On the outside it is not inspiring. There is construction going on and it's tucked in between like a car dealership and other non-hotel businesses. I was worried as I drove up. But inside, it's its own little world. It is EXTREMELY clean. The breakfast was actually satisfying and the staff were friendly. The room was great. The only thing I would like to see is, as they replace their mini-fridges, that they use ones that have a separate freezer compartment. We had some frozen things we wanted to stay frozen, and the back wall of the mini-fridge was not up to the task. We slept great and it was conveniently located for where we needed to be. Very fair pricing as well.

This is our second stay at this facility and we will definitely be staying at this location for our next visit to the area. The hotel had several large groups during our stay and the staff were tending the desk while others were delivering toweling to guestrooms. Jason was the first staff member we met at check in. He was very attentive and even though people were crowding the desk making demands, he never waivered in his professional and pleasing manner assuring the other guests he would be with them as soon as he had taken care of me. (Some of the guest could have taken a lesson from the staff in how to treat people) Our next encounter was the following morning with Heather at breakfast. Once again large groups do not seem to phase the staff here at this location. Keeping everything stocked and tables wiped was done with fluidity and ease. The morning of our check out we had the pleasure of speaking with Tevin and Evelyn two more exceptional staff members who had taken the time to engage in conversation and insure that our stay was a pleasant one. As a former IHG manager for 24 years you can have the newest building, the most amenities and more to offer your guest, but if you do not have the right staff those things will not matter. STAFF MATTERS. Hats off to the GM/Owner who does the hiring. We will definitely see you next year! All the Best, Debora M. Neath

I would like to ask you what your value is added to the hotel for almost a half month, where I could meet and watch from outside many things that inside the day-to-day running of this kind of business do not see. Then I will talk about your most powerful engine, then your work force. Then the most happy and sympathetic person and that without her we would not eat every morning she is Vera , a professional person in what she knows to do and besides her human warmness that makes her make the difference every day with guests, The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. All the cleaning staff very friendly. keep the clean rooms and beds well made. Jason the manager little I knew but he is very friendly and he is always very pendant of everything that happens in the hotel.

My driver's license tecnically expifed in Augusg, but because of COVID, is valid until 30 days after the state of emergency is lifted; I have an official MVA letter to that effect. Desk clerk said she would ”accept it this time, but next time . . .” and argued with me about whether the state of emergency has been lifted, since MVA opened by appointment only in June. She refused to look at the letter. The emergency order has not, in fact, been lifted. Furthermore, just because she was able to renew her license does not mean that I can. I thanked her but said I would still report the business to the Governor's office; whereupon she immddiately canceled my reservation, leaving me without a place for the night and forcing me to cancel two business meetings at the last minute. I still have not heard from Red Roof's management. This is my second experience with this facility. The first time they checked me(with my same license) into a room that hadn't even been cleaned. Not art all recommended.
