We had breakfast in the interior courtyard and voilà there was a stairway that could have inspired that famous drawing by Escher. Very cool, I sent a photo of it to my kids. Breakfast was great, btw. The room was spare in the sense of not much on the walls, but elegant and modern. Bathroom was the same way. I was wondering why the mirror over the sink was dark and then noticed a little wordless icon indicating that a light would come on if I touched under the mirror. That was a fun discovery.

Street parking possible but may not be close My room was clean but as were other areas but there is a need for some repairs /renovation in places. Absolutely excellent staff, friendly, helpful, and chatty Very good breakfast though standard small hotel fare, there was good choice. We were only in Provence one night so we decided to stay somewhere near one of the ancient Roman sites in Nimes. This little hotel got great reviews and our experience matches those. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us with our bags even though we checked in very late (there's no elevator). Breakfast was good. Downtown Nimes isn't very big so it's an easy walk to both the Amphitheater and the Maison Carree (one of the best-preserved Roman temples anywhere). One note of caution: parking is a challenge. We took the high-speed train from Paris to Nimes, walked from the train station to the hotel (not the easiest walk with roller bags over cobblestones and gravel), then rented a car the next day. Problem is that you can't park near the hotel so we had to park in a public garage, walk back to the hotel for our bags, then schlep them to the garage. We managed, but it was really hot out and not a lot of fun. Overall, however, we really liked this little boutique hotel and recommend it to anyone staying in Nimes.

Located behind the Train Station ( technically it faces it, but all the attractions of the city are on the other side of the elevated railway), I think it is convenient and the property is relatively modern and the hotel has adequate services, in line with what is to be expected from a budget chain hotel. Minimalist room and functioning washroom and WC, which is separate. Aircon works fine. Room looked and felt clean. Anti-Covid measures were visible and enforced. The Parking is expensive at 10 euros a night, and confusing, both to find and to enter, not to mention to leave!!! Overall a fine experience, I got what I payed for, and when going back to or through Nimes, I will happily return to this hotel.

Except for a woman at the front desk, the hotel staff was so enthusiastic that the rest of the staff were so enthusiastic. The waiter during the meal even asked me to go upstairs to take a few Euro tips and then send him down. The foie gras in the hotel is the most authentic foie gras I have ever eaten in my life. It melts in the mouth and the taste is just right. I have already arrived in other small towns. I feel that I am rich in time. I took the train back to this hotel on a rainy day. Eat his foie gras again, it's super recommended There are so many mirrors in the room that you can see everywhere, which is also a major feature. Although there are many, it does not make people feel uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, it was a bit late because the hotel room was too big. The bathroom had a wet and dry bath. There was an electric towel rack. There was a mini kitchen at the door. The cooker pans were all very good value. The door was a large central square. The arena is very close, it is recommended to play the most complete one preserved in the world. Although the Roman arena is spectacular, its integrity is much worse. The hotel does not have a parking lot, and it is parked in the center square of the entrance. After the hotel discount, we will go to noon overnight Only paid 4 euros.

Sono venuto in questo hotel con la scuola e ne sono rimasto subito soddisfatto, le camere erano pulite e ogni giorno cambiavano gli asciugamani. Il cibo é buono e servono infine sempre un dolce, sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla presenza di molte attività tra cui: bigliardo, bigliardino, hockey ad area, canestro da sala giochi, e tira pugni da sala giochi. Il personale é molto gentile e simpatico lo consiglierei a tutte le scuole che vendono in questa zona.

Most enjoyable stay at this pretty hotel, located a 10-minute walk into Nimes historical centre. Greeted at Reception by a friendly and very helpful member of staff, easy check-in and allocated a room on the first floor. The room was perfect, cool, and when we opened the wooden shutters were delighted by the little terrace with table, chairs and the view over the pool. Great air con, very comfortable bed, fridge, tea, and coffee. Plenty of space and very tranquil :) The bathroom was small but practical, the toilet was separate. Breakfast was standard, not too many options but enough to start the day, the croissants were delicious as were the other pastries and warm French bread. As the weather was superb, we ate outside a couple of times. Location wise, within walking distance to the town centre, some chain group restaurants across the road on the retail park along with shops like Lidl and Aldi. Considering the proximity of this hotel to the busy road we did not experience any noise at night. Great choice of hotel, very happy with our selection and would stay here again.

When you arrive after a long day in the car to the south of France, you don’t want to hop back in the car to drive to dinner. The hotel told us there was no dinner possibility nearby and we drove to Nimes in search of a restaurant where everything was closed due to the strike going on in France. We ended up eating at KFC! The next day we found out that 15 meters from the entrance of Le Pre Galoffre is the restaurant of Mas de Galoffre and that was open that night!!! Apparently it once was the same hotel, than a part Le pre de Galoffre was sold to another party but to be on such bad terms that you tell your guests that nothing is open while there is a restaurant next door opening at 20.00 hours that night!

L’environnement de l’hôtel bien ombragé . La terrasse ombragée elle aussi, pour le petit déjeuner, très agréable. Par contre attention ! J’aurai apprécié que l’on soit prévenu du problème de déjections d’oiseaux sur le parking devant cet hôtel. Une horreur ! Et toute les voitures étaient plombées. Passage obligatoire par la station de lavage, sinon impossible de conduire(voir photos)

I was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.

After the hotel parking lot goes to the ground, the square is directly opposite the hotel. The front desk was very welcoming and took the initiative to tell the nearby attractions. Through the sncf on the square, you can first see the Colosseum, and the sights are very close. It is convenient to eat, drink and play in the city that never sleeps. We stayed here for 1 night due to a cancelled flight. The hotel is not very close to the airport but near the motorway which took about 20 minutes in the taxi back to the airport. Room was clean but had to be the smallest room we have ever stayed in. We had dinner here, food was good but would not recommend the house wine.

Hotel very very medium. Old room, inexisting isolation.. The shower was closed, it was the bathroom/WC was not closed at all. Degood door. We had to make our needs the door open!! Very unacceptable!! I told the hotel manager on the first day, I was told that someone was going to intervene quickly.. I'm still waiting.. When I arrived I was told that we won't have the right to household in the room during our stay?? It's the first time I see this and it wasn't indicated on my reservation. We have the right to a handdock per person so let's say you don't have to wash yourself too often. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. The hotel is located in a very small area, but not too far from the city centre. However, breakfast was varied and good. I really don't advise this hotel that would need great work. It is better to rent a airbnb or pay a little more expensive for a better quality room.
