Stayed here for a month a few times a week for work purposes only as it was near . A price was agreed before hand, I paid this price as agreed for 3 weeks. The lady and receptionist on my last week demanded more money, which I refused to pay. Also requested receptionist to call me a grab which costs me 10,000, he decided he was going to take me and wanted 30,000. The hotel is very basic they do not clean rooms neither do they give fresh towels I had to ask for fresh towels. The first room they gave me had not been cleaned and had been slept in, I suppose I got the room cheap so did not complain, staff miserable and did not speak English. This hotel caters for locals only

Location is the best, very convenient. Stylish in a new hotel. The lobby and rooms are very nice. It's a hotel of this class, but it's a welcome fruit, with bananas and a good breakfast buffet. There was a veranda and I could see the Han River. The difficulty is that you can hear the corridors and outside sounds. Those who are worried should go to a luxury hotel. There is also a gym, swimming pool, massage, sky bar and restaurant that can be used for your convenience. It is the best hotel for cost performance.

Location was great. I changed my schedule so I booked differently for 2 nights I stayed in two bedrooms with the same benefits as the upgrade due to the hotel's consideration. There is a washing machine, and the view is good. The feedback from the hotel is quick and 100 points anyway It's really delicious even though it's a cafe

I had a great 1-night stay in the female dorm here. Arrived on a delayed flight close to 1am and staff were available and helpful to check me in. Capsules were spacious and clean and very comfortable though the mattress was quite thin so the bed was a tad hard. Bathrooms were great, hot water and very good pressure too. Location was great - walkable to lots of places but also easy to pick up a grab bike or car. Overall a short but pleasant stay, will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Da Nang!

The hotel is quiet 20 minutes away from the airport and the air is pleasant. You can park your car in every house, and there is a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom on the first floor. The swimming pool is connected directly in the living room, so you can swim whenever you want. And every bedroom has a room on the second floor, and every room has a shower facility, so it was good. There are also washing machines, and I think we have guests who are not using them but need them. It is a fully satisfied accommodation, and I will stay it again if I go there next time.

Hotel right in the center of Da Nang. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Friendly staff and very good value for money- we paid £46 for 3 nights. The day before our stay we messaged to ask whether we could push our stay back a day and they sorted it no problem. They also let us check in earlier when our room was ready.

Suitable for adult friends traveling, if you are bringing children, it is not recommended to travel here. Because Room 1306 on the 13th floor should be one of the cheapest rooms. The room has only a toilet with outward-facing windows. The room is basically closed. The rat brothers on the roof are extremely active in the middle of the night leaving a deep negative! I didn't expect tropical mice to be so crazy! It didn't stop until he threw the roof with his slippers to frighten the rat brothers. [Location] The location is actually good, but there are actually many hotels on the road to the sea that are closer to the sea than this one. Walk about 15 minutes to My Khe Beach. There is everything to eat and drink around, but only one that is well received in public comments is about one hundred meters away. There are also pharmacies and small supermarkets. There are basically white regular taxis when you go out, which is more convenient. [Room] The reason why I did n’t take photos of the room facilities was because the room was too small and too shabby, but I was poor, set my own, and wanted to live while crying. The most important thing is that the room has no direct-facing windows, only the toilet window can see the outside. [Top floor] is undoubtedly a selling point and highlight, the floor is higher, overlooking Da Nang and the sea are excellent [Value for money] Of course, it is very high. The breakfast is really rich. The gym is under repair. The swimming pool is available. There is a place where children can play although it is very low. Overall, it is not recommended to come here for parent-child travel. If friends are together, it can be considered but the cheapest room will not be set.

There is not enough room here to properly convey my appreciation of this DaNang hotel, the Rosetta, and it's staff, but i will try. While visiting "Marble Mountain" in DaNang I had most of all my valuables stolen, including passport and Visas. It was davastating!! However, I did not realize, that the "Owner" of this lovely hotel was, for 2 days, going to this area searching for my lost items,..until she contacted me and had recovered all of my needed and important things, including my passport and visa..I am still in amazement in her effort and caring. Yes, I can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Da Nang!!

Location: In the south of Da Nang Beach, a little distance from the city center, but because of the small number of people on the beach, it can be regarded as a private beach, which is very comfortable and the biggest highlight. Hotels: Resort hotels, different room types in different areas, there are small villas and apartment buildings. Personally, I prefer small villas. Two houses in a building, it is more comfortable to drink coffee at the door. Rooms: Both are relatively large. The hardware of the cottage is relatively old, but it does not affect it. The apartment building hardware is newer. There is no need to have a sea view. Some rooms have a sea view and a sea view. Breakfast: relatively rich, you can spend more time to eat slowly. Beach: 5 minutes walk from the cottage, there are two swimming pools, not big, average. Barely counted as a sea-view swimming pool. Service: The hotel has a free shuttle bus in the city, pay attention to the departure time and reservation. There are marine projects on the beach. Overall good, the price is relatively cost-effective in the surrounding private beaches. Good price.

Hotel service is in place, there is no Chinese at the front desk and only English can be spoken. Upon arrival, we upgraded the room for free, so our room is a high-level family suite, the room is one large, one small, and two beds, which can sleep three people. The room was at a corner, the view was very good, the balcony could see the entire Gulf Peninsula, plus the beautiful river view, and the floor-to-ceiling window next to the small bed could see the river view and the Ferris wheel not far from Da Nang Amusement Park. However, the day I lived was on New Year's Day, and the karaoke sneakers downstairs in the village stopped in the middle of the night, listening to the door behind the balcony. Downstairs is a place for locals to eat supper. It is very busy at night. As for the food, you need to have the spirit of exploration to try it. It is mainly fried snails, with a mess that can't eat anything. The stall owner can only understand a little English, and the menu is all Vietnamese, and he can only blindly follow the table on others. The taste is really average, just try it, don't take it too seriously. The hotel restaurant mainly has western breakfast, and there are Vietnamese food, but the Chinese breakfast is not particularly good, and it will not be the focus of this type of hotel. The hotel has a small high-rise swimming pool. When going up there is a couple of foreign couples playing without interruption. The spa hotel will send it for 30 minutes, but the requirement is to spend more than one hour on the package, that is. Can't do it for nothing. Count it down to more than 100 yuan an hour. On the top bar, there is a relatively worn out "Babylon Garden", but the 360-degree view is still very beautiful.

I had a kid and I booked the pool and beach rather than the price. The family in the other room was okay, but my daughter suffered from her face being swollen during the trip because she was bitten by a mosquito or a bug while sleeping in bed. So please see if you have children) The room key wasn't working so I couldn't go in. I'd call the engineer to change the key and clean it. There was a piece of paper that she had been playing with.) There was a Korean staff member who kindly walked to the medical room and guided us when the child was bitten.

Firstly, after experiencing the noise at this hotel. I checked tripadvisor again and several comments were made about this months back and nothing has been ‘done’ about it (even though hotel had said it would). The lifts are in constant use and make a very loud bell noise (even if not on your level). We had drilling early in the morning where workers were fixing the rooftop area. There were no ‘real’ windows in the room. We had one that looked into someone else’s room via a shaft/passage going up to the rooftop (I think a worker was sawing at the top too so echoed down more noise). The room itself was a good size and nice bathroom. Hotel is saved by the fact it is located in a nice area with good restaurants close by, friendly staff, and the beach a block away was great.

This time, we focused on cost performance and looked at the reviews, and went to this hotel! It is inconvenient to go out for a meal in the resort area, so I asked for only one of the two nights. Both the lobby and check-in are very nice people to talk to. And the rooms are cute and fashionable, so it seems to be popular with women. I had breakfast, but it was delicious! He also made cappuccino!

The staff here are very attentive, their English is good and they are always happy to help. They offer bicycles or motorcycles to use to tour around the city, although the hotel requires that you have an international driving license to make use of the motorcycles. There is a swimming pool on the second floor that is free to use. The beach is a 10 minute ride away and there are many places to eat and drink on both sides of the river. Whilst the Corona virus has affected tourism to Vietnam the only cases were in Saigon, not Da Nang. I just spent 30 days here, please don't let the fear put you off visiting this amazing city and meeting the friendly people here.

Our stay at this lovely place was absolutely perfect. We even extended our stay by 10 days! It's a short walk to the beach and the local bars and restaurants. The family who run the motel are absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. We had our laundry done a few times and it came back smelling amazing. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries and a fridge with snacks and drinks. Our room was cleaned and tidied every single day and we felt so comfortable here. We booked a Ba Na Hills tour through the owner and it was great! We cannot recommend this place highly enough and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

I stayed here - needing somewhere comfortable near the centre of everything in Da Nang. It was a great choice. The young team of staff here go above and beyond to be welcoming and polite, and keep a good place clean and very well equipped. The apartments are large and very up to date, comfortable beds, lots of space, and extras such as a washer and drier in the room which were useful for me, being on a very long trip, I could easily do laundry. Well equipped kitchen - good for making a snack or breakfast, . On the top floor is a nice pool, with a good view - and not overlooked, it has a view down on the sports stadium next door. The airport is about 3 miles away and only about £2 in a taxi. There are about 10 apartments here, half are one bedroom with lounge, kitchen and bathroom, the others have two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very nice, I would stay again.

Tony, who runs the place and his staff went above and beyond. I forgot to inform the hotel of my check-in time and was running late and Tony who speaks perfect Aussie English called me to make sure all is well. He checks on me every day to make sure all goes well and ask for whatever I might need to make my stay more comfortable. Always ready to offer help or to drive me around town with his cool ride (can't beat that ;p ) as he was a little concern that I travel alone. The coffee shop downstairs is a great place to hang out with a relaxing jazzy sound on the background where one can easily have 3 cups of nice brewed coffee or seasonal fruit juice one fancies as it's got a reasonable price. The place is in a great location, just right next to Vinmart and restaurants and walking distance to the beach and An Thuong Area. Some local guests, especially on weekends can be noisy but Tony is not shy to tell them to be mindful of other guests. The place is clean and new. Sheets and towels smelt fresh and changed on a daily basis. Showers, toilets worked with no problem during my one month stay from mid-June to July. I bumped into him in a store and saw me buying some Mochi, the next morning he surprised me with an expensive box of branded Mochi which my friends and I shared. That is just one classy host! Thanks, Tony and your team for showing an excellent Vietnamese Hospitality!

The hotel is right next to the sea. The road is just across the sea. The service attitude is very good and the hygiene is good. The main problem is that Da Nang generally has low water pressure. There are no outdoor swimming pools. It is not far from the Han Market Airport Longqiao Night Market, and it is not expensive to take a taxi. The airport is 130,000 won, the Korean Market is 70,000, and the night market is also 5/6 million. Good location. Next, I would like to say that there is a Chinese and Korean speaking staff at the front desk of the hotel. At that time, a taxi called at the front desk of the hotel went to the Korean market. After getting off the bus at the Korean market, I found that my daughter and my cell phone were on rental. In the car, my mobile phone was replaced with a local card at that time, so no one picked it up in the past. I thought I wouldn't be able to find it. I tried to take a taxi and returned to the hotel. At that time, I used Korean and the front desk. A Korean-speaking waiter communicated, and they immediately rushed to contact the driver for me and sent me back an hour later. I really appreciate it. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Da Nang

Positives: The hotel room is comfortable enough and in a good location, on a well-lit street and only 6minutes walk to the beach and about 20-25 minutes walk to the dragon bridge and night market. Bed is comfortable, shower is good, AC works and good storage space. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful to tell where the public bus is to Hoi An. Negatives: I saw 4 cockroaches in my room floor in my one night there. I understand it is a busy city area so there are lots of cockroaches everywhere, but I suggest the hotel team to spray the rooms to try to solve this as it is gross to see them in the room. It is the first hotel in Vietnam where I actually see them. Perhaps if you stay in a higher level, this would not be a problem. The only other reason I take off a star is that the housekeeping staff was very loud before 9am in the morning, slamming doors and even ringing my doorbell (even though I had put the "Do not Disturb" sign outside my door). I was tired from waking up very very early the day before, so wanted to sleep late, but could not because I could hear the noise outside. So, I suggest to the hotel please ask your cleaning staff to work quietly or else start a bit later so not to disturb the guests. Overall, it is a very good value for the price, and very friendly staff and modern facility and great location.

· It is completely newly built hotel. We were warmly welcomed and upgraded for bigger room on arrival. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable, we also had a small balcony and small kitchen area. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, every evening we had a choice (local food/eggs). The pool on the top was absolutely amazing! We also rented hotel's motor bike (you must, it is quite far from everything). Since it was raining most of the time, we were not charged all the days we rented the bike, which was very very kind gesture. The owner spoke english well, other staff a bit less. The staff were all very helpful and kind, we loved our room and the pool!! Normally, the whole area is really silent, but sadly during our stay there were workers working on the nearby building and every night after sunset until late in the night they were singing karaoke VERY LOUD!!! First night, the manager managed to call the police to silence them but it didn't work the next days.... :( It was really disturbing and disappointing. DATE - end of September 2019 - Hopefully the work is done by now!

After scootering in a downpour over the Hai Van Pass, we were drenched and tired! We arrived at Karola Hostel and were able to park our scooters in covered shelter. So nice. Our dorm room was big, dry and warm (it had AC if you wanted). Beds were comfy. Pod style with sturdy, easy stairs. Building was new and modern and clean. There was a wall hand dryer and the front desk had a hair dryer so we could dry out our belongings a bit. It was quiet and away from the hectic-ness of downtown Da Nang so we slept real good. Other: Not many guests staying. You could see the dragon bridge from the hostel and it was a short walk to it as well as to coffee shops and a good Thai restaurant for dinner. We wanted to check out the nearby night market but it got rained out. If you are a backpacker seeking a lively spot, this isn’t your place. But for us, it was perfect.
