was hard for me, I almost fell down a few times. Despite those inconveniences, I would still recommend this place if you want to travel on a budget. They offer complimentary breakfast, plus their bathrooms are clean and the service staffs are very nice.
