Last year we started planning a celebration. 50 years since we met. We paid a deposit, and then the world changed. We postponed the party, then realized we would need to cancel. The management offered us a credit. And when they opened back up to receive guests, we booked a room. We also invited a few friends to join us in the bar to have a very small version of what we had planned. The room they gave us was very comfy, yet elegant with a grand view of downtown OKC. Being that they made this from an old office building makes it amazing. The pool and the restaurant had not yet opened at the time of our visit. However there was a limited menu available from the bar. We are looking forward to another visit during better times.

I booked a big bed room. The result was for my twin bed. I didn’t change it at the time. The breakfast was not worth $19. I didn’t have any food. The most dissatisfied is that the parking fee is too expensive. I will not choose again for 30 dollars a day. !

Upon walking into the lobby, very clean, modern. Front desk staff was very friendly, room was clean but average. Didn't like the pay for parking surprise when checking in. Bed was comfortable, but thin walls. I heard guys out in the hall talking while trying to get some sleep.

Have been back home for a week now from a business trip and miss this wonderful hotel! I was the co-leader of a group of 65 that had a 4 day conference at the Colcord and EVERYTHING about our stay was excellent. The accommodations are the nicest I have ever seen in OKC and maybe ever in a hotel. The complimentary coffee delivered each morning at the time we requested was among the best coffee I have ever had in a hotel. The meeting spaces were clean, always set up the way we wanted when we needed them, and their staff was always willing to help whenever we needed it. The staff at this hotel is wonderful, and I did not meet a single employee who did not personally greet me with a smile and a friendly “Hello!” If you are looking to host an event in downtown OKC, or if you are just looking for a place to get away from the busyness of life and to enjoy a luxurious stay in some of OKC’s finest accommodations, you cannot go wrong with the Colcord. It is simply the best!

My family traveled to OKC for a weekend get-a-way. We reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Express and we could not have asked for a better property to call "home" during our time away from home. Our rooms were very clean and our every need was met with a smile. We made the short walk to Bricktown a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the area/atmosphere. I think the location is about as good as it gets! When we weren't out and about exploring we enjoyed the hotel's fire pit on their patio area. Juan, the GM, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we would need to enjoy our stay. I've never been to a hotel with better costumer service. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable our 4 year old,who happens to be a super early riser, even slept until 9am!! Super comfy beds and pillows! 10 out of 10 experience!

I had a great experience except for the parking garage situation. It was very confusing. I parked first and then paid extra to come in and out for the 2 days I was there. When I first tried to come out the 2 day ticket wouldn’t work, after explaining over & over again to the guards they finally let us out. They said that they have issues with people passing around those tickets but I showed my room number and all of my tickets. All in all it was just an unnecessary hassle, not sure if it’s a machine error or what but I know it caused issues for several other people as well. There is a sign that says to check in before parking but I got caught up in the downtown traffic from arriving late and was in a hurry to just park so part of it is my fault. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or pool amenities but I heard good things! Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would most certainly visit again!

Just needed a place to stay near airport for an early morning flight. It’s close and Uber was able to pick us up there no problem. Kind of not the best area of town and pretty old but it was fine. Several people Sitting out really late smoking and staring when we checked in but the didn’t bother us.

We needed a place to stay, and we found this very reasonably priced accommodation just off the motorway. The reviews were positive, and we agree that the proprietors were very friendly and welcoming. The room was more than comfortable, and it had all essential amenities. Our issue isn't with the motel itself but rather the location. The area is rather run down, and there are "undesirables" on the streets. We were approached by one clearly drugged-up individual asking whether we "had any rooms", which was intimidating. If you're passing through Oklahoma City for a night, I do recommend this motel for comfort, price, and excellent owners. I'd suggest though that you avoid going out at night.

I stayed here last year and it was brand new. I stayed twice this year and enjoyed both stays as well. This year, Covid has the hotel industry working over time to accommodate any of us staying at their properties. Full masks on the very friendly staff and guests. Grab and go breakfast, no cleaning rooms unless requested or every 5th day...Both stays this year, the room was very very clean and comfortable. they are large rooms and my two were quiet... this property has plenty of parking even with larger trucks and trailers. I was disappointed, that this year, the staff was allowing patrons to park in the no parking fire zones right up front. REALLY?? There was plenty of room, it was just laziness on the part of these drivers and it was sad the hotel staff could do/ or chose to do nothing.... that will not stop me from recommending a stay here. It's a nice hotel....

Both my daughter and I thought that this should be a 1 star review, however the hotel was nice in terms of cleanliness and appearance, so here we are writing a 2 star review. There’s a whole lot that I could talk about with this hotel, but the first is in regards to the amount of homeless people staying in the lobby overnight. One morning, around 5:30 am, my daughter and I came down to the lobby to find around 8 men inside, and another 7(ish) sitting outside, literally all staring at us. When we asked management about it, they said that they were guests in the hotel, but we saw this everyday for the 6 days that we stayed there. Yikes. In an attempt to try to better our hotel experience, we ordered room service, which was super good, and the lady forgot to bring us the bill. When we hadn’t signed the bill (because it wasn’t brought to our room) we found that we were locked out of our room. Upon asking the front desk, they said that they ~intentionally~ locked us out (at 10:30 at night) so that we would pay the bill. I’ve tried talking to the manager twice but never received a call back. All in all, I’m not planning on staying at this hotel again, and I recommend that you don’t either.

We stopped for the night at this location and were very pleased with the overall presence of it. I come to leran that it is about 1 year new and that made me very happy. It is very spacious and well planned. We chose a King room which included a small refrigerator & freezer, microwave, coffee maker and safe. The room was very quiet and comfortable. My only concern was the lack of security for the parking lot, but we had no issues. The front desk staff was unable to print our receipt at the time of check out and offered to E-mail the receipt to us. As of this writing it hasn't happened. We plan to call the Corporate office to discuss and resolve. Due to Covid-19 concerns Breakfast was grab and go bag which we declined. This is a very good stopover location and close to I-35 with easy on and off access. I highly recommend this location and found it to be very reasonable. I hope you find this review helpful in making your next travel plans.

As with all hotels, you take the good with the bad. Here is the good: -a fun lobby with PLENTY of comfortable lounge seating (couches, pillows, those chairs that hang from the ceiling) and a table top shuffleboard game (a fun way to unwind at the end of the day!). -hip, modern vibe throughout the hotel -friendly evening staff -clean and modern bathroom; very nice! -fridge in the room -convenient location -legit breakfast (by that I mean, there were plenty of good options that are satisfying--eggs, turkey sausage, several types of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, waffle bar, donuts and bagels). Here is the bad: -the bed/mattress was okay, but I found it to be quite hard. -flat pillows (I should have brought my MyPillow; I usually do) -the morning staff kept to themselves and talked to each other. No one said good morning to me. For some reason, the staff likes to not be behind the front desk. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I think if I had brought my own pillow, I would have been 90% happier. It's a clean hotel with a nice lobby to hang out in. The price was alright. I split the cost with the person I bunked with, so that made it easier on the pocket book. We paid a little over $100 for one night for two people. I recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I am reviewing this hotel in 2 parts... Part 1 is cleanliness. The hotel and ground were overall clean and if I was basing my review on just the cleanliness it would be a 4.5 star. The room was pretty clean but there was hair in the bathtub and a piece of trash in trash can. The location of the room was perfect for a dog. I would suggest that they get rid of the carpet in the dog friendly rooms and opt for tiles. Part 2 is Customer Service. Check-in was very easy but had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to front desk but not a big deal. The lady at the front desk was very nice and made you feel very welcomed. (5 Star for check-in) In the morning though we went to get the grab and go breakfast and that is where the customer service changed. The lady in charge of breakfast made us feel as if we were putting her out. She seemed annoyed that she had to hand us food. I did not say anything to my kids until they both said to me they do not think the lady liked us. I was upset my kids felt the same as I did and did not deserve to feel unwelcomed. My 13 year old put it this way she seemed that she no longer cares about her job and she does not care how she treat others. The coffee was undrinkable and I would suggest skipping breakfast all together. (1 Star breakfast service) This hotel was a great stay for my kids and dogs in the difficult time and even with the breakfast service being bad overall I still give it a 4 star because of the ease of check in and the overall cleanliness of the room. It is sad that one person can make you not feel welcomed. I would most likely stay here again.

We recently planned a family trip down to OKC to enjoy the tail end of summer at a couple of their awesome public swim pools. In my search for a hotel for the fam, during this COVID epidemic, I really wanted a location that could feed us in the morning. Location after location said they were restricted to only coffee & pastries, or nothing at all. FINALLY I called Susie at this Comfort Inn location, and she informed me that they’ve been serving a FULL AND HOT BREAKFAST this entire time. I booked with her right away and I was not disappointed. The rooms were so clean and nice. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked really well, and breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Her location is great, too! Susie does strive to help struggling veterans on a daily, so if you stay here, you’ll see the occasional “struggling person” getting a hot breakfast or such. I admire her for her boldness, with this and with her choice to stand up for keeping hot breakfast (from what I hear, it was a fight!). This place was all-around awesome. The only negative I did hear was that the heater in the pool has been out for a while so the water is colder. This didn’t affect us, but may affect others. The pool, however, was gorgeously clean. Immaculate. So clear. I was impressed!

My job takes me from Coast-to-Coast, usually staying in a locale for a month or more. I've stayed in every Major National Brand property, but I have never had a better experience than this Woodspring Suites on I-240 in Oklahoma City! Clean, quiet, and conveniently located just minutes away from both downtown Oklahoma City, and the University of Oklahoma Campus in Norman. General Manager, Shane Dennis is always available and has assembled a great team from Assistant Manager Keyke Osborne and Tre Hammons at the front desk, to maintenance engineer Justin, and Lulu in housekeeping! One couldn't ask for a friendlier or more accommodating staff! In the words of the Terminator, "I'll Be Back"! Thanks again for making a guest feel like family!

We had a room on the inside so we were close to the pool. The pool was really nice and felt good after a day of riding the MC heading for Ohio. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of water. The breakfast was larger than most DI in this price range so that was nice. We did have some trouble with the WiFi so that nis the reason for the 4 rating. There is not much to eat or do in the area so we ordered in pizza.

There are a lot of little touches that add comfort. There is a little shelf under the mirror and well as pull out open faced drawers in the bathroom that add a lot of storage room for multiple people. There are also 3 hooks on the wall. The shower is operated from the opposite wall from the shower head so it's easy to turn on the water and adjust it before you get in. Once you get in there is a little shelf down low to prop your foot on while shaving. It had the standard comfy Hampton bed as well as a microwave and fridge but there was also a cabinet with 3 wire shelves in it perfect for storing food for snacks or those that save money by cooking dinner in the room. Breakfast was awesome with a great variety.

I did a semi cross country trip starting out in Wisconsin and ending in Phoenix/ Las Vegas Nevada and in a hurry to meet family on the west coast within a week. Was keeping it somewhat on a budget. NOW I know better and knew better that I shouldve read reviews before hand and google map (satellite) image the area and surroundings. This was my last overnight stop before getting to my destination to meet up with my family. This was the 2nd worst stay out of all the hotels/motels I stayed along my roadtrip. My room was halfway down from the office and in the corner in the middle so its a small walkway to the parking lot. Boy let me tell you being an older hotel and thin walls! I can hear everyone walking down the hallway walking up the stairs and all. Worst of all the person nextdoor had the TV on all night and I could hear it. Lots of cigarette burns all over the comforter and carpet. Kind of dirty but not the worst. My main issue was the thin walls hearing everything. I ended up waking up (or being up for that matter) early and leaving just to get out of there by 4am. I mean ain't motels and such a place to get rest before heading somewhere. Or doing other things i know that but man NO MORE DAYS INN for me and my family friends. Location however was perfect for me. All the stores and places i needed to go was withing short driving distance and/or walking. Wish it was a better updated place. AND yes i know the price is what i get but coming from the midwest and cheap there was like a suite compared to here and ABQ Days INN

This hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was in about this day of my stay, I discovered the other side of my pillow had a lot of black marks on it- like at one time it had mold or mildew in it. The pillow did not smell bad. I did not report it to the hotel staff because it was close to the end of my stay. If I did report it, I’m sure the staff would have taken care of it. They were helpful. When we asked for towels, she brought us arm full of towels.
