1.4km from RCL Oo YinWhen I arrived at the Yangon International Airport without any USD and Kyat, the money changer do not accept New Taiwan Dollar. I called the front desk they offer to pay in advance for the taxi trip to the hotel which I reimburse them later. The front office manager, Mr. Kyaw Lin Htin, was there to greet me. The breakfast is awesome with different variety of choices every morning. Room service shows up in the evening to check out on the guests. The rooftop view is awesome and the gym is up to date.
The location is close to downtown but far away from the traffic. It takes about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommended for business travel
1.66km from RCL Oo YinThe living performance nearby is not good and it is close to Yangon Airport. Temporary accommodation waiting for the plane.
Abe Asan, Taiwan, traveled the earth, walked the streets, visited coffee shops all over the world, and stayed at 2020.01.15 for the 9th month of the trip.

1.78km from RCL Oo YinThere is a gym, breakfast is average, there are several nice restaurants around, recommend golden duck. Good taste, full amount, don't order roast duck, no Chinese delicious.
1.81km from RCL Oo YinWe had a quick stop in Yangon after arriving late from Bagan and heading to Myeik early the next morning. We were very lucky to stay at the Mango Hill boutique hotel. The staff are so friendly and kind. We were tired from our trip but they made us a lovely dinner and we also had a great early breakfast before they drove us to the airport the following morning. The rooms were clean and quiet and comfortable. The manager Mr Than Htaik Aung was really interesting to talk to and very kind to us.
1.99km from RCL Oo Yinvery basic small hotel, everything just acceptable, hv mostiqto
2.14km from RCL Oo YinThe location is particularly good, close to the shopping center, but quiet on its own, and can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The service staff was very friendly. The facilities in the room were average and clean enough. There is a nice pool and children go swimming every day. There is an international 24-hour emergency rescue center downstairs. The friend who is traveling is sick and it is very convenient to see a doctor.

2.51km from RCL Oo YinBecause the schedule is uncertain, it has been booked several times, and the overall effect is good. The front desk is available in English and the person in charge of the restaurant is the best in English. It's just a small desk, everything else is fine, and occasionally there will be a power outage, but it seems to have its own generator.
2.68km from RCL Oo YinThe breakfast is rich in workmanship. It is close to Inya Lake. It can accommodate children with extra beds. The hotel has good design and decoration. There is a nice gym and swimming pool with a sense of exquisiteness. But on the last day, there was no hot water in the bathroom, somehow?
Hotels Near Rcl Oo Yin In Yangon Review
The environment is very general, the road is very noisy, the location is relatively remote, and the slums border, but it does not matter, the folk customs are simple and safe, the hotel health is good, the room is large, drinking water, coffee, cigarettes, sets, etc. are all equipped. This scared me. The customer service is very warm and thoughtful.
Very nice hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. It is very close to the airport and it is very convenient to travel. There are Chinese food and Japanese food. The back environment is very quiet. The hotel is also very clean. breakfast
In a small alley, found by navigation, the room is clean, the service is particularly good, the staff are very enthusiastic, smiling service. After checking out, pushing the suitcase and walking the alley to the road, the hotel staff was very enthusiastic to help me put the box on the road. I refused. This is the best service hotel I have encountered. The downside is that the window has no screens, the shower head is placed unreasonably, and the water is easily spilled outside the bathtub.
I didn’t pay much attention to business trips.
The child is not yet 13 years old, it should belong to the category of 12 years old and under. You can go to the front desk behind the store to charge an additional $ 20. The room is small, and it is cramped after the extra bed. Fortunately, I only booked one night, and moved to Hotel99 a few hundred meters away the next day. Obviously, the room was large and cheap, because I had to stay a few days and talk about a discount. However, it cannot be denied that its breakfast is the richest since Myanmar, and the room on the 10th floor is relatively quiet, but the attitude of the front desk is too poor to communicate at all
The breakfast here is quite satisfactory. The hotel has strong Chinese elements. There is a Chinese seafood restaurant in the lobby on the first floor (important because Burmese food is really bad). The hotel is next to the zoo. It is fun to hear lion and tiger howling every morning. The swimming pool in the hotel is relatively high, but the bathroom in the room where I stayed didn't drain well, and it was not repaired after three days.
This hotel is not flashy or glamorous. Instead it’s a very comfortable and convenient home away from home. The reason for my enthusiasm is the impeccable care and attention given by two generations of owners who really go out of their way to make guests’ lives as easy as possible. An extension of that care are the features of the super clean rooms - very comfortable beds with fresh crisp linens every day. Excellent WiFi throughout, an unusual range of complimentary beverages, restocked daily, and appliances that always work. Beside the friendly and helpful staff, there has never been a time when at least one of the owners was not on site and ready to help with any additional needs or questions. Even though I’m not a breakfast person, the excellent breakfast, freshly made to order also deserves special mention. I highly recommend Golden Guest Inn and will definitely book it for our next stay in Yangon.
Convenient parking, convenient shopping nearby, the room is not noisy, the view from the big window is good
Staff - Mr. Kyaw and Mr. Kyi at the front desk were VERY helpful, kind and caring. I received a very warm welcome from them. They're always willing to help you with your problems. In fact, they go out of their way to do their best to help you feel at home. They even helped me get a taxi that cost less than the price on my GRAB taxi app. They take a very good care of all their guests (from what I have noticed), which is really nice! If you need help with planning your trip within Myanmar, you can always ask them. They can give you detailed useful information and I have seen them help other guests makes transportation arrangements too. They speak English very well so you don't have to worry about communication barrier. Plus, the owner of the guesthouse will personally pick you up from the airport and take you back (anytime between 6.00 a.m. - 3 p.m.) provided you tell them your arrival and departure time in advance. I will definitely come back. Breakfast and Free Water - if you'd like to sample local dishes like Mohingar as part of the free breakfast instead of their healthy and balanced continental breakfast comprising of eggs, fruits, toast and coffee/burmese milk tea, you can make your request a day in advance. You can get hot/cold drinking water whenever in the dining area, which is also where you can use their kettle and fridge. the dining area is clean and I spent most of my time there working on my laptop. Quiet, Clean and Spacious Room - the single room that I booked came with a private bathroom. I asked for a quiet room and I got one. It was clean and I was very satisfied with the condition of the room. everything worked just fine. there was plenty of space to put all my things and there are more than 2 sockets for me to charge my electronic gadgets. if you have any problems, TELL THEM and they will fix it for you IMMEDIATELY. the water pressure was not a problem for me. All I had to do was let them know I'm about to use the shower so they would turn up the water pressure for me. WIFI - I was able to stream all of my shows online from my room and didn't have to wait for the videos to load. But, if you're not satisfied with the speed, LET THEM KNOW so they could do something about it. I was satisfied with the speed, though. Location - the location is superb. it's in downtown area, which makes it easy to get to many touristy spots. i also like the fact that there's the daily farmers market right in front of the guesthouse. across the guesthouse is a nice place to eat local food. it's clean, cheap and serves yummy local cuisines.
The surrounding environment is very good, the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the boss, the staff are very warm, very good in the morning, will stay again next time!

“Thank you for the wonderful stay. I dun know how was breakfast. Cause i wake up late:) i love the Shwedagone Pagoda view:) from my bedroom. Staff from resturant was very friendly. Nice lobby area. Bell man greet with beautiful smile. Reception were should greeting a guest such as "welcome to My Hotel" to the first time guest as me. Reception should greeting guest. They were so silent. Should make small conversation with a guest tho. Well, i m not blame.. This is what i am suggested. Anyway will return to you soon :)”

Abe Asan, Taiwan, traveled the earth, walked the streets, visited coffee shops all over the world, and stayed at 2020.01.15 for the 9th month of the trip.
I highly recommend this hotel for a day or two in Yangon. Our taxi driver had no idea how to get to this hotel - I pulled up my offline map app and we used that to get there. This hotel is off the mainstreet literally in a residential neighborhood. There is lots of street food and shops nearby that are fun to walk around and make you feel like you're one of the locals. Our room was comfortable and clean. The roof top breakfast restaurant was fantastic. Of course the food was very ordinary, but the birds eye view of the neighborhood and a beautiful sunrise almost directly behind the Schewagon (?) pagoda made it very memorable. My only complaint is that the wi-fi was nonexistent. A primary reason for this is that the neighborhood kids know the hotel password and and sit outside the entrance on their cellphones all night. =)
The speed of the Huawei-approved hotel is good, but every time you remind the front desk to help open the WiFi account, the hotel is not bad, the price is not bad in the local area, the breakfast options are also rich, and the TV has a Chinese channel.
The hotel is located in a well-known wealthy area. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. There is a restaurant called Cafe Caesar within a few minutes’ walk. The environment is elegant and the food quality is high. It should be a place frequently visited by embassies of various countries nearby. There are also IPA and Pizza, I ordered a piece of pizza, and gave me appetizers and desserts. The price was only more than 10,000 kyats. No matter the food or the service, it was too good value. There is a market plaza for shopping around 15 minutes' walk from the hotel, and it is not far from Jinta and other places.
This hotel is our first choice for business trips. I have stayed many times and the health services are okay. Occasionally they feel that their bedding is not very clean, but the requirements are not high and acceptable. Burmese breakfast, so I haven't changed. But this time after going to the TIMES under the bridge next time, I think it ’s still okay. There is a Chinese hotel. The price is affordable and there is Chinese food.
First time visit to Myanmar and fell in love with the city and its people. My flight came in late after midnight and was met by Lwin Moe a super friendly staff spoke perfect English at the reception who waited for my arrival. Everyone made me feel welcome not just at the hostel but the people in the city with their smiles. I was very impressed with how clean and quiet Rangoon Boutique House is. The double bed was VERY comfortable, AC was nice and cold, towel is clean and of high quality. Breakfast served every morning from 7AM-9AM, it was more than enough for me, a continental breakfast with warm coffee and a fruit. Shared bathrooms and hot shower was clean and always available as it was spacious with good amount of privacy. A personal locker was provided as well. WiFi has great connection. The hostel is in the quiet area in the city. 24 hour convenience store, currency exchange, cafes, shopping malls, restaurants and great spas/massages a few steps away from the hostel. Check out was easy, I was able to leave my bags for a few hours at the hostel since my flight was later in the evening. Before I left, Lwin Moe was there to bid me farewell and told him how much I enjoyed his city and of course Rangoon Boutique House for making my stay a comfortable one. I’m very happy I made that right choices and will definitely come back again for my Part 2 visit to Myanmar! Thank you to all the RBH staff once again esp Lwin Moe for being friendly and attentive and making my first impression of Myanmar a pleasant one. Can’t wait to be back again soon!
I stayed at this hotel two nights because it was organized by my tour agent. These were the things I liked and disliked: Pros: Service staff, at the front desk, restaurant, room service were excellent. They aimed to please. The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel was in a convenient location. Cons: Air-condition in the room did not work properly. When I turned the air-condition, TV went on instead. I gave up on the air-condition and slept in the hot room. TV had either no signal or a blurry channel in Burmese or Chinese. No English or any other European language could be heard. There was no hot water kettle in the room. Instead, they provided a thermos. I had to leave at 5.00 in the morning and it was not possible to make a cup of coffee. Even the coffee provided was 3 in 1 type packets with sugar & creme added. For people who did not take sugar it was not suitable. There was a packet of green tea, but nothing else. The restaurant of the hotel was not very versatile. The only thing I ordered, Tea leaf salad was very salty. There was only beer no wine what so ever. Breakfast served was also not suitable for western tourists. The hotel seemed to cater more to Chinese tourists, and western tourists may be pretty dissatisfied here. Not recommended!
The breakfast buffet was ok, the restaurant was small, and the food was pretty good, with churros and soup noodles. The room was small and the bed was small. But desks, wardrobes, refrigerators and safes are all available, and bathroom space will be available. The hotel is not far from Sureta, walking distance. The hotel is not far from the Irrawaddy River, about 1 km. It is beautiful to watch the sunset on the riverfront, and there is a large fruit market, and the fruit is cheap. The hotel is not far from the largest Junction shopping center in Yangon, about 800 meters. There is a bread new language on the first floor, there are many restaurants on the fifth floor, as well as spicy fragrant pot, Sichuan cuisine change, KFC. The airport bus has direct access to the Junction Shopping Centre. You can also take the airport bus to the airport from the overpass near Surrey Square. Around the hotel is a vegetable market in the morning and a night market in the evening. Chinatown is right next door. Oh, there are many Chinese restaurants.
Okay I don't usually send reviews but, Gemsy is one of the best value places to stay in Yangon and totally underrated - 23 year YGN vet here. Under 2 year old hotel so the photos are 100% accurate. Stayed here for 7 weeks in May/June 2020 in different rooms including their main royal gemsy, all top notch, even gave me a tour of other options which are all as pic showed. Location not downtown (so maybe not perfect for some), but supermarket a 1min walk away, street food and many restaurants under 3min walk, also on main bus route if wanting to travel as a local further, ofc taxi easy via grab. On staff can only say great, GM Ma Irene perfect, Ma Phyu at reception awesome, other staff also all wearing masks so mmmm names missing but all great and chatty. Simply no negative issues, wish they opened buffet brekkie, but understand during covid, though they will deliver to your room free. Can say much more, but a perfect spot to stay in YGN for sure.
I choose it every time I go to Myanmar, it is convenient near the customer's home, suitable for office, nice accommodation environment, and nutritious breakfast.
We stayed at Virati last February 27-March 4, 2019 and we highly recommend it. Rooms are very clean, spacious and we personally like the large window. The road going to the hotel is being renovated and a bit dusty if you walk so bring mask. But it will soon be finished. Over-all the experience is memorable. It is a quiet neighborhood and the hotel is accessible to Kandawgi Lake where you can have a good vista of the Shwedagon Pagoda and Karaweik palace on sunset. The rooftop is also has a good view of the Shwedagon pagoda and you can even do yoga here. Their interiors are also well thought out. The mystical statue at the restaurant is quite intriguing. I hope they can make a caption in English of what the figure means. :) We also recommend walking to the Modern Tea House, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to have an authentic teahouse experience.
Location is really good. Shwedagon Pagoda is not far away. There is a convenience store near the hotel, and it's a resident area, so you can see street food and sell lots of fruits. If you walk a little, you'll find a big mart and a fast food restaurant. The room I stayed was really spacious and satisfied !! Especially good for three people. Three beds, two bathrooms, and an outside glass view.
The staff was kinder! We stayed in a room without windows, but there was no problem because there was an air conditioner. The breakfast was delicious too. The cafeteria was opened right under the hostel, so it was very convenient!
Breakfast is okay, there is a parking space, the location of the hotel is OK, usually friends often live here, the surrounding environment is good, suitable for Zhou Wei family travel, go to the Yangon Golden Tower is also very close, very good and good choice, next time Will stay here intermittently, this Chinatown is also convenient for shopping
The reserved room is for business trips. The room conditions are air-conditioned with hot water, balcony, two-story building, and the occupancy conditions are not compared with the domestic ones. Because there are still gaps in the two countries, one yard is three hotels and there is a swimming pool. This is not bad, the hotel park environment is very clean, three kilometers from the airport taxi, if you want to go shopping around, go right, go straight 120 meters there is a street, have been walking a lot of local vendors, fruit is very cheap, I buy 5.6 yuan Six large mangoes, pineapple 3 dollars a very cheap durian 15 dollars a big small 15 yuan two, the street sanitation conditions are not so good, love clean, do not go, follow this road and go right There are also supermarkets in the street. The first time I went to download a Baidu map, because only the Baidu map can be used for domestic navigation. In the hotel search supermarket, the first ABC supermarket along the navigation, you can experience the living conditions in Myanmar, I am Walking 2.2 kilometers, after crossing the train road, there is a jade shop 50 meters to the left. The price is very cheap, but don't buy more, because you can't take it, you can't open the formal invoice, I bought the amber 186. The money is also played casually. I often go there for business trips, so I feel familiar around, I hope to help my friends for the first time.
Great staff! Rooms a bit small.
