We came for two nights here to enjoy the Christmas market. They allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage. They were helpful and provided us with the entry codes via text. The apartment itself was very clean, bed was really comfortable, the shower room and bathroom was amazing and really nice. It’s a really good location close to everything we needed including the market.

Brilliant place to stay. Firstly, the staff were always on hand to answer any questions I had, they arranged airport transport to & from the accommodation for 90PLN & also arranged for us the Auschwitz Birkenau tour 180PLN P.P, they were really helpful during our stay. The room was clean & tidy & has the kitchenette equipped with pots/pans, kettle, tea/coffee/sugar, cups & glasses, microwave, fridge.. (I was able to stock up using the supermarket just down the street) Bathroom was big enough with walk in shower & clean. Nice view of Planty Park & within walking distance to the main square (about a 5 minute walk, if that). Was generally quiet thanks to the apartment rules! The reception desk is separate the the apartment building & is about a 10 minute walk away where we were able to store luggage on the last day after checking out - again, the staff were really helpful in directions & door codes. The only really really small problem(s) was that I think the trams must operate 24/7 as when they pass the building during the night it sounds like a load of wheelie bins racing past - nothing major & wouldn’t stop me from visiting again. Would definitely stop here again. Staff were really amazing & helpful so thank you!

This guest house is centrally situated in an antique tenement building dating from the 16th century, amidst the old town with the main square merely a few steps away.Guests can enjoy views over Krakow’s roofs, with the enchanted horse cabs trotting nearby. Walking from the Planty down to the narrow streets to reach the Wiślna Gate, guests can hear the bugle call sounding from the top of Mariacka’s lofty tower. The Collegium Maius and other university buildings are just round the corner and a short walk along the Planty leads to the Royal Castle. The hotel houses single and double rooms.

We stayed in Apartment one and it was lovely and spacious and very clean. We had a really nice stay, the receptionists were friendly and helpful and organised our return trip to the airport. The apartment was ideally situated, literally just round the corner from the old square. Handy for restaurants, deli's, trams and sightseeing. Was lovely to be able to wander around at night time and not have far to go. All the amenities in the apartment all worked. Would definitely stay again... Fantastic value for money. Only one slight downside, if you are a light sleeper do not stay in this apartment because of the bar outside. Can get a bit noisy,

Myself and a group of friends (16 in total) recently decided to give this place a try on our 9th visit to Kraków! The location is absolutely perfect with the main square literally a stones throw from the property. The price is also great value and the staff here are worthy of note! Really friendly, helpful and polite. You already know a lot of the rooms share a bathroom on the corridor which I suppose isn’t ideal but it is clearly stated when booking. Would definitely recommend this place!

Before arrival we were sent an email introducing the hotel and any information we needed on/ before arrival. We arrived here before check in time (3pm), receptionist explained all regulations (e.g COVID-19 information) and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was available. They then proceeded to take our luggage in our room when they had completed cleaning. We had a couple of queries after the receptionist had finished, we emailed, and got a response in an adequate time with all queries answered. (we could have also phoned which would have been quicker) All facilities were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided when we requested them. Air Con was available and Netflix pre downloaded onto the telly, available in all languages. During our time here the receptionist could not have been more helpful, she helped us with room queries, recommendations of places to visit and eat, all were fantastic! Overall an amazing find with no problems, we would 100% recommend and visit again if were to return to Krakow.

Stayed in the Mini Sewa Apartments for my daughter’s 30th birthday and although the room was small it was perfect for us. Other apartments for four or more people are also available. Rang the accommodation upon arriving and they were there to let us in within 10 minutes. Two single beds in a modern room with wardrobe and television. Good sized bathroom and small area to make hot drinks and felt safe with locks on the various doors. Modern and clean and although on a busy and vibrant street leading onto the square once you got through to the court yard and into the apartment it was quiet and we didn’t hear anything. Not much lighting at night in the court yard but we used the torch on my phone. We got out and about on trips throughout the day so the room was perfect for our needs. Being next to the square was ideal where there are lots of places to eat and drink. We booked trips prior to actually arriving but you can book trips once there if need be although you may not be guaranteed to get what you want if you leave it late and I would recommend booking at least two to three weeks in advance to get the best prices. They will also pick you up from your accommodation which was great! Check out at 11am and as we weren’t flying until later on in the evening we were able to drop our bags off for safe keeping during the day at an office around the corner as they stayed open until 8pm. All in all I would stay here again as loved the location and would highly recommend trying out the traditional Polish restaurants as they served delicious food at a really good price! Lovely people and will be back in December for the Christmas Markets!

In the old town of Krakow, the old town is not big, so you should do whatever you want. The hotel is clean and comfortable, just enter some toilets, the bathroom is very fragrant. Because in the old city, there are a lot of tourists. It is a bit noisy to go to bed early at night, and McDonald's is downstairs. Others are not bad, the price is super high~~

Stayed in Hostel Faust for a couple of nights and we had a great stay. The location of the hostel is very central and accessed through an archway into a secluded courtyard. Within the courtyard there's a skate boarding shop and bar. I was a bit anxious beforehand because the room stated it didn't have an ensuite bathroom but the room itself was basically in an apartment with two twin rooms (we didn't see the other occupants), a kitchen and bathroom to share, so everything you'd need. Unlike reviews of larger shared dorms, the bathroom had toilet paper and towels. The room was cosy, had limited wardrobe space but served its purpose at a very reasonable price too. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Such a room in an apartment would be ideal for 4 friends or a family with two children. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is less than a five minute walk from the main square, Rynek Główny; it's in a perfect location, just across the Planty off a quiet street. The rooms face into the courtyard of the hotel, and whilst there's not much to see it makes for a quiet night's sleep. We seen there was a sister hotel in the Jewish Quarter. The room was relatively large compared to other standard rooms we've stayed it. It was clean and spacious, with complimentary bottles of water. We think we were staying in a new part of the hotel as the decor was very fresh and there was plenty of rooms but not as many guests, even though we visited over the St Patricks Day weekend (March 2019 - I can't pick this date on the dropdown so I've put March 2020). The breakfast each morning is a buffet, and there was a general selection of cold and hot food. You can book for dinner in this restaurant as well.

We were guests at the Hotel between 19th -22nd March. We were appointed very nice rooms catering for the needs of our students. The staff were exceptional, helpful and were quick to resolve any issues we had during our stay. The Breakfasts were substantial and well organised to cater for two large school parties. the 2 Lane bowling Alley with the pool table and table football provided a great spot for students to relax and the staff to unwind. We will run the trip to Krakow again next year and we shall be back at Hotel Wilga in greater numbers. Its quiet and a fair walk from the Centre of town, but that was also an attractive feature of the hotel

Travelled with grown up daughters for a 3 day Xmas break. Angel House organised taxi to key pick up, directions to property where a bit confusing but once found we were all very impressed. Everywhere was spotless, with a nice little balcony to sit out on. There was everything would need, in kitchen a fridge, microwave, dishwasher ect., and bathroom with enough towels, power shower lots of hot water. Very spacious for 3 adults, lovely comfy beds 1 double and 1 double bed setee with crisp white bed linen. Excellent location a few minutes walk to main square, lots of bars and shops and about 15/20 mins to Jewish quarter. A word of warning the property is above one of the cheapest and popular bars in Krakow which is open to 6am so it's quite noisy but that didn't bother us. Would definately reccomend and would stay here again.

Me and my friend stayed for a long weekend at the beginning of September. The apartment we were given was 'Topaz' and the layout was perfect for two travellers. Twin beds which were comfortable and extra bedding given. Kitchenette had a hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, sink and everything you would need to make brekkie in the morning. Nice lounge area with dining table. Lovely view out into the courtyard of the apartements. Bathroom was modern and they provide some toilerteries. Shower had plenty of hot water and good power. The apartments are located in a great postion for the main market square, walk out the front and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle. No noise from the main market could be heard from the apartment even with windows open. Great value for money (just could do with a lift as there are a couple of flights of old stairs!) The entrance to the apartments was very secure as well which we liked. Would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel in the Jewish Quarter which is around 1 mile from Krakow Old Town. Spacious rooms which are well heated, complimentary tea/coffee/water on arrival and a breakfast spread which is quite amazing! The curtains didn't quite fit the window but this is a minor issue as we were up early each day to explore the city. Tram stop almost outside the front door with regular trams into the city centre. Lots of bars and restaurants in the Jewish Quarter but if you want to eat an evening meal don't leave it too late as they start closing at 10pm. Bars all open much later.

The apartments belong to Agnieszka Radwanska - the best tennis player from Poland, which was the number 2 in the WTA ranking and won 20 tournaments, including WTA Finals in 2015. All apartments are inspired by Agnieszka's career and you can find there souvenirs from tournaments and cities in which Radwanska won tournaments. The names of the apartments are Miami, Singapore, Wimbledon, Tokyo, Tianjin, Montreal, Sydney, Istanbul, Dubai and Beijing. In the apartments you can see Agnieszka's tennis dresses and her original tennis rackets, which she played at tournaments. Very good location of the apartments. Only 8 minutes from the Market Square in Krakow and 7 minutes to the train station. In the area, cafes, shops, restaurants, hotels, an old market with vegetables and fruits. Luxury apartments, well-equipped with the best equipment. Booked this place online after reading the excellent reviews and i have to say that they were fully justified. Its in a beautiful part of the city, the jewish quarter, and stands on a road containing plenty of bars and restaurants. No big flash frontage, just a doorway and a small ground floor reception area but once inside you cannot help to be charmed by its quaintness and quirkiness. Staff are polite, respectful and very helpful, providing maps and information about the city with a smile. Rooms are spotless clean and differ in size but all (we were a party of 6 couples) are adequate with modern bath/shower rooms. My partner booked a surprise 3 night trip to Krakow for my 30th Birthday as it is a place I have always wanted to visit and I have to say it definitely did not disappoint. The Metropolis Design Hotel was in such a perfect spot - out of the way of the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to the centre, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, amazing bathroom, there was a store nearby with all you would need however we had breakfast included and this was also delicious with plenty of variety. Our only complaint is that we were not there long enough to do all we wanted to - our main reason to visit was to attend Auschwitz, which is definitely recommended, but we would have loved to have had time to venture further afield as there was so much to do. We were also a week too early for the Christmas market, which was being set up and I would have loved to have seen. That said, we loved the country, area and hotel so much we will definitely be returning.

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. When you first arrive it is abit of messing about to get into the apartment, it has a keypad on the outside which you need to txt the owner of the apartments for the code. When you get through the door you are greeted by a grim hallway and stairs, at this point we thought what the hell have we done. Once we got in the apartment it was very clean and very modern, it just looks the same as the pictures advertised. Our room was situated at the back which was not on the main road, I can imagine it would be abit noisier on that side as there are cars and trams running but we had a nice quiet sleep both nights. The breakfast is in the cafe next door, you get a code sent through WhatsApp from the owner and you then use that in the cafe. it is very nice and cheap you get about £5 each to spend we ordered 2 salami bagels, 2 cakes, 2 orange juice and a coffee, we only had to pay about £1 extra. There is a good choice of bagels, sandwiches, cakes pastries all made fresh and very tasty. The main square is only 10 minutes walk Overall we enjoyed our visit and would defo return here

Location was great, not to far from old town, you can cut through the shopping centre and get lunch one the way there to old town or/and a meal on the way back. Ubur from the old town to the apartment was only 10-15zl (£2.05-£3.10) and an Ubur to the Airport was only 35zl (£7.19). There is also fuelling stations near by to get any late night goods (sweets, food, fruit, etc..) Due to recently staying in Croatia 10 days before I planned to visit Poland and forced to self-isolate back home, I had to change my dates, I had informed the property before visiting and contacted them while I was in Croatia. I had selected the "non-refund" option on booking, the apartment was not obligated to change my dates, but and they did - thank you. If you find yourself in a similar position, keep the property updated as and when you have it. I was staying for one week, first time visit. I asked if they could spare any laundry tablets for my clothes and they did (Ariel laundry tablets) - no extra charge. During the week the Internet connection was constantly dropping for upwards of 10 minutes before reconnecting. The WIFI was fine, this would be the service provider issue. Towards thee end of the week the service was fully restored. I won't leave a negative on this as they worked to restore the service. The last few days I was there, the connection was much faster and more stable.

Stayed here for a week in September and was very happy overall. Although at first the accommodation seemed to be in the middle of nowhere we quickly realised that it was actually about 10-15mins walking distance to all of the main restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. The main square is about 12 mins away! The accommodation itself is pretty standard it is kept immaculately clean, there is full use of the kitchen, they provide towels and baggage storage free of charge and most of all the owners are the most wonderful friendly, helpful people. We stayed at the Angel House B&B on a 3 night trip to Krakow. We were greeted at the airport by a really helpful driver who talked us through the history & best places to visit whilst staying in the city. We stopped at the hotels main office to collect our keys where we were met by Eliza who accompanied us to the Blich Street address where we were staying. At first we were a little apprehensive at staying in an apartment style hotel which was based on the third floor of a traditional residential apartment building with no on site reception. Once inside we were really impressed by the quaint quirkiness of the hotel. Our room was stylishly furnished with a compact but well equipped bathroom. As we were the only guests on the day we arrived we had a choice of rooms, - We chose room 2, which although looking out over a railway track was a great size, & we were not bothered by any train noise at all. Plentiful Breakfast was provided in the kitchen/dining area & tea, coffee & juice were available by self service any time of the day or night. Location of the B&B was perfect for accessing city centre, with just a short walk up hill to the main shopping area & access to the old town. If we had one critisism of the location it would be, - this hotel may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with walking difficulties, this is due to the fact that it is located on the third floor, there are no lifts so you need to carry your luggage up a lot of concrete steps. Other than this we loved the Angel B&B & would definitely stay there again. Eliza & all the staff associated with the hotel were lovely.

Monika was excellent and explained everything step by step. Spa was really lovely decorated and very clean. I was there on Monday morning and finished by 2 pm (that means 10% discount) but they had a great promotion (I think 30 %) so it was a great deal. I also loved the natural collagen facial products and plan to get a few on my next trip. I wish I lived in Krakow, I would be at the Farmona Spa at least twice per month.
