Rum . Departure in two , hotel FALKO . Great atmosphere , nice and professional service . Nice rooms , room space is enough , quiet , quiet . Lighting such as we like the mass of lights on the side , back , up , creates an unparalleled climate . Corridors silenced with the layout , with reproductions of the masters of painting and with pictures of the surrounding area in the winter aur on the walls , great idea . The patio on the floor where you can drink morning coffee under a big umbrella if the sun is too strong . At the bottom of the billiard , jacuzzi and SPA , unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of these attractions , but the guests of the hotel we talked to praised . In the restaurant and the rooms below on the walls are hanging reproductions of the paintings of Tamary Lempicka of our painter whose paintings on the auctions reach unbothable prices . Art deco style and modern interiors tasted in every detail and slightly different details from the generally accepted modernity stream, the combination is quite ideal and as for me brilliant. The food was delicious until the regret was to destroy the composition on the plate so brilliantly given / cheeks , chin /. Great coffee / in Irish / served on the outer terrace after a hard day , amazing thing . And the ”best” thing in the hotel and rather the room - a burning room, where you can sit in a comfortable chair to drink coffee or drink and absolutely forget the aur outside smoking morning or evening cigarettes! This is only a departure in these days . Your manager has created a great team from the ladies who care about order , to the superb reception , to the restaurant and the brilliant kitchen . Thank you for the wonderful time we could spend with you and knowing The greetings to all the ladies whose names begin with the letter ”A” ;) .

I have stayed here a few times before and the hotel just gets better. Very friendly welcome and staff. The rooms are really good and I had one with a sea view which was a bonus for me. The breakfast has to be one of the best selections I have ever had with hot dishes and cold meats and cheese and breads too. I hope to be back. Great location high up above the beach but easily accessible via a lot of steps or by car.

Hotel is located right next to the beach. Because I had a stay during the epidemic, so the requirements are a little different. I booked the apartment to have more space. The price of the apartment was quite high. The apartment is very nice, even luxurious, but it is completely unprepared for meals in it. No glasses, glasses, not to mention dishes. The second thing to improve is that if in the hotel apartment 4* I can't see the encoded programs, only these are free - it's worth improving. I thought the apartment has a view to the bay, not parking. Very good, plenty of breakfast. Efficient Wi-Fi network

Often when you look for a place to stay and go the extra mile to get there, you arrive and think no doubt that this is going to be good. Follow me here. We arrived on our first trip ever together with hopeful expectations. There was a big wedding going on and frankly, the hotel was extremely busy and we felt sidelined as guests. I won't get into details, because I have never experienced a hotel manager on the following day admitting with reconciliation in doing what she could to make our stay a memorable one. A great hotel is one that solves an occasional mishap in the most professional way possible. I wasn't asked twice or cast doubt upon in what I shared and why we felt marginalised. I will not share in detail how we were compensated because that is not the point. Everything otherwise was spot on with this hotel. Spa treatments, rooms, soaps, kitchen (second to none) and a long list of professionalism needs to be included. You are in good hands and the tasting menu at dinner is a culinary journey worth the price tag. Enjoy!

I had 3 nights stay at this Hotel .First the Hotel is very clean as it was mentioned on their site , Service is super , service at restaurant is at high level , food is delicious , Hotel is located near Shops Just 5 to 10 min walk by foot to the city centre , 17 mom walk but foot to Gdnia Glowna Rail way station I would recommend this Hotel. I am very very satisfied staying here .

Willa Wincent is a beautiful place, we spent four nights there. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to the sea and Kępa Redłowska. The staff was very helpful - in addition, in the rooms you can find a useful map of places to visit in Gdynia, created by the locals. Plus for dog-likeness :) Breakfasts in the form of a Swedish table - there is what your heart desires. We will be happy to come back!

This hotel has three classes of rooms it seems, standard, executive and privilege. I booked privilege and if this room is anything to go by I can only imagine how grim the other lower room classes are. Couldn’t swing a cat in it, bed jammed in a space between bathroom wall and window and only just enough to walk down the side of the bed. On one side all the light switches etc and the lamp are actually in the bed. I’m Assuming this was previously a single room and Mercure are attempting to pass it off as a normal room. Effectively the stair well takes up a chunk of the rooms on the corners but I’d recommend checking the room numbers as from the attached floor plan you can see how many rooms on this 10th floor are tiny and I feel I’ve been missold. This was room 1007. It looks nothing like any pictures on their website and I’d call it basic and would recommend you don’t waste your money paying for higher spec as you won’t get much for your money. Tiny tv that only has two English speaking channels which are euro news and cnn on loop. Mini bar with three free cans of soft drinks (whoopee), free safe, nespresso machine. But no ironing board which is pretty poor but hey even if they had one there would be nowhere to put it in this small room. Bathroom looks ok but is an accident waiting to happen, bath with no bathmat, a few times I felt myself slip as there is no grip on the bottom of the bath. I expected a walk in shower like the pictures but again this hotel doesn’t deliver what the pictures show. The manner of the staff is blunt to say the least and still using covid as excuses for things is pretty bad - no cleaning unless you request it from reception by 10am is so bad now and I’ve no doubt it’s too allow them to employ less people rather than to worry about covid Then there is the issue of the noise from outside - along the marina and beach there are a lot of bars and to say they are noisy is an understatement, first night it was still going on at 3am as it was getting light outside and makes it impossible to keep a window open, even with them shut I’m still very aware of the noise ten floors up and it’s worse than any Spanish holiday resort I’ve ever stayed in. So please request a room that doesn’t have a sea view as you might have a chance of a decent nights sleep. In the summer this hotel would be unbearable I’d imagine from the combination of heat meaning need windows open and noise meaning you want them closed. This noise alone would stop me staying in this hotel again or recommending it to anyone else Location wise it’s in between two stations that both link to the airport - 15 min walk to both but if you have a lot of luggage you will probably need a taxi There isn’t a lot to do in the city during the day but it’s close enough to much nicer places like Sopot so you can see plenty of other places rather than being stuck here. The main shops are 25 mins walk out of the centre which might be an issue for some

The environment is beautiful and quiet, and friends who like to run will feel that the distance of the seaside jogging trail of over 15 kilometers is only 400 meters away.
