|0.67km from city centerCame as part of a group holiday, apartment was clean enough and towels changed as needed. Good amenities in kitchen and spacious rooms and balcony. Our room was at the back of the hotel away from the main road and was pretty quiet. Easy 15 minute walk into the centre for bars/clubs. We loved the rooftop pool! However be aware there is no shade or umbrellas. Also be aware you have to pay a €100 deposit on check in which you get back on check out. And also tax but it wasn’t a lot, maybe like €15. You also have to take out all of your rubbish before you check out, they did check each of our 3 rooms as we were checking out so make sure you allow enough time for this if you’re getting a coach transfer! Overall enjoyed our stay and would book again for a similar trip.

|0.4km from city centerWe visited for my 30th birthday, we stayed for 3 nights, 4 days and I would return immediately. Brilliant hotel with amazing facilities, couldn’t make any complaints. Their roof top pools are amazing, our hotel room faced the pool and the breakfast was delicious! I am gluten free (coeliac) and every morning I was given a baguette, pastry and muffin, along with options on the buffet. We also ate in the hotel for the last night and it was great. I’d actually recommend checking their website as it was cheaper than booking through booking.com etc and you got a welcome cocktail, later checkout and a hat or bag of choice! Perfect location, great staff, I read that people said it’s a calm oasis in the hustle and bustle of lloret de mar and I couldn’t agree more! We loved it and 100% will return if we come back to Lloret. Thank you for a great stay!

|1.32km from city centerWe arrived on 7th October for a week all inclusive. Room was ready on arrival. Room 3018. On arrival to room wasn't impressed with the balcony. It was small and hardly got any sun. I rang reception to see if we could have a room change a cost of 20 euros per day extra but none available. We were 3 floors up and there did seem to be mice droppings on the wall of the balcony. Wasn't happy. The room had a free fridge and safe and also aircon. I asked for a extra key so I could keep the aircon on. The rooms are in need of doing up in my opinion. Cleaners came everyday. The hotel to me is probably 3 star at a push. The staff nice, Reception nice and restaurant. The pool area nice but steps to the over 18s top pool and there was no lift so not good if you struggle with stairs. The entertainment room you go in via a cafe very weired. It's not nice in there. Only went in 2 nights. First night first hour of being in we got our drinks from the pool bar then after an hour a waiter got us some drinks but we couldn't get them ourselves from the cafe. Never known it not to have a bar in there. Then the 2nd night went in didn't notice anyone coming it to take an order. So had to go to the pool bar. Not 4 star plus service. It was very old looking and wasn't nice. So we went out the rest of our holiday. Drinks good size. Cocktails not nice so didnt have any. The hotel very bizarre layout. First 4 days of our holiday we qued half hour to get a cuppa in the morning. I complained and it did seem to get better they changed the settings on the machines, added a extra machine, had hot water jug for tea, and then added a coffee urn. There is definitely need for improvement in certain areas. Food was good but a bit cool. The gym well equipped but no aircon in there. We managed to get a late check out room till 2 for 25 euros. There is 2 showers in the indoor pool and a changing room but no lock on the door it's not private. It was quiet at night that's a plus. Had a nice holiday but hotel I think needs improvements to be a 4 star plus. Especially the inside entertainment area.

|0.96km from city centerPay no attention to the negative reviews! I booked this holiday in January while half asleep and after reading reviews I was worried. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. I emailed ahead to let the staff know we would be arriving late. I got a response quickly and was offered a cold dinner for arriving. I declined and was told that we can have a lunch any day we choose instead (we are half boars so breakfast and dinner) When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely, friendly and efficient staff member. I wish I had her name as she was beyond helpful. Our room was 315 and it was fine. 2 double beds, wardrobe space, decent bathroom with toiletries, hairdryer, bath and fantastic shower. The down side was our neighbours. A bunch of rowdy English men who thought it was appropriate to create all sorts of noise on the balcony until 5am. I visited the reception this morning and was warmly greeted by the intern. I was desperately asking for a new room due to the noise which was no fault of the hotel. He quickly advised the experienced receptionist of my issue and I was given a new room. The reception area was busy with check ins and checking out but the red haired angel on the desk sorted me out promptly. I am beyond grateful. Our new room is bigger and has a sea view! The food at breakfast and dinner is great. Lots of choice and it's very fresh, we have been here 4 nights so far and no dinner have been repeated theres a vast variety every night. There are 3 of us and we have all enjoyed plenty to eat. My son (age 15) is particularly fond of the many pastries on offer in the morning. Every member of staff from reception, pool bar, breakfast, dinner and cleaning staff that we have dealt with have exceeded what I was expecting. The hotel is very big and even in mid October it's busy and they are doing an excellent job. For what we paid for this holiday the value has been excellent. The location is good just a few mins from the beach and and array of bars and restaurants within walking distance it is on a hill though so something to bear in mind if you struggle. There is a car park available for guests charged at €14 a day. The spa is small, must be booked in advance but has a lovely warm pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

|0.83km from city centerWe stayed at the Encantada for a week with 2 children under 12 and had a fantastic time. Check in was slow but the staff were so friendly throughout. Our room was clean and well presented with a sun veranda and very comfy beds. Our towels and bedding were changed daily and the general maintenance of the whole resort was perfect. We were half board, you can choose between dinner or tea by letting reception know each morning, we mostly opted for dinner becausewe found tea from 7pm too late for younger children. The breakfast was a general buffet style with weak coffee but we've come to expect this from Spanish hotels, however the dinner and tea were lovely every day, great selection of all cuisines. Some pre-made food wasn't hot but there was a bar cooking fresh meat and fish to order which was delicious. The pool could not be faulted, perfect for children with an amazing splash pool and shallow areas, we also found the pool bar to be reasonably priced for drinks and snacks (the coffee served here is spot on). The hotel is only a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops, supermarkets and eateries in the area. We can't wait to return next year.

Walls paper thin can hear everything, we complained about noise and they said they would move us if it didn't stop they never moved us. Food- we never got anyway as wanted to eat outside. Drink - cheap and worth it. Staff- not the friendliest staff, bar Monica and the guy at reception with long hair. The worst was paying for sun loungers , they shouldn't adversitie then on their website and not have a term and conditions that you have to pay 15 a day .the other loungers don't get sun until around 1pm. Pool - very clean and perfect. The hotel is at the top of a Hill so bear this in mind when booking if have mobility issues. The staff seemed clueless as to answer some simple questions or to even open the top of a bottle of coke, seemed unorganised. Maybe because it's newly renovated I don't know. Jessica

Once we came to checking in we were allocated 7th floor rooms even though I had asked for ground floor due to person in our group having disability and not able to walk the stairs, staff were great and quickly resolved the issue offering a first floor double room which was even better. The rooms were large and clean, they even had extra blankets incase you got cold. The showers were hot and powerful. We booked fullboard and this was a let down, there was lots of choice but the food was cold and it didn't matter if you went as soon as restaurant opened or later still the same cold food. Whilst we were there it rained all day so we booked the private jacuzzi, all excited and enter the room which was warm, however the jacuzzi was like doing the ice bucket challenge it was that cold. I did ask reception if it was meant to be freezing and was told it should be mediocre. Overall can't complain, the location was great for us. I wouldn't book full board again

This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and also speaking French. The room was beautiful with its swimming pool that lights the night. The buffet was right. It was a little bad to note that drinks are paying and not included. The breakfast is continental type with coffee, confectionery, eggs, bacon, cheese, cereals, ect... It is all you want. Access to the indoor pool, Spa and sports facilities is paying. That is also bad. The final price is better to be determined with the options included than to have to walk with his bank card for drinks and facilities. I recommend this hotel for seniors but not for young people, for 30 years, for quarantine or for 50 years. To relax, be calm, this hotel will be ideal for you and especially there are no children and that, when you want to rest, it's great!

|0.79km from city centerMyself and 2 friends spent 3 fantastic nights here. Don't get me wrong the hotel is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We checked in which took a while, and you have to pay a deposit of 10€ per person which you get back at checkout. The room Was a family room (422) it had a king size bed and 2 singles. A large balcony , the view was a street view and not the best, but we hadn't gone there to sit on the balcony. The bathroom had a whirlpool bath and a shower. The shower was lovely. Good pressure. All spotlessly clean plus there was a fridge in the room. A kettle would have been good to make a drink in the mornings, but other than that facilities were great. Towels were changed daily,and sheets changed once too. We were there to celebrate our friends birthday and emailed the hotel before we arrived to see if there were any Little touches they could offer to make it more memorable. We were really fussy to receive a complimentary bottle of fizz in an ice bucket left in the room when we returned from our walk. You have to pay to use the safe 5€ per day plus a refundable 10€ deposit. The air conditioning wasn't very cool. When we asked we were told that they arent allowed to have it below 23° or above 27°. So it was a bit too warm. The pool area was in the shade until around lunchtime, but we found the sun terrace where the Jacuzzis are got the sun until much later than by the main pool. The sunbeds by the pool weren't great, but the ones on the terrace were lovely, really comfortable. I think in peak season sunbeds would be an issue as there werent very many, however being october, we didnt have any issues. We took our own pool towels, but some guests were using the ones from the rooms. I was disappointed to see we couldn't use our floaty in the pool, but given its size it's understandable. We were all inclusive,the drinks that were included were quite limited (only 3 cocktails ) which weren't very nice, but we got a little creative with the options available. ( the whiskey cream is lovely when added to the chocolate milkshake,and adding tequila to the strawberry one was also really nice!) The snack bar was also extra. The food in the restaurant was really nice. There was always fresh salad and fruit. Soup,pasta, meat and fish dishes and pizza and chips so no one should go hungry. Desserts were good too! The staff were all really nice and helpful, and very chatty. Especially the ladies on reception. We used the spa which was really lovely. For 18€ you get 1 hours use of the circuit, including hammam, sauna, steamroom, showers and the hydrotherapy pool, with its various massage jets. We also opted to have a massage which was incredible. The therapists were very good and the hot stones definitely hit the spot. All in all we couldn't fault this hotel. Its not 5 star but doesn't pretend to be, you get what you pay for and we thought it was great value. The location Is good. Its ideal

The construction seems very new as all the furniture in room were in top condition. I felt the only downside during our trip was the in-house disco event for our day of visit. |1.45km from city centerWe stayed here in July 19-26th . It was our first time abroad with our two children (9 and 5) . The shuttle from the airport took longer than we anticipated (roughly 1.75 hours ) and we were dropped outside a ‘ Rosamar’ hotel and the guy pointed at it but it was the Spa hotel , I said no we are in Gardens and he pointed again to the Spa one . We went in to it to be told wrong hotel and which way to get to the Garden resort hotel which was round the corner and up a steep narrow street . On check in we were told there was a problem with the air con in the apartment they allocated to us so they put us in a standard room and said to come back the next day and we will be moved to an apartment with better views (pool Views - I hadn’t booked pool Views ) . This wasn’t ideal as the next day I then lost over an hour taking our luggage to the new room but it is what it is . I am super impressed with the hotel . Its absolutely immaculate and all the staff work tirelessly to keep it that way . I cannot fault it at all ! Our apartment was lovely and comfy beds . Towels were changed every day (we didn’t ask the maids too ) and it was fully equipped with anything we might need (cups , cutlery etc ) . The food was so good . Plenty of choice every day although yes after 4/5 days in it does get a bit ‘samey’ . They did have themed nights - burger night Monday (burgers were sooo good ) , chocolate fountain a couple nights . May have been nice to maybe have Indian or Chinese theme night one night . Always fresh pizzas and lovely salad and fruit bar . It can get hectic in the restaurant when busy with people crossing paths etc and almost impossible to get a drink as it’s just 2 people going round with a trolley each . Snack bar was good although misleading as we thought we were getting snacks from the snack bar but no it was the little indoor section of the restaurant with a small AL buffet laid out . Snack bar did plates of crisps . Drink selection good although disappointing it finished at 11pm for AI. Slushies and ice creams for kids Included and discounted price of the menu for pancakes and other ice creams . Pool and slides brilliant . We had ‘poo gate’ one day but the lifeguards were quick to sort it and kept us all out for about an hour whilst the chemicals got to work . Plenty of sun beds although people still queued from 8am (gates opened at 9am) and then ran like Usain Bolt to get a bed by the main pool when they opened. I found it too ‘busy’ right on the edge of the main pool so we didn’t get into they game of running for beds . There’s literally hundreds all around the grounds . Animation team brilliant . Marta and Omar stood out . My youngest loved them ! Was great when they all came in the pool for pool games and let the kids drag them around the water 🤣. We went to Ferreti restaurant which belongs to the hotel which was good and they give you a 10% off voucher . Also went to BlueBar for an enormous cocktail ! We didn’t like the beach m

When we checked in, we didn’t pay the extra 20 euros a night for the sea view room, and we’re given a room with a side view of the sea, overlooking an alleyway. The room was okay, but the cleanliness wasn’t what you expect from a 4*. Crumbs and dust under the beds, lamps at the side of the bed were thick with dust etc. There were no bottles of water in the fridge etc which you expect when abroad. The pastries/fruit & cold options at breakfast were lovely, however the hot options weren’t fantastic unless you like watery scrambled eggs and hotdog sausages & chicken goujons or chips for breakfast. The evening meal we tried the first night, then ate out every night after that. There were very limited options, pasta which never tastes nice when stood about being kept warm, fish and pizza, but we were in Spain and didn’t want basic English takeaway options really, we expected better of the evening meal options. We had an issue part way through the holiday (which was no fault of the hotels) of the guests next door to our room banging on our door at 3am and trying to get in. When we left the room in the morning they’d been sick all over our door. We were moved to a sea view room free of charge, which wasn’t much cleaner than the first room, with peoples greasy footprints still on the balcony glass, and muddy footprints on the wall. You’d expect housekeeping to be wiping these off in a 4* hotel. Rooftop pool was amazing and amazing views, and the location couldn’t have been much better. Overall it was okay, but we expected better from the hotel. Not sure how it’s classed as 4*

|0.66km from city centerWell what a lovely surprise Hotel Anabel was. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It’s a lovely little hotel right in the heart of Lloret De Mar. Five minute walk to the beach. Staff are friendly, rooms are nice, the bar/seating areas indoor and out area are really lovely as is the pool and there was plenty of sunbeds so there’s no fighting over them. The hotel is spotlessly clean, even the pool toilets. If I return to Lloret, and I’m likely to as by husbands friend lives there, I will always try to stay in this hotel. The temperatures were 35 degrees plus when we were out there so the air conditioned bar was very welcome. We only had bed and breakfast as we prefer to eat out locally but the breakfast was perfectly adequate. The only thing we missed was regular cups of tea, being British and there’s no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Nicest hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time to be honest.

The hotel is located on a noisy intersection, far from everything. The bustling center is a 20-25 minute walk (of course to one side). The hotel is very old, the furniture is rotting and falling apart. The stream of water is unstable in terms of temperature, a very cold stream suddenly becomes boiling, then suddenly very cold again and so on.The sink and bathtub are clogged, the water did not go down until we called the plumber.The shower door does not open all the way because of the toilet. You can hardly dry yourself in the crowded shower, let alone get dressed in it. The beds are old, the mattress is uncomfortable and moves all the time. The wardrobe is barely accessible. At all sites, the hotel boasts a refrigerator and a safe. But nowhere is it stated that the use of them comes with a fee of 10€!!! Each! You've rented a room, payd for thr accommodation, an the refrigerator is locked up! Outside the temperature is 38 degrees, you cat even put a bottle of water. We are talking about a half board hotel. I do not have the possibility to put personal valuables in the safe when I go down to the pool, because the safe that is supposed to serve me also requires a fee.this is outrageous. The food, The selection of food is o.k, the tastes are probably personal, it was not tasty for us. The problem that was diagnosed is that the kitchen recycles the food and changes it, serving it as different food. For example: potato cubes that were served in the morning, were served a second time in the evening as potatoes with vegetables.In the morning there was a layer of fresh tomatoes on the tomatoes left over from the evening, but an inedible white layer was observed on the old tomatoes. Waters, if you are thirsty in the middle of dinner, it will cost you, again and and again... If you are cold at night, you won't find a blanket, because the hotel .If you look for blankets, you won't find blankets because the hotel collects them in the summer. Wifi, is unstable! The rooms are clean. The cleaning staff is the best there is in that hotel

It has a lovely roof top swimming pool ( water was cold) with plenty of seats & loungers & a bar which opened at 12 & closed at 9 a little early but probably because it's a quiet area . No bar elsewhere in hotel which is a shame if you want to sit & relax after being out for dinner . Costa Brava is very built up we could see the sea from our veranda we were on 4th floor so if you were below that I doubt you'd have a nice view. In saying that the area is a quiet spot so it's not noisy at night close enough to all the activities & beach just down the road .we were b&b basis so breakfast was included served between 8-10 plenty to choose from if you hoping for Irish sausage & bacon well go elsewhere this is Spain so it's Spanish foods ..loads of breads, cereals , pastries & pancakes so no need to go hungry the only complaints we had was not a great selection of fruit, what was there was fresh but choice was poor also we had our own tea bags but felt the water just wasn't hot enough ..other than that it was good ..don't expect a kettle in room there is a fridge though.showers are good & powerful there are Alo showers at the pool ..we booked through a travel company so we got a great deal . Would we go back most definitely llorrtte de mar is beautiful if you ignore the built up buildings lots to see & do not expensive & loads of places to eat . Loved our stay in the Santa Rosa

|0.66km from city centerMini break in the Spanish sun at Metropol/Miramar Hotels B&B Both hotels are situated along the sea front promenade ,with great views from the balcony and roof top terrace and plunge pool, Miramar approximately 4ft deep and more space for sun loungers , ,Metropol has a smaller pool /jacuzzi ,approximately 20 inch deep , and a few sun loungers and deck chairs , making it a more private personal space,, we found that this terrace area is more suitable for adults chill out , quiet ✅ and no blaring music , Both hotels have panoramic views of the sea and mountains , and away from the rowdy bars & hustle of the main Lloret *****, Both hotels offered friendly and helpful service Breakfast was the usual style buffet selection hot /cold /pastries ,fruit ,etc no complaints as we got a budget getaway deal 👍🏼 Plenty of eateries and cafes etc close by A great base to explore Costa Brava coast ,and walk to further beaches and the Castillo ,taxis are reasonably priced also , Buses depart regularly to Girona old town and Barcelona ,and along the coast to Blanes ,tossa de mar etc , The local bus station is a ten minute walk from both hotels 👍🏼

|0.72km from city centerMy wife and I had misplaced a passport at Barcelona airport but only realised it on the way to Hotel Marsol. You can imagine how we felt. We were lucky to have been booked at Marsol because the assistance and support we had at reception from Aron and Racula could not have been better. They were the right people at the right place at the right time. They were calm and sympathetic and gave us wise advice. They knew the best way to go through the steps of locating or replacing a passport, the best forms of transport to take and made all the bookings for us so that all the thinking and planning was done for us. We wouldn't have known where to start. They helped us with the little things too. Aron offered to take our washing home and do it for us when we couldn't find a laundromat. Raluca had a picnic made for us to take on the early train back to Barcelona that left before the breakfast buffet opened. These little acts of kindness made a world of difference to us. There's more to Marsol than Aron and Racula, such as the location and the restaurant and bar, but what we will never forget was the service we got when we needed it most.

Nothing was labelled though which I think would be helpful. But I enjoyed everything. There was also fresh fruit at every meal which was good. The drinks were nice too and I thought there was a good mix. The room was really clean and the staff were polite. The negatives were our balcony opened onto a service area and some bins. It smelt bad. So we didn't sit out on it at all. There were also big groups of school children and football teams staying. Which was ok but maybe not if you were away as a couple. Most were well behaved but one day there was a really unruly group at lunch. Throwing food about and getting big plates of chips then putting them in glasses with drink. And no adults around stopping them. The pool was busy in the morning but we could get sunbeds in the afternoon. The gardens and plants were really nice too. Overall I'd say for the price we paid it was great. It was a bit loud at night but I think that's to be expected in lloret de mar. I'd go again but maybe not all inclusive because I would've liked to spend more time in the town.

I can only say, that I am really looking forward to going back to Lloret de Mar & staying at the Excelsior hotel next year, & for many years to come. I did tell Miguel, I thought the hotel desrved 50,000 stars due to how I felt about the cleanliness & the staff as a whole. Really great value for money. I would have expected to pay much more for such fantastic service. If there was a problem, the staff were always there to sort it out. Can not praise the whol;e staff enough. I love them all.

Friendly staff except for one lady on reception . Very clean and housemaid very friendly. Just a bit too far from centre as my husband has walking problems but that's our problem not yours ..Thankyou

|0.47km from city centerFor a 5-day stay at this “relaxation” hotel in Lloret de Mar for a short vacation. It is unfortunate to discover the strangest and absurdest room I have seen in the hotel industry. We were given room 416, to avoid absolutely. I hope you like having a toilet as a decorative element because in this room only its presence is useful, the toilet is stuck to the shower and therefore absolutely unusable (photo supporting). So we had to use the downstairs toilet. The room is quite small overall and really lacks storage space. So-called “air conditioning” is ventilation. As the air is not coming in we wanted to open the window, but the calm is non-existent in these places, the noise is incessant and never stops. One morning we went to lunch, the canteen is acceptable, however if you are unfortunate enough to hope to drink your coffee and juice outside on the terrace, not counting the man who will arrive at full speed to yell at you, tearing you away almost your juice cartons from your hands.. the staff is so nice that they are ready to yell at you for anything and everything. It must be admitted that the places are clean, however. The pool is at its highest at 1m40, which is not much to hope for diving, it closes at 6 p.m. The nearest parking lot is 20€/day. I thank the reception, however, for trying as much as possible to improve our stay, but a horrible hotel will remain despite that. Overall the stay was very unpleasant, the places are not welcoming and do not offer any rest. I do not recommend...

|0.1km from city center In July and August , it is impossible to sleep using compulsory cash balls to alleviate the cry , the laughs , the screams , the songs , the doors that cling constantly in the halls of the hotel until some of the entrances are displaced they and all this at any time of the day and especially the night , introduction of foreigners to the hotel to make cowboy , obliged to leave it without finishing our stay and of course no refunds , nor night or parking , a good advice you will spend your holiday elsewhere in summer

|0.39km from city centerMyself and three friends stayed at this hotel for our first girls holiday away,apun arrival the greeting from reception was not the most welcoming and cleaning staff didn’t seem happy to see us, we assumed this was because of our ages we are 21/22 but we look much younger. A personal incident I had with a cleaner was horrible. I came into my room while the cleaning lady was in there to grab a jumper when she started screaming at me in Spanish and led me to the bathroom pointing at some clothes on the floor, not knowing what to do I picked up the clothes and put them in my suitcase. She then proceeded to go behind one of the beds and throw an empty water bottle at me, in shock I left. I did not feel comfortable to report this problem to staff as the previous night my friend was shouted at and got called security on all because she accidentally gave the wrong room number when requesting a spare key card. After these incidents we were all made to feel anxious in the hotel and couldn’t get out of there fast enough! The entertainment staff were lovely is really the only thing I can compliment about this hotel as everything else was ruined because of the treatment we received

|0.61km from city centerOur vacation in Oasis was wonderful, everyone was satisfied, especially in the first days. we were received very joyfully. at the reception, the children were offered gifts, since we got to the hotel on Halloween. I remembered a very bright dinner in the style of Halloween, everyone was in costumes and masks. the food was tasty and prepared also in the style of the holiday. In the future, nothing has changed in the services. all the time the staff was very friendly and even at one point when a very large group of vacationers entered the hotel. For several days, long queues at elevators and queues for meals began. but thanks to the hotel staff, everything was controlled and did not overshadow our further stay. I can confidently recommend this place for a cozy family vacation.

|0.38km from city centerExcellent location,2 minutes from the bus station and 6 minutes walking from the beach,centric,the normal buffet breakfast,the only thing to improve is cleaning,the bathroom was very clean that if but it was missing, The only incident is that it is a hotel where you stay young tourist and don't know how to be **** , less badly I received the arrangement immediately and we could relax very pleasantly.
