|6.48km from city centerGood breakfast, very close to the airport, Shuttle, airport shuttle, very convenient. When you arrive at the airport, you call the hotel and they will pick it up. But be sure to pay attention to the tip: breakfast $3 (even if you booked a room with an early breakfast), clean the room for $2, and the driver picks up $5.

|0.62km from city centerWe had such a great stay in Pensacola and all the better for the unexpectedness of it all. We had originally intended to stop in Destin but didn’t much like the look of it so carried on down the road. Luckily I had a guide book which mentioned this brilliant refurbished 1950s motel right in the centre of the city. The bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance so very convenient for the travel weary driver, and it meant having a drink without worrying. The rooms aren’t huge but the bed was super comfortable, it’s spotlessly clean and we arrived just in time for beer, wine and snacks in the lobby. Breakfast is pretty much a grab and go but everything was available for you, again in the lobby. Yogurts, energy bars, tea and coffee etc. It’s great value and we can’t recommend it more highly - in fact it’s one of the favourite stops along our long road trip.

|6.13km from city centerOur arrival and check-in with Lou Gomez, the On Dury Manager, was exceptional. Lou offered that service with a smile and was eager to please. It was downhill from there! No more service with a smile from any more employees. We had to initiate every greeting! Breakfast was only from 6 to 9 am on the weekdays, and you get an extra half hour on Saturdays and Sundays. But don't expect any food. We asked about muffins on Sunday morning, and the employee who would have rather been elsewhere answered with a stern “NO” when we asked if they had more muffins. And, be sure to bring your own bananas because they “go bad” at this hotel. And, don’t expect coffee! It’s tasteless and makes you believe you are just drinking hot water. We stayed four nights, and the rate increased each night. We didn't receive good value for our dollars. The air conditioning unit blows over the bed making sleeping uncomfortable. We set up the ironing board in front of the unit and covered it with a blanket, and tented it with pillows to divert the air upward. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and we both woke up with back aches each morning. No duvets on the bed, and they only provide one lightweight blanket. You may ask for more. We Diamond members will never return to this location.

|9.58km from city centerCheck in was a breeze. Jorge was friendly and welcoming. Nice size rooms with a full size refrigerator, it had a microwave AND a small stove top. The rooms were clean and we would stay there again. It is also located next door to a nice Mexican restaurant that you can walk to without having to get back in the car.

|8.44km from city centerI really enjoyed staying at this hotel everytime I stay I always stay over and it is worth it!a friendly housekeeping and front desk only negative things I would say is the housekeeper was banging in the door loudly on check out day and I have small kids but I found it frustrating cause I didn’t want her to wake them up. And also there was some confusion between the hotel and trip.com and we got treated unkind until it got sorted out that whole time we had no access to our room our things my kids were restless my husband was tired he worked all morning it was pretty cold treatment and then it got sorted out which was awesome and I appreciated her apologizing to me the next morning.

|1.59km from city centerThis is one of the nicest IHG properties that I have stayed in. Lobby, amenities and room were all very clean and modern. The breakfast was very good and there was fresh grapefruit every morning. The very best part of the stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. It seemed that they were all part of an engaged team that enjoyed working together. The location of the property is great- walking distance to restaurants, a museum and good bars.

|9.06km from city centerFirst of all, if anyone doubts me,text me I have pictures. 678-618-6805 I'm from Ga. Stayed two nights. Incredibly wonderful staff, my room was extremely clean, everything worked. I loved it here and so will you. I was skeptical due to bad views not to mention I had never heard of this motel chain. When I drove onto the property I stopped and asked a man leaving his room. He was a local man who had two or three condos on beach that he rents out every summer to vacationers. Think about that people...how wealthy do you think that man might be. Go price a condo on the beach on the Gulf. If this man was satisfied with this place then that was good enough for me and he was right! 50 inch tv, fridge, microwave, clean walls, ceilings, floor, bathroom, wall trimmings, incredible comfortable pillows and beds and excellent internet service. No joke...this place was awesome. Whoever writes a bad review because they had a bad experience here probably brought the extra drama on themselves. Theres a right way and wrong way to talk to and treat people. Most everyone working here I noticed were from Jamaica. Beautiful, helpful, kind, hardworking individuals. Great place to stay for solo travelers and families. I had a room right next to the elevator and never heard it move nor was I disturbed by loud noises or any riff raff going on outside. A very pleasant stay. Like I said if you don't believe me then text me. I took pictures when I entered the room for the first time. I'm Casey Cantrell from ATL.Ga. and I approve this message. (I've always wanted to say that!) You'll enjoy your stay here I promise. Thank you Sweet Dream Inn and staff for a wonderful experience. See you again soon.

|5.79km from city centerGoing to the local Naval Museum, so book there, the airport comes out around the uber20 knife. In the renovation, our room was a bit tasteful but acceptable. The room was very large, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was simple but hot and it tasted good. The old lady was very enthusiastic about packing us two cakes for us to eat on the road, the fruits are bananas and apples. satisfaction! There is a commercial center in the surrounding area to go out, but don't expect large shopping centers in small places.

|9.17km from city centerThe Good: • The staff were all pleasant. The maid and maintenance staff were great, especially Manny. More on why we spent time with Manny below. The Bad: • This was the most minor issue: The TV was stuck in demo mode. The remote didn’t work with it at all since it was for the cable box. It could only be turned on/off at the source. 2 maintenance men helped, but Manny set it up again like it was new. Thanksomuch! • I chose this hotel because it was supposed to be pet friendly (albeit, at an additional cost). They knew in advance I was bringing a pet (a 15-yo cat who can no longer be boarded because of her age). But when I checked in and reminded the clerk that we had a pet (there’s always extra paperwork and the fee to pay), she told me, ”We don’t take pets.” As I’m mentally scrambling to try to figure out where we’re now going to stay, I questioned her about it, and in the end, she told me my pet would be okay, as if she was doing me a favor. That was not a great start. • The halls of the main hotel area, which is a separate building from the lobby & breakfast area, were vacuumed, but the outer and fire doors were so black with dirt, we carried wipes for after touching them • The room was tidy, but it had not been properly cleaned. — The the previous guest’s trash remained. — There were still pee drips on the floor from a previous male guest in front of the toilet — There was only 1 set of towels, and they were were still damp, seemingly previously used. One was still wet and drying on the side of the tub rim. — The floors were so dirty we bought swifter floor wipes to wipe them down because my pet, a cat, left black footprints across the bed sheets whenever she jumped on the bed. That wasn’t just gross, but a health issue for my pet. — Oh, and speaking of the beds — we reserved a king, but got 2 queens. Tho honestly, that’s not a really big deal, it just adds to the rest… especially the fact that there was only one pillow in the whole room. AFTER 3 REQUESTS (One in person) FOR AT LEAST ONE MORE PILLOW, WE GAVE UP AND WENT OUT AND BOUGHT OURSELVES PILLOWS & CASES!!! We don’t expect pristine or new anything from a budget hotel. But we shouldn’t have to wonder how long it’s been since it’s been properly cleaned. Much less have to buy pillows. I once cleaned hotel rooms, so I totally understand the difficult job it is. With this in mind, it’s important to me not to add to the maid’s chores with extra work because I travel with a pet. I bring a hand vacuum to clean up any stray litter, and the litter box left behind is completely bagged so it only needs to be disposed of. We routinely choose Choice hotels, and although we had never stayed at a Clarion before, we had a good impression of th

|6.38km from city centerThe best feature is the proximity to the airport itself. It literally took about two minutes fior the hotel's free shuttle to get to the entrance of the hotel.
The rooms are reasonably priced especially in the current economy, clean and amply supplied with incidentals.
There's a 24 hour restaurant and bar on the premises and Starbuck's coffee is available there.

|6.09km from city centerNice hotel and nice spacious room. We used the gym and pool which was great and breakfast was tasty with options of fresh fruit, Yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage and waffles etc. We enjoyed our stay however the lack of attention to detail on the rooms cleanliness was not 100% could have done with a good dust and the room smelled of cigarette smoke so needs a deep clean. The smell stayed on our clothes and could smell it when we arrived at the next hotel
