Very clean, there is a separate small living room, as well as a desk and swivel chair, which is convenient for work and travel. There is a microwave in the room for heating food. The location is good, close to the subway and bus station.

We stayed at the Dylan Hotel on both ends of a 3-week trip to Europe and it was such a pleasant experience both times. The hotel itself is charming. The rooms are comfortably furnished, and each one has a record player and several albums to play on it—a treat for our 8-year-old! In addition, the lobby is well stocked with snacks and drinks—including adult beverages—as well as games and books for all ages. The staff is very pleasant, and the location is ideal for getting to and from SFO quickly and easily. We also took advantage of the long-term parking option, and the location of the garage is very secure.

The hotel is very new, there are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with a small kitchen, it will be very convenient if you bring children and want to cook a light meal. You can eat whatever you want for breakfast, and there is a charge for Internet access. I thought there was no charge and I connected to the Wi-Fi directly. When I left, I charged 20 US dollars💲.

I booked a hotel near San Francisco Airport. The hotel is very big and there is an airport bus. After breakfast in the morning, I started my day's work. I was in a good mood. The hotel breakfast was delicious.

If you were driving by you'd think, typical old-school motel. But management has done a very nice job updating and upgrading the property. They added security barriers with key access so their isn't a ”parking lot entry” to room like a typical mote. Hardwood floors, marble bathroom, faux fireplace, decent bed and linens makes this a good deal. One tip, there is a second floor on one part of the property, be sure to get either a ground floor room away from that or the second floor as the ceiling is very ”echo-y” and you can here everything upstairs.

I prebooked a room for one night at this hotel on this app after I arrived at SFO International airport. I had a fantastic experience. The room and facilities were clean. The front desk staff and managers were amazing to me. I unexpectedly had a problem paying a deposit with my overseas Unionpay debit card (they do take Unionpay, no idea what the problem was) and a visa gift card (not my fault this didn't work). They graciously allowed me to stay despite my cards not working. The hotel shuttle runs on time and it did pick me up the previous night and took me back to the airport at the area I needed. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport and very convenient to spend a layover at. Thank you for your hospitality and I will stay here again in the future if I get an opportunity too.

Clark was a fantastic host with a pleasant manner and great skills. The breakfast was better than I was led to believe. Comfortable quiet room. Nearest restaurant isn't best. FYI. Construction does not diminish comfort level. The pool looked awesome!

If I were to fly to SFO, this Grand Hyatt would definitely be my first choice. It’s just three or four stops away on the red line. Just go downstairs and you’ll find the front desk. It’s different from traditional American hotels. It has a full range of supplies, including slippers (on the top of the closet). In addition to toothbrushes and toothpaste, you need to bring them yourself. It comes with everything else, even a kettle... There is a capsule coffee machine, the room is quite large, the sound insulation is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. If you arrive early and have a room, early check-in can be negotiated, and you can lie down directly for a few dozen dollars. You have to pay for breakfast, but the quality is okay There is a small supermarket on the fourth floor Takeaway is very convenient, UBER EAT takes minutes, there are Chinese food, Malatang and Japanese food, just remember to take it in the elevator next to the chandelier.

For the price, we were surprised and how nice the hotel was. The lobby was well organized, competently staffed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Hotel hired taxis to ferry guests to the airport due to a shortage of shuttle capacity. We would definitely stay here again.

Just disgusting. I stayed in room 105 and around 11:30pm discovered and then captured a bed bug. It was too late: I had more than 40 bites. - 7 on my inner left fingers from thumb to pointer finger - 9 on my pinky finger - 2 on my wrist - 11 on my forearm - 2 on my forehead - 3 down my left side - A cluster of 7-10 on my lower right stomach - 3 on my back - 3 on my upper arm - 2 on my foot I submitted the bed bug to management, Seema, the manager who arrived the next day said, “ We’re not qualified to assess this and will need to have someone come in, people stay at Motel 6 and bring these with them, and I will be in touch.” A week later, I opened a case with Hilton, heard from 3 different guest relations representatives via email with NO resolution or compensation, of course I moved to another room and then to another hotel. I also submitted photos of my bites over 2-3 days. They’re still healing, I’ve lost sleep and had to take Ativan, these bites and their oozing and crusting over have caused me tremendous stress. I wasn’t even offered a first aid kit! Do NOT stay at this Hilton property.

I went to the front desk 4 times and paid more money to get a sea view room. You can see planes taking off and landing, but it's a bit noisy during the day. The surrounding environment is not bad. It is a 10-minute walk from a famous Chinese restaurant. There is also a very good lobster restaurant nearby. The services and facilities are average, and the lower-level waiters don't understand English.
