Didn't say that the landmark building in Amman does not recommend the atrium room (the first time I do n’t know what the atrium room is). There are no windows and the door cannot be opened. Behind the door is a patio. The internet speed is really not good. The food in a restaurant in the hotel is so ordinary that it is not recommended to eat, but the view of that restaurant is very good, the others are all standard 5 star hotels.

We stayed six nights as we were using Amman as a base for day trips. We loved the idea of being able to 'eat-in' rather than having to eat out all of the time and so we chose here for that purpose. The rooms are really large, modern and very comfortable. It is a five minute walk to a huge mall which has a massive supermarket 'Town Town' on the ground flour which was great for buying a few groceries. We ate at one of the rooftop restaurants that served Jordanian style food that was quite good. There are a variety of fast food places there as well. Next to the Mall is pedestrian strip that is lined with a huge variety of restaurants. There is a Duty Free shop there and if you take your passport you can go and purchase everything from alcohol to cosmetics at Duty Free prices. Jordan is very expensive, so Duty Free prices mean you can buy a bottle of wine, beer or spirits at a reasonable price. Most places we ate throughout Jordan do not serve alcohol. There is also a taxi-rank next to the Mall and there were always plenty of taxis there at night if you wanted one. Like others have said, the breakfast is pretty ordinary but it was ok and it was all we needed for a long day of sight-seeing. The kitchenette has only basic items (enough for what we needed) and does not come with any dishcloth, tea towel or washing up liquid. However, we enjoyed our stay here, it was just what we needed. If you want the option to 'eat in' occasionally, then this would be a good option.

Rarely write reviews, this time to share the problems encountered in this order and Ctrip's handling methods. Due to the docking problem between Ctrip and the supplier, the check-in hotel could not find the order and could not check in. First of all, the hotel is conveniently located, has a good sense of design, the service is in place, and the problem handling is fairly professional. After waiting for more than 40 minutes, Ctrip negotiated with the hotel and informed me that this order may not be successful due to the docking problem. I need to pay the room rate by myself to resolve the check-in first. Before check-out, they called and said this The order was indeed an inconvenience caused by their mistake. The solution was to refund the entire room rate plus 1,300 yuan compensation. But when I checked out, the hotel received my booking information at this time, and instead paid the room rate from the supplier's credit card as usual. At this time, Ctrip's solution changed immediately, and the compensation amount became 200 yuan, and it was explained that this compensation was completely a little bit of their intentions. In principle, there was no compensation for successful occupancy. And refused to provide their compensation standards. This completely denied that it was because of their problems that affected me, but instead became a sympathy for me. This is difficult to accept, customers are completely led by their noses, how everything explains the initiative is in the hands of Ctrip.

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.

I stayed here for 1 night in June 2019. The reception staff are very friendly and checked me in quickly. The hotel is a bit out of Amman centre but its a short taxi ride. You wouldn't really want to walk it as it's either too hot or the roads are uncrossable. Unlike the west I didn't see any pedestrian crossings so its a real life game of frogger to get to where you're trying to go without getting hit by a car. The rooms at the hotel are of a nice size. I had a double and a single bed in a double room so got a choice, bit unusual but no complaining! The room had a nice balcony which overlooked the roads surrounding the hotel and the big mosque. Yes like other reviews have said the call to prayer does start early so be aware of that when booking or if you have a room overlooking the mosque and you're a light sleeper ask to change. But if your travelling to a muslim country what can you expect, this isn't New York. I didn't find it loud enough to wake me. The rooms have air conditioning which is a blessing. The showers are nice and powerful with enough hot water for a decent length shower. The man on reception keeps a few bottles of water in the freezer so ask if you want to get some nice chilled water, it cost me 1JD per bottle which in 40 degrees seems like a bargain. I would stay here again!

We loved the hospitable environment here. Musab at the reception was always helpful and always went out of his way to help make our stay much more comfortable than we expected. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was very good. Musab also helped us get the sim card at cheap price and was also responsive about our queries related to public transport in Amman. The apartment was neat and clean. It was very big and can easily accommodate 4 people. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Kitchen was big and stuffed with all the amenities including utensils, microwave, refrigerator, stove with cylinder, etc. We used the oven and refrigerator without any issues. There is a big sofa in the hall which is helpful if you are a large group and just want to have chitchat or have your breakfast or dinner in the hall. There was a TV as well which we did not use. They provided us water dispenser of 20L for 3 JD which was enough for us for 3 days. One room had a double bed which was very comfortable and the second room had 3 separate beds. Unfortunately, those beds were not that comfortable. The reason being, large and thick mattresses placed on beds which have hollow bottoms. I suggest them to get new beds which have covered bottoms so that mattresses do not sink in when you are sleeping. The location is the best part of this hotel. It's in the centre of Al-Abdali and Abdali mall is at the walking distance. There is also a big market at walking distance from here and you can get everything at Dakhliya circle which is around 1.5 KMs from here. Taxis are very easily available here and going to North bus station costs 2 JD in the taxi. JETT bus station from where buses leave for Petra in the morning is at 500m from here. Overall, it was a great stay there. 4 stars is because of the beds in the second room. We were really blown away with the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Would definitely give them another try if we are in Amman again.

The best hotel i've ever booked for the last 4 years. Stuff is friendly and ready to help at any time. Hotel is situated at the center and close to the supermarket. Good wifi and accomodation. Great breakfast - highly recommend everyone to add this option.owner of the hotel always take breakfast with tourists. Telling the stories about the country, giving advices how to make your trip better, helping with everything. Would recommend this hotel to any type of tourists. If you are travelling alone, a couple or you need to get good room for good price - this is for sure your choice. You will feel yourself in this hotel even better than at home

Ibrahim gives 2 free tour each day. This is my first day in Amman. I did the 3:00pm tour. Ibrahim has great sense of humor. He showed me how to enter the mosque through the women’s door. This is my first time entering an actual working, functioning mosque. We meandered through the old market. I bought fresh fruits. Then we walked the Yemenis market, I bought a pair hiking pants from a local tailor. When we walk through the sugar market, I bought some Arabic sweets. With Ibrahim, I paid everything in local price—a small fraction of tourist prices!! Ibrahim is very acknowledge of the historical landmark of the old town. He told me the story of Arab Bank, the background of the umbrella staircases. He pointed out how to get to the Roman theater, the Citadel, and the Jordan Museum on foot. He showed me the Roman Ruins hidden behind the markets. We even had time to stop for falafel with cheese filling inside. It’s a delicious, delightful, informative tour. The best part is a free tour. I think I will take this tour one more time on the day before I fly home. So I can buy all my souvenirs with Ibrahim’s help!

Literally a nightmare!! (Read the second part) I've spent 60 days there not a single day was a good experience, reception named AREEJ was very rude, having problems with everyone even the staff, first she lost my passport -she was playing with it to stalk my info- then denied it's her fault. We had a lot of arguments during my stay, Shout at me a lot of times, cursed at me, i try to do my work in the lobby and i have guests over she puts the worst music to the highest level because i asked to lower it down so we can work on the meeting, she said not your business i don't care and puts it higher like it's her own house, not professional at all. Problem is there are no one to talk to, no HR no front desk management so only a review by here. She wakes me up ringing my room everyday to ask for money although we agreed on long term payments, she claims i don't want to pay although i already paid 600usd, I come back to my room to find out she checked me out with no permission, excuse was only people who pay can stay. Wow :) Anyhow to mention other details the hotel is pretty old, i tried 4 rooms in two months almost the same to find no ac working, water leakage in toilet and windows from the rain as well, broken toilet flushes, shower is too dirty.. New covers/towels not clean - too worn out..etc etc.. Just a place to stay away from when you're in Amman :) This hotel sued me in the court for writing a negative review on booking revealing their bad behaviors with the reception AREEJ and the owner Nashat Taani they locked me out of my room with all my stuff inside my money, passports, clothes, phone, work electronics, car keys and everything i slept outside and police did nothing and court took more time to solve this.. This was worst experience ever in world wide hotels.. Never go there.

Very nice studio with ample amenities, excellent WiFi, comfortable bed. Friendly, very helpful staff, especially Faoud and Mohammed Abudayeh, he coordinated my trips to Petra, Dead Sea, — making phone calls to nail taxis, bus reservations — superlative job. If you are arriving in Amman with no set plans and need help putting them together, I cannot recommend Lujain Hotel Suites and Mr. Mohammed Abudayeh highly enough. Absolutely superb. I stayed here two times in March 2019, 4 nights Room 310, 2 nights Room 111. Both rooms were well-appointed. Stayed one night while travelling with a group. The hotel located on a busy road. The room we had was large and the amenities were all ok. The hotel is somewhat dated but overall appearance is reasonable. There were no racks available for the hotel issued towels so they occupied most of the vanity counter. Our dinner and lunch was a buffet and food was ok but the dessert was very ordinary with most items tasting like supermarket ready to mix products. There was some issue with teaspoons and water glasses they were constantly in short supply. There is a large shopping complex nearby. There again wasn’t impressed by the type of shops and the products on offer. Overall not a bad hotel for a short visit.
