Clean and comfortable room Hotel staff was very accomodating to our needs - we had no personal transportation when we arrived but their shuttle picked us up quickly from the airport with a very friendly driver. Called us a cab to our destination the next day with their "instant cabby call button" which I thought was a great thing to have in a hotel, especially one in the Vegas area. Only nitpick I can find is that the accommodations being separate from the office building leaves the staff a bit frazzled as they seem to be also responsible for guest services at the other Marriott hotels as well i.e. young lady at the front desk answered my phone call as "Courtyard Henderson" one time. Also, as a note to other travelers, the area is sp**** as far as restaurants is concerned.

My son and I stayed at Sunset Station 1/22/22 and had a great time. They let us check in early (about noon) and we went to drop our stuff off in the room. The room was nothing real fancy, but the beds were very comfortable. The ****** floor was huge and it was no problem to get a cocktail waitress to take our order. We gambled from 12:30 till midnight and didn't get robbed like we did in most other ******s. I loved the décor and the restaurants were very good. We will be back.

First, upon check11-in, they had misspelled my last name, and therefore had no record of my reservation. Then, although a Hilton Club member, they somehow had three different “accounts”, all from other addresses I had lived at. Which means, ever time I had made a reservation, Hilton created a new member number, thereby confusing my most recent check-in confusion. As my wife and I entered our room, we had to listen to part of the management, alongside local police, tap repeatedly on the room opposite us and requesting admittance. I have no idea what was going on, but immediately regretted my reservation at this hotel. The final straw was trying to log in to the “free wi-fi”. It asked for last name and room number, which I correctly entered and was informed no such guest existed. Upon contacting the desk, I was told I had not been checked in yet. I informed the curt employee that You had charged my credit card with no problem, so how am I not “checked-in”? She double checked and had the wrong room and said we had a dog. Of course, upon physical check-in, we had no dog, and were given a choice of what floor to stay on. This hotel is simply poorly managed, and clearly the right hand has no clue what the left is doing. We will be leaving sooner than we wanted, but there is no way in hades we’re staying longer than necessary. There ARE better choices, sadly we did not choose the right one.

Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $200 for a 2 queen suite. In the first room they gave us, the A/C didn’t work. I’m the second room, the sofa bed was broken and not usable. On top of that, the fan in the bathroom does not work, the drain plug for the sync is inoperable and we had to pry it out with our fingernails to use the drain. The bath tub did not drain adequately and pooled water. The shower head did not fully engage so you had half shower half tub faucet going while bathing. The entire property is old and run down. In the entry they have a curtain draped to hide construction or something. Not worth the price. Extremely frustrating to pay this price for this crap. Don’t stay here, go somewhere else for the price.

Stayed for 3 nights in April 2022. Arrived extremely late at night, but I had called ahead to let them know and they were ready for me when I arrived. They have a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub. Also, while you are poolside there is a gorgeous view of Sunset ****** next door with planes flying behind it every 10 mins or so. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet, and a cocktail hour with live music. Outside there is a walking trail that will take you directly to KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Burger King - and some bar/grilles. The staff was completely amazing. Would stay again and again.

I didn't eat breakfast, but had a dinner when I arrived in the evening. So affordable, this is the most affordable burger, chicken wings and steak I have ever encountered in Vegas! There are a lot of middle-aged and elderly people in this store. It can be seen that they are old customers, and they are also coming for the price. It is recommended to stay overnight. If you want to experience the Vegas strip, don't set it here.

Stayed during the CES show because the price was chosen here. Originally thought it would be older, the room is actually very nice and clean, it ’s OK to renovate ~~ Traveling is really not very convenient. There are not many free buses in the hotel and there are few locations. Uber travels mainly, and it takes about 15-20 knives to get to the urban area. If it's not for the price, I personally think it's better to be an urban hotel, and a taxi is a lot of money. The casino is relatively small and there are few people playing. It is a good place to play because it is small.

We were flying out of Vegas early in the morning and needed a property close to the airport, but also allowed us to leave our car at the property while we were gone. The one night room and the parking price was very reasonable. Everyone at this property was extremely polite and helpful from the front desk to our shuttle driver. The hotel was very clean and our room had everything we needed for our very short stay. The complimentary breakfast was great and had a nice mix of hot and cold foods. The drive to the terminal was very brief. While most airport hotels can be noisy, this property was not too bad probably because the airport is parallel to the main runway which runs along Sunset. Our room on an upper floor was fairly quiet. We had a great stay and our vehicle was just fine when we returned (though we were told by several staff members not to park out back). Would definitely use the property again if we needed to fly out early.

If you are looking for a place off the Strip and near the airport, this is a very good choice. Free shuttle service h24 from and to the airport. My room was very big with a King Size bed and a Jacuzzi, which I didn't have time to use, unfortunately. The double sink was very appreciated. Breakfast could be improved, but the possibility to make fresh waffle on the waffle iron was very nice. Snacks and beverages can be bought at the guestroom. The Strip is distant. It can be reached with bus service but I wouldn't recommend at night. A taxi/Lyft/Uber would be better. I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the Allegiant Stadium for the concert I was going to attend. It was the highlight of my stay.

Very friendly front desk . Housekeeping sign wasn't provided ,and when called for housekeeper to take out trash they didn't . I did ask to change rooms the 2nd night , our room smelled so bad of cigarette. We turned on the AC on full blast but the smell didn't go away , first thing in the morning I asked to switch room and front desk was helpful.

This is a pretty nice hotel and I had a very nice room that was clean and had a very good bed as well as a great shower. I found the room to be very clean overall and in good condition as well as the common areas of the hotel. The breakfast is definitely subpar, with eggs that are cooked in the microwave and sitting in a bath of the juice that comes out of them because of cooking in that way. This hotel buys little muffins in bulk and has a little Mexican girl in the back wrapping them individually and Saran wrap and she wasn't even wearing gloves when she did it! The evening clerk was very rude, so after my first encounter with her I avoided contact with her at all cost. The hotel staff is locking all of the doors except for the front door acting like it's a security issue! As you can imagine the parking in front of the hotel was full and I would have to walk all the way around the hotel to get in. As a handicapped individual this was an enormous inconvenience to me and the evening clerk made it perfectly clear she did not care at all about that. She probably shouldn't be working with your guests.

We visited there a few weeks ago and had the most amazing experience. We we're put on the bottom floor in a suite and the room accommodations were great. Very roomy, the shower was big enough to take a bath. Hot water for days. The front desk agent Daniel was very memorable and attentive and you should do what you need to to keep him at all costs. He explained everything and was such a genuine soul and a breath of fresh air. Everything was like a five to 10 minute drive and away from the madness of the Strip. I don't think I will ever go back to the strip after staying here. Your night auditor (talk man) was also very helpful in keeping us in the same room after booking a back to back reservation.

Lake Las Vegas
My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

The casino can't afford it, it can only be here, I didn't expect it to come to the treasure, the level of the four stars. The room was wrong, and there was still someone living in it.

My wife and I are both teachers, so during a very trying school year, we decided to get out of the cold weather and spend part of spring break in the Vegas area where we have family. We had booked 3 nights here and were looking forward to a few days away. However, we got caught in a historic Spring blizzard on the way down, spent 4 hours stranded on the freeway, and didn't make it down for our first night. My wife called to cancel that night's reservation, but made sure to mention that we wanted the other 2 nights. When we arrived, they had cancelled the entire reservation. To make things worse, they would not honor the price we had originally booked the room for. They quoted us the off the street price which was close to double what we had originally booked the room for. Very disappointing after all we had been through to get there. We were able to drive just up the street to a well known resort property who gave us a great rate on a room for us and our two boys. We were so please with the replacement resort, we stayed 2 extra days. As Seinfeld once said, anyone can take the reservation. It's holding the reservation!

Lake Las Vegas
I used to use Westins quite regularly, but utilize a competitor and independent hotels for business and pleasure mostly. Since my wife and I were doing a short trip with our pet dog, we stayed here to access Valley of Fire State Park and Lake Mead Recreational Area. It is a good area for that but to access the Village and amenities there, stay at the Hilton if you can. I agree with others as it is still a nice enough place, but is dated and needs spruced up. It is definitely not up to Westin name and communication and housekeeping are issues. The Envoy app does not communicate with this hotel well . Room had no robes, hairdryer ,coffer creamer, toiletries and towels for one. Long time to get rectified. room had many visible dusty areas and on positioning chair to sit on 2nd day found prior guest's dirty sock. The white tile in the hot tub at the pool had brown scum all over it. This would not be my definition of Westin's "cleaner than clean"
