Very nice place near metro station. Got 2 food stores in 2 min.walk. Shopping center nearby and many eating places for any price range preferred. Breakfast is english style - eggs, sausages, ham, cheese - all in a few varieties, pastry and fruits, drink, etc. No frills but very good. Room service fast and accurate. Toilet and shower is one room. Very small and old-fashioned. Not spacey and a little inconvenient for big people. Rooms are clean, aircon working silently and it's working! Thin doors'n'walls and you hear all noizes from the corridor and neighbor rooms - sometimes may be not good. Hotel stuff is very friendly and positive!
The hotel has been renovated since I stayed there last time around 2015. Very good room. Special thanks to Suzana, who was responsible for the cleaning of the room. I couldn’t find a single spot of dirt, anywhere in the room. It made me feel safe during this time of the pandemic. Staff was friendly, check-in and out was smooth and the breakfast was very good. Some aircraft noise, but that’s a problem in whole area and not hotel’s fault. I would definitely stay again.

I was in this hotel before and the truth is that my experience was devastating. The hotel was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very They told me that I would call the ruler, that the manager would call me to the room. NOT, no one called. Even though every morning they insisted, they didn't clean. Of course they didn't make the bed. I understand the restrictions for COVID-19, but for health they should at least pick up the waste or if I ask you to clean it, so do. A management disaster both by the cleaning manager and by the management who never answered my requests to be contacted. I was so impotent that I would certainly put all this on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and all social media at my disposal. By the way, I wasn't the only one who complained, making the check out, there was another person complaining about the same. I have had to bear the laughter of the receptionist who said "I see you haven't been so good at your stay, so I don't ask you". Now at least I want to claim 30% of what I paid for not providing the contracted service.
This hotel is ideally located, these are 4 squares from the largest park of São Paulo, and you can walk with total tranquility as the sound is safe, you have good nearby restaurants including a PERUAN, The hotel was very good, the girls also speak English and that helps us because my Portuguese is not so good, they have a swimming pool on the hotel terrace and a gym too. The point to take into account is that they only accept visa, my Diners Discover did not pass. P.d you also have the option of a bus corridor like the Bogota Transmilenium, or the Lima corridor, you have everything and very close.
We had a bad impression when we arrived.
Check-in took a long time, even having done the pre-check-in through the hotel's QRCODE, it took a long time.
While waiting to check in, several guests stopped by the reception to complain about the problem of access to the room (electronic key card). Our room only 1 ( 2 keys were given ) worked.
Another point, I stayed at 937, the shower door opens during the shower, wetting the outside a little.
The bed is excellent. The suite is very comfortable.
Shower is excellent. Perfect bath at water temperature and pressure.
Breakfast, nothing exceptional. Regular.
Parking is paid separately, 25 reais. Valet service.
Check or took not even 1 minute. Great.
Hotel in the quiet area of San Paolo, with bars and restaurants nearby, near Congonhas Airport, easy access to communications routes for movements. Prices lower than average. These are the positives. For the rest, rooms not well-treated and certainly not for 4 stars, also other old and unpleasant environments. Sufficiently antipathic and unprofessional staff, confusion on costs and monetary conversions for a reserve made with Booking.com. First breakfast.
I stayed in a triple apartment Saturday to Sunday and I was very happy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Morning coffee was not a similar one, extreme care with the covid, they provided us with gloves, always replacing the items they were finishing. I will be fregatic, congratulations to the owners and all the team.
Unfair care, ladies and gentlemen (Maria and others), coffee staff (Carlos and Patricia), the little messager seeeempre is there day and night to help us always (I unfortunately forgot the name) The breakfast even in covid times, very well served and varied (2 cooking options, 3 cooking options, 4 bread options, 6 fruit options, 4 cold options, various grains, 2 juice, among others). The only disadvantage in 10 days was that at the same floor we stayed (more than 4 rooms) a resident smoked a lot that ended up bothering us all.. But we will certainly come back!
Hotel is located in one of Sao Paulo's most attractive neighborhoods closeto Congonhas Airport, Ibirapuera Avenue and a few minutes from VilaOlimpia thus assuring rapid access to the business area of Luiz CarlosBerrini Avenue. The area boasts a wide variety of entertainment options, bars, restaurants and shopping malls. An excellent convention center witha total capacity of 260 people and superior and deluxe rooms.
It really fits into a 5 star!! Great location (for those who want to stay in that region). They are impeccable in terms of service (from reception to bar/restaurant/breakfast services). I just missed a pool bar, in terms of infrastructure, which makes it much easier in ordering (speed, etc.), in relation to breakfast, I thought it was a bit to be desired, as many less “starred” hotels have much better breakfasts!!! They would be the only points that let me down, the rest, everything ok!!
We stayed in this property last night and it offers all the basics of a home away from home at a decent budget. Lovely decor in the lobby and restaurant areas. Unfortunately the theme only goes as far the hallways - the rooms are plain and boring. The air conditionings the room was not the most efficient and they do have an issue with the water pressure (we were on the 11th floor). The neighbourhood seems a bit rough but the hotel is lovely. I’d not go walking around the hotel area - ‘working girls’ stand on the streets nearby chasing business in the evening, the neighbourhood is unattractive and dirty with not much worth seeing really. Great breakfast options - worth the money! Service at Sponta restaurant was friendly but very slow - I needed to chase the staff to get the menu and to order despite being in one of the only two tables occupied. I would not hesitate booking to stay here again for a short period.
We are in Sao Paulo every year, and we end up staying in a Melia-hotel always. You can get a modern and well equipped family suite (two separate rooms) for a decent price, and the amenities are good. The hotel has a big pool (partly covered), which helps a lot if you travel with children. There is also a small gym, but the equipment is old and hardly working, no one is taking care of this part. Breakfast is good, nothing missing. The hotel is in a nice, quiet and green neighborhood, the nearby Higienopolis Shopping Center is pleasant and beautifully decorated and has some really good restaurants. We would always come back.
We were at this hotel at the end of December, 2019. Although it is 4-starred hotel, it looks like 2-starred hotel with old fashined furnitures and poor services. Staffs even at the reception do not speak English. We communicated via 'Google Translate' during 30 minutes when we were in check-in stage. Although we had had reservation via their own website, she did not find our reservation at their system. Unprofessional! We had money blockage during one month after checking out because of this unprofessionality. Our room smelled very bad because of old-fashioned and dirty carpet. Breakfast was OK, but not enough! I wasn't actually going to write these things until that happened some events we experienced very badly. While drying my hair with old hair dryer, my hair got stuck in the hair dryer suddenly. It would take almost all my hair. (Because there was no protective cover on the hair dryer). I wanted a new hair dyrer from the housekeeper. In the morning at 6.45 a.m. (it was 31 december) while we were sleeping, the receptionist rang and spoke Portuguese although they were suppose to speak English. Of course, we did not understand what they said. Then housekeeper came to our room at 6.48 for take the new hair dyrer. The new hair dyrer was the 'only one' that were found at this 4 starred hotel. It was said that another customer needed it! It was very stupid! What were we? We were also customer! We were woken up at 6.45 a.m. because they have just one hair dyrer at the whole hotel. We wanted to talk with the hotel manager but the receptionists tried to prevent us from speaking with the manager and they were reluctant. Anyways, when we managed to speak with the manager via telephone (not face to face), she said that "IT WAS A NORMAL THING that WE CAN BE WOKEN UP at 6.45 a.m.) They can ring us whenever they want. It was awakesome. After that we said we would write some comments to social medias like tripadvisor, she said OK, I will send you some complimentary. It was a fruit plate (and a letter for apology) that can be found at the breakfast. She is a hotel manager! We do not recommend this hotel. We were in South America tour during 2 months. it was the worst hotel we've experienced.
I would HIGHLY Recommend this property to anyone visiting Sao Paulo! I especially Recommend this Apt/Hotel for those that are staying more than 3 days! The hotel is located in the Brooklin barrio (area) of Sao Paulo which is extremely safe with much to see and has everything one needs as far as restaurants/pharmacies/banks/markets to fulfill your needs and desires! The Hotels staff is extremely kind and everyone from the Security department to front desk staff and housekeeping All take pride in making your stay as comfortable & secure as possible! Each unit has a balcony, a separate & comfortable bedroom and kitchen as well as very good wifi! The kitchen comes with everything provided & necessary to cook and make any and all meals you wish to prepare with nice stove and full sized refrigerator! A supermarket is but a 5 minute walk! Having a separate kitchen, bath and living room which has cable tv and 48 inch LG televisions in both the bedroom & living room make this Apthotel feel as comfortable as you can while away from home! A separate laundry area is available as well! It is extremely clean, extremely safe and extremely secure! The desk staff speak English as well as Portuguese for those English speaking folks, and they treated me as nice and with the utmost respect when i Traveled this time Solo as when I traveled there with my Brazilian wife and kid! The price is extremely good for all you receive to include a wonderful daily breakfast! We stayed as a family last December & I Stayed Solo this time in June for 10 days, and highly recommend to All! I wish to say thank you to All Employees of this hotel for their kindness & for making me feel at home! Obrigado por todo!
I was in the hotel for 3 days. The apartment was 203, which is on the corner, then has a beautiful view. The apartment has 3 beds, so it is tight, but acceptable. The cool floor was clean, though a little dust under the beds, it may be because it was not used for a few days. The beds are box, comfortable, as well as bed dressers and bed clothes. The noise, as you have mentioned, depends on who will sleep, and it is located in a very well-locate premise, a very well-moving street near the city centre, it would be impossible to expect the area to be silent. The hotel has a market, pharmacy, bars and restaurants at short distance, and breakfast is very basic with few options. The air conditioning is winding directly on a part of the coffee table, then everything is frozen, until it should be hot (such as the cake), and that drys the bread. At the reception, nothing more, basic care, except for Felipe, a boy who always served us with great sympathy and heartily, very dear. The price is not the best, so it offers. The bathroom rack doesn't take care of the water after a few minutes of bathroom. The stick is very small. Towels are a little weared and sometimes with iron sleeves. Blindex box in the bathroom and a good shower with temperature control in the tower. The bathroom kit is made of small packet shampoo (low-packed face) and round sabble. They could have something more caprichous and beautiful, it looks like a motel kit. The door was with the shaded painting, giving an old hotel look, they could paint, and I would finally host again there, although I believe there are better options for equal prices.
My wife and I have been sleeping a night at the Travel Inn Ibirapuera, where we were from Campinas and needed to go to São Paulo to renew the American visas. The hotel is close to CASV (Visa Application Service Centre), we walk about 15 minutes to that, so it's a very interesting option. The staff are nice, the parking is covered and cheap, with a manubrist, breakfast is very good, the shower is tasty, only the bed could be better, the bed is very soft. But you have taken care, I recommend!
In the last days of 2019 and early 2020 I stayed at the hotel with my family and friends. We all felt welcomed by all the friendly staff who was always attentive to the needs of the guests. Really, all staff from the outside staff to receptionists, waiters, cleaners etc., they were always friendly and hospitable despite the full of guests due to the S. Silvestre Running and the New Year's Eve at Paulista Avenue. The hotel was always clean and in a great location. One negative point I have identified is the little variety menu in the restaurant for lunch or dinner. But the breakfast is of excellent quality with variety of foods. Internet (wifi) presented some moments of instability in the connection. But it's a worthwhile hotel! Highly recommend for short or medium stays.
We had a great experience. A cool, clean and perfect room. A wonderful breakfast, all fresh and tasty and many options. I recommend and I will return. We had a event in Trans-American Expocenter and the location was great. The tranquil neighborhood is located on the foot, with market, bakery and nearby bars.
Clean, beautiful hotel. Neighborhood is upscale and walkable. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Excellent customer service. Delicious breakfast options included with price of room. This team functions well and ensured an excellent stay!
Regrettably, this promise (customer experience) has broken tonight deeply, around 22:50pm. As I arrived at the front desk to inquire in regards the above WhatsApp message - in which lacks a proper customer services and hospitality training. I asked to speak with one of the (two) agents - responsible for the chat, in order to understand the strange and unknown answer received on WhatsApp at that time. I regret to inform you that during this event, I have endured a major stress, humiliation, and degrading treatment from your front desk agent (DIEGO) being beyond rude, unhuman and without any courtesy or understanding over my mission or presence there (LQA/LRA). For example, he stated being a foreigner and that I am not welcome at your hotel - as I am acting dramatic, exaggerated, unlawful and I don't understand how difficult was his day and/or why he did not answer me in time as he stated being overload or without proper system - tools. Minutes later, he came back again, without his uniform to confront me at the front desk, stating once again with heavy words and misinterpretation of the whole scenario. Last, I wanna thank very much - EDUARDO for being extremely kind as a witness and professional at all times, while he observed this unprecedent event.
Stayed there for a couple nights. Staff was very attentive, both at the reception and the restaurant. Good location for people who want to go shopping and dine in the best restaurants in town. We arrived an hour before check in time and, because the room wasn't available, reception kept our bags. The receptionist didn't seem to want to do our paperwork, she insisted on doing it later, but another staff member stepped in and completed the process. We just wanted to get it over with so we could come back and go straight to the room (which happened). There was no bellmen to assist us with our 5 pieces of luggage, which is weird for a hotel like this. We kept the DND sign at all times, so I cannot say much about housekeeping (besides that they forgot to take out the previous guest's dirty shower cap from the bathroom). We were allocated to 1069, on the 6th floor, right across from the elevator. We couldn't hear anything- no outside noises like traffic, nor the elevator or other guests. The room was spacious, and the only complaints I have are the blackout curtains that wouldn't close all the way, and the lack of plugs. I had to unplug one of the lamps across from the bed, near the tv/desk to charge my phone. There was no USB port whatsoever. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The best part was for sure the fresh pães de queijo! This was my second time in Sao Paulo staying at the Mercure, but I would not recommend Jardins. Next time I will stay in a different Mercure, as I did the first time, hoping the room facilities would be better.
Good night , my wife and I stayed three days hosted , median service reception, bad room , bed was two singles there together the two , old bathroom , download does not work we stayed two days with her without working, bathroom the attendants are perfect but the coffee is regularly few options but the worst was the time to leave , my board delayed and I asked the attendant to stretch my stay for more 5 hs , he said he had not like because the hotel was 100% in occupation , I understand , but the attendant said I could leave the bags in the reception and when he returned he would let me take a bath to get flight , I spoke very thank you and went to do my things , When they returned to the hotel they talked that I had not like my wife and I had to bath , that the hotel does not , I asked to call the manager he said that he was not la , the boy said he had a room that was not clean yet ( dirty ) that I could take bath la , I spoke td well , but at the time he was going to give me the room key he charged me 60 per person to take a bath , I said that I didn't and I asked thank you , it's sad that happening a hotel like that in the hand of people who are neither there with the hosts , the owner should not know these things , but unfortunately it is so we are but hands of people without any interest in helping the next . haaa I and my bride went to switch clothes in the bathroom of the reception we left la and the receptionist smiling satisfied with the occurrence .
The hotel is well located, there is a square of the Paulista Avenue and very close to attractions such as Japan House, Itaú Cultural and Sesc Paulista, which can be visited by foot. It has a nearby metro station and a range of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, a beautiful entrance hall, excellent breakfast and the room, though simple, is spacious. I found a good cost and benefit for the location and conditions it offers! It is very good to pay attention to the service of the official Daniel, very good and kind. I will be home again in São Paulo next time.
The hotel is small. The lobby is dark and its decore is dated. They do offer courtesy coffee and cold tea and water most of the day in the lobby. The elevators are small and slow. Sometimes only one elevator worked and you had to wait a long time to get an elevator ride to the lobby. My room was just OK for one person for a short stay. The television is hard to operate. The bathroom is dated although water pressure is fine. The room and the hall need soundproofing. You can hear everything said in the hall. My second night they did not make up my room. I told the front desk and they did not even apologize. They charged me for my full stay upon arrival, rather than waiting. I think they should have refunded me part of what I paid because they did not service or clean my room one day. Or at least they should have apologized. The staff is OK but they do not smile. Not too friendly. Breakfast is good and plentiful and the coffee at breakfast is very good. The hotel is located near Avenida Paulista and many restaurants and good shopping. The area is safe during the day, although at night you have to be watchful.
Awesome! We decided to stay for a night at this place thanks to the staff at the front desk. He is a dark skin with breaded long hair tall handsome man, very friendly and super helpful in assisting us during the late afternoon near evening. We love this place, simple and comfortable and most important very clean. Thank you for having such a professional and friendly staff that welcome us. Great staff ! Great property! Great stay!
I didn’t like this hotel for one particular reason : hygiene (or lack of). The shower is full of mold, I left some pizza boxes outside my room for the past 48 hours and they are still there . The cleaning lady cleaned my room and left the wet shower mat out to dry... it’s soaking wet, it should be changed !!! I work in the best hotels for 10+ years and I know for a fact that this hotel is in the wrong direction, especially considering we are in a middle of a pandemic and that their occupancy is definitely below 50%, their priority should be housekeeping, yet I didn’t feel this during the stay. Management, you should make housekeeping your priority department ASAP...
I went into the room and saw the air was not working and the safe was wrong. I told the reception when I went out and asked to check. Nothing was done, no feedback, no question if everything was okay .... the same thing if I hadn't spoken anything. In the case of air I found that the temperature button is wrong, it was just turning below the 15-grade line that it worked. The safe is still in error, the room's cleaning part is not desired. I asked to swap the towels and they left me a towel in the room just because of that, as if I had done something wrong... little things that don't cost you can improve for customers to have a better experience. In the morning coffee, employees are so concerned about asking the room as soon as you come in, that if they forget even to serve you ....it is more important to ask the room than to talk good day, ask if you want something and help you find a table.
I always went forward and never touched me that I had a hotel there. We were used to hosting the Omega Palace there in Carandiru. The hotel really surprised us. But simple, clean and organized. The only thing I found small was the box, but the shower is delicious. We were very well served. All staff were nice. From the reception to the garbage. Parking is also wide, vagacy good to park, no problem. They quickly answered my request to stay in a room in the ground because I had undertaken an operation and could not climb the stairs because the hotel has no lift. It's really a lost oasis here in Santana region. Very good! Super recommended!
I had stayed in the hotel several times before and always left very good ratings. But not this time. A lot of things have changed compared to our last stays: 1) We arrived at 5 in the morning and asked for an early check-in. Normally we paid the rate of 1/2 day for this, now we had to pay a full day. 2) The room card is needed to access the respective floor with the elevator. This never really worked and I had to get five new cards during my stay. 3) No complimentary water, tea, or coffee in the room anymore. 4) Room incl. bathroom outdated and outworn. When I used the hair-dryer, the lights in the bathroom were flickering. 5) We had phoned the hotel before our booking and asked if there were any renovations and constructions planned as we experienced this last time. The answer was no but when we arrived, the gym and other sections of the hotel were not accessible and noisy work was taking place.
We stayed in room 1709, which is one of the corner suites. Bed is separated from the couch/ living room. The large window in the bedroom is nice but the bathroom felt small and dark since there was no window or natural light in the bathroom. Shower was small. Room was a bit dated but not too bad. Amenities are great! Rooms are cleaned daily, small water bottles replenished. We also tried the included breakfast. Any egg order (omelette, fried eggs, etc) need to be ordered with waiter. It can take a bit , especially if it’s busy during the breakfast prime time. Location of hotel is superb. One block away from Avenue Paulista, 10 min walk from the Contemporary Art museum, stores and supermarket are in 5 min walking distance. 20 min drive from Congonhas airport. Staff are friendly, bar at the lobby can be crowded. Valet guys are attentive. Great hotel to stay at if you’d like to stay central in São Paolo.
i stayed at plaza inn for a weekend and it was a good experience. the room is good and very clean, the staff is amicable and attentive and overall I had a nice time. breakfast is average and the good thing is the place is really close to one of the city's largest shopping malls (bourbon), also close to sesc pompéia one of the city's nicest cultural spots (unfortunately closed due to the covid-'9 pandemic). if you are staying for a couple or a few nights and not spending time in the room it is a nice go-to place. price is not that expensive as well, but I believe it has bigger, nicer rooms.
Well-located hotel, walking distance to shopping malls, Museum of Art of Sao Paulo, and etc, on Paulista Avenue, the heart of Sao Paulo City. Clean, comfortable, and spacious apartments that even include a small, functional kitchen. Very good breakfast! This hotel exceeded my expectations. I'll stay here again and recommend it.
The rooms are spacious and very clean and quiet. There is a beautiful pool area where you can sit and relax after work. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It is a five minute walk to the shopping centre if you need something. The mall has three very nice restaurants as well. Across the street from the hotel is a gorgeous park with many walking paths. It is a great way to relax at the end of the day or before going to work. I recommend a room above seven with a balcony overlooking the park. The only problem I experienced was that the safe would not work. The staff tried to help but once it was locked it would not open again without me calling the staff again.
It took me a while to figure out Hotel Nobile Downtown’s magic. How it continuously pulls guests and people in. They are after all not the only hotel in downtown São Paulo. But they are perhaps the only one consistently full. Geniality. The magic word. The breakfast buffet is maybe something one can miss, but everything else? Is perfect. The Staff are the warmest you’ll ever meet in São Paulo, perhaps even all of Brazil. They are so helpful, despite the difficulty of the language barriers. They’d draw maps for you, tell you where the better exchange rate ForEx shops are etc. The best among them is Fatima of the Front Desk. On her day off, she even managed to organise my driver and car for the airport. Fatima is the best. Along with Marcus and everybody at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Kudos and best regards to all of you at Hotel Nobile Downtown São Paulo! Obrigado!
I have been 2 times hosted in this hotel, for me it is great, service, cleaning every day, breakfast coffee compatible with the category it offers is low cost , so I eat and saw a snack , cheese, pet breast, country, juice but not natural, some kind of cake, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, milk for me this great home has not this rsrsrs coffee, In the room every day exchanged bath and face towels and cleaning, the room has air, Primavite bathroom, soaps, toilet shower. And better of everything that is close to everything being in the center , go to the municipal market, on March 25th everything foot, dangerous everywhere is just not to be drunk and mosquito with a cell phone in the hand, the night I found well moved by people and police.
We stayed at the hotel beginning of April 2022 for two nights. A positive feature is that is located right across the shopping centre with all its amenities. Our first room wasn't as good as it is supposed be, but talking to the (very friendly and helpful) manager brought instant improvement by moving to a different room. All staff was attentive and friendly. We only had a beer at the bar in the evening, with the staff again being helpful and very friendly. As we did not have breakfast or anything else to eat, we cannot give a review on that service. The bathrooms need some refurbishment. The beds were a bit too soft, but we were told that new mattresses were on their way. Hence 4, and not 5 stars in "Room", and "Sleep Quality". All things considered, we would stay there again.
The Mercure São Paulo Paulista is a great hotel near all of the action on Paulista Avenue. A fabulous value for its wonderful location, clean and comfortable rooms with an attentive staff. The property has good security in this quiet part of Bela Vista. Easy and safe walk to subway stations and several historic sites in the Paulista area. I plan to stay here again when I return on my next trip to São Paulo. Thanks again to its staff for making my stay pleasant and memorable!
Excellent value for money, extremely well located at Avenida Nove de Julho within walking distance from Avenida Paulista, Rua Oscar Freire, Parque do Ibirapuera and right next to a mall. Many restaurant and entertainement options nearby and easy access to all the main roads to all parts of the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms, 10/10"
