The hotel is located in a residential area. Although it is close to the train station and a little distance from the city center, it is quiet and the room is large. The breakfast is quite rich, and the room facilities are all very good.

The hotel is right next to Chamartin Railway Station, very close, and the subway station. The interior is very good, there is a TV and a small refrigerator, the most favorite is the bathtub, and you can get a foot after every day. Breakfast downstairs is buffet style, 12 euros per person, if you book a room, breakfast should be much cheaper

The location is very convenient for transportation, just across the street from Chamartin Station and it takes only a few minutes to walk. There is a small road on the left hand side of the hotel. In the past, there is a residential area called Castilla Avenue. A small park is opposite the hotel. It is rather ridiculous. On the right hand side is Chamartin Station. The window can't be locked, there is no sense of security, but it's okay! Only had a dinner at the hotel, buffet, 16.5 euros, okay, there are lamb chops and shrimps, salads. Can take the children to live, the room is quite big, the bed is quite big, I don't know if I can have an extra bed.

When I was in the lobby with a private room card, as soon as I turned around, my backpack was stolen and it was on the sofa in front of the front desk. I just got off the plane, all my important items are inside, working computer, bank card, ID card, passport, cash ... There are cameras in the lobby, but it can only be seen by the police, what! Go to the police station to report the case, but No, no one came to check, and I didn't give any feedback after staying for three days. The hotel can't help anything, it's terrible ... the four-star hotel is just that.

This brand is a chain hotel in Europe. I have seen it in Paris. It is clean and comfortable, and very satisfied. It is worth noting that the price means that the traffic is not very convenient, and the distance from the train station is really just a straight line. , Walk very far! Very far! Stay for more than half an hour! !! Then I did n’t understand Ctrip ’s cashback. It was never cheap.

Our experience there certainly wasn't typical. We were the only guests in the building! It was the night before the national lockdown. We can't comment on the food or bar, but can tell you that it's a beautiful hotel and was super clean. The clerk at the desk was super kind as we shared in the extraordinary experience of coronavirus. Hopefully some day we can enjoy the full ambience of the Don Pio. By the way, it's super easy to get to the airport from here. That's why we booked it. My research showed the same travel time as staying at an "airport hotel."

Downstairs is the subway station, wherever convenient, Tucker clock McDonald's and Rhodia chain stores do not need to pack early. I am used to the slowness of Spain. If you happen to meet someone in front of you, you will be prepared for at least 15 minutes. Many places are two-bed and "big bed" rooms together, and the same is true of what I encountered here. It happened that I had an upgrade to the suite, it was a big bed of at least two meters, the room was very good!

The re are no visible signs for this hostel, since it is in an apartment complex. Another guest had to let me in the place and show me up to the apartment. Basically. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with 8 bunk beds in them. As soon as I walk in, this older (seemed drugged out) guy walked out of the bathroom in nothing but a t short. Booty hanging out and all. The place was a mess. No one spoke English. The bed wasn't made when I showed up and the kitchen and bathroom looked like a large hurricane plowed through the rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and I honestly had the feeling I was going to be robbed or straight up murdered. I got no sleep and there was no one in the place to check me out when I wanted to leave. AVOID THIS PLACE, KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT ON A PARK BENCH.

The hotel room is very clean and quiet. It is about 20 Euros from the airport. The only dissatisfaction is that there is no public transportation nearby, only taxis. There is a shuttle bus in the information, but the shuttle service is actually started from August. It is not a very price advantage to set this hotel to be a one-night break when the transit plane is cost-effective but with a taxi fare.

We are here to attend an international academic conference. Accommodation is very good, clean, and timely cleaning. Breakfast is buffet style, you can eat local ham, there are many restaurants around, and it is close to the subway and convenient for travel. If you come early, the lobby on the first floor is free to help you with your luggage. I will come back to Madrid next time and hope to come here.

The hotel itself is nice and relatively large. It seems that the pilots and flight attendants of a certain airline are fixed here to rest, and many airline uniforms can be seen walking around every day. 2. Breakfast is ok, the variety is more abundant, but the western style, the Chinese say that they are not used to eating. 3. Room size and facilities are ok, can reach the size of the domestic season, of course, it will feel better.

We went to Madrid on the last week of december to pass new year there. We wanted a simple and clean hotel near public transportation as the prices of the hotels for that period of time and near Puerta del Sol are over our budget. It was very easy to get from the airport till the hotel by metro. We made 3 connections if I´m not mistaken. The neighborhood is silent and family friendly. The hotel is 1 1/2 blocks from the main street which also has the exit of the metro station. On that same main street a few metres away there is a Mercadona market. Nice variety of food and good price places to eat. On the corner of the main street and the hotel street there is a "kiosk" where you can buy water and snacks. Its opened till late. In the check in they gave us a room on the 4th floor at the back building. The elevator reaches till the 3rd floor and then you have to go up by stairs. As I was there for health reasons and I couldnt use the stairs. So I asked for a change of room. They gave one on the 1st floor on the entrance building. The room was beside the elevator and I slept very well. Never heard any noise. The breakfast at the hotel was 5euros each but the variety is big and I wouldnt have found something like that for that price. There were oranges for you to make your own orange juice. Different type of bread, small croissant, jam, cheese and some sweet pastry. There is a toast machine too. There was also some baskets with pate of jamon serrano, york etc... there were also small round containers where generally you get your mermelade, but these were with grated tomato and others with grated tomato and olive oil. Typical spanish breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. It was wide and the mattress semi hard. The sleeping was fantastic. Also the pillows which I like them a little low. I had a perfect rest. The bathroom was very clean. As an overall, the room and the bathroom were really clean. The room had also a small fridge. The only thing is that the electricity works only with the card so when you leave the hotel as you take the card with you the fridge will stop working. I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Liked the location, the hotel, the room and for me the bed and pillow were a plus.

Overall, the price is very high, and the trip is close to the Atocha train station, but it is very tiring to push the suitcase. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. It is convenient to buy daily necessities, and it is also near to Lichi Park . You have to clean the room by yourself. The room is quite large. On the last day, you must pay attention to LOCKER who checked out your luggage. Otherwise, it will be used up by others and there will be no place to send it. . . . .

The hotel is centrally located, shopping and eating are very convenient, the service is particularly satisfactory, breakfast is not set, but there is free bread and cereal jam at the front desk downstairs, candy in the afternoon, fruit in the evening, tea and coffee throughout the day, downstairs There is a supermarket, you can cook in the apartment and eat chocolates every night, because of honeymoon trips, I also gave champagne. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is louder, and it is more obvious at midnight. Lively, but too tired to hear, no additional city tax charged, overall satisfactory

We stayed here for 2 nights during a trip to Madrid & Seville. Positives It worked really well for us, the apartment was large for 2, with a table & basic kitchenette, I wouldn't have been cooking meals in it, but breakfast would have been fine. Good bathroom & great shower. All had been recently decorated. We had a balcony with a great view & the bed was comfy (I can't honestly remember if we booked a room with a balcony, we might have). The reception staff were friendly & helpful. Location was great for us as we had 2 nights & were looking for a bit of down time, good food & local culture not exhausting ourselves with lots of sightseeing - there are tapas bars on the street & the street with a lot of tapas bars & atmosphere is a 5 min walk, even less when it's quite chilly in November! We'd recommend El Bombin Quinteria on Calle Agulia... we went twice in the end, full of locals & good tapa & friendly staff. Negatives - nothing major but warrants 4 stars instead of 5 There isn't a kettle but there was a coffee machine (which seems to be quite normal in Spain!). We just used a pan to boil water... The metro from the airport requires a few changes, we were fine arriving midday & on hand luggage only but you might want consider booking the taxi service they offer if you have more luggage, or your arriving late, it's a good hour on the metro & quite a bit of walking at the airport. La Latina metro is a 10 min walk which was fine for us.

My sister and I stayed at Behap de las Letras for a few nights recently and we were overwhelmed by the hospitality, kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness of Alvaro. He had emailed us beforehand with details of contacting him once we arrived. We were also told that the office is closed for 2 hours in the middle of the day. The apartments are lovely, with cooking facilities as well as a washing machine. No dishwashing liquid is supplied so you need to provide your own. The bathroom is quite small, and one has to be careful which shower knob you turn on, as there is on overhead shower knob as well as a middle knob. The location is great -there is lots of atmosphere in this area of Madrid & it is within 500 metres of the main station; is close to cafes and there is a supermarket just down the road. There is a great Argentinian bar/ restaurant directly opposite, which has delicious food. The CaixaFirum and the Reine Sofia ( which houses many of Picasso’s paintings, including ‘Guernica’ are a short walk away. I loved Madrid, and I would definitely recommend Behap and Barrio de las Letras as a wonderful spot to stay and to explore. Thank you so much Alvaro for making our stay so memorable. We both loved you!

Very well located at only few hundred metres from the main street Gran Vía and at 300 metres from the metro station. Colourful neighborhood, with many book shops and vintage stores. The check in was very easy and automatic through a code. I didn't see the common areas because the door to the reception was always closed and a negative aspect of my room is that it missed a wardrobe.

Facilities are complete in all areas, except for the basics without slippers. No pre-authorization deposit or compulsory consumption is required. Especially the service is very in place. When checking in, the waiter pours water, then leads the guests to the room, and then explains the location of the facilities on each floor of the hotel. It is really a smile service, and it is also for the Chinese. It is unique in the European hotel industry. When checking out, I will also talk to guests about some things in Madrid, and I will send blessings before leaving. Four Seasons Hotel may not be able to achieve this level of service. Live here The special location is also excellent, just outside the hotel is the Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace of Madrid is to the south. The hotel has a subway across the road, and the pedestrian street is 200 meters away.

Let me talk about location and environment. Good location near the center of Madrid, convenient and quick. But it's not the standard four-star hotel, it's just an air b & b, where is the price, so you can't expect too much. The face of the door is very small, so small that you miss it accidentally. You need to pay attention to the b & b sign. After entering, there is no reception hall of the four or five-star hotel, but there is a friendly, warm, warm and lovely reception desk, and the room will be available after going up. It's clean and tidy, with everything you need, two beds, small shelves, storage space, writing desk, and separate wet and dry bathroom. But the space is smaller than the hotel, not suitable for children. Breakfast is the same. It is open 24 hours. It is self-catering. There is a coffee machine that can provide a variety of hot drinks. There are also simple cookies and fruits to eat. The dining space is simple and clean. If the weather is good, you can go to the elegant and clean terrace outside. . It is worth mentioning that the waiter thoughtfully put a bag of cakes on the door handle in the morning, and it felt great. Can not be measured by star hotel standards, but overall the price is very high.

I was really happy with my stay here. The location is fabulous and I walked almost everywhere I wanted to go. It's a busy area known for good eating and drinking, but there was no rowdiness. The only downside was there was just one power point in my room, but I survived. The receptionists don't speak English, but they were patient and happy to wait while I typed into my translator. I mentioned that I liked the view from the room shown on Booking.com and they gave me that exact room, even though others would have been similar. My room was surprisingly quiet, but you still might like to use earplugs if you're an especially light sleeper. The balcony doors were double glazed and it was really pleasant to stand out there in the evening breeze and watch the world go by.

The apartments are of different sizes, interior and exterior units, one or two bedrooms etc. The most distinctive features are that they are kept clean -although some renovations wouldn't hurt, and the location is perfect! Smack right in the middle of the famous "Golden Mile" of Madrid. Metro Station about 50 feet from the Building's entrance, good internet connectivity, safe building all around and staff worth it of a at least a 4 star Hotel. The cost-benefit analysis of these Apartments is great if you compare to equivalent hotels. We highly recommend it

We stayed at this gem the first week of 2020 and loved our stay. The hotel is very well situated, we took the train in from the airport to the hotel and walked from the Sol metro stop. The hotel is also walking distance to the Atocha train station. We walked everywhere. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing with their suggestions and assistance with anything we may have needed. The room was very clean and very well stocked. I loved that there was a full length mirror and a magnified mirror in the room. Also had a great coffee machine and a well stocked mini bar. The bed, pillows and sheets were amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants around the area, most museums very close/walking distance. The Prado the Gran Via all very short and beautiful walks. We must say Madrid in January was beautiful, the city Christmas lights were spectacular the three kings parade was beautiful and the energy of the city was just great! We truly enjoyed Madrid during this time and the hotel made our stay wonderful! Thank you Soho Boutique Congreso for making our stay so special. ❤️

The location is very good, located on the edge of the Tirso de Molina metro station, from the hotel to the West Side Square in the east of Madrid, the Alcalá Gate, the Retiro Park, the Brado Museum, or to the west The Plaza Mayor, the Plaza Mayor, the Segovia Viaduct, the Royal Palace, the Temple of Debo, and the Plaza de España are all within walking distance; they are very close to the Sun Plaza. The surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. Although there are many immigrants nearby, there is no sense of insecurity. The hotel is small, the access control is convenient and safe, and the staff at the reception desk are warm and friendly. The rooms are small but the interiors are completely renovated and are completely different from the old building. The indoor sanitation is relatively clean, the facilities are complete, the bathroom is hot and full, and it is very comfortable to use. I asked for quiet when making a reservation, so the room is at the end of the walkway. There are windows in the room and bathroom, but the window is outside the window, and the lighting and ventilation are OK. It is worth mentioning that the hotel adopts a frame-mounted blinds. Pros: Good location in central Madrid, with quite easy access to nearby metro stations. Sadly that’s pretty much it for the pros Cons: Shower: was annoying because the hot water was about as reliable as a knitted condom and the thing which holds the shower hose was broken so you literally had to hold the thing in your hand the whole time. Room: (1st floor, double) was simply ugly with dull walls and an all-grey bed. Far too small for a double room. The woollen blanket was dirty with clumps of hair and stains from past guests in it. The bed was also slightly too small, although to be fair I’m quite tall and it was quite a negligible issue. WiFi: 3 different Networks. All of them require the same tedious password. All of them promise you 3 bars the whole time. None of them work. I hope your 4G works because God knows this place’s WiFi doesn’t Breakfast: Yeah no. They give you coupons to be used in one of two nearby cafés. This lets you get the ‘breakfast option’ for free. If you want anything else you need to pay standard rate. Well what is the ‘breakfast option?’ I hear you ask. Simple; one croissant, a coffee and an orange juice. Key & access: No elevator which isn’t that bad to be honest, but is annoying when you have heavy luggage. They give you one key (non-electronic) which you need to use to lock you door, otherwise it’s just closed. Not overly difficult, just a bit old fashioned which isn’t really my style. Also when you want to go in the main entrance you need to ring a bell like in a block of flats and ask the receptionist for permission. To be fair to them they did always answer quickly, spoke English and did let me in all the time, It just made me feel awkward to bother someone every time I came back. I mean I’ve been in worse hostels before and I don’t want to come across as snobbish it’s just when you pay €266 for two nights in a place that presents itself as quality, you wouldn’t expect to find something like this. In summary: if it were cheaper and clearer what exactly it was it would be fine, but in reality it is overpriced and very underwhelming, but does have good access to Madrid

The location is very convenient, coming out of the train station and walking along the square for 10 minutes. The entrance to the apartment is a subway station, which is uniquely endowed by nature. The living room is large, the kitchen is large, the family is very comfortable to rest and chat together, there is a cushion on the side of the large French window, a cup of coffee sitting at the window to watch the traffic, if it is not too short, I may be able to sit all day. There is only one bathroom, which is relatively small. There is room service every day, and the whole is clean and tidy. Talk about the noise, the room is facing the street, but the windows are soundproof, and the windows are basically no noise. There is office on the 2nd floor, but working hours are limited. If you exceed 18:00, you can only apply for self-check-in. Regarding the deposit, there are several coin-operated lockers in the office on the 2nd floor. After check-out, the front desk will give you a password for the door. When you take the baggage, you will use this password. All the staff are very nice and the experience is great!

Good location, close to the city center, this is an advantage. I also signed three orders for my credit card, the first original price, the second plus children added more than 70 euros, the third 150 euros. I refused to sign at the beginning, and the front desk said it doesn't matter, it won't repeat. I don't know if I will receive it twice in 150 Euros. At this price, there were many better options.
