The location of the hotel door is not good parking, we parked on the side of the road, there is a small brother parking, do not need to do it yourself, need to pay parking fees. The room is good, very European, 3 people stay, the third person is the sofa bed, the furniture is enough, not far from the sights, are walking.

This is an intersting property. I'm guessing it is flat converted into several smaller rooms. Nice spot, though. Clean, perfectly located and parking garage right near by. Read your confirmation carefully for check in as the building is not staffed. You check in at another property around the corner. Google Crespo Rascon parking garage and park there. Short walk. I'll definitely go back.

Our stay at Salamanca Luxury Plaza was wonderful! Check in and out was very easy. The evening front desk personnel were very helpful suggesting restaurants and making dinner reservations for us. Our room had an incredible view of Plaza Mayor and we enjoyed watching people go by. With the balcony doors shut, we didn't hear any noise from Plaza Mayor at night. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless. It was such a treat to have a mini bar filled with complimentary cold drinks which we enjoyed each day after seeing the sights. The hotel is within walking distance of so many great restaurants and all of the major sights. On our last night, we came back to the room to find a small bottle of cava with two glasses and a thank you note for staying at the hotel. Such a nice touch! We will definitely stay at Salamanca Luxury Plaza the next time we visit the city and we recommend the hotel to anyone planning on staying in Salamanca. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed just one night at this beautiful hotel since we had no plans of staying longer in Salamanca. We got early in the morning and our room was already set for us (please take into consideration November is "low" season). The ladies at the reception were super super friendly. Maria and her colleague (unfortunately I do not remember her name) made us feel at home. They explained to us how to move around the city and everything about the hotel. That day they were painting the walls in our floor, so everything looked super white and pretty. Room: it was a small, cute and interesting room. It was like a studio mini apartment. On the upper part (just divided by 3 stairs) you could find the bed and the closet. On the down part, there was a desk, chair and the door to the bathroom. The bed was small (double bed) but extremly comfortable, we could rest like gods. The bathroom was small but that is something to be expected in European hotels located in the city center. Wasn´t noisy at all. Breakfast: European. Bread, cheese, ham, cereal, etc. Nothing special or bad to say about it. Everytthing clean and well organized. Location: super well located, just a couple steps away from the Plaza Mayor. The day we stayed was raining so that was a great help. We arrived at the bus station and took public transportation to the hotel. A bus stop is just around the corner. Super easy to find. If going back to Salamanca, we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay. Once again, a big thank you to the hotel, your staff was the best!!!!

We booked this hotel through booking . com over a year ago due to the excellent reviews and the cheap prices. As we booked the garage we took direct contact with the hotel various times to be sure that this was okay considering the hosteria is located in a pedestrian zone and there are no parking facilities in the neighbourhood. The receptionist told us to go to a certain address where the garage was and to call from there so they could come and open the garage and help with the luggage. That last mail was sent and answered just three weeks ago. All communication was done in Spanish as a Portuguese interpreter I manage to write , read and understand Spanish very well and I got the impression that their English was not that good. The room was booked at € 55 through booking with € 12 charge for the parking spot in the garage. Two days before arriving we got a mail from booking with codes for automatic check in outside office hours. As we were going to arrive about 3 pm and we had contact just a couple of weeks before we didn’t think this was applicable for us. When we arrived at the garage we called the number that was given to us. The person on the phone spoke no English at all and didn’t seem to understand any of my basic Spanish. At first she didn’t find our reservation which gave me the shivers finally she did or at least she pretended to. When I asked her to come by she completely fell from the sky and didn’t know the given address which was one street away from the hotel. She would call me back. 20 minutes later we were still there in the middle of a pedestrian zone with the police on our tail. I called back like ten times answering machine. I went to the hotel it was closed, I rang the bell, knocked the door tried almost everything to get the attention. Finally two guests arrived and let me in. They got in with the code but didn’t manage to check in and get their room key because the “tablet scan your ID check in” didn’t work. In the meanwhile my husband was still in the car and as neither of us had cell phone reception due to the high buildings he wasn’t to be reached. Time proceeded so both of us got very worried about each other. The other guests also tried to call the same number I had to check in but didn’t succeed either. I ran back to the car to see my husband and tried to call again. The same girl answered telling me I had to get the key from the garage...at the hotel! So I ran back there and finally a guy appeared, very friendly and polite but totally overwhelmed by the situation. It seemed that the hotel was taken over just two weeks ago and had become a totally automatic check in hotel. So I was supposed to get in with the code, get in to my room through the non working tablet system, pick up my roomcard in the room and also the key for the garage. The key had only a card “ garage” The garage was in another street a block further away from the hotel. He took me to the room and I obligated him to go with me to my husband an

This hotel was very near the city center so we could walk easily without using a car or taxi. We had the luck to park in front of the hotel, as they do not have many parking places. Bathroom modern with shower bath plenty of towels and toliteries. Decor in room a little dated could do with a referb. Bar area good with outside area to seat . Breakfast was good . Excellent buffet with hot food cold meats cereals pasteries and juice and toast . Only issue I had on morning of check out could not get in to my room as batteries had gone in door which took maintenance to fix but was not to long wait of about ten minutes . This small, gracious hotel is walking distance to the old city sites. The decor is tasteful and rooms very comfortable. The most outstanding feature of our stay was the very sincere care and attention we received as travelers during the pandemic closures. We had to abruptly end our travels due to countrywide closures. The hotel staff allowed us to stay an additional night, provided lovely meals and professional care until we departed. They also found a professional driver for transport to Madrid airport. All of this extra attention was done with utmost kindness and patience. Truly lovely people. We highly recommend the hotel for services and location!

First, the good - this hostel has a fantastic location just a few minutes away from Plaza Mayor, Casa de las Conchas, Universidad de Salamanca, cathedrals, Casa Lis, etc. The adjacent cafe is a great place to have coffee and a great meeting spot for friends. The breakfast is free and delicious (pan con tomate and coffee). I did not have a lot of interaction with the staff, but everyone who I did meet was very friendly. I walked to the bus stop for the bus to Zamora and the walk took about 15-20 minutes. The bad- the rooms are very small and cramped. The lockers are small and there is extremely limited floor space to store your stuff. I was in a room with five beds, but I think the fifth bed should be removed to allow for more space. There are no clothing hooks anywhere in the room, including in the bathroom. Only mixed gendered rooms are offered- although I knew this in advance, I was hoping for at least one or two female roommates, but instead I had four male roommates. The electrical sockets only worked when a card was placed in the light switch, we all realized this the next morning when all of our phones were dead. For these reasons I'll look elsewhere when I return to Salamanca!

It is 2 km from the railway station and only 5 euros by taxi. There is no need for a bus for 3 people, and there is no bus in front of the bus. The hotel is very quiet, there is a net red restaurant 50 meters walk, you need to book in advance. The room facilities are relatively new, the room is large, the bathroom function is partitioned, but the bathtub and shower are integrated. The toilets in the public areas are also clean and can be seen with care. The front desk was very welcoming and the breakfast was great, especially with the savory fritters and a variety of hams for a fee of EUR 9. It is the operation of the hot drinks machine is not very convenient, causing queues.

The hotel was better than expected. There is a petrol station with good oil prices and free parking. There is also a white line in the side lane of the hotel to park for free. Do n’t put valuables in the car. The room facilities are a bit old but not affected at all, and the bath products are also very good. The only thing that can be said is that the breakfast for 8.5 Euros / person is not good enough, and there are too few choices, such as few types of bread, no fresh tomato puree ... It is recommended to eat in the city.

The hotel is located on a steep hill within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and the city centre. Parking on the street is limited so it is worthwhile paying the fee to park in their underground lot...and you get to use the “car elevator “! The buffet breakfast is extra, but a good idea if you want to head out early the next morning. Friendly accommodating staff and clean modern rooms make recommending this hotel a pleasure.

We stayed here for one night on our trip to Portugal. The hotel has a great location, so central. The hotel entrance is impressive, really great building and beautiful entry hall. The room pictures online seemed so nice and promising, when we actually saw your room we were a bit disappointed. It seems like the rooms were "renovated" recently but a lot of points were left out. The doors, floors and bathroom heaters etc. are all really outdated, the windows are really old as well. It was really windy at night when we stayed here and we had to use a towel inbetween the balcony doors to prevent the wind from howling through the doors, which made it impossible to sleep otherwise. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice hotel but you can definitly feel that NH-Collection bought this building and turnt it into a hotel a bit too fast, a few more months of renovation would have been better I feel.

This place is such a find - outside, it looks like a hostel, but inside it has lovely, good quality accommodation. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and had very comfortable beds with good quality linen. The location is perfect, just off the Plaza Mayor, and the place has character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I notice that other reviews talk of a "basic" hotel - this place is several notches above basic (or maybe I have just been to some really basic places on my travels). I can only think they relate to the lack of public areas - there is no lobby or dining room as such. Once we were in our room, it felt as if we were in a much more expensive hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

Salamanca is a very popular destination with people who love to walk around this beautiful old town. For us it was something to look forward to, after the time we spent in the centre, visiting the monuments and sitting at the great Plaza Mayor, to come back to our hotel Melibea. In the old centre but outside the busy coming and going of tourist business. Situated at the rim of the old town on a large square, easy to reach by car and to unload the luggage, paying indoorparking 5 minutes walk away. Just perfect. The hotel is modern, friendly and easy. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good room, wonderful bed, clean, nice bathroom with a surprising mirror when its dark. A balcony. Very good choice of breakfast, not a buffet (such a relief). During January intersession 2019, I enrolled in a 75 hour-3 week intensive Spanish course at the Universidad Salamanca, San Justo Plazo offered me a wonderful, modern, crystal clean studio apartment equipped with basic kitchen and utensils and a washing machine. The queen bed was new with a firm mattress. Everything was spotless and the cleaning person came in once a week to change linens and deep clean. The lodgings are located a block away from Gran Via, Salamanca, with banks, post offices, Pilates studio, Carrefour express (grocery store) and other specialty stops. It is 5 minutes away from the lovely municipal Mercado and the Plaza Mayor. I enjoyed wonderful lodgings and is it possible to discuss rates for longer-term lodgings with the wonderful landlord. It does NOT always work out this way during travels.... but you will feel magnificently accommodated in San Justo Plaza.

This property name is misleading because these are definitely not apartments, and they certainly don’t quite have all the facilities listed in the literature supplied by the hotel – crockery, cutlery etc . Our 80 square metre “apartment with terrace” turned out to be a smallish hotel room with a patch of concrete (walled in - no view) with basic tea and coffee making facilities (no fridge). The rooms are modern, but not really well designed – there is no bench space so we found it a bit awkward to charge all our devices and there’s nowhere to hang your towels which is difficult as the rooms are not serviced every day. The building is really centrally located in the leafy Plaza Libertad which is just a short stroll from the Plaza Mayor and the parking is in a convenient location just a couple of hundred metres away from the property. This is a perfect place to base yourself for visiting Salamanca.

Great location just steps away from the Plaza Mayor and a convenient underground parking garage. We weren't sure about the place as we searched for the entrance down a narrow street, but all of our doubts melted away when we walked inside. The lobby was nice and cool, and the desk staff were friendly and helpful (though expect a language barrier if you don't speak Spanish). The hotel is clean, simple yet elegant and beautiful, serves breakfast, and has a little outdoor area with a cold-water jacuzzi. Great little family run hotel in Salamanca. Just on the city wall of the old city. It's about 5-10 mins walk to all of the major attractions in Salamanca. The hotel is well looked after, it's got a lovely reception area. A small bar next to reception. A computer area for doing business stuff or just sending an email. We had the suite, which was huge. It has its own seating area as you would expect. A large well appointed bathroom with top quality amenities. And a fairly large king size bed and a giant tv. The tv had mainly Spanish speaking shows, but it also had English shows that had been dubbed. With some er, tweaking, so can get them in the native language without the Spanish dubbing. It does a fairly decent room service, although it's limited. The only downsides are it doesn't have its own restaurant. And because it's down stairs to enter the building, I don't know how disabled people in a wheelchair would go. I know the staff would help out.
