HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The Oxford is truly a luxury experience in the heart of downtown Denver. Rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. Nostalgic feel with decor, perfect location near tons of great bars and restaurants. But the best part was the staff: "Andre The Giant", Orlando, Stewart and Matt were smiley and friendly and took time to chat with us and give us recommendations, including during a Bourbon tasting at happy hour. The Cruise Room next door serves fantastic drinks, and the breakfast at Urban Farmer was wonderful.

My husband I booked a last-minute trip to Denver after having to cancel our honeymoon to Italy. Kathleen was professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating, and very graciously sent us a bottle of prosecco on the house! Although we were only there for one night, we will definitely be back at the Crawford when we return to Colorado. What a lovely and welcoming hotel -- we had a wonderful time!

If you are staying in the city, this is a great choice. It is next to Union Station and surrounded by lots of great places to enjoy the outdoors, to shop or to eat. The staff is totally wonderful - especially the front desk. You are treated like a welcome guest who is appreciated. The décor is modern but very soothing with leather, stone, woods, fabrics. Very well done and very clean. You might think 'Kimpton' and think very large, and this hotel is large enough to support business events, but it still feels very intimate. The on-site restaurant and adjacent Tavernetta are great. We stayed 3 days and ate multiple times at each. Our room and all public areas were excellent in every way. We would be very pleased to stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Four Seasons in Denver. We were there for a few days for our wedding in October (the venue was actually elsewhere). From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were so helpful. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor at no expense, and were surprised to find chocolate covered strawberries as a sweet wedding gesture. The rooms/amenities were beautiful as usual. Alexa in the salon provided wonderful hair/make up in my room on the day of my wedding. The poolside attendants were prompt and pleasant. Angie at the front desk was so accommodating - we had several hours of down time after check out, and she was kind enough to store our luggage and allow us to relax in the pool until our flight. Thank you for making my wedding trip so memorable! Another great experience at the Four Seasons!!

Blown away with our experience here. I read on Yelp a sparkling heartfelt review that convinced me to book a stay here. It was a 5 day stay, I took my mom here for her 66th birthday along with a visit to my oldest sister who lives right outside of Denver. The service, experience, the view, food, location... EVERYTHING was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the Teatro staff. If you stay here try to get the balcony corner room...it was beautiful, the rooms/bathroom were super clean and even though house keeping isn’t offered during the stay because COVID-19 precautions, a quick call to the desk and they made sure to bring up more towels/soaps and take the old ones etc. The hotel is prime location we walked to our spa/nail salon/mall/museum and when we didn’t want to walk the Uber’s/fun rickshaws were only like $9-$14. The restaurant and lounge is so pretty and make some excellent food, definitely try their Bloody Mary’s/flatbread/salmon/squash salad my favorites I had while there. The customer service ALONE has earned my loyalty forever. One pet peeve of mine when I stay at hotels is when the front desk people look like they hate their life/barely smile or don’t make any sort of effort to be pleasant, it totally ruins vacation/special occasion vibes... with that being said every staff member we encountered from maintenance to front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and just so personable and made me excited to stay/not a burden. Special shout-out to the front desk person Alana (I believe that’s how it’s spelt.) When I called to reserve the stay and wanting the best room, she tried her hardest to ensure we got the highly requested corner balcony room! When we got into the room my mom also had such a sweet Teatro staff signed birthday card waiting for her (above and beyond) along with the yummiest popcorn and chocolate (I didn’t even mention those two things are my moms favorite treats) + champagne. There has been many changes during these unprecedented times and I am extremely pleased with how safe/clean/relaxing/nice/fun our stay at The Teatro was despite all of them.

This is our second visit within a year to the Maven . It is cool hotel which insists upon itself . The lobby is open and great to hang out with friends if you live in the neighborhood. Drake at the front desk is probably the only friendly competent person working at the Maven . The other front desk staff seemed annoyed and gave the vibe that they were doing the guests a favor . The blizzard hit Denver when we were there and we couldn’t leave . Because the hotel doesn’t have food , they could have cared less about the guests not having any options to get food . All places were closed in the area and the front desk would not even try to provide places to call . When I asked the front desk about the lack of food , the woman said that she empathized with the restaurant closures and not with the many guests in the hotel hungry . One woman walked into the lobby with food , several of us ran to her to inquire about the food . The guest - NOT the hotel told a few of us where to go . In two feet of snow , the three of us and three random hotel guests walked to a bar three blocks away . The other guests were very frustrated as well. We discussed the unpleasant front desk at length. It wasn’t just us . I realize that it was a huge storm, but the hotel had able time to find food options for the guests . Their lack of leadership at the front desk was very disappointing. A manager should have guidelines in place to take care of their guests . The rooms are spacious and clean . Great location but this hotel needs to mature and focus more on the happiness of the guests. It strives too hard to be hip but not hospitable .

I booked this hotel because I was headed back home from a road trip I made out west. Denver was my stop location for the night and I booked this hotel because I needed a place to sleep. The parking is 30$ for 1 night. That’s insane for a hotel to charge your to park your car. The bed was uncomfortable I booked two queen beds one for me and my wife and one for the kids. Our best was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

Our family drove down to Denver from the mountains for a quick overnight vacation and trip to the Museum of Nature and Science the day after hours today at the hotel. Bee staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, especially with our two boys, ages 4 and 5. Happy hour was happy indeed, the indoor pool was a nice facility for both the kids and the adults, the made-to-order breakfast was delicious and had numerous options, and the rooms we're very nice. I stayed at The Jacquard while in Denver. The hotel is stylish, in a nice part of the city and generally busy. Even its bar and restaurant were busy, which isn't something you see at a lot of hotels these days anymore. However, it is not a luxury hotel, despite marketing itself as luxury. In fact, there is little value considering the rates. 1. No newspaper. 2. No turndown service (other hotels are offering it despite coronavirus). 3. I stayed only 1 night so I can't comment on whether daily housekeeping is offered 4. No mini-bar or any sort of in-room welcome amenity 5. No pantry. I asked for Diet Pepsi and was told I had to walk to the FedEx Office store a couple blocks away to buy cans. 6. No upgrade for Ambassador guest. A suite was available but all I received was a room with purportedly a mountain view. Marriott.com said suites were available for my night's stay. 7. No breakfast. The hotel is busy. It is absurd there is no breakfast, especially for Titanium and Ambassador status guests. At the absolute minimum, offer a voucher to a nearby restaurant. 8. Staff do not wear uniforms so it is difficult to tell who is and isn't staff. All things considered, this is a hotel that comes far short of the luxury standard. It is also a hotel with zero recognition and zero value for anyone with Platinum, Titanium or Ambassador statuses in Marriott Bonvoy. On a side note, I ate at the restaurant. I made a reservation at check-in and met two business colleagues who weren't staying there. The restaurant has excellent food, although the wine list is very expensive by the glass even for a Denver upscale restaurant. My only complaints about the restaurant: 1) No offer of dessert 2) No offer of coffee 3) No dinner bread 4) Lobby and restaurant poorly designed because the bathrooms are on the second floor and require guests and presumably staff to take stairs or the elevator. What idiot designed a hotel lobby and restaurant without a bathroom?

I stayed at this hotel for three nights for a weekend with friends observing the annual Labor Day festivities at nearby Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Would do again. We had one snag with our reservation that assistant general manager Jared Kotwis made extra efforts to make right. The customer service he provided was one big reason I would happily stay at this hotel in the future. Speaking for the room and amenities, the stay was exactly what we needed, a comfortable suite (with fairly sound-proof walls), convenient to Dick's. I don't think I ever heard a noise from the neighboring suite or even hall traffic. I found my king bed to be quite comfortable, and I am picky when it comes to hotel beds. My roommate in the other room complained about his ability to sleep, but I'm not sure I would blame the bed for that. When he finally did get some shut-eye one afternoon with a pair of ear plugs firmly planted, he accidentally latched the door on me. I tried waking him with about 30 phone calls to the room, to no avail, and the front desk was able to arrange for their maintenance department to enter the room, something I wasn't sure was possible (it is, though requires quite the contraption and skill to get that latch open). But back to the suite, it really was quite comfortable, with a desk in one bedroom and some extra furniture in the other one. Each had their own bathroom. The center living room area had a tiny kitchen, with a decently-sized refrigerator, a one-burner stove, dish washer and microwave. There was no oven, or even toaster oven as a friend's nearby room did have (convenient for cookings frozen pizzas). This isn't a five-star hotel, but it was a pretty nice IHG property, and was convenient not only to Dick's, but the airport, Aurora and Denver. I look forward to my next Labor Day stay here.

The Hilton seems to be a place trying to figure out how to do lodging in a COVID world. The hotel is nice and centrally located in downtown Denver. However, because of COVID many of the amenities you are actually paying for are non-existent. For instance, in order to get clean towels you have to bring your own towels down to the front desk to exchange them. Nothing says quality like guests carrying bundles of dirty towels through the hallways and down the elevator. Another complaint was parking. Given we had two rooms and stayed 4 nights (8 nights lodging and full-fare) we still had to pay for parking. Valet parking (which is really your only viable option currently ran $32. That's pretty steep considering we stayed 8 lodging nights at the hotel. The hotel restaurant was closed as were all other things to do at the hotel. So really, your room price buys you only that-a room. No housekeeping, no breakfast, no workout center, no coffee maker no microwave. I understand the lack of these things. What I don't understand is paying full-fare and not getting them. If you're going to remove amenities that your full-fare was paying for then the fare should be reduced. Otherwise you're paying for things you are not getting. The staff were really nice and accommodating. Even dealing with a special request of mine (a particular floor) very nicely. I really appreciated the helpful attitude. My air conditions was stuck on for my entire stay and when I asked for someone to come look at it (6 PM on my second night), I was told no one was available till the next day. Given it was about 65 degrees in my room I was hoping for more of a timely response. I took all the blankets off the additional queen bed to stay warm. No one ever showed up to look at it and I simply dropped the issue. This isn't the staff's fault, if no one is there then no one is there. All-in-all not my best stay. As mentioned, the hotel is nice and centrally located if you have things you want to go out and do in Denver. However, what you are getting is ONLY a room and nothing else but that. You can't even make your own coffee in the morning. Parking across the street states $16 but the time resets at midnight. If you park when you arrive and leave the next morning you'll pay $32-same as hotel valet.

The nice lady working in the day actually saved me a meal from their nightly dinner social after since I was flying in late. I thought that was pretty impressive and one of the nicest gestures I’ve received at any hotel anywhere. If it wasn’t for that I would rate this hotel average. They ran out of stuff and don’t have wine and it just seems like everything I Needed or thought to ask for was out of stock or not available. Just not my night. But the gesture of the day worker to save me Food was really Something. And that is the only reason I’ll rate this hotel above average.

We went for a night in the city to celebrate hub’s birthday. Check in on the fourth floor, like a Four Seasons. The building inside and out is sleek and modern. Interesting art everywhere. Check in easy, upgraded to a junior suite as a birthday gift. Room was right next to (really behind) the elevator, which we were told before we accepted, but there was no noise. Clean, modern and comfortable. The check in person also sent up some chocolates and a b day card, nice touch. We had a drink outside on the Fire patio, very nice, especially when they light the fire pits. Brunch the next morning was delicious, including a birthday pancake with a candle when they overhead it was Hub’s birthday. All workers were very friendly, with a special shout-out to Tina, our breakfast server. She is the kind of person who makes you want to return, and represents your hotel so well. So why not five stars? The ridiculous “amenities” fee is an embarrassing money grab. $20 plus tax for a meager stocking of things you don’t want, or you would buy or bring with you. 2 small waters, (often free at hotels of this level) 4 half cans of soda, (don’t like Pepsi) 2 small snack boxes that don’t appeal, and the coffee packs that every hotel I have ever stayed in supplied for free. Just charge an extra $20 on your room rate if you need the extra. Nickel and diming takes away from a luxury experience, and frankly charging someone for things they don’t want is silly at best.

We enjoyed our trip to the Warwick Denver Hotel. We checked in late on a Thursday evening and spent Friday and Saturday at the rooftop pool as well as visiting attractions nearby. We were truly impressed when there was an emergency at the pool and bartenders Ezra and Brendan jumped right in to take care of the unconscious patron. The concern for this young man and his mother was undeniable and something you don't see every day. Ezra was also working the next day when another emergency arose and he handled that in a professional manner as well. The only negative during our visit was the restrooms by the pool weren't open so you had to go to your room to use the restroom (which very few seemed to do!) The clean hotel and excellent service from the staff will make this one of our favorites to visit in the Denver area.

I stayed here about a week and half ago. I was very disappointed with it and the location is not good. It is right next door to a nightclub that was open until after 3am so you constantly hear music blaring and people late at night. Every night police sirens would fly by 4 to 5 times a night. So I did not sleep well. Also, I was irritated when I checked in because they demanded an extra 100 dollars deposit cash on top of the cost of the room upfront just for using a debit card. I travel often in and out of the country with a debit and I've never been asked to do this. When I questioned the staff about it the lady that checked me in was very rude and told me I could go find an ATM across the street. She also did not seem to believe me when I spoke of other hotels that complete these charges when you check out. So the cost for the room and extra 100 on top of that took all of my money for the 3 days I was there. I literally had a few dollars left over to eat one meal until Sunday when I checked out when I got the cash back. This was my first time in Denver and this put a damper on the few days because I was very limited with no money just because I didn't have a credit card. Guests need to be told this when the room is booked ahead of time. Also, the room was okay however, I kept finding hair in the bed stuck in the sheets, pillows, and towels. I think Days Inn can do a lot better than this considering I've stayed at several of them in other states. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

You really don’t need to leave the hotel (but I’d recommend leaving when taking advantage of their gym passport which gives you access to incredible places like soul cycle and rise nation!) The staff was fantastic. Guillermo went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful (and his lattes are fabulous, too!) Definitely take advantage of the daily happy hour, the unlimited coffee bar, and the views from the rooftop! Both restaurants are delicious. Covid wise - We were very impressed with how comfortable we felt and the precautions the Halcyon is taking to keep everything nice and clean. Our room was divine. The shower is a dream (along with the bath products) and the robes and slippers make you feel like a celebrity. This was undeniably worth the splurge for us and we will absolutely be back. I can see the entrance of the exhibition hall from the window of the hotel room. I will turn left and go to a traffic light. It is too convenient to walk 150 meters. The breakfast on the 4th floor is rather monotonous. The only thing you can do is to make the omelette. You can choose all kinds of ingredients, vegetables, cheese, and the waiting time is not short.
