I stayed with my family in twin and single. The room was clean, quiet and I could sleep well. The parking lot was full from the night and many cars were guided to multiple parking lots, but in full condition, I contacted the front desk many times It was a situation where multiple parking lots were rolled 々 and vacant. We stayed for one night in a capsule cabin. It is the best for hot spring lovers because you can use a large bath for 24 hours (9 〜 10 am not available for cleaning). However, holidays and so on are crowded, so you may feel less 々 stress. The capsule cabin has a TV and outlet, and it's okay if you just sleep. Super hotel is not the closest to the station or the city center but it is well worth the additional walk. Upon arrival, you don't get a key or a card, just a code. You also get to choose between various pillows, from the hard type filled with rice to the soft type, all in various heights. The rooms are functional, with a very small bathroom BUT there is also a very pleasant communal bath near the bar/ breakfast area. There is only one, so you need to identify which time slots are good for you : men and women don't use the facility at the same time. Last but not least, in case you need a taxi, two dedicated phones will quickly get you a driver from the companies that partner with the hotel. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommended!

It is about 3 minutes walk from Utsunomiya Station. It was close, so I was grateful to come back tired from sightseeing. The room was clean. Some of the wallpaper was light blue and cute. Amenities were minimal but sufficient. I thought the free breakfast was amazing even though it was rich in variety and free. There was also a water confectionery unique to Utsunomiya for one day during my stay. I was relieved not to be with people because I could take it back to my room and eat it. This is the hotel I want to stay again!

This ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ ﾙｰﾑ has three types (ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ, ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ､ﾃﾞﾗｯｸｽ) and ｽﾀﾝﾀﾞｰﾄﾞ and ﾚﾃﾞｲｰｽ are also 18m2, ﾍﾞｯﾄﾞ width 140 cm, so you can feel relaxed as a general ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽﾎﾃﾙ. The ﾊﾞｽﾀﾌﾞ is about 120cm long, so if you are a general person, you will not feel tight, and ｼｬﾜｰﾍｯﾄﾞ is also very good to use. There is an entrance on the left of the building, but I thought it was a wall with a small wooden door at first, so I passed by and looked for the entrance. Nightwear, or rather spa wear, is provided in the room, and you are allowed to move around the hotel wearing it. It's made of synthetic fibers, so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep in because it doesn't absorb sweat. If you are interested, we recommend that you bring your pajamas. The body shampoo etc. that are installed are said to be organic, but I think people have different tastes. My hair became frizzy probably because it was organic.

I had a single night here and it was satisfactory. Located about 400 meters from Utsunomiya, this little hotel is clean and convenient. Of course the room was small as was the price, but that was fine. The staff were fine. I was a bit annoyed that the room's window could not be opened and the air con controls were a bit confusing but through trial and error, the air con was sorted. There are probably similar hotels a bit closer to the station but this was fine.

It was a kind customer service. The lighting in the room is bright around the bed and dark around the desk. It was comfortable on the bed to work on the PC. There is also wifi. The convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is close, but it is on the other side of the road to get to Utsunomiya Station. It was raining, so when I asked for a taxi, I called it immediately and it was 500 yen to Utsunomiya station.
