|0.38km from city centerWarm welcome. Nice clean & modern reception / rooms / bar. Bedrooms adequate size, clean, crisp white linen on comfortable beds. Smallish, but brand new shower room. Good quality 'pod system' coffee machine. Nice quality free toiletries. Not a lot of space for sitting / chilling and the bar shut at 8, but not a major issue as places to eat and drink til midnight within 50 yards, yet still quiet.. Three stars and better than the ( rubbish ) four star we left in Brussels. Would recommend this hotel

At the time of review there was a lot of road repairs which meant pulling a suitcase was challenging. The room, 301, was great, and a good size. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, great breakfast, great staff. The lift is a bit slow, but you can use the stairs. Hotel is only 3 levels. Overall a great place to stay.

|1.98km from city centerStayed here for almost 3 months on business assignment so place was chosen for me. Definitely chose somewhere else to stay in Antwerp. I scored it a 1 because actually the front of house staff are really good, welcoming, helpful and friendly. Here goes the rest ……. Hotel is located between 2 building sites not their fault but links to other issues which are the hotels fault. So the noise from the building sites and also the road if you are staying in a room on road side is awful from around 5 in the morning through to about 11pm This resulted in me having to not only sleep wearing ear plugs but also taking sleeping tablets. Don’t expect a good sleep. A colleague was staying at the rear of the building and unless you are on a higher floor then the noise from the smoking area with people talking and drinking is also deafening. I had a spacious room with a mezzanine floor which was roomy but very tired and need of a revamp. The huge issue with the room is the heat. The shower room is upstairs so fills the bedroom area with steam and the window downstairs only cools the living area, or fills the room with fumes from the traffic on the road. The hotel advertises air conditioning and there are units in the room but they refuse to turn them on even with requests. This is just being cheap and rude. Again due to the noise from the road and building sites it’s impossible to sleep with the window open. So not only limited sleep but a very hot n sweaty night. Then the internet connection….. oh wow ! It does not exist. Again the hotel advertises free fast Wi-Fi but it’s shocking. Impossible to connect and watch anything. Myself and a number of my colleagues complained only to be told there is no issue. I did a speed test and shared with the hotel only to get no feedback. I also shared with a friend who works in IT and he said it’s simple ….. they pay for a really cheap package so it can’t cope for a hotel. Of course the hotel staff say it’s no problem because during the day all the guests are out. If you get a room for 20 euro a night it’s probably ok but any more than that go somewhere else

|0.93km from city center2 rooms connected with a door was a great way to have a group of people of 5 together at all times! Both kitchens had everything you ever needed to make yourself a perfect meal. Oven/Micro, fridge, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker. Fully loaded with tools and dishes! The beds were terrific! Fluffy and smooth. The bathrooms were great, the showers had an overhead faucet and a handheld one. The pressure was perfect. The receptionists were well prepared and very pleasant, and we got all the info for a perfect stay. Only downside with having two rooms was that we couldn't figure out how to make the door between the two rooms open. So we used some clever engineering to solve this issue. We never asked about this issue, because we fixed it with a doorstopper of our own. The price for 3 night stay was very well perfect! Will definitely come back again.

|1.39km from city centerWe have reserved this hotel using a Bongo check and we have been pleasantly surprised by this new hotel, very conveniently located within a few hundred metres from the Central Train Station in Antwerp, that provides for everything a traveller needs in terms of accommodation and is at the top of technology as it states: it's connected. The staff is very nice and helpful and we really had a great stay. I warmly recommand it. And, as a little bonus, they are very accommodating when it comes to the four paw members of our families.

|2.39km from city centerThis was our second stay at August. Although we loved the first time, the second time left a lot to be desired for. The service level at this hotel is almost non existent. We arrived quite late after being stuck in traffic (around 9 PM), and we checked in and then around 9:15 came to the bar to look at the food menu. We were met with a very unfriendly waiter who had no interest in answering any questions about the menu or anywhere nearby to eat telling us that he had only been here for six weeks and didn't know anything, most importantly he did not tell us that the kitchen closed at 9:30 PM. So we deliberated about whether to eat at the bar or go elsewhere (bear in mind, there aren't many places to eat near by as they all seem to close early on a Sunday). When we came back at 9:30, the waiter told us that good that we wanted to eat but too bad the kitchen was now closed and he seemed to be taking a joy out of it. We were told by him when asked that there was no room service for food. Only drinks were served as room service. Considering it wasn't that late, this hotel should have some facilities in place for a light snack for guests. Also, at the reception, we complained that we were not told by the guy that they would be closing soon and they told us to try deliveroo. In the end my husband asked them if there was anything we could have that didn't need to be cooked, we were given some fruit which we ate and went to bed. I had written a complaint to their manager and they replied after 22:30 to tell me that if I was still hungry, the hotel actually does provide pizzas! News to me as I was told there was no food. No manager was to be seen and we never heard from anyone after I made a complaint about the incident. This spoilt our stay, especially when we had detoured to stay here. Our room was lovely. Although the room's bathroom door makes a lot of noise. Anyway, it would be great for staff to know the options they have for food for guests, someone should follow up after a complaint is sent and if there is no food option, perhaps the hotel should have a deliveroo account which can be charged to the room should there be any need to order food at 9:30 PM after kitchen closes.

Breakfast was decent. The room was ok.
The airconditioning didn’t work and it was pretty humid and warm at night.
I reserved a room for myself and a friend one month in advance for an event in Antwerp Sportpaleis. When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered it was not twin separate beds.
The receptionist was rude and wasn’t helpful to change the room to separate twin beds. He made us wait until 1:30 AM in the morning to change into a twin bed room instead of one queen size bed.
Please be more flexible and customer first minded.

During the cold winter it could be a bit cold in rooms due to not so good heat isolation, but I stayed here in pretty warm spring and no problem. Everything is clean, staff nice and helpful. A place to stay again when I am back in Antwerp. ❤️

|1.84km from city centerThe positives of this place are that it’s a fine old building within an an easy and pleasant walk of the newly reopened Antwerp art gallery and the city centre. There ‘s a good choice of restaurants in the area. Our room was fresh and comfortable and the aircon was a key plus - if you left the windows open there would be traffic noise. However there were two negatives: (1) The Tripadvisor description of the hotel says it features ‘paid private parking on site’. This is not true and needs to be corrected. The hotel in fact recommended reserving a spot at a nearby garage, QPark, which involved pre-paying €20 per night for the two nights we were staying. However what the hotel should have explained to us, but didn’t, is that there’s a second more obvious paid-parking garage in the same immediate vicinity (APCOA). I wrongly assumed it must be the right place, left the car there for two nights, and on leaving discovered it was a different garage. So I had to pay €50 for this garage, meaning our parking bill for two nights was a very steep €90. The failure to anticipate this potential problem is poor management by the hotel. I explained what had happened on check-out. Other hotels would have offered an apology and a goodwill discount from the bill, but not this one. (2) The design of our hotel room followed the ******* modern architectural trend of no door between the bathroom and bedroom. Who on earth wants that? For this reason, even if the parking hadn’t been an issue, we wouldn’t return. We’d be genuinely interested, as I’m sure would be potential visitors to the hotel, in its justification of this bizarre design feature.

|1.37km from city centerThe hotel is located 5 mins walk from Central Station (down the side, not towards the front), so great when arriving by train. Easy to walk to the main parts of town. Check in was at a couple of tables to the left of the entrance. Had a clean twin room and even after we pushed the 2 beds apart properly, there was plenty of space. Large bathroom with plenty of space around and under the sink for personal toiletries, although nice hotel toiletries (hand wash, moisturizer, shampoo and conditioner) were supplied. For some reason we had 2 shampoos in the walk in shower and when we told housekeeping when going out and asked for shower gel, we were left with another shampoo. This was not an issue though as we'd brought our own stuff so just used that instead. Complimentary bottle of still water provided every day which was nice, although the tap water is perfectly clean and drinkable. Flavoured (fresh mint or fruit) water, apples and gummies provided on a table near the entrance/exit, which was a nice touch. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel as there are so many other options nearby in the town and our main reason for going to Antwerp was to eat locally.

When we checked in my daughter could choose a room from the ones available: it was her birthday. The staff is professional, polite, kind, friendly and charming. There was always a smile from Nem for us when we left the hotel in the morning and a smile from William when we came back in the evening. We would have stayed a fourth night (last minute) but, unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. The last night we found a lovely birthday cake upon our return at the hotel. It was such a kind and thoughtful surprise! The rooms are stunning, all with a different design. The hotel is clean, the room service impeccable. There is attention for details at all levels. We can’t wait to be back here next time!

|3.04km from city centerWe're driving around the The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and anyone who has done this will appreciate parking is an issue. We booked this hotel at the last minute - accommodation has started to become a little more in demand - so finding a place was difficult. Parking is out the front of the hotel and is free. We arrived and we were greeted by Anduela who was wonderful and very helpful, she explained we just need to jump on a tram (again directly out the front of the hotel) No.1 to Opera and we are in the middle of Antwerp. She was able to sell us a ticket for the tram/bus/train (it's all the same). The surrounding hotel area is not inviting, and the hotel is basic, but these things outweigh the convenience of access to Antwerp. Anduela was a joy.

|1.93km from city centerDiscovered this brand new hotel near the Central Station. The hotel is intended for longer stays, although I only stayed 1 night. The rooms are studio apartments with kitchenette. My room had a Murphy bed (first time for me) and it was super comfy. The hotel also has really nice gym equipment and I was able to do an interval training on the hi-tech treadmill. For a new hotel, the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. If staying in Antwerp again, I would definitely stay here.

|1.29km from city centerFriendly counter and allowed to go to my twin room 4 hours early. Very clean hotel with towels and water supplied. No kettle but I think this must Bea Belgian thing. The station is opposite but it is 20 min walk to the old town. Fine for me but some may want to be nearer. The walk there is the main shopping street. Overall I think it was great value. As a note to other guests, and I always write this, please be more considerate when talking in the corridors especially before 8am. Whisper, your voice echoes and sound meds like you’re shouting. And don’t allow to doors to slam shut!!

|0.9km from city centerEl hotel esta muy céntrico todo queda prácticamente andando, a 4 minutos de la central de trenes de Amberes, justo fuera del hotel esta la estación del autobus Flixbus que lleva y trae del aeropuerto, el centro de la ciudad está a tiro de piedra, justo en la esquina esta una tienda Jumbo con precios accesibles, las habitaciones son pequeñas, cuentan con cafetera e insumos para preparar café, secador de cabello, plancha y tabla de planchar, nos alojamos en la habitación 103 con vista a la opera, el desayuno es muy bueno consta de huevo con tocino, fruta fresca, yogurth, café, té, pan recién horneado, insumos para preparar sandwiches, frutos secos y cereales, ademas se cuenta con opción a preparar waffles, el único inconveniente que durante 6 días solo nos colocaron 1 botella de 500 ml de agua en la habitación y que en el comedor muchas cosas se encuentran colocadas bastante altas y resulta algo incomodo para personas de estatura baja, como sugerencia sería bueno que cuenten con personal que hable español ya que cada vez más las personas que hablamos este idioma visitamos Europa y sería un alago que nuestro idioma se vuelva internacional.

There is a microwave, a kettle, an iron, very complete. Staying in a room for 4 people, it has 2 queen-size beds, very comfortable to sleep, plus there is a dining room with a dining table for 1 more room, very impressed. breakfast is ok But the area is a bit small When there are many people, there will be no seats. When checking in at the hotel, choose a time to go to have breakfast. But it's okay to sit for too long. The receptionist is very cute, give early check-in as well. Next round will definitely use the service again 😊

The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was amazing - the decor, the facilities, the books, the communal work table for digital nomads, the compemporary furnishings, the stylish bathrooms, super kitchen ( with named plastic boxes for ythe fridge) plants and flowers, the roof terrace, the internal gardens, the green walls, the extras ( free quality ontap teas/coffees, the towels, the ear plugs etc) , the bicycles for rent and the super efficent and helpful staff. I didin't try the restaurant but the breakfast looked good. . I am looking forward to visiting their new venue in Liege and , when it is open - Brussels

The bathroom seem to have issues with the plumbing, and the bed sheets were stained. 🤮 I hope it was an isolated case, regardless, unacceptable! Everything else was fantastic, the hotel personal was professional, friendly, and polite. The breakfast was amazing, very good quality buffet (not included). The location was amazing, only 100 meters from the train station (a straight shot to Brussels airport), about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Shops and good restaurants can be found in the immediate surroundings.

|0.87km from city centerA lovely hotel and right where you need to be if visiting Antwerp, it's ideally located near bars, restaurants, shopping and near the diamond quarter. Nice clean room with a large bed, no tea or coffee facilities but you can go upstairs to the sixth floor and use the machines (if working). The only issue I had was I needed to use the hairdryer and after about 2 minutes use it stopped working, that is the only problem I had. Would definitely use this hotel again, it's the perfect place. And before I forget I did ask a member of staff how to get to the brewery and someone else gave me directions, thank you very much am sorry I didn't get your name but it's appreciated
