Just passing through and needed to rest for a bit but ended up staying three nights. After 12 hours of driving this has been my go to place since opening and driving southwest. I’ve encountered different service agents with night and day staff. Although I could rate them 1-5 differently I’d rather just say I enjoy this place. The rooms are cleaned very well. The last time o stayed in June 2020 was during the pandemic and the breakfast was ordered per sheets at check in. They would call once ready at the time you asked for. Very minimal though compared to an open buffet. Very limited for less carb and meat options. The woman I encountered I. The elevator who got my breakfast ready and also cleaned rooms, I asked her when we were in elevator. She was so kind and I had wished I got her name. Each year I cost there are always new faces unfortunately. Even managers, always new. I do like that it’s a new facility off the main freeway to Denver and beyond. I used the fitness area and although small it gave me all the options I needed. Walmart is down a few blocks, pizza a call away. It’s a great stopping point. I stayed so long because I was tired. The price was great and service as well. I like that the new people at the desk are catering to guest versus talking to one another like before. It’s nice to see my business matters. Thanks Fairfield!

We booked through Choice.Com and the hotel charged our card for more than what the internet price and when we called, the 800 number didn't know why. We asked the front desk and said it was charged extra in case of incidentals. Not cool. Anyway, they booked us in a clean room that had the most comfortable bed and even a more comfortable chair to sit in after a 15 hour drive. The bathroom was tiny, but very clean. You can tell the hotel needs some updating, but well cared for. We parked in front of our door on the first floor and the next morning, we wished we had a second floor room. Someone was outside our room smoking at 5AM the next morning and smoked leaked into our room. After which, he/she walked into the room next door and turned on their TV. It wasn't loud, but heard the bass of it. Then, around 6AM people started leaving. Talking loudly, slamming doors and running their engines to warm their cars up. We drove from 6Am until 9PM & we were exhausted! But, we had enough energy to enjoy every aspect of the MAV. The restaurant had the best IPA pulled pork pizza ever! The beer was cold and the service just wonderful! I thought at $75 w/tax for a 2-star hotel was a bit much, but it was the second to the least price (we wouldn't stay at the least, not with those reviews) and so we paid it. All in all, we would recommend this hotel and definitely want to visit the MAV again. Oh and the breakfast was across the parking lot to the Comfort inn and delicious! A B/Fast well done!

Coming from Kansas we opted to leave a day earlier than planned in order to avoid interstate traffic by taking state highways and spend an extra night before reaching our final destination in Colorado the next day. Ft Morgan was on our ‘path’ and we chose Comfort Inn as our choice hotel. Megan checked us in. She was very helpful, friendly, nice, courteous and very pleasant. Our room was nice and bed was comfortable. We had a good nights rest. Breakfast was amazingly plentiful! Waffles (flavors or not) small or large, pastries, bagels & breads, yogurt, eggs, sausage, burritos, various fresh fruits and cereals, juices, coffee...other items I have left out I’m sure. The breakfast staff was also pleasant and helpful. Everyone we saw around the hotel, inside and outside was busily working at all times. What really did my heart good was to notice they fed breakfast to a hungry lady that was not staying at the hotel and advised her she owed nothing! Whatever all they are doing here they are doing right! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks to everyone!

The rooms were a good size, as was the bathroom. The staff was friendly and quick to react when we had a small issue with the TV. (turned out to be our error). They offered a Grab and Go breakfast or a modified full breakfast where their staff prepared scambled eggs and sausage and handed it out to the guests. The tables in the breakfast area were spread out for social distancing. The fitness center (yes, we actually used it!) was nicely equipped with a treadmill, elliptical, free weights, a weight machine, water, towels, and TV. The only thin missing was sanitization wipes, hand sanitizer so you could disinfect the equipment after use. The hotel is pet friendly, but there was no animal odor in our room.

This is a bit of an unusual review. The Baymont is a fine place to stay in a town that does not have a ton of more luxurious options, but the reason for my 5 star review is simply that the people who work here are stellar! The manager (Shamaal Alam?) assisted me via the phone on the day of arrival as we were traveling back east coming after through the mountains. We had a small dog so our options needed to include a pet friendly hotel. He talked me through our options and upon arrival was professional, very welcoming and even secured us a larger room. He is a credit to the profession. Also, the morning staff (I did not get their names) were great including a solid breakfast before we were on our way again. One of them even found some treats for our little dog! So, while the hotel is fine (clean and comfy), the people at this place are the best!

We stopped here because there weren't many options further east for hours. The nearby Rodeway Inn was full. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, though outdated. I thought it was pricier than it should be for a basic motel, though they have the location going for them with virtually no other options east. The breakfast in the morning had a variety, though they did keep running out of items, but it was also packed with people, and the staff was trying to keep up with the demand, clearly hustling. This place was more on par with a typical budget motel. It was fine for a night and passing through.

I booked the Rodeway Inn Brush, CO based on TripAdvisor reviews and frankly I can't believe some of the positive reviews were even at the same property. The single positive for this motel was the staff who were very pleasant and friendly, however that's where the good feedback ends. The motel is in total disrepair. The pool's fence is broken like someone backed through it, the adjacent gazebo has nails and boards sticking up, cigarette butts everywhere, the ice machine, albeit functional, was completely trashed. The parking lot had men smoking and drinking and was a bit sketchy. Then, upon entering the room the air had an unpleasant mildewy odor and smelled of pet urine. The rooms need refurbishing desperately. I didn't want to sit on the couch or walk on the carpet barefoot. The bathroom was clean, but tub was very slick and the toilet cycled every 10 minutes or so and was disruptive. I was very happy to leave the next morning. For the price paid for the room - it was not cheap, I expected more. I had been on the road 12 nights at that point and this by far was the worst motel I stayed in and one of the more expensive ones. Beware.
