Room was also really nice and super clean! Would love to stay there again. Would also be nice for one staff to check the room before the guest officially checks out. So you can check if there are some things left behind. Apparently, i left my charger in the room and there was no more way to get it back. Good thing it’s not that important. Other than that, everything was superb!

|0.35km from city centerLocation is great, but that is about it. Hilton hotel in Riga can barely keep up to standarts and basic necessities, and is not reasonably priced whatsoever. Starting with parking, which is 20€ a day, its more like small extra land, which they call a parking lot. Barely enough for 10 cars, it was though to get to a spot and park, because cars were parked in no logical sense, there were no directions. They have underground parking, which they seemed unwilling to let you in, because apparently you ‘need assistance’ to get up and down and it’s not that easy. When we asked about access, after arrival on the first day, when we barely fit in the one last spot, they said ‘but you managed to fit in here!’ The mattress is rock hard and the pillows are so terrible, like I have never seen before, cheapest of the cheapest. Only drinking water available in the hotel shop downstairs(that they claim is reasonably priced, but it’s absolutely not), is the most expensive water bottles that you would usually find on a restaurant table, costing 5€ a liter. And finally, they have a warm water problem. If the hotel is full or you choose to shower in ‘busy time’(morning or evening) there is simply no warm water. This was a reoccurring issue over our stay and when we called reception after not having warm water on an October evening in Riga, when temperature is barely above 0•C, they simply said to wait for it. After 20 min of waiting and, once again, complaining that there still is no warm water, we were plainly told that there is nothing they can do because the hotel is full. We chose Hilton, even though the price was relatively high for staying in Riga(over 100€ a night), because we trusted in reputation and name of the chain, expecting a certain standart, however, it was not fulfilled whatsoever. Very disappointing stay, we tried to look over all the little issues, but lack of such a basic necessity as warm shower after a long day, was the last drop for us, so we checked out one evening earlier.

Everything was clean and no complains in this part. However, it is a bit noisy as there are no carpets and you can hear every step outside the room. It would be better if there was a carpet in the room as well. Another minor thing was the selection of TV channels: most of them were in Russian! Who needs that? Also, there was no kettle in the room and the breakfast coffee was way too weak! I had to buy a stronger one for 2 euros. That's a bit of a disappointment when I count on breakfast to be included in my room price. All in all, the aforementioned things are indeed minor, so I would say that this is a decent place to stay overnight.

Room 425 was right next to staff room and staff kept smasching the door from ealrly morning till lunch and it was bothering us during stay. We notified about this receptionist and she said she will discuss it. Best thing about this hotel was definitely breakfast, you could choose from wide range - sweet pancakes or salty hashbrowns. I would recommend to go to breakfast either very early or after 9:30 because it was crowded around 9:00 am, but this is not fault of hotel. SPA was good as well. 15 euro for 1,5 hours - sauna, jacuzzi and small pool. If you book it online via concierge it was 10 euro. Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and would pick it again for stay in Riga.

|0.58km from city centerThe reason for the 2 star review is because they only have an online reception - which means they do not have any physical presence and therefore when issues arise, they are not really resolved. This includes security concerns. During our stay, there were 4 kids under 18 that were staying in the apartment above us. They were blasting music, yelling and stomping around between 4pm to 4.45am (with the worst between 4pm - 10pm). We also had an instance of someone who were clearly not staying in the Revelton apartments because they had tried to get into our and our neighbours apartments (you can hear them punch in a code and fail). They then knocked on our door - when I opened the person quickly said sorry “wrong place” and ran off. I am not sure how someone random could get into the apartment building at all if they were not staying there given there are coded locks…. This was concerning. We had messaged reception about both the noise and the random person; but their response was a shocked emoji, and that they had resolved the issue by contacting the guests who were apparently very sorry for their behaviour, and that we should be patient. It was clear the other guests were not sorry as they continued their unruly behaviour; and I do not consider the online receptions actions were in any way sufficient in dealing with the issues raised. I also think the lack of security measures- vetting/verification of people who are staying etc is a little concerning. Whilst the place itself is great in many aspects (good finishing, clear instructions, good location) - if you want peace and quiet - I do not recommend you stay here, particularly over the weekend. If you are not so concerned with noise and security, then I think it could be a lovely stay for you.

|1.47km from city centerChose the Stabu Seta for its location as our usual hotel has now been turned into apartments. Check-in was good other than our room had not been made up so we left our luggage in our friends room and headed out to meet other friends staying in a different hotel a couple of streets away for drinks and dinner. The receptionist was extremely apologetic but we were not concerned about the mistake. It’s a charming old-style hotel with a lovely little courtyard between the two buildings with tables and chairs for passing the time and a beautiful, tiled staircase. Our room (54) was a good size for the two us with plenty of storage space although I wish I had brought some extra hangers from home but we managed. There were 2 large single quilts on the double bed which was great as my husband prefers to sleep on top of the covers during summer but I do like a little bit of cover. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well during our stay which is unusual for me. The bathroom is large with a shower over the bath and shower gel and hand soap is provided in dispensers over the bath and above the sink. The towels were a good size and nice and soft. The bedrooms are in corridors separated from the main stairwell/lifts by doors so the rooms are super quiet at night – we didn’t hear a thing and the windows overlooking the road outside are well sound-proofed so very little road noise. There is, unfortunately., no air-conditioning at all in the hotel and being at the front our room had the sun shining on it most of the day but there was a tall fan in the room and I took my small usb fan which I placed on the bedside table so we were not too hot during the night. There is a fridge in the room but no tea and coffee making facilities which I think is a major mistake (see below). The hotel website states free tea and coffee is available in Reception but unfortunately the machine was very small and most times I wanted to grab a coffee, particularly over the weekend, the machine was either out of water, out of beans or there were no cardboard cups. The hotel should either provide a larger machine and ensure it is well stocked or provide kettles in the rooms. This was my only negative, everything else though was great, especially the buffet breakfast in what would have been the cellar years ago – a great choice of hot and cold food, different varieties of cereal, fruit and breads and two coffee machines! The hotel doesn’t have a bar but there is a lovely little cellar bar next door which was charming and stocked a good range of local and international drinks. We visit Riga regularly and would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Convenient location, Riga Old Town is not big, walking to the sights can be, but unfortunately I have two days of rain, did not turn. The breakfast is very average and it is repeated every day. If you do not have a meal, don't eat it at the hotel. In addition, the room card gives me two to give praise, the socket in the room is also good, you can directly charge with the data cable, the conversion connector is left to the notebook.

Breakfast choice was descent with some local specialty which I appreciate, and I received a lovely tulip on the International Women’s Day. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended!

The room had a great view, it was warm and smelled good. The only thing that was not exactly to our taste, was the softness of the bed, while we of course understand it is a matter of subjective taste. The house is said to have more than 300 years of history, so there are wooden beams in the room. The carpet in the corner is very dirty. Other sanitation is ok The rooms are a bit retro, and the European style is overall.
The suite is very large with two beds and extra beds can be accommodated in a family of three or four. The single room is not clear.
The room on the main street is very very noisy. Downstairs is B bar. At night it is a bar. Disco-like music ends at 2 o'clock. The waiter gave earplugs and apologized.
When it was convenient to go out of the old town, it was really facing the church of domo.

Easy to reach from the airport and from the bus station. Bathrooms and shower are clean and there is a microwave on each floor. There is a sink in each room and they will give you towels. |0.54km from city centerWe had the Grand Suite for a bachelorette event on 13th of August, 2023, but the service was truly a disappointment. It all started when at arrival the room was not ready and they mixed up the time of arrival with the time I requested an ice bucket to be brought to the room. Further, I requested a plate to put some snack on but the receptionist confused it with antipasti and after not clarifying this in 2minutes said that this could not be cancelled. The personnel of the hotel is truly a disaster. not client oriented at all! when asked to fix this the guy starts coming at us not in any way in friendly matter that this was our request (when we clearly did not request it). After almost an hour of wait the room was cleaned. I requested a compensation for all this misunderstanding and the receptionist personally came to the Suite and offered a 10% discount for the whole dinner at their restaurant. When we finished the dinner and the bill arrived we were surprised of the fact that no discount was added, the waiter said that there was no information available to him of any discount and that the bill he issued could not be cancelled (at this point we felt that we are treated as complete *****s) however we tried to make an effort and help him solve this whole thing. He tried to offer us a bottle of Prosecco which we kindly refused and basically accepted some cocktails which we did not want. The cherry at the top of this whole stay was when we went out in the evening and asked to send someone to our room to clean the glass from the bathroom floor which was accidentally dropped and the receptionist offered us help in 9am next day…. A 5 star hotel they say… and there were personnel in the hotel… so with galas on the floor of Grand Suit we stayed the night :) When explaining the situation in the morning at the check out and how disappointed we were, the reception said that they understand us and this is unacceptable and they will clarify and call me to resolve this, as we could predict, no form of justification was offered at all…Well, two weeks later and no call whatsoever, should have expected this…

Building looks ugly from outside, but nice and cozy inside. There was everything in room what you need for 1 night: comfortable double bed, large flat TV, water kettle with coffee and minibar. Our room had very small window. We missed more hangers, there was only 2 pieces. Unfortunately floor heating was not in order in bathroom. Breakfast was like in typical 3* hotel, but this hotel has 4*.

Along with my final booking details, the hosts provided me with excellent details including videos for how to access the property by myself. I somehow managed to lose this email when I arrived and the hosts were extremely prompt in helping me out.
The apartment is cosy and ideal for solo travellers or couples. The kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. For cooking, there's a two ring induction hob, which for my needs this was sufficient. I also noticed a dishwasher and washing maching. The TV is internet enabled, great for Netflix or Youtube streaming channels.
Generally I found the hosts to be very helpful. If I'm ever in Riga again I'd be more than happy to stay in the same apartment.

The people at Radisson Group and especially Ms.Monika Svilpe were always so helpful and understanding and tried their best to fix my ever-changing accomodation plans, even offered me an extra night and free breakfast throughout my stay (which wasn't included in the price I had pre-paid!) Finally when I arrived at the hotel my trouble paid off as I found myself in a very beautiful, totally clean and very organized place, the corner room had lovely views to the park and a part of the old town. Numerous restaurants were a few steps away. Overall a very pleasant and rewarding experience. Really hope I will return to Riga and to this Radisson Hotel soon after the pandemic. A big ”thank you” to everyone for making my trip perfect!

|1.08km from city centerHotel location is very good, very close to the ancient city of Riga, walking less than ten minutes, the hotel right turn is a place similar to the domestic bus terminal, there is a bus to the airport, the car is a big run, two euros per person, very cost-effective . Turning right on a road is a shopping mall with a Chinese restaurant. The taste is not very authentic and sweet. There is also a supermarket with basic daily necessities. On the edge of the mall is the train station. The first few steps are the central market. Buying fruits is super cheap. A large strawberry is two euros and one kilogram. The big one is three euros and one kilogram. The biggest drawback of the hotel is that Wi-Fi is bad, the first floor is ok, the room is useless. In addition, Latvia's outlets are different from those in China. The hotel does not have an adapter. You can only go out and buy it yourself.
