Hotel is new, rooms are large and well equipped. The service is good, although the breakfast variety is small, it is okay and can be full. The important thing is that the guests are locals, indicating that the recognition is relatively high, which is a wise choice.

Great location to the nightlife in Armory Square and to the Most Museum. Our room was clean, comfortable as were the public areas. We enjoyed the pool. even though the area was being re-painted. We appreciated being able to use it, as some hotels shut down their pool areas during a re-model. We also liked being able to watch You Tube vids on the TV. Windows also open, which is a great plus! Know Before You Go: Parking is expensive! No free breakfast. Their bar/food service not open on Sunday Evening. If you want snacks or drinks, the cost of the food/bevs in the small store is very expensive but there is a convenient store across the street. Pool is SHARED with the Residence Inn next door. We lucked out in that it was not crowded for us, but, just keep this in mind. Some restaurants in the area are open on a Sunday night but you will have to do some walking or ride share service if you want more choices. We would definitely stay there again.

Very good hotel with new facilities and large rooms. The services provided are typical American hotel services, but they are sufficient. Parking is easy, and there are many American fast food and Chinese restaurants nearby.

We were going to a show at the Landmark Theatre (just in the next block from the hotel). Not far from the Oncenter, either. Turns out you can get a discount for rooms with Landmark tickets, nice surprise. The hotel is wedged onto a corner downtown - if you can park in the little lot around back, go for it, the tiny pull-off out front is, well, tiny. They have valet parking from the pull-off, at a bigger lot about a block away. Everyone we dealt with - desk staff, omelet maker for the included breakfast, even the maintenance guy we talked to in the elevator - were really really nice and helpful. The room was fairly spacious, with an actual kitchenette, even a 2-burner stove and full refrigerator. If I had a criticism, it's that the lights are a bit weird, with the switch by the door turning on the kitchen lights around the corner. That is really the only negative I can come up with for the place.

Hotel is ok, not new but clean and tidy. The basic equipment and facilities of big-name hotels are still guaranteed. There is not much risk in choosing this type of hotel. There are many friends and sisters in Syracuse, so it is necessary to go to the wrong place.

Near Syracuse University, walk for up to ten minutes, personally think that it is the most cost-effective hotel around Syracuse University, hotel facilities are general, but very clean, the hotel lobby is being repaired, the hotel has free drop-off service, not far from a small pizza shop Pizza is delicious, this hotel is recommended!

Breakfast is the same every day, and the location is next to Syracuse University. The decoration facilities of the hotel are relatively outdated and the bed is too soft. We booked it for 4 days. We couldn't stand it until the third day and we had to change the hotel. Ctrip’s policy on room reservations is not flexible enough. When encountering special circumstances, they need to communicate with the hotel. They will refuse directly. We negotiate with the hotel and the hotel basically agrees to refund one day’s room rate. As long as Ctrip communicates with them, it’s fine. Ctrip customers directly Tell us that because we ordered no refunds, we can't communicate and feel depressed.

Best part of stay is that the hotel is directly within the hub of the campus and a street over from Marshall Street, the campus' business sector. Not much of a variety of foods, but no worries because 5 minutes away you can order any cuisine of your liking on 'M' Street. Perfect hotel for family members of students who attend S.U. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only complaint was my room was cold and shower force was limited, definitely a facility preserving energy use! But overall, a good hotel!
