The hotel has been a huge disappointment for several reasons, it is not a very good hotel. When opening one of the boxes to take a cap, a bottle of beer used to beat my wife's feet, which fortunately did not cut them even though it left him a painful haematoma, fell over my wife and my little son. The room was cleaned and wasn't cleaned, and the room was cleaned and wasn't cleaned. The last day we left had not changed the clothes. We were both down asking to talk to the director, and we went days later without the director contacted us. With regard to the employees, one of the receptionists called Paula, he addressed us with reluctance, questioning our complaints and with a high and sober attitude, all the opposite to the receptionist Marc, who was very professional, educated and correct, as well as The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. As for the apartments, we had a family room, with a wedding bed and a sofa bed for two people, the wedding bed bed bed was too hard and caused problems and back and neck pain, And on the contrary, the bed sofa bed and sofa bed was too soft. There was also a very serious problem in the room and it is that the window that gave the outlet where the bed sofa (where the children were sleeping) had no persian or any kind of opaque curtain to keep the room dark and prevent the children from doing so. The first sunlights were wake up at 6 or 7 a.m., which was completely swept our rest. The breakfast buffet is scarce and some things were from previous days, such as tortilla and donuts.

I booked here after a recommendation from somebody I know who lives in the area. The only decent thing about this hotel is the location. It's easy to walk to the train station and the town centre - so great for dinner and getting the train into BCN. In terms of the rooms - I'm confused as to where the positive reviews have come from... The Aircon / heating system cannot be used to your liking, it's either on or off which meant I had very hot nights. The TV is only viewable from the tiny sofa and not the beds... The ironing board is an absolute joke! Couldn't even iron socks on it if you wanted to. The kitchenette was falling apart - I avoided using it. There is a bath but with no taps so you have to fill it with the shower...? The hairdryer in the bathroom is terrible. There's also a very odd smell in the bathroom. Shampoo not topped up once during a 5 day stay. Also, the bottled water was a nice touch, when it was replaced ONCE. The room itself just looked a little bit empty and filled with cheap furniture. The windows are nowhere near thick enough to block out street noise either. There was an interconnecting door to the next room so I could hear everything they were saying and their cubpoads slamming all night. On a positive, there is no need for you to set an alarm or arrange a wake up call because the inconsiderate clientele blast music as loud as they can before 6 in the morning. I tried to order room service one night and the host said that she was serving tables and to call back in 10 minutes?! To try and make the most of a bad stay I visited the spa too (this will cost you an extra €9...) and it was rubbish. Half of the things in there didn't work and the water in the jacuzzi was green and cloudy. I didn't even bother with breakfast, I waited until I got to work every morning. I even asked to upgrade to a superior room, hoping that it would improve my stay, only to be told I was ALREADY in a superior room! Very, very dissatisfied with the stay and will definitely not return. Where they have received a 4 star rating from is an absolute mystery to me!

My husband and I stayed here for one night as a stop off treat at the end of a lovely holiday road tripping Spain and France. We were attended to by a friendly reception man who sorted us out quickly and we went off to our room. We had booked a superior room 116 EURO, the description included a terrace looking over Granolla. There was no terrace and the room had a far view but overlooked the car park and roads. We went to complain and reception gave us another room, no terrace and similar outlook. Went back to reception, the guy said a terrace is a flat space to see out of the window, I looked the meaning up online and showed him. He then asked me to send a picture & description of the room by email and he would ring the director. To cut a long story short we were offered the original room for same price as a double as no other rooms available, we agreed, but took an hour to sort. The superior room was big but in sections, the bed was very comfortable and big. The decor was a bit tired, scraped wall paper, old tables, but we were happy to be settled in. Now the restaurant, we arrived to early for dinner (our fault) and went back once open. The restaurant was very quiet, nobody for dinner just a couple of people having snacks at the bar. We went to a table with a lovely out look, the waiter came over and asked us to move as it wasn't a table for two it was for four. There were four tables by the window set up for 4 people, the 2 seater tables were in the middle of the bigger ones, and by pillars, not romantic at all! I asked as its not busy ( we were the only ones in) could we possibly sit at the window, he refused and jestured us to the 2 seater. A second waiter was arguing with our waiter clearly asking him to let us sit there but he wouldn't. Very arrogant man. We didn't want to spend good money having a 3 course meal at a area with no atmosphere, so we moved over to the bar area and had a bar meal from there. There loss at the end of the day, and the restaurant was still empty when we left! All in all this place is nothing special and not 4 star. Will not return.

I love this hotel because first of all it has a recharge point of electric vehicles and you are very grateful for this, and then the jaquzi part is very good, I like to go when there is time to disconnect, the only thing that is not pleasant is that to Sometimes smell smoke and it is near the road and there are cars but for all the other very recommendable.

The room is not big, but the equipment is complete, it is very clean, there are not many types of breakfast, mainly to eat, and the children are also charged, and the child’s breakfast fee is extra. We mainly go to the transition, and we can park for free and leave. Barcelona Outlet Village is very close, overall good, the hotel has a free drink machine, free drinks throughout the day

I was working at the circuit di Catalunya and our team were staying at the hotel. The WiFi was ok and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is terrible. Fruit apples and oranges and some were badly bruised and marked. Fruit salad was out of a tin. Bread for toast the cheapest and tasteless. The breakfast pastries not very good either. The coffee terrible , just hot milk. The bed was ok but the pillows just really hard lumps of foam. The bathroom was ok. I know it’s a holiday inn but we stay at lots of basic hotels and this was probably the worst for breakfast. When you are working at a race track you do need breakfast in the hotel and this was a big disappointment.

I'm just writing this review to say how pleased I am. I was ment to be flying out to Barcelona on the 4th July to watch the Moto GP. Of course because of this terrible virus things have changed and everything has been cancelled. I booked my room through a company called trip.com.They havent been much help at all in trying to get my hotel money back. I have heard that a lot of people have been waiting months to receive there money back or even just to get through to talk to someone. I was loosing all hope of getting any thing back. When i woke this morning the hotel had e mailed me and was suggesting what I could do with my booking. With in about half an hour everything has been sorted. I've now got the same rooms booked for next years Moto GP. Thank so much to Iraia A for helping me out. Can't wait for next year now. Keep safe 🙏
