Boyfriend's birthday was scheduled to be celebrated. The hotel staff was notified in advance by email, and finally they upgraded our room! We also prepared sparkling wine and birthday cards for us, very intimate! The room was beautiful! Every corner can be beautiful photos. It was a unforgettable experience and I ’m definitely recommend this hotel for all of you !!

We stayed here for two nights. We had an event at the Valley Pool, and this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone needing to go there, it's very close. The service here is excellent and we got consistently good service from the staff at the front desk. Unfortunately they were the only high points. The room was awful. It was extremely dark with no natural light. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV was too small for the location it was in. We had a balcony with no furniture that only looked over other people's rooms, so you couldn't use it without feeling awkward. The decor was ugly. The plumbing in the bathroom was bad and it smelled really bad nearly the whole time we were there. There was only free to air on the TV. There is parking at the hotel, but it is not free, which is usual for a cbd hotel. There is not much street parking around this end of the Valley. I really wanted this place to be better, but they are going to have to fix the rooms, and put quality beds in there for the room rate they are charging. There are better options at that price.

Great check in and check out with smiles! Fast and Friendly 10/10 for the smiles and help. It was a pleasure to try the Sage for the first time. We will be back to try a more superior room next time as they were all booked out on the weekend we stayed.

We loved all aspects our 5 night stay. Our 1 bedroom apartment was stylish, and had heaps of storage and an unexpected internal laundry and clothes steamer. The rooftop pool area was perfect for our group to catch up for a drink and snacks at sunset. The only negative was that that airconditioning unit was very loud and we had to close the bedroom door to cut the noise out.

I stay at the Ovolo regularly, by choice. It has a relaxed but stylish atmosphere, and is well located with plenty of restaurants close by to walk to. The staff are super friendly and cheerful - makes me happy when I arrive and I actually look forward to seeing them again. The room has everything I need, including complimentary snacks and drinks :-), and is spacious. Nicely decorated with stylish little bits, but not garish. Lately when I arrive in my room, there is a lovely "welcome back" card (and last time also a complimentary martini!) - makes me feel appreciated and special, and Alexa is playing my type of music. Will always stay here, its perfect for me.

Our stay at The Constance in Fortitude Valley was only short lived but the staff were very friendly towards us and always helped us with any questions or concerns that we had (such as room keys stopped working randomly, but the girls got it sorted straight away for us and it only took a few minutes.) The only things that I could say that slightly annoyed us during our stay was difficulties with the spa bath cutting out randomly for no reason before coming back on (we let the front house staff know about this on our departure) and also connecting to the TV with chromecast/smartview (also let front house staff know about this) they informed us it was a problem they were having and were looking at fixing it. All in all the stay was enjoyable, and all the staff were friendly and amazing to chat with. Great location, lovely decor, and a reasonable price, cannot wait to visit again in the future.

Excellent location. As a single female traveller I felt really safe. The rooms were spotless and thoroughly cleaned. Bed was super comfy and loved the large wardrobe and mirror. Parking was very reasonably priced and it was great to have a spa and sauna. Convenient to be so central to restaurants and bars right on the doorstep and 5min walk to the wharf area. Free and unlimited wifi was such a relief. Really friendly and helpful staff too. I had a studio apartment but upgraded to a one bedroom when I extended my stay as it had a washing machine, cooktop and awesome balcony. Highly recommended and I will definitely be booking here on my next visit!

What a cool find. This boutique hotel was a great find. From the minute we stepped through the door and was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist, everything about this stay was great. Nicely furnished room with a super comfy bed. Coffee machine was a nice touch as was the FREE minibar. Yes that's right, FREE. There was also a lively rooftop bar with a complimentary drink. Great cocktails and the bar staff were great. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is newer. We live in a two-bedroom, one-bedroom room with a bathroom and a kitchen. However, the two-room room has only one room and the living room has an outside balcony. The living room in other rooms has a window but only faces the room opposite the patio. Not to mention the scenery, it is difficult to see the sun - the only window in each bedroom is facing the living room, there is no outside window. Therefore, if you are not like the elderly and children who are not fluent in language, you must live in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen apartment, or choose a room with a room, the new hotel, the decoration is novel, the location is walking distance from the center. It takes about 20 minutes but it is still recommended. Although there is no kitchen in the room type, it seems to be on the second floor (the elevator in the hotel is displayed on the 5th floor and the front desk is on the 4th floor). There is a public kitchen next to the pool. I have not tried it. I always see a lot of foreign men in use. You can consult the hotel before booking. The hotel has two Mercedes-Benz smart rentals, which seems to be 60 Australian dollars a day. If two people travel, it is convenient to rent a car to the surrounding area. It is very expensive to park in the city center, and it is more cost-effective to walk and rent.

Personally good location but it's on top of Spring Hill Hill so it's not easy to get there by public transport without pick up service or uber. The nearby Rome Park Street is a great place to take a walk to the city. The city is less than 20 minutes' walk away. The facilities are a bit old but still clean, swimming pool and bar on the ground floor.

The environment is good, the boss planted a lot of green plants in the courtyard, very ingenuity. The surrounding area is quiet and on-street parking is also convenient. There is a kitchen where you can buy your own ingredients to make three meals. 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to the big supermarket, very convenient. The only downside is that the room door lock sounds crisp, but fortunately the quality of the accommodation staff is very high, pay attention to light closing, no feeling noisy.

The hotel is in a good location, suitable for indoor play, close to Queen Street, and convenient for shopping and play. The surrounding scenery is good and relatively quiet. Domestic tourists note that most hotels in Australia support environmental protection and do not provide disposable items such as slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste combs, etc. Bring your own! !! !!

Location in the city center, very close to queen street, convenient for shopping. Next to the station is also convenient to go out. The hotel should have a period of time, but the equipment has been refurbished and will be chosen again next time.

This hotel is the most unique one I have ever seen. The toilet has no cover, the room has no chairs, the bed has no bed, and the bed has no charging equipment. It is really wonderful! Fortunately, only stayed for one night. The only thing that is recommended for the hotel is the airport delivery reservation service, which is not only on time, but also much cheaper than Ctrip.

I have paid alot more money to stay in worse rooms. The room was very clean and looks like it had been recently renovated. Comfy bed individual air con which is a great feature, simple bathroom and toilet but very clean and again fixtures and tiles look fairly new. Enough room for two people traveling or on holidays - after all its just a bedroom. The main reason I chose this place was the undercover off street parking that was free, and only a 5min walk to Queen St Mall. For a Friday Night area was very quiet and I rarely saw anyone around, I felt totally safe walking down the road to the Convenience Store for a late night snack

We stayed two nights - business trip - 5/5 value; 5/5 location; 4/5 facilities; 0/5 check-in experience; overall experience 3/5 - my husband, a university professor, was demanded to produce his *passport* before they would let him check-in(!!) - NOWHERE on the booking instructions or confirmation did it state this requirement(!!!) - only to produce our Covid19 vaccination status. He was rather embarrassed & inconvenienced by this - and lucky he had a photo of his passport on his phone - else he may have been refused entry!! When I checked in the following day, I was not asked to produce anything(!!) except they couldn't find my booking(!) - they were looking under my *husband's* name instead of mine (the booking source) - just simple admin procedures that are not done correctly means unnecessary embarrassment and frustration for the guest. Finally, neither of us slept well - our room was the closest to the rowdy common area - and they didn't quieten down there to almost 10:30pm. Next time, we would choose another place to book.

The accomodation is fairly new, clean and well located near central station . I thought I had picked well but a few small things took the edge off the visit. Free wi fi but it was so slow as to be virtually unusable, no tissues in the room, the hot water was warm but not hot (washing dishes was difficult and you certainly did not use the cold water when in the shower!). There was a pod coffee machine but milk in the fridge was insufficient to make even a cup on arrival (quick trip to the 7 eleven before they closed!) and I had to ask for a toaster as they came with a warning the smoke detector was so sensitive I needed to very careful , there was a massive fine for accidentally setting it off. All little things but they would be expected in accomodation of that standard. The other issue was the kitchenette. Ok, it was a studio room, but there was a small electric hob with no instructions (I have never used electric) no work space for prep or to put the kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and more importantly the microwave was above head high so you couldn't read the dial and it meant getting out hot food from above your head ... The place was nice, just the little things took the gloss off in a 3 night stay.

A nice comfortable room, good shower and decent blackout blind. However, had an issue with car parking, being told one thing by one staff member and something different by another who was quite rude. Breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel, bacon was barely cooked and eggs so dry and then plate was cleared away when I had t even finished. I’m sure they could provide a better breakfast even if they use covid as an excuse. Not the best experience.
