There may be a lot of hotels with good service recently. It also shows St Regis reactive power. Into the elevator. The service staff will help you press upstairs. There is welcome drink. With a smile. polite. check in process. I mentioned that I had a cold and no sound. Immediately arranged the butler to send ginger tea and biscuits. I don't think there is anything to be surprised at all this. Service This is the level that a five star should have. The lobby is not elegant enough. Feeling a little bit cornered. So after I went in, I started to be disappointed. New Year's decoration is a bit low. Room size is ok. But there is no smart toilet. It's a big penalty. There is no bottled water replenishment as active as Okura. And housekeeping. Breakfast was fine. There are really many types of bread. More than Okura. There is also insulation to praise. It's delicious too. Breakfast type is very rich. Thai, Japanese, Chinese, and Western. Some menus are à la carte. I think a single hotcake is good firewood no good. Take a bite and spit it out. Everything else was fine.

Five-star recommendation. Been to Bangkok four or five times, it can be said that this hotel is the best comprehensive experience. Location: Next door to Waldorf. It is three minutes walk from Erawan Shrine, six minutes from Shangtai, and no more than fifteen minutes from other Siam Square commercial districts. Grab was 70 or 80 baht to Genting King. Environment: The open-air garden is very special. The koi in the courtyard is very loved and highly interactive, which is especially suitable for bringing children to play. The decoration style is generally western-style but blends with Thai-style mural decoration, which is quite distinctive. Room: Overall good, rooms are small. The hotel arranges windows facing the swimming pool, which has good unobstructed lighting. The bathroom is relatively large. Loved the sofa in the room and was comfortable sitting. This shower gel body lotion really smells really good, with a touch of Thai herbal fragrance! Believe me you will fall in love. Service: I cancelled another order for personal reasons, which caused an error in the hotel order system. The people at the front desk were very patient and repeatedly helped to confirm, which was hard to come by. Turndown service is also okay, bedside water and ice buckets are prepared daily. Breakfast: Breakfast is slightly inferior to the above items. Chinese style 40% Western style 60%, not many types. In western style, Omele is always too soft, and salad vegetables and toppings are limited; Chinese style rice noodles are sloppy. The hotel's own juice is pretty good. We are a room with breakfast. If I spend an extra 1,000 people alone, I don't think the price is high. Other: Afternoon tea is recommended, 850 sets on weekdays. If you are good at dessert, you can have afternoon tea buffet at weekends. I didn't comment without commenting.

Very nice to stay right here and of course this hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok and especially just behind Anantara Siam. Good point is that there is a spacious room and seperated bedroom to make your travel with more possibilities while traveling with another one. During covid timing, breakfast was a la carte menu but good enough especially for wonton noodles. Then just wait for a promo and go there again !

Let's start with: Breakfast is semi-buffet, the main course is very good, and the dessert is delicious. The ingredients are medium and upper. The bad part: the bath water was suddenly cold and hot, and the constellation complained constantly. The room was extremely noisy at night, and it only improved half an hour after the phone was called. The swimming pool is turbid. The air conditioner in the room had a musty smell, the sensitivity was not good, and it was very cold. Although the reception was polite, it was not warm enough. (Aren't Chinese welcome?) In conclusion, I won't go there anymore, and it is not recommended in terms of cost performance.

Location: The drive from the airport to the hotel takes about 1h. The return driver encountered the old driver in 40 minutes. God, 60 tips were given. It is 19-15 minutes walk from Erawan Shrine. It is quiet in a street, and the location and price are very acceptable. Environment: The room is small, basic equipment, no features to comment on, suitable for going out every day, coming back to sleep. The hotel has a small swimming pool, a morning swim is enough. The lobby was decorated with Christmas trees and made gingerbread houses during Christmas, which was very interesting. Service: I sent an e-mail in advance and asked a few questions. The e-mail response was very timely. The Christmas room was not upgraded successfully. Only check out was delayed until 2 o'clock. The luggage department liked it. When I went to Long Po Temple, I ended up pulling another attraction. We showed the driver the address again to adjust the route, which almost delayed the business. The rooms were not cleaned enough, and the tea bags were not replenished. We also gave tips and regrets for the service. Breakfast: There are many varieties of breakfast but nothing to eat. Have you ever felt this way! ? Breakfast lined up at 10am on Sunday morning. It seems that Christmas is full. Overall: suitable for young people and business trips, just stay casually, not suitable for parent-child travel and enjoy the hotel experience. Short face

The last stop of the curve back to Australia and Thailand was to sleep comfortably, choose between Rosewood and Waldorf, and finally chose the latter. All the facilities of the hotel have been experienced except for the spa, which is a very noble and exclusive experience from beginning to end, especially the breakfast, which is impeccable. Room: The design of the guest room is actually quite satisfactory. It is very spacious and true, but it is what a standard top hotel should look like. The only thing that is not satisfactory is the landscape. The horse farm view will be much better. It is worth mentioning that Ferragamo is used for the preparation. The taste is very unique and it is also exclusive to Waldorf. You can live for the preparation in the future. Service: Nothing to say. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, your luggage will be delivered directly to the room, and you will be taken directly to the car when you leave. check in The room is not ready yet, actually took me to tour the hotel! I informed the restaurant to be booked and the time, and immediately booked it for me. Especially the honey of Reception remembered my name from beginning to end and felt very valued. In Waldorf, as long as there is a request, it will be done and it will be satisfied. Catering: Dining in the steakhouse in the evening, I do n’t really expect anything, but I did n’t expect the quality and professionalism of the product to be beyond imagination. The most memorable is breakfast. The variety is rich and the quality is high. The most worthy of tasting is ham. It is basically enough to eat a few slices, and there are egg dishes and muffins on order. Perfect! Afternoon tea is also worth a try, the taste and appearance are very good. There are too many details to say. At that time, the public account will write another article to write, and there is no satisfaction that there is no night bed! But the other parts are perfect, especially the service of Waldorf. It was really shocked that Bangkok is really a paradise for the rich!

The first time I stayed in Thailand, I stayed at Mayfair Apartments for the first stop, and stayed twice for a total of 6 nights. The area where the hotel is located belongs to Bangkok's high-end neighbourhood, close to the United States, the Japanese Embassy, and Chulalongkorn University. The front street is a relatively quiet secondary street, and it is convenient to eat and shop. Compared with the grandeur of a luxury hotel, it is low-key and simple, with large rooms and well-equipped facilities, which is very suitable for a family of many people. The hotel staff were very polite and enthusiastic from the doorman to the reception desk. Once they came, they actively upgraded the room. Everyone who came in and went out was greeted with a smile. They were enthusiastic to help with any problems. They would take the initiative to contact us for the driver. Staying at this hotel during this extraordinary period was very warm. The room facilities are not very new but clean and easy to use. Manager Nikki at the front desk helped us a lot. It is recommended to live here with elderly and children, cost-effective and relaxed. During the epidemic, breakfast and swimming pool were not experienced. Try again next time when you come to live.

Since the staff were very responsible during the epidemic, the temperature needs to be measured every time you enter the door. However, I was a little dissatisfied because I saw other medical problems in the hospital that had nothing to do with pneumonia. They still asked me for my inspection report, and they felt very intrusive to privacy. It didn't happen to other hotels. My breakfast is not a self-service buffet, it is a buffet style of ordering. The disadvantage is that there is no fruit. The infinity swimming pool is good, on the 18th floor, it is convenient for me to arrange the room on the 18th floor. There is a bar by the pool to order drinks and towels. The decoration is very new and the room is ok. Disposable toothbrushes are requested by phone, 4 bottles of mineral water per day. The laundry service is not very timely. I chose the four-hour quick wash, which took about 7 hours to come from.

First of all, thanks to Ctrip as a ten-year old user. I feel that Ctrip's customer service is becoming more and more dedicated and more and more supportive. I am Ctrip. I am prepaid and should not be refundable, but I need to leave in advance. Although the middle process has gone through a day, Probably a little bit upset in the early stage, but after many phone calls and information contact still resolved it. I'm satisfied. This hotel is the best I've lived in Bangkok. Not that the hardware is good, the hotel feels very good. The concierge is very nice and I will definitely choose here again after the epidemic! Thank you. The beauty at the front desk is very nice. There is also a Thai male who is similar to the lobby manager. You are welcome to send me out of the hotel. Thailand is a good country. I like it very much!

Only one advantage is that it is close to the airport. Everyone else can do it. When I booked, I need to pick up the phone in the order. When I was ready to take off, I didn’t know how to pick up the phone. I called the hotel and asked him how to pick up the phone. The hotel communication was not good, it would not be Chinese and English. I understand that he replied to me to find a booking website, and then I found Ctrip, Ctrip as a middleman, this is not good enough. Then I waited for an hour and a half to Ctrip to reply. After arriving between 4f3 and 4, there is a place of 5 square meters dedicated to the hotel and various pick-ups. The names are people, many people are sitting inside. L24 is shared with another hotel, a piece of paper, and then everyone can unclear the order and show it to others. Don't ask, others will help you find the person in charge of your hotel shunting, because sitting inside There are so many people, I was not sure if it was the place to pick up the plane. The person responsible for dispatching the vehicle is a very full woman. Without a smile, the tone is fierce. The driver who picks up the plane does not take the initiative to help with the luggage. If you sit in the first row, you can see that the driver’s center console is very deliberate. A 100-pig banknote, and when it arrives, it has the action of taking the center console. I asked for a tip, but the people I passed didn't see it. Only when I saw it, I chose to ignore it. First, I didn't like to reach out. Second, his service was not worth my tip. If you want to drop off (only one-way pick-up service) or late check-out (check-out time is 12 noon), you will have to pay an extra 100 pigs.

This was the time I lived on a self-help trip nine years ago. Going back again is to ask for a convenience and parity. It is on the edge of Khao San Road, but it is not troubleous. I want to make a road to Khao San Road. It will be quieter and safer than living on Khao San Road. There is a swimming pool upstairs, but this time we didn't go up, we will consider staying here next time, because it is too convenient and too cheap~ but the room is simple enough for backpackers. I like the design sense or choose another one~ The picture is a laneway restaurant that comes out, and the atmosphere is quiet at night~ It is another style of Khao San Road area~

Well, where shall I begin! This was our first stay at The Athene Hotel and check-in was first class. We were facilitated by Sopeido (hope I've spelled that right), such a polite individual with a lovely smile. We were upgraded (lovely) to a delightful king sized room on the 24th floor. Our room had everything and more to make us feel that little bit special and the bed was so comfortable and cleanliness was at a premium. All the staff we encountered were so helpful and nothing was a problem during our stay. The gym and pool facilities are excellent, in particular the gym equipment is so modern and the changing rooms are 5 star. Breakfast is up there with the best of 5 star buffets. So much choice and tastes across the board. Again the staff were so helpful in these stressful times. The lobby area is luxurious and the ambience so relaxing. Will we visit again? You can be sure of it and we are already looking to book a stay again in the near future, but for a longer period of time. Pros: * Overall: A new, clean & spacious Hotel even though only 3.5 stars. * Price: Affordable room price which is inclusive of breakfast & WiFi. * Staff: Friendly, helpful & prompt. * Room: Spacious with kitchenette, sofa, working desk, dressing/make-up area & bathtub. * Additional Merits: Lift is customized for wheelchair (one of the rare initiative by small hotels). * Instagramble Hotel (though we didn't take much photos because not our priority). Cons: * Location: Nothing along the street except a coffee house which is a walking distance too (along the main road). * Breakfast: Yummy traditional Thai and Western cuisine, but everyday is same food, We stayed for 5 nights so by the 3rd day we started to get bored of the same food. * Swimming Pool: size of a Jacuzzi tub and too exposed (on the street). * Convenience Store: should make use of the empty store space (beside the swimming pool) to open a convenience store for Hotel Guests. * Hotel Signage at main road: As per attached photo, there is a lighted Hotel signage along the main road during the evening hours. However, when we returned back to Hotel late at night, the light was switched off and thus Drivers had difficulty to find it in the dark. Suggest to on the power till dawn. * Soundproofing: Needs improvement as able to hear the noise at corridor. * WORST CON: We would give a 5 star rating to Onyx Hotel if not for this issue - No peace enjoyment at times, especially when the tour group are out/back from activities. Morning we are awaken by loud conversations, even to the extend of shouting & screaming. Night is even worse - guests gather at the level 4 common area to chit chat till late and one guest even took a chair to sit at the corridor & blast loud music on HP. Sincerely hope the Management can improve on this area. OVERALL: Will stay there again if going to RCA area everyday.

Can be understood as a domestic hotel chain with a pool. You can check in after 14 o'clock, you can check your luggage and play until you come back at night before you get your room card. The rooms are very new, no toothbrush, no socket on the bedside, can not smoke, there is a small window as if there is no, the hotel has a battery car to the intersection, convenient for bts and taxi. As long as it is not in the rainy season, there are several large trash cans and rats on this road. There are several hotels around four hundred. This is a good choice. There is no time to go to the pool. The front desk speaks well, smiles well, and simple oral communication. Does the water from the shower smell like disinfectant? But the skin was fine for two days. It is not easy to disperse the room without some windows. It's low season and it's quite quiet at night. Booking in advance with a coupon in the early 300s, I feel that I can accept that I want to continue to live, and the result is nearly double the price. . . Because I always go back to bed at midnight to go out and feel that it doesn't matter. The taxis here don't like to beat the meter, they all bargain on their own!
