|7.43km from city centerWe have just moved to London with my wife and we were looking for a nice accommodation for 14 weeks. We thought that it might be good idea to settle in Chiswick in Clayton Hotel as it is not so busy area. However we were totally disappointed. Just a short summary: 1. We paid for one night at the first day as my company had to pay for the rest of accommodation on next day. Next day when I was at work the hotel BLOCKED the room saying that they will not let her into until they get the payment from the company. Nice, yeah? 2. Cleaning service was just awful. It was fine the first couple of days but than they just stopped to change the cups, blankets, toilet paper and even towels! At one day we came quite late to the room and called the reception asking them to bring the glasses as they were not changed dieting the day and they refused saying that they don’t have any late services for that and if we want new cups we have to go down to the bar and take them. The tables had not been cleaned properly so that a lot of spots stayed on the surface. We also asked to change the blankets twice - no result. 3. The final day was even more interesting. We had plenty of luggages and despite the fact that reception kept some of our staff they provided NO HELP in getting our luggage to the taxi just looking how difficult it was for us. Never again, Clayton. Goodbye.

|3.71km from city centerI made a booking through *********** at this place for my nieces and nephew to stay for two days. They were returning from Ireland before flying out of Heathrow and, due to the planned transport strike, it made sense to book something near the airport. I had read through the terms and conditions of the booking and had made the booking under the name of my niece who is 25 years old. After the booking, I received an email from the property that required supply of ID for all persons staying at the property and pre-authorisation of a credit card for a £200 deposit. The requirement of ID prior to arrival is not on the hotel policy, which states that “Guest are required to show a photo identification… upon check-in.” Never have I experience this before! After the the IDs were provided I received a ”We are sorry to inform you that you don’t meet our minimum check-in age which is 25 years, as the reservation is on your name we require you to be at least 25 years old to check in. Additionally, it’s not possible to change the name on the reservation. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause. As your reservation is non-refundable, we are unable to waive cancellation fees for this reservation. The minimum check in age alongside other policies and house rules are clearly stated on *********** for all our guests to read before selecting to book and paying, etc”, All this was incorrect. I called the hotel and was told that although the named person was 25, the others were not. It is not in their policy that “all people” must be over 25 and I questioned the requirement as they obviously allow families with children to stay. I was told that it didn’t matter and they would not be allowed to stay and I wouldn't get any refund (even though the booking was in line with their policy). The pure rudeness, lack of integrity and honesty of this hotel astounds me. I am so disappointed that *********** continues to supports this place with so many poor reviews. So much for a customer focused industry! STAY AWAY PLEASE.

|1.04km from city center+ Positive -This hotel is a little gem its location is perfect for anyone that needs a stop over , the location is about 2 minutes walk from Hounslow Central tub station and the Piccadilly line which then connect you to the main tube lines for London. + Positive -The owner/manager was very helpful in regards to contacting me and asking in advance if I required carparking which I did its chargeable at £10 per night, the carparking at the hotel is only 1 space but I was informed that the hotel also own a 2nd carpark that is within walking distance , Hotel has a bar and from other reviews a great restaurant on this sty i did not try it and chose to take a small walk to Hounslow centre a short walk away and got a great take away from the market food hall , Room i booked a single room but the hotel owner up graded me to different room free of charge , Room had a great curved 55” T.V with lots of channels Netflix and Prime to name just 2 the only thing with the T.V was there was a line/ band running down the screen when it was on and I loved the voice activation remote control , facilities it had Tea, Coffee, kettle and clean glasses ,the room was spotlessly clean bed WoW what a mattress it put Premier Inn beds to shame LOL, bath room and shower was to a high standard there is 24 7 reception and the night porter was helpful on check out. overall A Great place to stay , will definitely be staying again . Only 2 -Negatives the arm chair in room 110 has see better days and the seat was damaged and window blind was worn a bit

|9.17km from city centerI need to preface this with: I booked this 2 months ago for 3 people. We arrived via a side door, checked in and told our room is on the second floor. We weren't directed to stairs or a lift, we just had to find out own way. Once we made it up the four flights of stairs, we were greeted by a room with 2 beds.. But there are 3 of us! We immediately call reception to be told that they are looking into it and will call us back. We sit in our first (YES, FIRST) room for 20 minutes before chasing up with the reception staff. We are told that a colleague is on the way, Great! We meet him in the stairwell as we weren't sure he would be able to find us. He advises that there aren't any rooms as they are fully booked. But sir, we booked a triple room, 2 months ago, why was this not accommodated for at the time? He said that they had a potential room in the basement we can look at. We query if there are 3 beds, his response ”just come and look”. Again, we ask: Are there 3 beds though? - ”Come and look, we can get you more blankets if you are happy with it”. Sorry sir, excuse me? He then informs us that we can leave our bags in the HALL WAY. We are not leaving our belongings in the hallway. We go down 6 flights of stairs to the basement to be shown a studio flat with 1 double bed, a single bed in an office and... yes.. you guessed it.. a sofa. Ah, that is why he said he can get us extra blankets. We inform the member of staff that this isn't acceptable. He states that there are no more rooms. We reiterate that we booked this 2 months ago for 3 people and wonder why we haven't been accommodated. We are THEN told there is a room, but the lights don't work. We go in and the lights do work but one of the beds has been slept in, the toilet is dirty and used (as has the shower) and there are hand prints on the ceiling. The wifi also isn't reliable. We ask for 3 pillows - receive 2 (as the beds didn't have pillows). We tell the member of staff that the toilet is dirty and he says - quite flippantly - ”well.. do you want me to come and clean it?” I'm sorry but he should be saying that he WILL come and clean it. The room has obviously been used and not cleaned at all. We are woken up by people walking up and down the corridor banging loudly (We are in the basement remember) and I am pretty sure someone tried to come in, but luckily we locked the door!

As a disabled blue badge holder, there was a good amount of disabled bays and it was free when I presented my blue badge at reception. Check in was quick and efficient. Only one of the two lifts was working, but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so this wasn’t a problem. We had a room for 2 adults and a child, so a double bed and a bunk bed. The room was small, but we only needed it to sleep and so it wasn’t a problem. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t good. The floor was so filthy, that we just threw our socks away because of how black they were. The mattress on the single bunk bed was absolutely disgusting. I have attached photos. The sheet was just a piece of material folded in half, and wasn’t tucked in or anything which is how we noticed the dirty mattress. It was late when we noticed it, so I sent photos and an email to reception, who immediately offered us breakfast free of charge. We declined the breakfast as we already had reservations elsewhere, and we saw that breakfast was very poor with little on offer. The manager then replied and refunded our stay and cleaned the room. The management/reception team were lovely and sorted things swiftly. We would stay again and have stayed in many Ibis hotels, but I will be checking the cleanliness of them closely in future.

I booked in and paid in advance then on the day, I checked in and offered my photo ID as I had done previously and it had been accepted before, however on this occasion I was refused check-in as they had now decided only a passport would be acceptable which I didn’t have. The unhelpful staff and then the manager offered no solution and just shrugged and said “nothing we can do”. It should again be noted that my photo ID was acceptable before but not now – it should also be noted that the confirmation email only requested “photo ID” which I provided. No specific ID was asked for. So it seems this hotel makes up the terms and condition s as they go and seemingly change them when they feel like it! The room had been paid for so there was no chance of my running off without paying. After some time I finally resolved this by my husband racing home and emailing a copy of the passport which was grudgingly accepted otherwise my I was looking at nowhere to stay after an early, start at 4 a.m., a very long day then finally the hopeless staff at this place refusing entry to a customer who had paid way in advance causing a lot of stress! The receptionist told me they needed the passport to verify the address – however my address is not in the passport so this is a bit confusing. The manager confirmed this as well as confirming no entry and no help. This is really terrible service as they could have easily verified the address with other documents I had but this was not accepted – my ID clearly showed me as senior management at a local large organisation but the staff were unhelpful and seemed totally disinterested that I would have nowhere to stay – this part of London gets booked quickly hence my booking way in advance so the likelihood of getting a room somewhere else was very remote. It would have been simple to verify me but the staff were more interested in being difficult. So my feeling is the staff had maybe screwed up with another customer and had decided to ad hoc changes to the terms leaving me almost stranded. It could also have been a method of releasing a room for someone else – maybe a friend of the hotel. Who knows but I would be very careful using this place as they seem to have some very dubious and “flexible” terms for staying here and you may get caught out. I will never book here again and as a vice president of a large global organisation that hosts many international clients, I would certainly not recommend this place. It's short sighted of this hotel to be so unhelpful as they will have lost business but their lack of help displays a clear lack of interest in the customer. Please book here if you are happy to risk sleeping on the park bench instead of a hotel room! There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Good service by staff.We did not have any hotel meals.
Room was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Had a slight problem with the parking payment (due a new system of clocking in on arrival to which I was not accustomed to), however this was sorted out by the reception staff. As always, love the reception/ lounge area, with all the different sitting areas where one can eat, drink, relax or meet up.Very relaxed and welcoming.

|3.35km from city centerLoved my stay here at Atrium on my short visit to London. Hotel is fairly new and very well maintained. Front office team to the room service was excellent & very polite. Hotel is known for plane spotters paradise because if you can book yourself a room with the view to Heathrow Airport runaway your in for an amazing experience. Hotel is walking distance away to a tube station and from there you can easily get to Central London or other locations. Food is great value for money. You should also check out their pool and the gym.

|1.89km from city centerNOTHING TO LIKE HERE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! - Arrogant, rude and abusive staff, very unhelpful and not interested in guests - Location is too far from heathrow airport and London city centre - requires train and bus changes for both which are very costly and complicated - Dirty Rooms - not cleaned properly and bedding is not changed often. Frequent mistakes with many things not being done properly and needing to be fixed - Staff blame the guests for their own mistakes rather than fix the problem! Guest is made to feel as though its his fault! - Staff Lie and Pretend not to speak English when they make a mistake despite speaking to you in English several times before. How stupid do you think guests are? - Bad Wifi frequently doesn’t work and so data roaming is often required which is expensive - Cold breakfast only and closes very early - no eggs, hash browns etc. Breakfast closed early and missed! - Bar closes too early but many drunk people sitting around all night on the weekend - Restaurant is overpriced for the quality - No phones in the room to contact reception - Directly under the Heathrow flight path with planes flying every minute directly above - There are many airport hotel options which are both closer to the airport and not on the direct flight path - Not in a nice area for family or couples. Unhelpful and rude staff. Hounslow has a lot of gangs of youths roaming around particularly on the high street - Not suitable for business travellers as no computers or printers in the lobby - No fridges or minibar in the rooms - Understaffed and basic requirements of a room and hotel such as cleanliness are not met! Many negatives and no positives! Stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache!!

The guy who checked us in very nice and polite giving information where to go to in the town. It has a large car park with secured gates which is a big bonus for London. The room Was quite small but OK for one night anymore night a bigger room would be better. The complimentary Water coffee extra was all good, a nice big bed and lovey shower room And toilet. I will defiantly return here it’s a great find in London near Heathrow Airport. I rate as fantastic 👏👏

The bus is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are good and convenient. The downside is that the meal is too ridiculous. My wife and I ordered two servings of French fries. The fish is OK.
