What a wonderful stay and it was surprise as well. The location of the hotel is really ideal. You have direct access to the highway (Which you don’t hear), next to it Rhein Neckar Zentrum (Mall) and other stores nearby. They have pricing parking which is 5 Euros a day. I had the family connecting room which was amazing! Also, the breakfast buffet had so many options and was super yummy. The only major issue was that they wi-fi wasn’t the best. You could pay for an upgrade wi-fi but the standard didn’t work really well. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend it.

I felt well to come back. Very good Corona concept. Lunch package for breakfast and dinner in the room I find good and priced ok. Parking before the door free I find super. Only the kiss was too hard, but is sad at high level.

It is a small hotel remodeled from an old house with a history of more than 300 years. The room is small, but super clean and warm, with all the facilities and very convenient. Breakfast is a typical German breakfast, I like it very much. The owner is also very good. Next to it is a small church, the room window view is invincible. But pay attention to the check-in time, if you arrive early, you can call the owner to contact. Will go next time.

Service, location and breakfast top. It is to be highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel. Unfortunately, we had only cold water at the arrival and the day after it and couldn't shower hot. But the defect was fixed throughout the hotel. The room size is smaller than indicated. I had a pleasant time. Thank you very much.

We (my kids and me) met a friend (also with a kid) at the hotel. Very functional and clean hotel. Very near the Miramar (thats why we choose it). The prices of the food in the restaurant are relatively high and there are no kids-menus (at least we didnt find any in the overview in the internet, that offered the menu). But the staff is very patient with the kids (we have to call them twice in two days because of a problem with the roomsafe, caused by my kids). And the roomservice-staff was also very kind.

After reading plenty of bad reviews we were concerned about our organized trip to the BUGA 23 (we had no choice of the hotel). ⭐ Location ⭐ : Mercure is right in front of the main entrance ”Luisenpark” to the BUGA 🌺🌹🌻 Perfect for us 👍 Walking to the nice Wasserturm & city centre takes around 25 minutes. Good PT options very close by (Tram 6). Check in: fast and friendly, check out also. Room: on the 4th floor, kind of worn out/abgewohnt but clean enough. Some items missing (towel, glass) , but quickly solved with front desk. Soap and shampoo ok. Restaurant: BF was ok, fresh food and enough choice. Buffet dinner for our group was good, especially the anti pasti/hors d'oeuvres buffet, which had an Italian/French touch👍 Service: restaurant&bar, very friendly and caring German waiter who served us (Bier&Weissburgunder) with a smile.... even late in the evening after we came back from the Joy Fleming musical 👍 Wifi: perfect, no problem with connection/data usage.
