I have been to other Extended Stay locations, in a few different states, and this one particularly impressed me. Staff are friendly, helpful, and courteous. There is someone on site at all times. The suites are clean and spacious, and the premises throughout have modern upgrades and convenient features. The laundry room is kept clean, and all the machines are in perfect condition, as this is a newly built hotel. The machines work with both credit card and phone app, and if you get the phone app, you get a free wash and dry @ a value of $5 total. Extended Stay is a good value for the amenities. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is there's no pool. There is a nice area out back where you can unwind and relax, though.

Absolutely not what we were expecting for a Hilton. Rooms werent cleaned properly, used water bottles found in the fridge and behind the foot stool. Razor sharp bow n arrow top found in the closet and the Thermostat was faulty and kept saying low batteries even when brand new batteries were put in TWICE. The main door didnt even close and the maintenance team had to come take the door off and replace it. Lauren was amazing at helping us during our entire trip.

My brother had an interview at Hamilton High School in Chandler. We wanted to stay at the Comfort Inn but it cost $162. At the Chandler Inn it cost $89 for one night. While my brother was at the interview, I stayed at the hotel and hangout in the room. Our room was nice, it had 2 beds non-smoking room, microwave, refrigerator, and a really nice LG Flat-Screen TV with COX Digital channels. The receptionist Jennifer was really nice and she understood my needs because I requested a late check-out so she gave it to me until 1:00 PM which I was very appreciative. There was no complimentary or continental breakfast but there was a gas station right next store if you wanted to get something to eat or drink. My family and I are definitely going to come back very soon and stay here longer.

We stayed here several years ago for Cactus League with the whole family. It was a good value then. Thankfully things haven't changed for the worse. The hotel still offers a hot breakfast with even more items than last time we were here. The rooms were upgraded since the last time we were here. We had to cut our trip short because of the unfortunate cancellation of spring training season due to the ongoing virus. I want to thank them for not charging us for the entire non-refundable 6 day trip we had booked.

We checked into this hotel in the midst of COVID 19 because my husband has a critical job and was on a work assignment. We got into our hotel at 3 am and were told our hotel was no longer serving breakfast due to new restrictions that all hotels now had to abide by. They also told us the pool was closed, but the gym was still open. Our company was charged 230.00 per night and there would be no reduction of rates due to the virus even though food was not being served. They offered bags in the morning with water, a piece of fruit and a granola bar. Upon researching for another hotel, a Marriot product, we found out they were still serving a nice hot breakfast and their pool was still open but not the gym. This made way more sense to me as a nurse that the gym would be closed. The virus hangs out on metal and plastic not chlorinated pools! Some of the people at the front desk were quite rude and unaccommodating ! We asked for a few extra plates and bowls for our room, since we now had to do more food preparation. The girl ( Madison) would not help get us anything extra we might need and was so rude. Steve and Mariah were very kind and apologized , they were great but Steve insisted that other hotels had cancelled all food service and the use of swimming pools. We had to stay in Arizona for 2 more weeks so we started looking for better accommodations and found the Marriot Residence Inn which has been FABULOUS!! We are no longer going to use Hilton Products (and we are diamond status) mainly because we feel they told us wrong facts and took advantage of the virus! They laid off many of their workers, where the Marriot has tried to keep a full staff. There is NO comparison between the two companies.

When you first checked in, Aliya welcomes you with a warm and comfortable feeling. She's very friendly and easy to talk to if you have a problem with your stay. When we had a problem that another host could not fix. Aliya found and fixed the problem for us making our stay a lot more comfortable. I give her a 10 out of 10 star rating. Super 8 has a really good employee. I hope they see that and recognize it. Aloha... 😁🤙

The good: Front desk staff and maintenance guy were friendly. The bad: This was our staycation choice to celebrate our 26th anniversary. Got to our room to find the air conditioner was broken and room couldn’t get cooler than 82°. Not a big deal - they moved us into an ‘upgraded room’. When we got to the new room we found it to be the exact same basic room as the first one. The AC cooled sufficiently but literally every 20 minutes throughout the entire night the AC would turn on and it sounded like a cross between someone violently breaking through the door and a jet engine spinning up and breaking apart. I am a heavy sleeper and I must have woken up 20 times. At 8am (in between AC rocket launches) we gave up trying to sleep with the banging and yelling of the construction workers. The AC filter in our 2nd room looks like it hasn’t been changed in 10 years - completed disgusting. This ‘upgraded’ room was right in the middle of the section of rooms they are remodeling the bathrooms. And don’t let ‘re-modeling’ fool you into thinking this will be a nice place to stay after the remodeling - they are only redoing the bathrooms. The bedroom areas are still old and dilapidated and the exterior and grounds are what you’d find at a 3rd rate apartment complex. We only paid $90 but I wouldn’t stay here for free - unless you don’t care about actually sleeping comfortably. Oh and they gave us 4 free alcoholic drink vouchers to ‘make good’ - but yeah - we don’t drink alcohol - but you didn’t bother to ask. I expect they will respond with some BS like ‘sorry about your experience - we are currently remodeling which is the reason for all your problems’. So I will address that here - your management is the problem - if you can’t ensure a pleasant stay - you shouldn’t be open.

The reason I would stay at this hotel is because I’d need quick access to get to Tucson. Beyond that, there is almost no redeeming quality to this hotel when compared to nearby options of the same chain. The hallways were oddly dirty and the ceilings had several weird holes and cut outs for some sort of electrical or sprinkler problem(?). The community area for breakfast was tiny for the size of the hotel. At one point a number of football fans over took the entire space and were absolutely obnoxious, shouting profanities and really being inappropriate, with no effort from staff to control this. It’s always fun when my five-year-old gets to hear multiple F- words shouted at the top of someone’s lungs. I could not go to breakfast and get a cup of coffee without a hassle. Both mornings the coffee was out when I tried, and it took me a while to find a kitchen person to refill the coffee. Annoyingly, they closed up breakfast before their end time on our third day, Monday. What’s the point of having an end time set if you don’t actually honor it? The pool was pretty tiny. Most unbelievably, they charge $10 a night for parking. This was astounding to me as there is nothing but retail in the area and plenty of parking everywhere. They didn’t inform us of this fact until after our stay (in fact, on checking in they didn’t even ask if we had a car) but it was absolutely inappropriate. We happened to visit the area of two other Homewood Suites (One in Chandler, the other in Phoenix proper) – they both looked much nicer, with larger pools, nice landscaping, plentiful parking and basketball courts. A quick check of pricing puts them in a comparable range. I really enjoy The Homewood Suites setup. It is great for our family and these rooms were comparable. But, for the same room set up, you can get much better.

The queen beds were not as comfortable as expected, although the king bed was sufficient. There was little street noise, even though we were near the highway. The breakfast was just pastries, muffins, bagels, energy bars, and juice, and they ran out of food one day at 7:30 am, we were underwhelmed. One day there were no sheets on the bed, so we had to ask for sheets (no big deal) but then they gave us an incomplete set and a thin blanket that was insufficient. We had no towels one day and had to go to the office and ask for towels , and they only had two. I heard other similar complaints, so corporate may not be giving them an adequate supply of materials. Plenty of parking available. Samuel the day manager provided good service and tried to be accommodating, however his resources were limited. The other male evening manager was not as helpful. The price was ok, but do we want to go back?

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the suite was very spacious. The suite had everything you would need - full size fridge, stove, microwave, utensils, cutleries, etc. They even had 3 TVs and enough towels for everyone. Location was good; nearby to eateries and parking at the hotel felt safe. The following may be improved:- The pool closes at midnite (which is good to the swimmers but not so good for those sleeping in the rooms right next to the pool) as this allows some guests to raise a ruckus even after 10.30pm. There is no lock in the respective bedroom doors. And when you close it, there is a gap in between the doors. This causes a lack of privacy. The breakfast was mediocre. The fruits were not fresh on the first breakfast and there were no changes to it the second day breakfast too (apples were rotten inside though it appeared fresh outside). Highlighted this to the Receptionist and fruits were changed on the third breakfast to fresh ones. Breakfast had raving reviews in TA but we personally felt the variety & quality (even the coffee) was nothing to shout about (in our opinion). Check in could have been managed better. We arrived early (1pm) and was told room will be available at 3pm as the room is being cleaned up which is perfectly fine and understood. But we were not informed that the room which was being cleaned up was the one in ground floor (we had requested for high floor). We understand this was just a request and is subject to availability but this could have been advised to us at that 1pm. But only upon check-in at 3pm, we were advised that our room was in ground floor and to get a higher floor room, we will have to wait for another couple of hours as the Reception staff had no control over the cleaning staff and thus unable to commit when the room will be ready. With elderly parents and kid with us (who are light sleepers), the way this was managed put us off abit.

My husband and I had a trip planned to Phoenix...as the country was shutting down due to the virus COVID - 19. We flew in on a 1/2 empty plane. Marriott Phoenix Chandler served us well...even though they were mandated to close down certain services. As Titanium Elite Status ...we have seen many hotels over the years. This Hotel can rate up at the top . I so wish we could have seen it being enjoyed by many more. It was sad to hear of the layoffs they had to do...but the Assistant Manager Paul made sure we had everything we needed. The M Club is amazing! They had to adjust the service in there also ...but we totally understood. The weather was great so we enjoyed relaxing at the pool. The Hotel was clean and modern. If I had to say one thing....I like a clock in the room also. But...many hotels are going away from clocks. We will be back to the Phoenix area and stay here again...once this virus is all behind us. We need get back to traveling again...and making memories. Stay safe and Wash your hands !

Because this location is so close to family, I gave it a second chance. First of all they promised the pool was heated. It may have a heater but it must not have been turned on for my visit! Guess I should have asked if the heater was turned on and actually working! Hoped to have my great nephew have a big time swimming and playing in the pool! Nope....very cold. The hot tub water was such a funky color, I would not let him get in there either! On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable. The next morning as we were getting ready for the day, I discovered that the iron did not work. And then the hairdryer did not work. Took both to the front desk. At this point, I was in a bit of a hurry to get on with my day. The ladies at the desk had to try to get these to work. Perhaps they did not think I knew how to turn these on. I got an iron but did not have time to wait for them to mess with the hair dryer. I did not get a word of apology or customer service! As we were leaving through the lobby, these two did not even acknowledge us....let alone ask if they could help out with a new hair dryer! I am not one to cause a scene at the front desk....I travel a lot for work so understand the hotel business. I also know that Holiday Inn is not the Ritz....but a little customer service goes a long way! Before I published here, I did reach out to the hotel. Sorry I did not hear back from them! The location is perfect the property is clean with lots of parking etc.

Took a long weekend to the Phoenix area and used the hotel as our home base. Quick check in and we were able to get a room on the top floor, which we always prefer. Very spacious room for a one bedroom suite. The room itself did not disappoint. The amenities did not either. The morning breakfast was mainly American food of eggs, sausage, toast, waffles and oatmeal. Plenty more than that as well. The layout of the common area’s was just extraordinary. From the outdoor area with a continuously burning fire to the nice gas grills residents can use it was pretty amazing and to have a small lake next to it added to the look of the property. No complaints at all here. If back in that area we would stay again.

Booked a random room for the hotel. When I arrived, I gave a smoking room and said there was no choice, but it was too bad. I added 30 US dollars to upgrade and the room was just as bad. Still facing the most noisy street, the windows were not soundproofed at all, and it was difficult to wait a second, let alone sleep ... Finally, I added 50 US dollars to wait until the latest building to live. The rest of the rooms are about 1-2 stars. There is a feeling that the low price will lie to you and let you increase the price. You will not order this plan online again !! This sales method is too bad ...
