|0.64km from city centerA little old hotel. The rooms were a little small and the rooms were too tight. The cleaning was unfair. The shower was a great sin from the ingestive shower. Breakfast still managed as in the covid (it can't be served) and not too varied is a little disappointed.

Incredible room , exceptional litre, beautiful and very clean bathroom , room service always perfect , breakfast to fall down the ground, very clean hotel , small room fridge always filled with very fresh water , Air conditioning , for our part a small terrace that offers a garden and a really very pleasant basketball ground for the Italian atmosphere , smoking corner, dog friendly ++++++ , beach towel available , in the heart of SanRemo .... If I had noted the whole hotel I would tell you that it deserves its 4 stars (see more) .... the staff is INCREIDING, in the small care for its client , help you book from activities , give you good plans for the city , good restaurants , apply to 300% to offer you a wonderfully delicious reception and meals (the breakfast is incredible) , every day is a good day when we cross their smiles , we are conquered , background in full and we think the hotel deserves a more star , just for them !!! ♥️

Clean,Client attention,Handsets,Bathroom,A small hall with water available,Cafe and bricks in the morning.comfortable bed(very important) It is in the center,the only pity that 3 floors with heavy bags remains complicated.but on the site there I'll advise everyone about this disadvantage.

Giorgio not only take care of the reception but he also makes breakfast and the best Cappuccino in Italy. He is always friendly and helpful and we would come back again and again just to see him. The rooms are beautiful and the bed's are very comfortable.

Unfortunately the blinds cannot be fixed open so the wind bangs them around. The Wellness center was perfect, with a good massage. The thing which was unfortunate and I think a big problem is the restauration the meals in the evening were not good and on both occasions cold! I asked for a glass of chianti wine the responsable said ”no” I could not beleive this no explication? The breakfast was very good as well. Being french we like perculated cafe in mugs, but all we could have is italien expresso (which is good, dont get me wrong ) but it is so small quantities. As for the traditional ”Aperitivo” go into town they only serve a bowl of crisps.

|0.11km from city centerMy wife and I thought it was excellent. The rooms were very very clean, and spacious. The automatic check-in was easy. Plenty of towels. Even the TV was large. Located right in the center, with fantastic restaurants like 5 steps from the entrance. My wife and I enjoyed the first night so much, we decided to stay a second night. For the price, it would be hard to do better. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff were all very helpful and spoke English, and accommodated our request for early check-in. We had 3 single rooms on the second floor, all near each other, and we were fortunate to each have a balcony. Rooms were beautifully remodeled, modern, well appointed and very clean. Highly recommend!

We have just returned from an excellent road trip along the coast of France and Italy and The Royal Hotel Sanremo was the highlight of our accommodation. A true 5 star hotel by any standards. Safe and secure parking for our cars, excellent service, fresh and cold beer and snacks, a perfect dinner recommendation, a 5 star spa, a first rate breakfast and all combined with a luxury room and sea view. Special thanks to Adrian on reception who booked us dinner at Flipper seafood restaurant in town and took care of our needs during the stay. Worthy of a mention of its own is the Spa facilities which felt brand new and incredibly clean. Highly recommend this hotel!!

|0.24km from city centerIt was impossible to call the host and to agree on something. On the site it was written that you can pay in cash, and that registration ends at 21.00. We planned to come to 14.40, but only got on a later train, so were on the spot near 19.00. We waited 20 minutes when someone came to us and eventually we were told that our reservation was cancelled and sold to other people. We were indulgently offered to stay in a room like a plaster. We were too tired to argue about anything. Two days in the road and when you arrive, it is terrible to unpack your suitcases quietly! No help in selecting another option of accommodation was provided to us. As a result, we found another hotel ourselves: at the same price, 200 m from the center and about the same amount from the beach with a spacious room with a refrigerator, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom. So, except for the stress experienced, I'm even glad that our reservation was sold in this hotel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

|1.62km from city centerDas Hotel ist frisch renoviert, alle Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Einige Zimmer sind nur über lange Gänge erreichbar. Die Bar ist etwas minimalistisch. Wir waren fast 100 Personen, was wahrscheinlich der Grund für das mittelmässige Essen war (gut aber nichts spezielles). Zum Frühstück gibt es ein grosses Buffet mit vielen Kuchensorten, aber leider nur mit 1 Brotsorte (natürlich Baguette). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich Mühe, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Hotel ist mit grossen Bussen nicht erreichbar. Das Hotel stellt deshalb kleine Shuttlebusse zur Verfügung.

I didn't expect to change towels and a minimum of cleaning every day honestly. The area is perfect! You are in the centre, 2 steps from the first beach and near the station. Advice to improve: There is no reception, but I would pay more attention to contacts via email. If I didn't call, I would never have received a response. Put at least a small summer refrigerator or machinery where you can buy water.

|0.24km from city centerI was a guest of this structure that has a strategic position at the rear of the Ariston Theatre, the house was super clean and the maximum availability and also instructions to enter and exit. I only chose a little apartment but at the end I had little to work, but I was a little bit hard to work, but I'll be better off next time. I'm noticed that the lock was defect and I only managed to enter the box with the backkey, which was kept next to the entrance. Thank you for everything. I'll be happy to come back.

The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for access to the train station and the town. Large rooms and modern bathrooms with an elevator to all floors. We have really enjoyed our stay here and happily recommend it. Also good restaurant nearby.

Camere pulitissime e accessoriate di tutto, appena si entra si respira un odore di pulito che infonde subito una bella sensazione, materassi comodi e ambiente silenzioso e tranquillo, insomma ottimo in tutto e per tutto, sono stato in molti alberghi in giro per il mondo ma raramente mi sono trovato bene come in questo ”affittacamere” ho messo tra virgolette perché certe volte si dà poca fiducia a questo genere di location, invece si possono trovare delle mosche bianche come questa e vi assicuro che non sto scherzando, naturalmente camere con TV, aria climatizzata e frigo Il ragazzo alla reception è gentilissimo e insomma, non riesco a trovare un difetto. Da provare ad occhi chiusi.

Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. |1.59km from city centerPros: very spacious one bed apartment...which for me travelling alone was huge. Fab bedroom with king size bed. Fresh clean bed linen. Massive modern bathroom with large walk in shower. Always ample hot water. Loads of fresh white towels, 4 bath, 4 hand & more. Ample loo roll. Main room was kitchen/ diner combined with a made up double sofa bed in it and doors leading to balcony. Hob & oven fine. An assortment of basic cookware. Nice sea view over the rooftops. Hairdryer in bathroom was good. 5 mins downhill walk to supermarket, pharmacy, bars & nearest shops. Steep uphill hike on return!. Cons: no full length mirror, no dressing table, no corkscrew or bottle opener. No kettle ( i used a saucepan for water boiling) or iron. No sharp knives for cutting bread or prepping veg. No ice cube tray. No teatowel or washing up stuff. No brush to sweep up with. Only 3 coathangers. Not a ball breaker but worth considering when packing!...take a corkscrew, icecube tray coathangers teatowel dishcloth & sharp kitchen knife. I found check in diffic ult being on my own with a heavy suitcase...up alot of stairs. You then need a taxi to the apartment from check in place...unless u are driving. Also it simply isn't possible to check in before 3pm. Dont let the shoddy dirty check in building deter you...apartment is much nicer once inside. About 1&1/2km from the marina & main seafront area with shops bars restaurants & cafes all the way. Ideal apt for a couple.
