Excellent service and location. Close to the big park. In the area you can find as well few restaurants, shops and post office. Relatively close to the shopping mall and subway. Rooms are clean and the service is good. If you need something you can always ask at the reception. If you're there you can always talk with waiters, especially with Eduardo (Eddy) - there's nothing he can't do, he'll recommend you local specialities or places worth seeing.

You use a hotel for one thing really: to sleep, while traveling. Well... We could not do that in Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center. Stayed for 2 nights from Apr 30th till May 2nd 2022 in room 603. When making the check in we've noticed a party was taking place in the restaurant in the lobby so we asked the receptionist to give us a room in an upper floor and we get it at level 6th of the building. He assured us "it's almost ending any mine, now". Unfortunately there was no way to get any sleep: the party was so loud we've practically stayed up all night listening to the loud music...bad. The rooms are so badly isolated that you can hear the neighbors walking in their room and using toilets and such. Rooms: dated. Old style, from former times. We've paid 70eur/night and really got no value from it. After a "white night" visiting the city was not something you want to do.... If you want to get a rest stay away from this place. It appears they are focused on clubbing rather then providing their guests with a true hotel experience...

I need to say that Crowne Plaza Budapest and the team exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself if brand new, modern in great location. The room is spacious and well furnished. The team is very friendly. Thomas at the reception who made check-in and spoke to us in Spanish. Special thank you would like to extend to Nikolett for taking a note on birthday celebration of my partner and arranging beautiful birthday amenities in the room on arrival day. Breakfast and the croissants just wow! The food, cutlery, plates, presentation- everything top notch! Thank you!

Me and my girlfriend arrived on the 9th of January where we stayed till the 13 of January. We had the check-in done by Razvan at the Front Office. He is friendly and approachable, and he brings great value to the organization. We thank you very much. Another thing that we enjoyed is the helpfulness, and profesionalism of the House Keeping. Disliked · 1-st thing that clouded the experience was that the glass installed on the bathtub to prevent water from splashing all over is too short and the water pressure on the shower is very high. As a result, there was a flood every time we did a shower. 2- Me and my girlfriend wanted to have a glass of wine at the 11th floor wine bar in our last night in Bucharest. The person at the reception was called Radu i think (he has a tattoo on his wrist). I asked him if we need to make a reservation, or if he has a menu that we can check before. Instead of making a minimum of effort to do his job and be more friendly, he told me that he sees the waiter on the CCTV , and that we can ask him additional information. 3-We went to the 11th floor on the 12 of January at around 20.30 , picked up a table, and the waiter gave us the menus. Me and my girlfriend were looking at the selection of wines and the waiter started presenting the wines, STATING the fact that the wines are from Romanian vineyards and that, and i quote " these wines are all about quality not quantity, and that they adress to a special type of people" When i heard this, i saw black, but i didn't want to make a scandal with the waiter in front of my girlfriend, in my native language ( Romanian), since it was our last night in Bucharest and i didnt want to ruin our night. What type of people do those wines adress to, pal? Don't you think that if we can afford to stay at the hotel, we can afford to pay for the wine as well ? And another thing, i don't know where you worked before, but it is very unprofessional to say things like this to the clients, even if we were walk-ins. You should have just minded your own business and do the job that you are put there to do, and from which you are receiving your salary. YOU ARE THERE TO SERVE DRINKS, that is your role there, not to make useless statements. If i would be your manager, i would have ended your contract for this misconduct.

We stayed here during a family weekend in Bucharest . The hotel is basic as we would have expected given the money we paid but we found it more than adequate- rooms were clean , large and nicely decorated- very comfortable beds . Staff were helpful and pleasant. Bathroom was ok - plenty of hot water - reasonable shower pressure, towels changed every day - however very large bath for size of room . Hotel was on a busy street but windows kept our most of the noise . If you’re looking for a good value hotel in the central Bucharest I would definitely recommend

The location is very good, next to the old town to eat and drink street, next to the bank, there are police every day, I feel very safe, there is a second-hand antique shop opposite the hotel, the old jewelry is very good.

I have no experience of other hotels in Bucharest but have traveled a lot in UK and USA and I must say that the hotel itself (lobby, rooms etc) have high class. The feel is Almost as good as Hyatt or downtown Sheratons in US cities. We had different receptionist during our stay and I would rate them between 2-4. We had one dinner which, consider the price, was affordable and ok. We had breakfast twice which also was ok but considering local prices a bit expensive (10 Euros/person). A traditional breakfast is hard to come over in the neighborhood so you might consider hotel breakfast after all. The one thing that almost made me lower the grade was cleaning. When we arrived and during our stay it was dust on the desk and in the toilet. The toilet sink was jammed and water was running out very slowly. We could notice the reception about this but didn’t. But, these things should be obvious for a hotel like Capital.

We arrived at the hotel at midnight due to our delayed flight. Our room was so hot it was impossible to sleep so we had to change at 0430 in the morning. Not ideal when you have booked a morning tour. The chap on receptions was incredibly nice and did his best to rectify the situation. The following evening we arrived back at the hotel after a long day sight seeing. We decided to have a beer in the hotel bar. As we entered, I was putting my face mask on only to be met buy an extremely rude, sullen barman who said ‘it’s a bit late now, you should have put your mask on before entering the hotel’. True but very rude so we decided to skip the drink. When I complained at reception I was told the barman had refused to serve me as we refused to wear a mask which was a blatant lie! Checking out the night before we wanted to pay cash to get rid of our excess Lei. The chap on reception said he had no change so we said we would pay in the morning. The following morning we encountered the same chap who still had no change. I suggested a solution and was met by a giant sigh and the comment ‘I’m too tired for this’. The breakfast was fresh but somewhat frugal and lacking in variety. The restaurant staff were extreme nice and helpful. Overall I would say the service was very disappointing, it’s a five star building with a 3 star mentality. Bucharest is an amazing city with great restaurants and bars, sadly I would give this hotel a miss as they really aren’t very service orientated. If you read my other reviews you will see they are generally very flattering but on this occasion I am struggling!

This one falls on the low-end of 4-star hotels. It generally feels like a shabby apart-hotel with some facilities on the ground floor (like an incredibly small restaurant - however suited for the basic and bland breakfast served here and a desolating bar). Rooms are incredibly spacious, but they don't feel welcoming nor cosy: no slippers, just a single set of towels or pillows in a single-use double room, no brochures about anything, no price-list for minibar items (should I take them for a complimentary drinks and snacks?) - not even a contact number for the reception desk, in case of emergency. When checking out, I found out that there's no luggage room apparently - and getting a registration number for your luggage is out of question. The price at the reception desk for a single room is 100 EUR/night - other hotels offer a real treat for this money. This is not the case, unfortunately. If you need a quick touch-and-go, it works. But if you want value for money - definitely no.

I got there after making my reservation on Booking.com. They told me they couldn't find the reservation but still gave me a room and emitted an invoice for the money I paid online. The second day, when I thought everything was fine, while I was in an important meeting I got a call from them telling me that I hadn't payed my stay and that I needed to urgently come there and pay AGAIN for my stay. I sent them payment confirmations from Booking.com, tried to explain that I've already payed but they wouldn't listen. I had to leave a very important business meeting in order to come settle this. When I arrived there, they told me everything was okay, they had some problems with their systemand barely got to appologizing after doing everything in their power to get more money out of me, except calling and resolving their reservation system. In the second night, i noticed that they went through my luggage and packed everythibg without my consent. This is a grave invasion of privacy. This is unacceptable, this is the worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while, and that's saying a lot for a romanian. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

We have just returned from Bucharest. I recommend this Hotel as the best I have been. Very clean, the room was spacious, with minimal decoration and the most comfortable bed. It was so hard for us to get up!!! But we did because they offered us delicious capuccinos in the morning in an amazing breakfast area. Unlikely the bathroom had no heat but we didn't mind. The hotel is located into the heart of Bucharest but it wasn't noisy at all. The only negative I can find is that I would like the bedsheets to be changed more often. If I visit Bucharest in the future I will stay again in Filitti.

We had a family event organised there and all went great. It was during the pandemic and one of the main reasons we chose Marshal Garden, is the fact that they are very strict in respecting all the legal safety requirements. It is all very clean and even the most risk adverse guests told us they felt very safe. We appreciated that the offer included all we needed, from welcome drinks to the tasty cake, outsourced to Armand confectionery. The fruit bar was a surprise, as we did not expect it to have such a lovely design, with sculpted melons. Also, it was great that it included forest fruits. They were much appreciated! Should you organize a wedding there, you must know that having 2 rooms included in the offer is a huge plus. It makes everything much more easier. Last but not least, we appreciated their flexibility in offering solutions to various requirements we had and also in solving certain administrative aspects that arised. All in all, I recommend this hotel.

We stayed for three nights 17th-20th March. This was unfortunately at the height of the Coronavirus pandemic in Romania and across the world. Obviously this meant that circumstances weren’t quite ‘normal’. Despite this, the hotel staff were really accommodating and calm. We were sadly informed by the British Embassy on our first day that we should self-isolate so we naturally spent a lot of time in the hotel. Despite the lack of guests and the closure of some facilities such as the spa, the hotel did their best to make our stay feel as normal as possible e.g. putting on breakfast and delivering this to our room and allowing us to check out later without charge as we had an evening flight. The room we stayed in was very spacious and had an amazing view of the city. We will be returning to Bucharest once the Coronavirus travel ban is over and we have said that we will stay at the Orhideea Residence and Spa again.

Can't wait to see everyone again and stay at this awesome hotel! I cannot talk highly enough about everyone... They were all so kind, friendly, helpful, fun, hard working, always there to help in every way, the room was clean, beautiful, had all the comfort I was looking for, had also a balcony. I loved drinking my coffee there and enjoy the morning sun or evenings with a friend or not, having a drink and listening some music. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. We were looking for a hotel in Bucharest that was downtown and had parking. We found the hotel easily and the parking lot was right next to the hotel so that was the most important thing after a long drive. We met friends in the Skybar for drinks and dinner and the view is exceptional. The service in the skybar was quite good and the food was also very good. Great place for drinks or food. The breakfast is also served on the 12th floor and it can get a bit crowded so best to go early. The one drawback is that there are not enough lifts and so the wait from the skybar or the lobby can be a bit long.
