Lovely welcome and a clean room on arrival. After a couple of hours and into the night the bathroom had a strong sewage smell. Small balcony with no furniture. View was of a wall which you could touch and little natural night. No window in the room. Very basic room. Breakfast was good and a wide selection but the coffee was not very nice. Didn't sleep very well as the wall was thin and the baby next door could be heard crying most of the night and screaming in the morning.

We booked a superior room which lived up to its description. Spacious, well furnished and a fantastic view of the garden and town of Braganca. The castle is lit up at night so it was particularly stunning. We explored the fascinating town which was a short walk away(although there was quite a climb to come back). The Castle area had good restaurants and an interesting folk art museum which was well worth seeing. The museum displayed the local costumes worn at parades, very interesting, some of them quite scary. We had planned to eat in town for dinner but it poured with rain so we had a bar snack which was tasty and generous. Breakfast was included and comprehensive. The bar and breakfast rooms also had the panoramic views. A nice touch was the port and sweets in reception for guests to sample. We thought the Pousada was smart, had a good location and was good value for the standard of accomodation

On a pretty unprepossessing street near the castle, this is a wonder. Open the main door and you are in a hallway with wide marble steps and back in the 16th century. We had a huge bedroom in the front of the house but with a separate bathroom and sitting room and access to a 15ft foot balcony towards the mountains - pity about the Ibis hotel cutting out a bit of the view but that's spanish town planning for you. Breakfast was rolls, cheese, meats, jams, tarts and croissants - a lot better than most. You will have to park on a nearby street but to experience a house of this age is a privilege.

Nice hotel, but receptionists are unfriendly. They lied about available rooms (I asked another - they didn't even checked something, told fully booked and then people where coming when I was working at reception for 3 hours), do not tell exact prices (for example, told breakfast is 6 EUR, charged 6.90 EUR, just try to exclude some money from the salary of such employee), on checkout after asking to show the bill before payment (which is totally nervous), almost dropped my credit card before bringing it).

Huge older hotel on the outskirts of Bragança (massive concrete construction from probably the 80s), a tad too far away for a pleasant walk into town. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. While the lobby felt cold, dark and unpleasant, the lady at reception was friendly and spoke excellent English. COVID measures were taken seriously and temperature of arriving guests was checked. The hallway on our floor was disgusting - obviously it hadn’t been vacuumed for weeks. Never seen such a messy hallway in any hotel around the world, seriously. In contrast, the room was clean, adequately furnished and came with a nice view. Water pressure was fine, which we didn’t take for granted given some earlier experiences on higher floors in hotels of a similar age. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a good night’s sleep, especially after a long day of driving (even though the windows were not really soundproof). The breakfast room was not too inviting and the items themselves rather bland. However, the staff was very friendly and the COVID rules well observed (sort of an ‘untouchable’ buffet behind plastic partitions, with guests being served by staff). All in all, a solid experience. Not overwhelming, not terrible (apart from the hallway cleanliness) - quite average.

Ctrip service is first-class, another hotel that was originally booked is not so good. As a result, two days before the trip, Ctrip called the hotel to inform that there was no room, and Ctrip made up the difference of more than 2,000 to live in this very good hotel. It’s so good to say nothing. Hotel tickets really only believe in Ctrip, this service is world class

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast setting is very thoughtful. Due to the epidemic, there will be a dedicated waiter to take the meal for you. If you go to the hotel, there is a free hotel car at the door. And you can renew the room rate by the hour, which is very cost-effective! On the whole, it is really conscientious! !

Hotel condition is ok once. Although it is an old hotel, it was tidy and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The shower room has music therapy, but it was amazing. Amenity is Morton Brown, and the coffee machine is Nespresso. Coffee is of course free. There was no electric port. Very friendly staff. I arrived at the pharmacy the day I arrived, so there was no pharmacy open. However, the desk staff worried and looked up and remembered me a few days later and asked my best regards. I also asked you to recommend a restaurant, but I have a really good house. Water and drinks are always available in the lobby, and in the afternoon you can have a delicious snack in the lobby. Please clean up your sleeping room in the morning and clean up your room so you can sleep in the afternoon. The room is always tidy, so every time I enter, I feel good. I saw you tidying up the bathroom by accident. It was an old hotel that smelled like a sewer, but I couldn't complain because it was so carefully managed that I couldn't blame it. The smell is fine if you close the bathroom door well. Besides, I didn't like frustration, so I kept the windows open so I thought it was better. Oh, when you organized it in the afternoon, you might have snacks like candy or tarts. I wandered around and ate really good. Breakfast was just the right kind (vegetables, cheese, ham and sausage, eggs, fruits, bread, milk, juice, coffee, etc.). The manager was very friendly at breakfast. Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. There are many good restaurants nearby. The Trem takes you directly to the main tourist attractions ... Ah, the flats near the hotel make it easy to walk around. I am more than happy to see you later. I recommend it.

The location is infinitely good. The 13th stop of the airport bus line 1 is opposite the hotel. When I come back to the plane, I don’t have anyone on the bus. Do you have a taxi? When you go there, there are quite a lot of people. The room is not good. Too big, the bathtub can be made slippery, the service is polite, buy and buy is very convenient, left turn is a variety of big-name graffiti lifts, come out right turn is the up and down of the Hulu lift, forever many people, then Because near, I went straight at 7:30 in the morning, no one, next to the train station, this is too convenient, the pork chops on the opposite side of the train station can be, Lisbon can play, this hotel is also good, breakfast is also Yes, there is also sparkling wine. I am also drunk. On the fourth day, I can’t just eat rice and mustard. I can make them a variety of fancy coffees and eggs. I can order them. This is probably my. The best hotel in the trip, and then went to live in various apartments, suitable for my leisurely informality, the hotel is still suitable for people with grades, I lived for four days pretending that I am very dignified. Recommended decoration is also good in line with my vintage beauty Province

The InterContinental Hotel is next door to the Four Seasons Hotel, the price is 3 times cheaper than the Four Seasons! The room is relatively large. This is one of my favorite hotels where I have stayed in so many five-star hotels in Lisbon... It takes 3 minutes to walk out of Liberty Avenue and Edward VII Park is on the side! Hotel rooms are divided into old and new. Generally, you don't need to add money for booking the old ones, and you need to add money for the new ones. The front desk will suggest an upgrade-it seems to be an extra 30 Euro! The breakfast is so-so, not many varieties, and the taste is average! Bar is great! Two drinks in the evening! Stayed here for almost 1 week! Hotel services are pretty good👍

There is a small bar where you can rest, you can store your luggage, you can book a drop-off vehicle directly at the front desk, one trip for 20 euros, we are four people with four pieces of luggage, and the price of drop-off is cheaper than booking at domestic websites

The location of the hotel is very convenient. On the left side is the Oriental Supermarket. On the first floor, there is a Lanzhou Ramen tunnel, only five Euros. There are not many types of breakfast but basic enough. The hotel team is more and the room size is OK. The air conditioner is a bit antique. No hot water bottle. Although the parking lot is free but too narrow, many years old drivers accidentally smashed a large piece of paint on the wall. In front of an American couple, the back door slammed into a pit. The car behind me seemed to be a little bit smashed, and then all traces on the wall. . The three floors are actually right-angled and small, and the driving school is not so small. I am still two boxes of Opel. For the domestic absolute acceptance is not qualified.

Near the exit of the subway station, one from the airport and one to the center of Lisbon with good access. Hotel → Airport used uber for early morning but did not cost 400 yen in Japanese yen. Despite such convenient access, it is more reasonable than the hotel in the center of Lisbon than the hotel next to the airport. The staff is kind. Breakfast is OK with a few vegetables. There are quite a lot of bread types. There was also egg tart. The rooms are simple. There was bathtub, too, and large bathroom was good, but there was no shower curtain, so the toilet washroom was flooded. There seemed to be no drainage there, so I was troubled because there was no water at all. Wi-Fi is good. The windows are double sashes with good sound insulation. The hotel is located next to the square, adjacent to luxury and super-luxury hotels such as Four Seasons, and has convenient transportation. The room is relatively large. We brought a 9-year-old child and no extra charge for extra beds. Think of a hotel in Rome that charges 35 euros for an extra bed, which is too expensive. Really loved our stay at this hotel - the rooms were lovely and beds are so comfortable! It’s a short walk to the centre of Lisbon, very accessible and the airport bus stops across the road. The pool is in a lovely tranquil setting and there are amazing views from the Sky Bar locates at it’s sister hotel next door. Staff were really helpful and gave us a super recommendation for a beautiful family run, local Portuguese restaurant less than a minute from the hotel. Convenient if you didn’t fancy getting back into the thick of things after a day sightseeing etc! There are nepresso machines in each room which is a very nice touch but thought the coffee pods should/could be complimentary or at least a sachet/freeze-dry alternative could be provided instead of charging €1.25 per pod. Also please provide milk or creamer for tea/coffee!

The traffic location is convenient, the health is ok, and the environment recommends that the room should not be on the side of the road, it is too noisy. No free water at the hotel. Friendship reminder must be clear when booking a hotel. There are several hotels in HF Group, and some of them have very similar names. After I checked in, I renewed the location because it was convenient. As a result, the hotel name was wrong and caused unnecessary losses. (The hotel front desk checked no reservation information when renewing the stay, and then spent money at the hotel front desk to continue living, and immediately contacted Ctrip to verify. As a result, Ctrip kept saying that it could not be verified until the day of departure. Ctrip told us that the renewal was another hotel of another HF Group, and said that the hotel had no information.) Ctrip didn't read any more and sent me a message and ignored me. I would like to take this opportunity to inform my friends who booked the HF Hotel that they will clearly see the names and addresses of the hotel. Don't cause unnecessary losses.

Friends who have not seen for many years in September have come to Europe for vacation from Beijing and the United States. We met in Lisbon. I know that I have been in Madrid for more than 20 years and have done a lot of defense. I just stayed at this five-star hotel and settled in the hotel. After a few minutes, the coffee shop was set up with a trap to take away the entire schoolbag. The loss, identity documents, bank cards, medical cards, transportation cards, mobile phones, and money were all stolen, causing confusion in life and work. The rare friends' gatherings were overshadowed, and since then, various false mails have been received to steal my bank account information, and personal privacy and security have been invisibly threatened. There are obvious loopholes in the security management of the Lille hotel, which makes the area that is considered to be very safe! The person who pretends to ask questions and blocks the friend's sight and his accomplices, behaving and wearing is obviously different from the guests who live in the hotel, but the hotel staff is not alert and guarded, and the situation occurs; Nothing is regrettable. Is it necessary to choose a hotel that cannot guarantee safety? I believe everyone has their own answers.
