It was about a 5 minute walk from the east exit of Kamata station. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff was very knowledgeable about the property. Amenities such as body towels and hairbrushes are not provided in the room, but are available in front of the elevator on the first floor. There is only one elevator and we had some time to wait. The hotel is a little compact, but I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. I would stay there again.

Convenient, right at the east exit of JR Kamata. There are many restaurants nearby and the prices are affordable. Bath facilities. Many Japanese stayed here. For travel alone, especially on weekends, other hotels have significantly increased their prices, and capsule hotels are very affordable. Breakfast is only 500 yen in advance. There are coin lockers at the door, luggage can be left after check-out, it costs 400 yen

I chose this place because of a very early flight. It is close to the airport bus station and 20 minutes to the international terminal. The disadvantage is that the single room is too small. It is clean and tidy to take off shoes and enter the room. But at 2 o'clock in the night, someone tried to open my door. It was scary. Thanks to the lock in advance, the door was chained.

A standard business hotel, just off the main road next to the station, about a 2-minute walk from Kamata Station and a 5-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata. The overall environment is good and the service attitude is very good. Breakfast is mainly a standard Western-style bread, salad and coffee configuration, and carrot juice is also good. However, there are only two washing machines on the second floor, and they need to be used during peak hours.

There is a Plus 11 store on the right in front of you when you come out of the JR South Exit. Turn right and go straight at the first exit on the left and you will see the hotel sign very close to you. The room is relatively large and the breakfast also has my favorite raw eggs. The vegetables are very fresh. For a price of more than 300, I am very satisfied. There is coffee, tea, water, milk, bread, miso soup, stew, high-end rice, fruits. There is a timetable at the front desk of Haneda. Go up and down from the south exit and come out of the east exit. The station is on the left. It costs 300 yen to get to Haneda in 20 minutes.

The location is convenient, right next to Kamata Station. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. The most commendable thing is that there are free ice cream and cup noodles in the hotel, which you can enjoy if you don't want to walk around at night. The room is larger than ordinary capsules, and it feels very good. I thought that the wooden decoration would easily wake me up from the noise from the next door, but I don't know if everyone is very nice or if the sound insulation is really good. I slept until dawn! Another difference is that the luggage is carried with you and can be brought into the room or outside the room! Therefore, passengers with luggage generally do not choose the upper floor because it is very difficult to carry luggage to the upper floor! The whole hotel is very clean, even the pajamas are there and there is almost no need to open the luggage! The store clerks were also very polite and willing to help, so the whole trip was enjoyable! The only thing that can be said to be bad is that the mattress is a bit hard, which may make it difficult for some people to sleep well.

We used it in Haneda's Mae night. It is not a card key but an old-fashioned key method. Because it is a method of inserting the key and attaching the electricity, I thought that it would not be possible to stop the electric TV channel in the room one by one. I thought the bathroom was a bit moldy, but I didn't care if I turned the ventilation fan. Because the building is old, I think it is not possible to put such facilities together. I think the amenities at the front desk are more varied than the same business hotels. You can evaluate that point. It seems that it is not written on the site, but there was a free microwave oven in front of the elevator and one in the vending machine space next to the coin laundry. If you choose a reservation site, you can stay at 5000 yen without breakfast. Locationally, is it about 2 minutes walk from JR Kamata Station? The surroundings are a bit messy, but the location is outstanding. Since there is a bus from JR Kamata station to Haneda, I thought that access was good even if I didn't walk to Keikyu Kamata station.

About 6 minutes on foot from Keikyu Kamata Station About 6 minutes on foot from Keikyu Kamata Station West Exit There is an arcade street on the way, so it is easy to walk and does not get wet in the rain. The hotel itself seems to be outdated, but it is clean and there is no problem at all. All the staff are smiling. Very rare. It was a comfortable stay. ✅Welcome coffee available ✅Amenities available ✅Low-resilience pillow service available (first-come-first-served basis) On the first floor of the building, chain store ✅Hamburger store ✅ Japanese restaurant Because there is, we are not troubled with breakfast. If you go to the arcade street for about 5 minutes, Also a chain store ✅Soba restaurant There is no problem. It is very convenient because it is close to Haneda Airport late at night and early in the morning. There is a repeat

It’s relatively located at a convenience location. Family with very young children not recommended as the family bed rooms are located at the basement. So it might be a bit dangerous & inconvenient. However , for adult travellers, no issue on that. Huge bedrooms & comfortable beds for you to rest.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel is clean and has all the amenities that a business or couples traveling would need. The rooms are clean, and a good size for Tokyo. The communication with the front desk. Staff is also efficient and easy to navigate. The downside would be the location is a bit off and requires some walking to Tokyo station. Otherwise, it’s really value for money.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

5-7 mins walk from the nearest train station. noise level in my room was very low, almost silent, despite being adjacent to a busy street. coin laundry (2 washers and 2 dryers available) works great as expected and you can purchase individual detergent packs from the front desk (if i remember correctly: 500yen per wash, 100yen per 30 mins dryer, 50yen for a detergent pack)

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.
