The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

Budget hotels, hotel standard rooms, including several types, Ctrip separately marked different categories, but did not tell the hotel. I will meet the twin room but only the big bed room or the bunk bed. In addition, the hotel has a trash can on the back street, which is right and dirty.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights to attend a gig for her birthday in nearby Ormeau Park. The location is very nice, right in the city centre, which means no onsite parking - which is a shame but they have worked out a deal with the nearby multi-storey carpark, wasn't the cheapest but that's city centre stay, which is fair enough! We stayed on the top floor (which was unexpected and a nice surprise) in the executive rooms, the room was nice and pleasantly sized but to be honest wasn't really 'executive' looking. The bed was comfy and the room was carpeted and to our surprise had a coffee machine and small fridge, which was a nice plus. There was plenty of storage space too. I will say though the bathroom was dated, clinical feeling and definitely felt more like a travel lodge than a clayton, but the bathroom had a bath which is always a nice touch nowadays, we always look for one and use them when we travel to hotels. the toiletries were located in dispensers, which again didn't really feel very exclusive and were difficult to use at times - I would definitely recommend they update their bathrooms to give it a bit of a face lift. There was pool and gym onsite which was nice to have in the city centre - the gym looked well stocked (although we never used it) - the pool was decent with a steam and sauna located next to it - again a nice touch for city centre stays. The staff were mostly very nice - reception were lovely and welcoming, housekeeping were friendly and helpful and the leisure centre staff were friendly and cheery which all made our stay. I will say though, the restaurant and bar staff were not the most pleasant and we had some issues - we have both worked in catering for many years and understand the pressures put on catering staff but for the money to stay in this hotel - the service was not up to the mark unfortunately. We had breakfast on both morning and this was probably our biggest pinch point about the hotel - the whole experience was unfortunately very poor. On both mornings we were left waiting for quite sometime to just get seated - additionally, on both mornings while we got seated a large number of people were left waiting over 10 minutes to be shown to their seats and when they finally saw a staff member to ask, that person said they would get someone, only to never return! they were finally seated, but by a reception staff member who saw the chaos overfolding - the whole process was highly unprofessional - the place was not busy at all and there never seemed to be staff around! The food options were OK, and not what I'd expect from a clayton - there was also no fresh pour coffee, only coffee coming from a machine - which was not very nice. The food was never restocked when low and at times we had to go up and ask to get simple things restocked like glasses and fruit - again, on both mornings the place was practically dead and the staff never seemed to be around so the service was pretty poor overall, on

Belfast is small, walking to the city center for about 12 minutes, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is quiet and the overall feeling is very business, not suitable for a holiday. The room was not cleaned, the bath towels from the previous day were not taken away, and the coffee bars and tea bags were not replenished. The room is quite spacious (compared to the average of UK hotels) and the service is better.

Welcome to the city that inspired Gulliver's Travels. A stay at Premier Inn Hotel Belfast Alfred Street puts you just a small step away from some big attractions, not to mention all the delights of a twenty-first century shopping centre. And if you're here on business, we'll make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Track down the Titanic story to its source. Or make tracks to some of the biggest names on the high street - don't miss the continental market if you're here over Christmas. There's nightlife that'll make your day, and everything from an interactive science museum to a candy factory. Don't fill up on too many sweets though, there's good food waiting for you at our restaurant, and comfy beds in every room.

Good location is surrounded by business districts, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping, but not as quiet as the rest of the Glasgow's DoubleTree by Hilton yesterday, closing the window and can hear the song outside, but the breakfast at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow is very good. difference. Today's room layout is reasonable, that is, the mirror is on the bed! The hangers are fixed in the closet. The washed clothes and the clothes to be worn tomorrow cannot be separated. No one will steal the hangers. The British are really stingy. There is also the fact that this trip was set up in the hotel six months ago, but the temporary replacement of the room partner, sleep habits are very different from each other too much, temporarily add the room, the booked room has meals, so the temporary is the most The discount does not include meals. The hotel booked for two nights will be booked two nights in advance. Only one meal in advance is set to be more than six or seven hundred yuan, even if it is included in the meal today. I really hope that Ctrip can no longer overweight the terms, and it is a good room cost for one night!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff was superb - they just could not do enough to help, from directions, room service requests, nothing was too much and everything is done with a smile - that really is the difference between a good hotel and a great one. All of the public areas and amenities were clean and some stunning artwork, from giant chandeliers to antique furniture and paintings all around. I could've spent a week here just wandering around admiring it all. We stayed in room 318 - it is very opulent with lots of plush furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows don't open - there are 2 aircon units in the suite, but I like a bit of fresh air. There is a lot of furniture in the room - beautiful old cabinets in keeping with the theme, but, you couldn't access the minibar in the room as the tv unit was in the way of the door opening fully so we had no way of chilling water, etc. The hotel provided plenty of icebuckets to compensate but it's a pity it wasn't thought out a bit more.

The heating in the bedroom was not hot enough; the temperature of the shower was not adjusted properly, and the hot water was too hot to shower; the bathtub was drained slowly, and the long hair left by the previous guest was not removed after investigation; the washing machine had dehydration failure and could not be raised. Not only the horror of the sounds, but also the drying effect; the towel rack in the bathroom is not hot all the time.

This hotel is a bit old, and you need to use the key to open the door. It’s nice to have a bathtub. Run lush to buy a bubble bath. The location is very convenient. It’s less than 5 minutes' walk from the st Victoria street train station/bus station. You can take a taxi from here to the airport. , 10 minutes walk from the city hall. The attitude of the front desk was good, but someone opened our door on the first night of our stay. We pulled the anti-theft chain and he failed to come in. The front desk was confused but there was nothing to do. I changed the room and ended up doing nothing. It's best to have boys in the same company, or it is not recommended to stay. Be sure to pull the anti-theft link! ! ! The view of Befa is really good.

Terrible experience staying here from start to finish, after being cancelled two days before we were due to stay in dream apartments st thomas hall they changed us to obel tower. I made a point we were travelling as a family with a 3 month old baby and needed a cot. Once we arrived to obel tower and were checking in the girl at recieption told us she thinks the keys she gave us should open the door to our apartment but if not come back down! That was the least of my problems even though that was terrible customer service not my job to check keys! We arrived at our room and the door was laying wide open, walked into apartment and it was freezing as all the windows were laying open bare in mind it was december! The blinds were hanging off the rails with blinds missing and as i wanted to feed my baby in privacy as there was a business block across from us with a man working in it i couldnt even close th blinds properly for some privacy as i fed my baby! Thats not all… there was a pair of socks laying on the sofa the room was disgusting stains all over the floor and only the fact me and my fiance had a alcoholic drink we would have went home the cot was rotten the bed covers were dirty, there was no toilet roll in the apartment absalute joke of a place and i paid £98 to stay there! It ruined my weekend i couldnt wait to go home. So once i got home i emailed the apartment and a man brian sinclair then phoned me i told him about my stay and he was very apologetic and told me to send over the photos i had took of the apartment he told me he would get back to me with how they were going to resolve this problem…. I waited and waited and rang and emailed multiple times and noone has ever got back to me terrible customer service so i warn people stay clear from there its disgusting!!

This is a great hotel for a city break. The location is excellent, right in the centre, just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and major bus stops. It’s on one side of City Hall and the tourist information centre is on the other. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The TV in the room has Netflix and Amazon Prime too, which is great. The Wi-Fi is pretty good too. If you’re coming from the airport, the 600 bus takes you pretty much right to the hotel. I think it’s the last stop, get off and walk in the direction the bus was going, you’ll see Jospers ahead of you on the next corner. Turn left for the hotel entrance.

The hotel has clearly been renovated to look modern and hip but this is all smoke and mirrors. I stayed here as I was attending a wedding in the hotel. I had booked two rooms and one for myself and one for my brother. My room was on level 3 which they clearly have not gotten to renovate yet. Small uncomfortable bed, the bathroom tiles were so slippy and something out of the 80s. The taps were so worn that they had to write the H (hot) and C (cold) markings in black tip pen so you would know which tap to use. There was literally one plug for the whole room, myself and my partner had to fight over who charged their phone that night. The room was also so hot thankfully the windows opened. My brother on the other hand was on Level 1 and had a huge newly renovated room, huge king size bed, coffee machine, gorgeous bathroom and aircon. We decided to book breakfast at check in as we were only there for one night and didn't want to try find somewhere in the morning. We got a discount rate but family members paid 18 POUNDS for what can only be described as something you would give to animals. There was a menu and when I asked for the pancakes I was told I would have to wait and someone would come back to take my order, but no one came back. I decided to then just get food from the hot buffet, the food was an absolute disgrace. Stale overcooked breakfast items like hash browns, rashers, and pudding. I asked if they could bring out fresh scrambled eggs, they came out and they were black! no joke!. I had a few hash browns, toast, and orange juice and left it at that. The fact they are charging people 18 pounds is absolute robbery. Do yourself a favour save your money and stay somewhere nicer in the city the price and service do not match up.

I wanted to take my husband away somewhere special for one night for his birthday. We live 10 miles outside Belfast so we didn’t have to drive too far. Parking isn’t a problem as Malmaison have a deal with Q park at Victoria Square so it’s peace of mind and cost only £15. We were warmly welcomed at reception and - to my delight - there was a bottle of champagne and lovely card to surprise my husband from hotel manager Eamonn. The room itself was gorgeous with a huge comfortable bed and modern shower. We had a TV and fridge too. I think it’s called a Club room on the website. We had a drink in the downstairs bar before dinner and the young girl had a long chat with me about the best Gin and mixers. She took the time to really welcome us. We didn’t eat in the hotel that night but I wish we had as breakfast the next morning was fresh and delicious. They offer smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and even kippers as an alternative to a full English - although the man beside me enjoyed his! The Malmaison in Belfast is an old quaint building but it’s so tastefully decorated with a very homely feel. I’ve stayed at the Merchant, Marriott and Fitzwilliam before but I’d return to this hotel again. It’s also competitive for a City Cebtre hotel. You can walk to the heart of Belfast in 2 minutes or Cathedral quarter - the trendy bars - in less than 5 minutes. No need for taxis or a car. Highly recommended. Denise Watson (Scott)

One of our favorite places we have stayed, loved all of the history and the details that went into renovating the building. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. We did have to taxi to the main pub area however, you could probably walk if you wanted. A couple of small things that were unfortunate issues, the Wi-Fi in our corner room barely worked and we often couldn’t even connect. Also, we were not told at check in that we would need to have reservations for dinner. Well you do!! So if you plan on eating dinner in the main dining room, make reservations ahead of time.

The hotel is in a good environment and the service is very good. It adds a bed for the children (13) free of charge. There is also a bottle of champagne in the room, which says happy birthday. It is estimated that it was misplaced, telling the waiter that no one had a birthday, and after a while he said ”the receiption said just enjoy it”.

We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.
