Ive liked: Our room had clothes dryer that is huge plus but in the same time quality was very, very low. Huge plus for washing machine microwave, dishwasher and rest of kitchen equipment. Breakfast were fine and tasty, but keep in mind to wake up early so everything will be still aviable. You have possibility to order 1 hot meal which is great. Ive didnt liked: At the end of our stay we realised that room wasnt very clean because our slippers were quite dirty.

Booked in Apartment for a short 1 day visit to my favorite city Szczecin. Day was good so far we were not there but as came night it was a disaster. While leaving the hotel my wife informed was no bed for our son and the receptionist said that we could have just informed (yeah 23:30) at night The Novotel management should stay in Mercure Gdansk to learn and understand how a hotel should be run. Just my opinion no offense. The good 1. Good location 2. Rooms fantastic 3. Staff in the restaurant awesome, lady at the reception needs to learn to listen The bad 1. Apartment on fourth floor facing road had a issue with windows not properly sealed and since there is a club nearby I did not sleep till 4 am 2. Breakfast good, coffee vending machine accessible by everyone (COVID-19) 3. Parking entry gate is a joke The suggestion Save your money and stay in IBIS just next to Novotel if it does not hurt your ego :-p Awesome staff and very helpful, rooms clean though a little low on standards.

Best thing about the Ibis Szczein is its location. Pre check in made arrival swift. I requested a room away from the lift, and got a room next to the lift. Usual Ibis decor, window that opens (big plus), aircon, strong wifi, comfy bed, bad pillows. Tiny choices in tv channels. Bathroom had shower with plenty of hot water, loose toilet seat, toiletrollholder fell off. No storage. Soap dispensers. I had no cleaning or change of linnen for the duration of my stay. Towels changed everyday. Cleaning staff unfriendly. Waterdispenser in the corridor (big plus) Breakfast served from 0630, good selection, hot and cold items and fresh bread. Staff unfriendly. I had a few dinners which were tasty and reasonable priced. Evening servers were friendly. There is a possibility to sit outside, which is nice due to the good weather. Unfortunately no one really takes care of the outside tables. Full of cups, glasses, full ashtrays, garbagebin more than full. Filthy. I usually make a swipe with my card, and settle my bill upon departure, and did so in Szczecin too. Worked well until 2 days before my departure, now suddenly I was not able to make them charge my meals and drinks to my room. Upon departure there was still money left and I was payed in cash!? Should I return to Szczecin I would probably choose the Novotel instead and croos my fingers for better service and cleanliness.

My wife and I booked a city break to Szczecin a few weeks back and stayed at the Park Hotel for two nights. Firstly, it’s in a great location right next to the Zeromskiego Park, so, perfect if you want to go for a run. It’s also close to the Galaxy Shopping Centre and is a 15 minute walk to the riverside. The hotel itself is a boutique style hotel with not too many rooms. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are modern although a minor gripe was that they are quite small. We had the room cleaned everyday which was a nice touch. We didn’t bother with the WiFi but it was available if we needed to use it. The breakfast was a standard European buffet style and COVID rules were maintained. I would advise getting breakfast earlier if you can as some elements can run out if you eat later. The breakfast is in the main restaurant which was very clean. Another added bonus is the free parking available on site should you need it.

At approximately €41 for a night in a single room I felt the Focus Hotel was excellent value, all things considered. It loses one star out of 5 from me for not having proper soap and shampoo in the rooms, instead opting for liquid soap in wall dispensers, and for its location, which was convenient and within 2 kilometres of most of Szczecin's main attractions, but I still felt there wasn't much of interest within the immediate vicinity beyond Wały Chrobrego. The nearest bike share station (registration is required to use these) was located 270m away on ul. Zygmunta Starego, and whilst it's a bit of a walk away, I recommend getting a doughnut (if you can resist not getting more!) at Nasza Pączkarnia on ul. Wyszyńskiego, just up from the intersection with Nabrzeże Wieleckie. My room was well appointed and had contemporary furnishings, including a flat screen TV. The hotel had a lift which was a big plus, and service at reception was friendly and efficient. There appeared to be at least one German tour group staying at the hotel during my stay, and some of the guests would congregate at the front entrance to smoke cigarettes, but the place was generally quiet and the clientele didn't cause any problems. I'm not sure if breakfast was included in every tariff but I was told at check-in that I could have breakfast in the morning, and nobody checked me or asked for a room number when I attended. On that note, I felt the breakfast was definitely one of the best I've seen at a 3 star hotel in my travels. Whilst the whole breakfast area was busy, I managed to find a table. The selection of food was such that I'm sure anyone could find something they liked, and naturally there was tea, coffee and juice, as well as pre-prepared sandwiches that guests could take "for the road" if they were in a hurry. I've noticed some of the nightly tariffs at this hotel can get a little expensive, but for the price I paid I was more than happy with the offer.

I stayed at the Vulcan Hotel, Szczecin in room 130 on 8/30/18. I didn't know a lot about the hotel or the location but thought I would give the hotel a chance. Òverall, I was pleased with my stay. Some of the Pros include a very comfy bed even though it was two twin beds pushed together, it was more comfortable than most because the beds had a comfortable mattress layer on top, the air conditioning worked well, good tv selection, lovely decor, beautiful furnishings, wonderful scented soap in the bathroom, good soundproofed windows, nice sized bathroom, right on the transportation line--tram 6 from the main train station stops right outside the hotel, it's a great value for the money as it includes breakfast and there is a great selection of breakfast offerings. The cons included a not very friendly nor welcoming staff, a poor Wi-Fi signal, not a lot of space around the bed in the room, soundproofing inside the room wasn't the best. I could hear other guests in nearby rooms through the ventilation system. The area around the hotel is not aesthetic to look at and is pretty industrial and the dinner I had in the restaurant (some type of Asian chicken and noodles dish) was nothing special--just ok. The salmon dish I really wanted they had run out of. However, I did get to the restaurant shortly before closing. Overall, it's a very clean, newer property and a very comfortable place to stay. The staff could work on being a bit more friendly.

Given the price range of this hotel, there is really nothing that bothered me. Parking was big, reception clerck was pleasant and fast. Check In was also fast. Room was not big, but there was enough space. Bed was comfortable, but somehow rather small (maybe the only thing which could be better). Room was equiped with normal size desk, newish TV, there was enough light in the room and few chairs. Furniture was modern, but not the most expensive one. Bathroom was great, nicelly looking, big shower, heating was under the floor tiles, which is great in the winter. Breakfast was also great with variety of food offered (fruits, marmelades, nuttella, sausages, salamies, bacon, eggs..) - there was surelly something for everybody. Dinner was offered by the restaurant inside the hotel - I definitelly recomend to to check it out. We had 3 times dinner there, italian style dishes, delicious for fair price.

We booked this hotel for a long weekend away with some friends. The location is great to explore the city and all the amenities you need around it. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a choice of breakfast for all tastes. The rooms were very clean and fresh. The reception staff was very helpful and always smiling. I would recommend a visit to the SPA accessible from the 2nd floor. I could not fault our stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from a bit of a random trip to Szczecin (not one of the popular places in Poland) after finding some very good flights. I also found a very good deal for this hotel and could not have been more impressed. The hotel arranged for transport which was great and not expensive. On arriving at our hotel we were met by Adam on reception, an absolutely delightful young man and so very very helpful. The room we were given was lovely, however, it had a standard double bed which seemed very small. There was no problem with changing the room Adam sorted this out for us in no time and we were given a room with a king size bed. The rooms were gorgeous, very plush and welcoming with a fridge containing a few cans of soft drinks; there was also water and tea and coffee in the room, all complimentary. The hotel decor was fabulous; there were amazing chandeliers on every floor landing area and in reception and the hotel restaurant too; the whole hotel reminded me of something out of the Great Gatsby era! Bathrooms had a walk in shower area (only downside was the tiny bath towels). We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening; the food was wonderful and at an amazing price. Breakfast each morning was included and was very good; plenty of choice. Could not fault it at all. Staff here are so very professional and in particular Adam who looked after us the whole time really; he was such a delightful young man, spoke very good English, arranged taxi's etc and answered all our questions. He is an absolute asset to this hotel! You really do feel this is a very special hotel; having stayed in many hotels all over the world this one really stands out for me, decor, service, just about everything about this hotel was superb - and that is from one very fussy person!!!

Very very nice hotel in the old part of the town close to the castle. Nice little parking behind the hotel through a very narrow *tunnel* be alert when you are driving through. The room was large and well equipped it even came with sparkling water every day a nice touch, everything in the room was in good condition and generally a pleasant stay. Breakfast was nice and you could order omelet, scrambled eggs or whatever your heart/stomach could desire. I would definitely like to return and I give Hotel Zamek Centrum my highest recommendation so if you are looking for a great hotel in the center of Stettin don't wait any longer just book a room :-)

We arrived five minutes early 11:55 from Copenhagen at SZZ (Goleniów Lotnisko), which was fine as the transfer we booked would leave 12:20. It had seemed very short connection time when I booked and paid our seats with Follow Me - Interglobus. I shouldn’t have worried because we brought only hand luggage and the plane parked close up to a small airport building. We just walked into the building and in the end we found the waiting taxi bus 12:10. The transfer took us to Szczecin Central train station and the bus stop for Follow Me and Flixbus along the street ul. Kolumna. We just had to back track 300m to find the main entrance to the train station and the stops for both trams and local buses. I cannot tell you how to get tickets to trams and local buses as we could travel for free with our ID as both of us were over 70 years of age. We took tram 3 but realised later that we would have come closer to the hotel by taking three stops in bus 75 to Plac Zwyciestwa. (There is a church across the street where you get off and the bus stop for the return journey with bus 75 to the central station is on the other side of the church by the petrol station. The last stop is by the central station entrance but get out straight away before the bus starts picking up passengers for the journey back. ) Walk in the direction of the disappearing bus, pass two side streets and walk slightly right into the third street aleja Wojska Polskiego. Look for the triangular planting separating the different directions of the street. Walk up to the pedestrian crossing, and cross over and turn right and you should by Café Koch, walk on and turn left into a short alley and City Aparthotel reception is right in front of you. (Beware the little alley won’t appear on most smart phones as it isn’t a proper street and the phone might take you a round about way to the hotel.) City Aparthotel asks for a deposit of 30% when you make the booking. When arriving we paid the rest and added breakfast to the sum. The reception is open 8:00 – 20:00 hours. The hotel does not have its own breakfast room so breakfast is served 7:30-11:00 in Café Koch a hundred meters away. Breakfast is quite substancial with coffe, tea, juice, milk, cornflakes, fresh fruit, fruit shots, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, ham, chorizo, sliced bread, breakfast buns, cheese, cottage cheese, egg halves and more. The hot stuff is scrambled eggs and sausages. My sister and I had booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. We were really pleased when we entered the combined hallway and kitchenette. It was very well kept, looked new and the location kept traffic noice away. The bathroom with shower was of a good size. The provided fan was in good use during the hot days when we stayed there. The free Wi-Fi with a proper password and not open to the neighbourhood worked wonders. The entrance to the building has no steps and there is a lift serving all floors. I ckecked in our
