For me it was a pleasure to be part of this experiênce And ofcouse I will keep using This Hotel services congratulation to Patrícia and to Cláudia both of you are making a great job. We have done a lot of things walking We were received by Mr Marcolino who is very requested and always willing to help. In the morning breakfast we faced Mr. Lazineide , although timidly prepares the coffee with much love and dedication and Alex at the night reception, guided us and helped us with wonderful tips and care with security. I want to thank all the staff for their care and say they made the difference in our stay in Manaus.

I went to bath Monday at 8:30 a.m. and I had no hot water (the girl at the reception told me that it would take place that time) that pq people who come to work go out earlier to work. Another disappointment was coffee, which was very good until then, and there was a very reduction in gta of items and items that had were reused with old face, besides having no eggs that had until then every day. The food was made with the coast with tambaqui, which was always as shed and the banana swallowed came a 1/4 part of the pattern.People try to reduce costs but end up losing customers and unfortunately next time I will not stay in this hotel.

|5.22km from city centerWe spent one full night and one partial (our flight left at 3 am). The lobby, restaurant, and bar are really nice. Food and service in restaurant were very good. Restaurant prices were reasonable given the quality of food and service. The front desk staff were very nice and spoke very good English. Even the van driver was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different rooms. Both were very clean and neat. The bulk shampoo and soap dispensers in the first room were empty and there was a plumbing issue, which we reported. The entire facility is very clean. The decor is a little austere, which I assume was just someone's choice. It is comfortable and decorated with very nice artwork. Definitely a nice place to stay.

|1.57km from city centerThe hotel offers decent rooms, but not anything special. Sort of the bare minimum for a 3-star hotel. However, NO ONE at the front desk or the bar or the restaurant spoke English. That's usually not a problem but when we checked out the next morning they had a restaurant charge that was not ours, and we had a miserable time trying to close out our bill. Ate at the restaurant but paid cash, so the charge was not ours. They also had a wrong name on the room. Don't know how it all got screwed up so bad but it was almost impossible for us to work it out without speaking Portuguese. Our other complaint was that we listened to a dog bark ALL night long. There were homes next door to the hotel, and even though we were on the 4th floor the dog was impossible to block out.

The Tropical Executive is amazing because of its location right next to Manaus’ main beach at Ponta Negra on the Rio Negro, and its infinity pool which provides excellent sunset views. The hotel is under new management since recently and feels much better organized and functional. We found the food to be good here, asides from some bland aspects of the breakfast which was still very plentiful with LOTS of options. Staff was attentive, helpful and cordial. Our room (luxo suite) had truly unique Rio Negro and pool views and the balcony provided the perfect setting for an al fresco breakfast and evening drinks. We visited right at the height of the second Covid outbreak in Manaus and found the hotel to have appropriate bio-security measures. Give this place a chance. Maybe there are more luxurious options in Manaus but if you want to really experience Ponta Negra beach and Rio Negro, this is the place to stay.

|1.58km from city centerWe made the reservation of the accommodation based on the published photos. It really seemed to be a 4-star hotel, as announced. To meet the 11 room floors, there was only one operating lift, this small and extremely unpleasant smell. Several staff were not wearing mask, as well as many alcohol-gel dispensers were empty. The lack of comfort, sleeved bed clothes, deficitary cleaning (including a shoe on the towel), and the noise is quite uncomfortable. We found spiders, mygs, a latin beer in the bathroom and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The last day of the trip, the electronic closure was a problem and the hotel team took about an hour to make the repair. For the photos on the booking site seemed to be a complete meal, however, there were only a few hot dishes options, one or two types of cake, coffee, juice and just one type of bread. All limited, if it ended, it ended... To conclude, we still highlight the lack of courtesy of staff during the requests and the attendance.

|2.23km from city centerMy husband and I stayed at Ibis Budget Manaus for one night in January 2020 after an Amazon cruise. We arrived very early in the morning after disembarkation. Knowing that check-in wasn't until hours later, we'd decided to add an extra night (i.e. from the night before) to our booking so as to gain immediate access to our room. At check-in, however, the receptionist waived the fee for the full night and instead told us they'd only be charging a much smaller early check-in fee. We were very impressed by their thoughtfulness and lack of greed. The room, albeit small, was functional and contained everything we needed for a 20 hour stay. This was, in fact, not only the cheapest, but also, by far, the cleanest hotel room we stayed in while holidaying in Brazil. The complimentary wifi was excellent and streaming Netflix worked well through the wifi. We ordered dinner through Uber Eats and got cutlery from the on-site restaurant (this necessitated the use of google translate since restaurant staff did not know what ”knives and forks” meant in English.) We also stayed at another budget hotel in Manaus (Intercity Manaus), but felt that we had a better experience at Ibis. Overall, an excellent budget stay for a short duration in a fresh, modern and, above all, clean hotel.

|1km from city centerFiquei hospedado de 25 a 31/07/22, a suíte que fiquei é bem estruturada, espaçosa, tinha vista para o teatro e rendeu boas fotos, fiquei no sexto andar foi impossível dormir bem um barulho infernal a noite da para ouvir tudo que acontece na rua principalmente o barulho dos carros, caso queiram se hospedar sugiro ficar do 10º andar para cima, o serviço da recepção é um pouco fraco achei o pessoal meio enrolado... o restaurante definitivamente não suporta a capacidade do hotel o último dia foi pior, apenas um funcionário no restaurante que não dava conta de tudo. No que tange a localização, apesar de estar a duas quadras do teatro Amazonas, achei perigoso em virtude da ausência de policiamento pois após o primeiro quarteirão a rua fica escura e a chance de ser abordado é grande. Sobre o policiamento apenas no dia 30 eu vi policiamento na praça e nos arredores do teatro o que definitivamente foi um ponto negativo. Não me hospedaria novamente nesse hotel. O taxi até o aeroporto na bandeira 2 custa r$ 69
