The Hyatt House Atlanta / Perimeter Center is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Sandy Springs, having been recently opened in 2021. The hotel is conveniently located just 8km from Chamblee MARTA Station and 9km from Peachtree-Dekalb Airport. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Medical Center Metro Station within walking distance. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the William-Payne Museum, North Dekalb Stadium and Blackburn Park all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

My stay at this location is always extremely exceptional. I feel incredibly spoiled and attended to here. I’m able to rest assured that I’m going to get top-tier service during every stay with them. They always exceed my expectations and remember my name, likes, all of my personal needs and request without me stating them. Dedo Dixon is exquisitely charming and Annette provides service like no other. Gerald takes excellent care of my car in valet and is always polite. Donald in the concierge lounge went above and beyond with making us comfortable. I had a bit of a wait and the hors d’oeuvres were delightful as well as his conversation. He had such class and his Personality was Positive and made the time pass effortlessly. He made suggestions of things that we could do to pass some time and took care of our luggage while we did so. Donald went above and beyond and made us very comfortable in the guest lounge. Nelson at the bar in Savor Restaurant made the best amaretto sour I’ve tasted in awhile and had great conversation! I stay here often and decided to finally give a review. I recommend this location 100%.

This hotel is in dire need of renovation. The front desk staff, Kosi and Carltone, and the maintenance staff were outstanding. They did the best they could with what they had to work with. We checked into our room and found a light didn't work. We requested a bulb, which came promptly. That didn't fix the problem, so Kosi brought a new lamp that did work. The luggage rack was also broken, so we requested and got a new one. Later that night we discovered the tub/shower was stuck on shower setting and couldn't make the water come out of the faucet -- just the shower head, which was very light. There was more water coming out of the sink faucet than the shower. We got a new room the next day and discovered it was not that clean, with shaving hairs all over the counter in the bathroom. This room also had a bad light, which new bulbs failed to fix, but the maintenance guy did fix. The drain plug in this tub/shower came apart, which closed the drain, but we were able to put it back together and drain the tub. Finally a word about "breakfast." Due to COVID-19 restrictions you get a sack breakfast which consists of a bottle of water and sweet stuff. One day we had a blueberry muffin, apple and a fruity snack pastry. The next day, just two pastries. No protein of any kind. Just imitation fruit, lots of sugar and a little grain.

Very good hotel, today dedicated to comment on the rich breakfast: dining at Lobby, there is a machine for making PAN CAKE, you can add honey or peanut butter; another yogurt, milk, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, etc., more omelet A variety of cakes and breads are also available.

Here are the top 10 Reason to AVOID this place. I have traveled a lot this year and by far this is the worst / dirtiest place I have stayed at… Pictures to prove it…. and when you complain, no follow-up and the promise of points added to my account never happened (just a lie)… 1. Three tries before we got our room. The first one was not what we ordered online. I paid extra for the King bed… The second room was under maintenance. Finally we got it right on the third attempt! 2. The next day… no housekeeping… hope I got the 250 point credit cause they were a no show! 3. Day 3 - Trash is for the hallway and not the trash can. Beer and pizza boxes in the hallway greeted us the morning of day 2. They don’t own a vacuum it appears either cause there are little bits of trash up and down the hallway. 4. Come back on day three and the room has been cleaned… well sort of… 1 roll of toilet paper in a 2 roll holder. No replacement soap or shampoo, towel left in the shower and HAIR in our bed! Did I mention no vacuum… floor needs vacuuming, you can see it on top of the carpet… 5. The shower actually drains away from the drain… When you step out of the shower… watch out…. 2 inches of water to cross out of… in golfing that would be a hazard. 6. Oh, forgot to mention the stains on the bathroom floor. No mop, no vacuum I guess 7. The 8x10 elevator is pretty gross too… ends of the mop (oh wait they must have a mop) are stuck in the corners of the elevator… various stains on the floor too… 8. Breakfast is the typical but not great… water was pretty deep in the eggs yesterday… better today. 9. If you do complain, they come up and fix what should be the standard… they weren’t happy about it…. 10. A finally #10, I paid the bill in whole for this… Take my advice… go somewhere else…

The Hotel was very clean. I got a chance to speak to the manager Terrance Baty and he was very polite and attentive. The staff was attentive in ensuring that any entered wore a mask. Each time I called downstairs for anything the staff made it possible. Extended Stay will be my place wherever I go if all the service is like this.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I called 2 hours before my arrival that this room would be available since we would be arriving later in the evening (9:30pm local time). One of the staff said that I was all set for my requested room in the system, but when we arrived it wasn't available. They apologized and did reduce my first night's stay because of the mix-up but it was disappointing that the room I reserved and confirmed wasn't available. They did show flexibility in allowing us to move to a new room (with 2 queens and a sofa bed) at a later time (5:30pm) the next day. We were appreciative of that flexibility since it allowed us to see the sites we wanted in the morning and afternoon as planned. In the end it worked out and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, social and pool, but I'm only giving an average rating because of the mix-up upon our arrival.

At the time of check-in, the front desk could not find the order and contact Ctrip. The customer service staff Chen Jiakai (612613) tried to find the reason and patiently communicated with the front desk staff to finally check in. High level of business, warm and thoughtful attitude to praise him here! Thank you!

From the time we checked in until the time we checked out 4 days later, we had a perfect stay. We were greeted by Alexis T. when we first arrived at 9:00 a.m. and even though our rooms weren't available that early, she provided PERFECT customer service. She offered to hold our luggage for us so we could begin to explore downtown.....she did it with a smile and could not have been more welcoming. She also told us that breakfast was still being served and if we would like to partake to please do so. She set the bar very high and is a perfect "face"for the hotel! Our rooms were very clean at check in but we did not ask for our rooms to be cleaned after that. We only asked for clean towels and the housekeeping staff were gracious in giving us the amount we requested. We enjoyed the evening reception (provided 7 nights a week/4:00-7:00 p.m.)held in the lobby one evening. That night they had complimentary chicken wings, chips with artichoke dip and cubed cheese......all hot and very tasty! There was also an acoustic guitar player in the lobby providing very nice music (low volume). The morning breakfast was very well presented as well.....one morning they ran out of bacon - no big deal! This hotel is located a 10 minute walk from all the action on Broadway. Super location! I would 100% stay and recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a hotel while visiting downtown Nashville!

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday last week, and Nashville was where she wanted to go (I certainly didn't mind though). We checked in on Wednesday March 4 for three nights. My first thought of the lobby area was it reminded me of the Contemporary Hotel in Disney World minus the monorail running through it. Our early check-in went smoothly as our room was already available, and it was one facing the park, as we requested. Regarding the room itself, it was overall clean and spacious. Next door at Bridgestone Arena, there was a concert the first evening, a hockey game the next evening, and another concert the last evening. We did hear their noise, but glad we didn't also hear all the music from the other side (rooms facing Broadway). Our check-out experience went well too with no discrepancies in our final bill. For breakfasts, we enjoyed the buffet in the lobby. It was nothing spectacular, but still had all the usual breakfast foods. Our only issue came with the coffee shop where on Thursday March 5, it didn't open until after 7am. It was an issue as we are early risers and were specifically told they opened 6am weekdays. Regardless, I would certainly consider staying here again the next time we're in town.

The hotel is wonderful and the staff was exceptional. Emily at the lobby bar, Phyllis and Barbara in the cafe to name a few. Faults: no concierge on staff to help Nashville newbies on local dining venues or sights. Front desk staff very kind but called upon to fill this position and not really good at it. Also when checking in the front desk staff were constantly being interrupted to answer the phone which was a bit rude. Last but not least the valet parking situation! We waited almost one hour for our car Sunday morning to be delivered. This can only be attributed to poor planning on the part of management. We were told our car would be available in fifteen minutes so we proceeded down and joined at least another fifty to seventy five families waiting. It had to be known how many would be checking out that morning and should have been planned for. Not Marriott standards.

We spent two nights a week ago traveling for fun as a couple. It was a fantastic experience from our initial contact (the hotel actually called to see if we needed anything for a smooth trip or arrival about a week before we got there, which was a nice touch), to the check in with Elliot who was very helpful and friendly, and then all the way through our stay to our check out. Ellington's has a terrific happy hour and outdoor deck - Wonderful cocktails and appetizers (go for the pimento cheese to wash down with a nice dry martini!). The room is absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a Cherry Suite which is a big larger and has everything you will need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom large. Morning coffee is excellent in the lobby. The location is terrific - right next to Painter's Alley and a few blocks from Broadway and other sites. The developer and designer did a great job of making a new hotel feel truly vintage. Valet parking is a great way to go. We even had to leave around 5:30 am for the airport, so we called the night before to make sure we could access our car, and they had it pulled up waiting for us. Overall, you can't go wrong staying here. We will make The Fairlane our Nashville hotel for sure!
