I was a very welcomed guest at this hotel nearly 20 years ago as an Active Duty US service member. Our unit rented the entire hotel! The service was great then, and it is FABULOUS now! The rooms are beautifully maintained, as is the entire property. We were treated like royalty during our stay, and the current owners actually remembered or visit from 1999! I wanted to share the beauty of this place with my husband, and he has fallen in love! Thank you, Hotel Brasil! See you next year!

We organised a tennis trip to Milano Marittima and stayed in this hotel for its location to tennis courts and the beach. We chose this hotel not only for its location, we chose it for its professionalism and helpfulness throughout the whole planning process of our trip, which started a year ago. During our stay nothing was too much as our itinerary was constantly changing due to the weather. Staff helped us every step of the way. Food was great, we really miss our breakfasts! Rooms were comfortable as clean. Nicelarge pool, lovely gardens, great facilities.

Great hotel in Cervia Italy right across from a beach that goes for miles both ways. Super clean and our upgraded room which we requested once we got there was excellent. We were fortunate we were there off season. Opt for a larger room rather than what we originally booked. Breakfast was great and staff were all very friendly. Had a great dinner right next door which was part of the establishment. One downside was that a bus load of 8-10 year Old kids (48 of them) on a school trip landed the same night we were there. And imagine they are all booked on our floor which made for a very noisy evening until the kids finally were put to bed by 11:00pm. Oh well.... we had a short night as we headed out early morning. Understand that Cervia is a beach resort city and from mid October till March is pretty much a dead town...very quiet and not much happening if you want the night life.in season it sounds like a real hot spot. The hotel is two minutes from the beach which is great. From the outside the hotel looks nice but the rooms let it down considerably and I fail to see how this can be considered a 4 star. We were two adults and two children 10 and 14. The worst part of the hotel is the room which although was clean is very and dated. As you can see the room had 4 single beds that were very old and very small in terms of width and length - to be precise 170cm long (the things you can do with a telephone nowadays) which is ok for tiny adults and small children but not if you are 1.94m or 1.8m like my 14 yr old. A proper double bed and two single beds of decent size would have been more suitable. All the furniture is old and past it’s best. The TV is a 19” and way to small. Light sleepers beware, the walls are very thin so we heard every word said next door. It looks like they re-tiled and repainted (badly) the bathroom recently but like a lot of hotels trying to save money they put back all the old stuff afterwards - note the wc with the very old, once white but now yellow cistern. I found it quite odd that the bidet was in the shower. Wtf? The light above the sink looks like something you find in a porta cabin or garden shed. The dining room is nicely laid out and the buffet dinner we had was very tasty indeed although breakfast was by comparison a little disappointing. Like most hotels gone are the hot drinks such as cappuccino made by hand, we now have powdered milk machines that are way below the standard of anything you find in any bar and indeed what you can do in your own home. There we no eggs, bacon or sausage of any kind. They have a gym which has decent equipment but it’s not a modern gym by any standards. We went for a short bike ride with the cycles provided by the hotel which cost €2 a small sum but surely they should be free? Anyway we had a bit of trouble finding one that worked for everyone, I tried 4 bikes before I got one that wasn’t broken in some way. Maybe in the off-season the hotel could have had them all serviced ready for the season. We give the rooms a 5/10 and the rest of the hotel a 7/10.

There are a lot of reasons we like Dante and return year after year: - Location: right across from the sea, close to small shops (especially Stuzzicheria Piadina!), and a short walk or bicycle ride to arcades, the Pinerella park, etc. - Rooms: spotlessly clean (excellent housekeeping staff), not overly large, yet ample & comfortable - Children's entertainment: always fun, always engaging. In particular, Mattia and Pietro are wonderful with the children - Spa: relaxing as a spa should be - Food: always a very good selection of fresh seafood! - Most importantly, the staff. From making reservations with Cristina, late-night chats with John, joking with beach service Loris, to trading child-raising stories with Nico in the spa. The main reason we keep returning to Dante is the way the entire staff strives to develop relationships with its guests. They not only know, and remember, my name, but they know the names of my twin daughters and make them feel as comfortable as they would feel in our own home. And for these reasons, we will continue to make Dante an annual family tradition.

Simply a rubbish hotel and it’s the small things that make it rubbish... The reception staff are terrible: When we arrived we were told there was no parking available. Rather than being shown somewhere else to park we were sent out onto the street to park and work out the rather complicated parking machine for ourselves. It was only when a rather nice concierge came to help that things got sorted and he miraculously found us a parking spot in the garage (quite why the miserable receptionist couldn’t have sorted this in the first place I don’t know). We tried to use the free bicycles but my daughter is 3 years old so we needed a bike with a child seat. None were available. Nor we’re they available the 2nd evening. The 3rd evening we were finally given keys to a bike... with no child seat. Only when we complained did we finally get a correct bike. We attended the swimming pool and despite not a single other person being in or around the pool my daughter was told she could not play in the water with a ball. I appreciate that toys may not be allowed in the water but please exercise some common sense if the place is empty! We were also charged for use of pool towels, which seems pretty poor service in this day and age. We were also charged for bottled water in the bedroom - something I’d expect to be complimentary. The bedroom was small and came with 2 rather thin, well used pillows - which admittedly were replaced by the nice housekeeping staff when we complained. There is no ironing facility in the room nor any way of ironing clothes such as shirts. In the end I had to pay housekeeping to do it. I’d normally expect an ironing board and iron to be available. The rooms, albeit dated are kept clean though. At breakfast the food is average and the toaster takes AGES to cook toast (just invest in some decent equipment)! In fairness the restaurant manager is nice though...Coffee is also charged extra. It’s a hotel that whilst dated could actually be ok if the service was more attentive. We were not even asked how our stay was when we checked out. Unfortunately for me it was an expensive disappointment despite the lovely concierge and housekeeping staff. Cervia is lovely and very family friendly with great beaches and restaurants. The old town is gorgeous. We’ll certainly be returning to the town but will be more careful about the hotel we pick next time.

This was ourof first taste of Italy and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Saraceno we were made feel very welcome. Gabriella and all the staff were so attentive to all our needs and nothing was a bother for them. My husband did the Ironman Emilia Romagna and they provided early morning breakfas on the morning of the triathlon. The hotel is very beautiful with its own herb and veggie boxes, stunning little outside areas to sit and relax. As for their pool area , it is just magnificent with its heated massaging salt water and lovely decking area to soak up the rays. Inside the hotel is decorated to a very high standard ,very shabby chic. Again we cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so memorable and we will relish a return visit someday.

I stayed in this hotel for a weekend. A lot still was closed because of COVID but I had a great experience anyway. The food was really good. For breakfast there was a big variety of cakes and sweets. For lunch and dinner the food was all delicious. The buffet was a bit lacking but because of COVID it wasn’t an issue. The room was spacious and clean and the view from the balcony was really good. The beach included in the price was really close to the hotel but the hotel was a bit far from the city center, so it is right for you if you like quiet places.

The staff are hardworking and very helpful. The half board probably provides the best diet and value for money in the valley (have tried the alternatives). There is a plentiful vegetable buffet with every evening meal which is good for the health. It's handy for access to the ski slopes of the Marmolada and ice climbing in the gorge. Great location opposite the beach but I was here on business and the late night noisy music meant that I had to ask to change to a room at the back of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful but the WiFi sign in system didn't work on any of my devices and this was a big problem. Ok if you are on holiday but for work it caused difficulties. The breakfast is good, although the eggs are cold, even in the covered dish. The lunch and dinner are excellent value and quality and I recommend eating in. The hotel is stylish and comfortable and the covered, heated swimming pool excellent. The mattresses are quite hard, in my opinion, but I slept ok.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? It will not take the initiative to serve, but if there is no obstacle in language communication, it is good. The door is like a person who is really welcoming.

Milan City Centre
The guests who booked the guests were very satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent. Parent-child travel or couple travel is very recommended. It can be said that it is perfect. I have the opportunity to go to Shanghai Bulgari.

Milan City Centre
The hotel location is particularly good, 200 meters walk from Milan Cathedral and 500 meters walk from the shopping center. The food around the hotel is also very convenient. But the room environment can only be said to be OK, but the price is almost the same, from the location, there is no need to say, recommended! Hotel service attitude is also good, that is, English is generally spoken.

Milan Stazione Centrale
The location is great! The Central Railway Station is 200 meters away and it is also close to the airport bus. The room size is relatively moderate, and there is also a bathtub, the grade is worth the price. The downside is the elevator. The entrance is on the 0th floor. You must first go up to the 1st floor, and then change the elevator to continue going up. The front desk said FIRST FLOOR is hard to understand😂

Milan Stazione Centrale
The location of the hotel is very close to Milan Central Station. It is only a three minute walk from the station. The room was clean and tidy, the minibar provided plenty of drinks, and the bathroom unexpectedly provided slippers. Breakfast is 10 euros, which is quite rich. It's convenient to go to the subway station by walking for 2 minutes.

Brera
Super friendly and attentive staff!!! 10/10 Greeted upon arrival, speedy check in process and was escorted directly to my suite and briefly given a tour of all features in the room. Very modern and clean, a superior luxury hotel with all high quality amenities. Breakfast in the first floor lounge/bar area with ceiling to floor panoramic glass view of the century old garden. The entire hotel is the perfect combination of modern and antique interior with rich woodwork and a grand entrance marble staircase and pillars throughout the foyer. Great central location walking distance to the duomo cathedral and main shopping area.
