One word! AMAZING! I’m in love with capsule hotels now! Sounds kinda strange but it reminded me of staying in the dorms in college but with amazing amenities lol! Awesome location and extremely clean! The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful! If I had known my trip to Mount Fuji would have been cancelled due to the anticipated typhoon I would would have stayed here longer. I was completely ok with the check in and check out procedure because it made me go out an sightsee which was fun. I didn’t take pictures of the amenities because well umm... guys were in robes and in the shower and jacuzzi area no clothes were allowed lol! But it was amazing! Maybe not for a long term stay but a few days? Wow such an amazing choice!

What to say, the location is in the heart of Shinjuku. Right below the hotel there is a convenient store. It’s very basic and the room is very small, for business in one person is ok, but for vacation in two would be impossible to stay. I didn’t had breakfast so I don’t know, but unfortunately, not because of them I will not book ever again there and that area. The hotel is right Side by side with the Golden Gai and apart from the heart of shinjuku, is the heart of the red district. Nothing against that, but you cannot move around during the evening e later because there is full of black guys in the street annoying you to go to bars to meet ladies. Also in Golden Gai, so I was pretty annoying. It really ruins the area.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

My boy friend and I stayed 3 nights in the hotel in early December. The location of the hotel is great which is around 10 mins walk to west Shinjuku station which can go to places like Shibuya, Hara-juku, Ikebukuro and Kichijōji within 15-30mins. Also, the hotel offered express airport buses from Shinjuku station to Narita and Haneda airport at their tourist service counter. Another surprising offer is the 500-yen-cash coupons for the cafe and restaurant inside the hotel if no room cleansing needed each day. The hotel is inside a shopping mall called Seibu Pepe with Zoft , can-do , Muji and some food shops. Overall, I think the hotel environment is good, tidy and clean but the room we have is a bit small.

I booked their single room, it is of a good size, slightly bigger than Gracery Hotel which is next door, the lobby provides free tea and coffee, you can also borrow a laptop or choose different types of shampoo and conditioner rom the reception, pretty functional hotel. Soundproof is a bit bad though, I could hear the guy’s snoring in the room next to mine, so this would be an issue for people who are light sleepers. not a bad place for such stay but I won’t stay there for too many days as there is no window or sunlight in my room, a bit depressing when wake up in the morning.

We dis not realise the hostel was on the 8th floor so finding it was an adventure on its own. Liveley very touristic neighborhood. Not really our thing but good to experience for one night. The staff at the hostel was lovely. Walking out of the lift we were happily surprised to see the simplicity of the place. Seeing our "rooms" was another great surprise. You do really sleep in a tiny box inbetween the books. Either down or up with a small ladder. Quite noisy. But we had a couple of drinks before we went to sleep and that helped. I slept great, even though our neighbors were talking most off the night but my poor friend could not sleep as she felt too hot.... Great views. Great breakfast. Great everything. Thxxx guys.

I paid for a deluxe double room with a queen-size bed. I had stayed in the same hotel before last March at Room 1011, so I know what I paid for. This time they gave me Room 811, which was a lot smaller, so it must be just the standard double room with a double bed. Even my companion from last time noticed it was a smaller room. I complained about it twice, but the hotel staff insisted I got a deluxe double room. When I was checking in, there was some discussion by the staff, so I suspect they had mistakenly given my deluxe double room to someone else. Japan is known for its honesty, so it is very disappointing to encounter this there. Also, the airconditioner in the room I was given was not getting cold, so I had to open the window. Better to take your business somewhere else.

The service is very good, the room is very clean, it is small, the facilities are full, enough, everything is a reduced version, it is enough to travel overnight, the location is OK, on the edge of the red light district, go out every day, no matter where you go, cross the red light district, live at night It is clean during the day and it is not recommended for a long time. It is good for two or three days.

We were looking for a convenient place to stay for one night before catching the Narita Express (very) early the next day. This place seemed like it ticked all the boxes - family room, convenient to the station, well-reviewed on TripAdvisor, so I felt fairly comfortable going a bit over our budget because it ticked so many boxes. All of those were definite benefits, and I'll add a few more: - the family room/apartment was _massive_. Five beds in three bedrooms, a study, a living area, a kitchen and dining room, a full-sized bathroom, a laundry... This was unexpected in Tokyo to say the least. - staff were very helpful - we arrived a hour ahead of schedule (caught an earlier Shinkensen by chance) and instead of asking us to wait, they rushed to get our room ready and checked us in. However there is one massive downside, and given the other reviews I suspect it might be specific to the family room - the room has basically no soundproofing so sleep quality is terrible. The hotel is very close to a major road, so sirens and horns interrupted our sleep constantly. I was lucky to get about two hours across the entire night unfortunately. Reading other reviews I was surprised no one else has mentioned this so I strongly suspect it's specific to the room 1001, given most others reference the 11th floor. If so, try and avoid this room. I feel bad about rating the hotel so lowly given other positives but if you rent a hotel room to sleep and then that's rendered impossible, it's failing in a fairly fundamental manner. The room is also quite dated and a bit crazily put together (very low lintel on one doorway, bedrooms looking completely different to the rest of the apartment, stuck cupboards, etc), but this is not something that would've knocked off points in a review, regardless of the headache from the lintel - just more of an FYI.

After our first night in a Capsule Hotel we relocated here for the rest of our few days in Tokyo. We first researched the area we wanted to be in and then looked for a reasonably priced place to stay in that area - which is how we found this hotel. It was a bit quirky but totally suited our needs. Also the WiFi was good and the staff at the front desk were very sweet. We spent most of our time in Tokyo out exploring and this was a good base to do that from.

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

Shinjuku
Location is perfect, in the heart of shopping district Shinjuku. It's also walking distance from Shinjuku station. Economy double room is very small for two people. The plus point is the Airport Limousine Bus counter is just right at the hotel lobby and the hotel is one of the stop for the airport limousine. Overall is very good. Will come back here again if we travel to Tokyo.

Shinjuku
Great location. Nice places to eat all around. And a market with Sega machines and video games. Lots of convenience stores and cafes. 7 Eleven, Lawson, etc. We are vegetarian and found an authentic Indian restaurant on way to station from hotel. Hotel has shops and restaurants on Ground Floor (called 1F) ie. Family Mart - great for instant food packs etc VERY difficult to locate Reception/ Check-in Counter. Come to the THIRD Floor (3F) and you'll find it! Very secure. Use your hotel key in the lift to go up to your floor. Very small rooms at the hotel - Take one with TWO SINGLE BEDS - then bed size is very decent for 100 kilo women!! Rooms have TV, lots of ports to charge phones etc. Fridge. Electric kettle. Bathrobes. Slippers n shoe horn - See pictures... VERY LITTLE space for bags. Loos are amazing. Electronic pots etc. BEWARE - getting tub is very high - So buy a small ¥400 foldable footstool to step in and out - buy from shop called Daisu in underground passage to station. CARRY your own TEA (Chai) if you are used to it. Only green tea and coffee in room. No milk provided in the room either. So if you took the room with free breakfast, that's good - You can pick up milk and sugar sachets there. See instructions for coffee carefully. Its not simply a sachet. Water has to pass THROUGH it. Response to room service usually VERY prompt 5 restaurant choices for free breakfast (if you took that choice) of which 2 are American and can serve you vegetarian choices. See pictures attached for the Manhattan restaurant view! Very hearty breakfasts! 2 bottles of mineral water provided daily. All linen is changed daily, EXCEPT for bedding. Most staff understand English - else use Google Translate. If you choose to reach this hotel from the airport via Shinkansen, reach Shinjuku JR station, ask where the cab stand is, expect to pay approx ¥650. If you choose to walk with luggage, then take a 4-wheel medium sized suitcase each at the most. 2 choices - walk straight out of South Exit and cross road just once 10 minutes later. OR use the underground path for easier movement of luggage, and walk about 15-20 minutes (if with luggage) towards Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building - plus may have to climb one small flight of stairs in final stretch.
