Hotel K5 did really great showcasing the unique design of the rooms. We stayed at the K5 Room loft, the curtains amplified the relaxing and nighty feeling. It was so hard to get up and go out from the room! The bed was very comfortable and big. There’s so much to feel, playing our playlist through the bluetooth speakers, while reading on the red sofa or just lay back on the black chair it was a superb stay-in experience. It wasn’t just the bed and the room that welcomed us warmly, the helpful and very friendly staff did too, different from usual hotels. It was also remarkable to have different places you can hang out once you’re in the hotel. There is the Caveman that offers great pairing of wine and different ingredients put together to give out unique tastes. There is AO bar where you could quietly chill, ‘B’ the beer bar that offers the Brooklyn Brewery’s different beer, with really good tacos. Having a a cup of cafe latte in the morning from Switch coffee was also refreshing. Staying at Hotel K5 was a really amazing, I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was in a great location. The metro station and a convenience store is literally around the corner. The staff were friendly and kind. My room was very clean and the it was very quiet. You can here people in the hallway if they are loud but I was very comfortable there. Also, the breakfast was delicious and just enough food and I liked their laundry facility. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Let me talk about my experience. From Narita to this hotel, if you do n’t have a lot of luggage, then taking sky access directly is the most cost-effective route, less than 1,500 yen, not skyliner! Sky access can be directly under the Nihonbashi, and you can walk to the hotel for up to ten minutes. It costs about 1,000 yen less than the skyliner. The key skyliner is only to Ueno, and you have to change trains to Ueno. We had a lot of luggage when we went back, so we chose to go to tcat and walk to Tcat terminal in about 15 minutes. Now Tcat buses are also discounted for foreigners. As long as one person costs 1900 yen, someone can help with luggage and arrive on time 55 minutes Narita Airport! Besides the hotel, I like it very much. It is very cost-effective and convenient. The Kayabacho Station is very easy to go out. It is quite quiet at night. There are no tour groups. The whole family is very convenient. The rooms are not large, as are Japanese hotels, but the design is quite reasonable, and the 28-inch box can be opened smoothly. The hotel also comes with breakfast, simple and healthy, full of bikes, and staying here next time

Room 806. View is office building across the street. The capital high on the right side. It is rare for hotel ribmax and windows can be opened and closed. Curtain, not curtain. There is no race curtain, so if you keep the roll curtain up, you will definitely see it from the office building opposite (blind down but ...). Check-in is an automatic fare adjustment machine after filling in the name at the front desk. There is one elevator. Foreign cleaning staff will ride together with a silent and calm face. Therefore, cleaning is miscellaneous (>_<) This is a rib max, so don't worry. Sheets, pillow covers linen, unit buses, toilets smell. There is a microwave oven, a hot pot, and a refrigerator. The air purifier is made of SHARP. The cooler is like a home made of Daikin. Of course it is individual air conditioning. There are many outlets, two on the desk, two on the wall, one on the bedboard. Also, there are 1 USB terminals on the desk, 2 (^^) d deodorant spray and dryer on the bedboard. 4 hangers. TV is 43 inches made of Toshiba wall hanging. Bath towel, The face towel is thin and the pellet and the quilt are also pellet. There is no ice making machine. The cancellation rule is strict and occurs 5 days ago. Access is a few minutes from kayaba Cho station. If you cross the street, it is seven and Maiba Suke is also nearby. Hotel ribmax is open and it is better to choose a hotel until 1 year. Because the cleaning is miscellaneous, it smells after 3 years The level that cannot be used with the filter of the humid air cleaner. This is a hotel opened in September 2019, so it is acceptable! But the road construction is done until midnight 1 o'clock in front of the night hotel! Ursai

It is a 5-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station, and there are direct trains to Narita and Haneda. It is also a direct trip to Shinjuku. It is not too far to walk to Tokyo or Ginza. The hotel's breakfast is the day to bring the breakfast voucher at the front desk, then go down the stairs from 7-11, on the B1 floor. The type is relatively simple, after all, it is free, and it belongs to the tube. However, next to it is 7-11, it is convenient to buy whatever you want. The hotel is quiet near, there is no place to eat, if you want to eat and drink at night, you can go to Yaesu, just after the hotel, go to the right hand side, walk for about 10 minutes, it is a very busy business district, each There are izakayas and restaurants.

Chain store, breakfast, now the weather is cold, air conditioning is easy to use, it is just when there is a taste, it is estimated that the cleaning, the room does not have bottled water, there is a convenience store downstairs, the room specifically states that the bed can put luggage. Surrounded by parks and a 24-hour big supermarket, the environment is nice and quiet. Four o'clock stayed at 10 o'clock the next day to leave the store. Bathing is very easy to use

It is a long and narrow building, and there are no buildings around the window side of the guest room, and the highway is semi-underground, so it is sunny. It's a single room, so it's not large, but the deep room layout allows you to sleep far from the door. Since it was a new building, the water area was new and clean. The disinfectant solution was placed in the room, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. Check-out is a mechanical procedure, so don't accidentally give your card key to the front desk. I am very grateful that you can have hot coffee from the coffee server on the 1st floor in the morning. Since there is only one elevator, you may have to wait during the morning hours when the rooms are full.

Haneda Airport is very convenient to take the subway here. There is no need to change. The distance from the subway station is acceptable. The cleaner is the hotel, and the room area is the smallest in Japan. The breakfast is basically there. It’s very convenient to go to Tsukiji seafood and Ginza, both are two or three stations.

Stayed for three nights, a family of four, Dabao 11 years old, two treasures 4 years old. Set a twin room, clean and tidy. Every day, the staff can be cleaned or not cleaned. The room is not big. There is a little girl in the lobby on the first floor who speaks Chinese. Laundry room 300 yen to wash clothes, 100 yen to dry clothes, you can buy your own washing powder, do not have to buy washing powder at the front desk. The room is small but the design is reasonable. It is very close to the Tokyo Tower. At night, I can go to the night view of the tower where I can shoot a special fire. The price is not high at this time. After all, I caught up with Sumida River’s biggest fireworks conference. The room is not too big but clean and the facilities are complete. The hotel also sent a special sample of skin care products from Japan. In general, it is worth recommending. I guess the price will be advantageous if you book in advance. Ctrip service is also very good, five hearts

It is very close to Omotesando, Shibuya, Harajuku, the only thing that is not enough is to climb a crossover bridge every time I come back. Booked in advance for a twin room in March with more than 1,000 points a day, saving a lot of subway fees, and it is suitable to walk to live in a tide brand. There is no convenience store and a cafe next to breakfast. Eat a breakfast cafe You can smoke a few cups and even gadgets. Every day, the hotel will take two bottles of water at the front desk. They are all very polite. They take the bath ball with the men's oil free of charge. If you do n’t need water, they chase the elevator and ask if you want it. The twin room we booked is not big and can only open one big box at a time. It is very satisfying if we haven't lived too big. The hotel is a little far from the Waseda subway station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk with the luggage. If you want to go, you can take the subway to Takadanobaba Station, where there is a hotel shuttle, and the shuttle stops at the door of Tangji Kede! The hotel shuttle schedule is shown in the figure. The hotel is very quiet, the environment is very good, and there are many Japanese people staying. The room card can only be swiped to your floor. We booked a luxury twin room for an extra bed for three. For one person in the same room, the price is different for two and three people. The rooms are fully equipped with bathrobes, pajamas, all kinds of toiletries, as well as refrigerators and safes. The hotel has parking lot and the back garden of the hotel is the gate of Waseda University. If you like shopping, it is not recommended to live here, because there are not many businesses around, you can live here quietly. As we ordered without breakfast, I do n’t know how breakfast is. If you want to eat, the hotel breakfast is 2,000 yen per person, a bit expensive! You can go to the 7-11 convenience store for breakfast when you go out, and you can sit inside to eat.

The overall feeling of this hotel is still good. It is located about 5 minutes walk from Takada Racecourse Station's West Waseda Exit or Toyama Exit. The entrance is a real estate agency. It had a well equipped kitchen above which all the amenities (fridge, pans, bowls, plates, cutlery, electric stoves) you need to be self sufficient with regards to food and the kitchen was super clean too!
