Beautiful hotel in the small place of Pufels, convenient to reach through the own tunnel. The room was really nice, a little older but super clean and I find it had Flair. The rest of the hotel seems rather modern. But above all, it is a hotel where you feel so well and you realize that the owners enter a lot of heart blood. All employees are really very friendly and you feel very welcome. But the best of all is the evening menu, which is tabled for €25 is really looking for the same. Normally I am not such a fan of eating at the hotel because I prefer to support other businesses when staying with, but in that case I am very happy to have eaten here. Also the breakfast buffet was really very nice open despite Corona. I will nevertheless stay here again when I am in the area.

I fell in love with their SPA area with all the facilities: many sauna rooms, different drinks, ice baths, relaxing room BUT the hot outdoor pool is amazing, especially in the winter. They also have breakfast and lunch so you don’t need to waste your time looking for restaurants. The staff is so kind - they give you all the information that you need. There was a young lady who made me a delicious coffee every morning. The rooms are spacious and cozy and the cleaning is well done. You also have an amazing view to the Dolomites. Aaand you can also have fun in the evenings by mixing your favourite cocktail. 🤍 I will definitely come back because I want to visit the Dolomites in the summertime.

We stayed here with dog and baby, the room was large, with an entry furnished very practically to keep the dresses and shoes, parachutes, bags, etc. wide bathroom with bidet, tin, towels, everything very clean. The beds are comfortable and of good quality, large. Brink is generous and fresh, there is everything you can ask: corns, fresh bread, cereals, different types of milk, meat, salads, and lxs messerxs are very kind, always ready to help. The best thing is the service: I forgot some shoes and they made me a pleasure to send them back by mail without cost. If we return to Ortisei, we will return to this place. Thank you for everything!

I was in the restaurant and remembering the good food I came back this time and I had a very good food that for three nights with my family we could only have dinner in this room. Location characterized by the foot of the mountains, with a large square where some campers are parked. Great food : Canedo, gulasch, Milan cotlet, strudel...comunque every really good size and, in my view, the kitchen can be considered one of the best of all Ortisei. This hotel is an oasis. I got an amazing massage and used all the steam rooms and saunas and boy was it relaxing. Everything is stunningly picturesque and serene. We even used the outdoor pool in mid October and I have never been in a pool so heated and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating and the most helpful. I would return many times over and recommend this place to anyone. It IS as nice as it looks in the pictures.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We fell in love with this hotel in a visit during the summer and had to stay again, this time in October to see the larches in fall colors. There is so much attention to detail in the interior, service, amenities and food! All the staff were so welcoming and kind! The food deserves a particular mention. The half board is an incredible value for the quality - the dinners we have had here are among the best we’ve had in our entire lives. We cannot wait to return as soon as we can to see the rebrand and hope it’s every bit as magical on our third visit.
