Opened in 2021, the Gravity Hotel Abu Dhabi is a great accommodation choice in Abu Dhabi. In terms of transportation, Bateen Airport is approximately 17km away. The nearest airport is Bateen Airport, approximately 17km away. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The only reason we stayed at the hotel was because we wanted to visit Dalma Mall and this was the closest cheap hotel with decent reviews. The hotel is located inside Mazyad Mall which is convenient as there is a Supermart, food court and many shops selling various stuff. The hotel I would say is average we booked a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious had a kitchen and washing machine which was handy. The room's furniture is a little tired but well maintained, the bathroom was clean and tidy. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn't get a chance to use the pool or try the restaurant. The Service staff were very polite and helpful we had a lot of luggage and they arranged a big family cab for us promptly. I'm trying to be as positive as I can be but the place feels gloomy and old.

A good choice for transit accommodation, you need to go through customs, the hotel is across the road, very convenient. But the price is just as expensive as just a transfer. I paid nearly 500 room charges and 383 city taxes and fees, which adds up to 900, which is terrible ... But for those who are long transfers, they spend the night at the airport. It's really too painful. The sign above the airport contains the hotel, but it is small and has a purple moon-shaped pattern. Just follow the steps. It only takes less than 10 minutes to board the plane to the airport in the morning. The hotel facilities are just like ordinary domestic guest houses ... There are McDonald's, Pacific Coffee Shop and two other restaurants nearby, and there is a supermarket where you can buy daily necessities.

My recent stay at the Marriot at Al Forsan was fantastic. The hotel was not very busy and the staff were all wonderful during check in and retrieving my luggage. Additionally the room was large, updated and very quiet. Also, the sports bar downstairs was a nice spot to watch some football. I will be happy to stay again, and soon.

I would like to commend the staff of ibis hotel for the great service that they offered while im staying at the hotel. Everyone was so respectfu and cheerful made a positive vibes, specially the guy in room service named nico (i dont know if i spell it right). He has this very welcoming and friendly gesture to the guest. How many times that he needs to go back from ground floor to my hotel room and hes still showing a friendly and smile.. i could see his love on his job.. great job! Comfortable place to stay..

Room is a bit small to be honest compared to newer hotels however it didn't matter since the staff were always there along the way to make your stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. from parking attendants, restaurant servers to housekeeping, whenever you need them, they are there whenever you need them. we ate dinner at Gabbiano's Italian Restaurant and boy was it delicious and worth every penny, not to mention it wasn't that as expensive at all as well, we were served by Rusith who you can tell loves his job as he served us from start to finish with a smile. overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will come back definitely.

We booked our 1 night stay from 28-29 Feb through Bonvoy points, Deluxe Golf View Room with a balcony. The resort and its rooms especially seems too old and run down. Our balcony in the room was useless as there was a big wall rather than see through unlike other rooms that we saw had a nicer balconies. When we sit in the balcony, you cannot see anything except the wall next to you. Make sure you know what kind of balcony you have. Front Desk - We reached at 01.00pm and understand that Check-in time is 03.00 so didnt get the room which is understandable. So we asked them to keep the room ready and will be back later. Upon asking if they have other room categories and if i want to upgrade, they were not able to explain the room categories and difference and i ended up with the same room i booked online. At 05.30 we came back and some other lady at Front desk received us. She did the whole process again of Check-in which i did at 01.00pm. She gave me 1 key card and informed me to my shock that another key is with my wife and she is in the room. Interestingly me and my wife were standing there and i gave the IDs for our Check-In. Food Experience: We went for our dinner at the Fairway restaurant and ordered Dal Makhani Combo and Pasta. Whoever made the Pasta was just awesome but whoever cooked Dal Makhani was probably not an Indian Chef. The Indian food is at its worst in this hotel. If they do not have Indian Chef, should not even offer the option. Dal Makhani come with 2 piece of Paratha and to our surprise, these were Frozen Parathas that were heated and given with a tasteless yellowish Dal Makhani. When we pay high price for food in a 5 Star hotel, we expect a good quality of food. I can never expect that a 5 star chef is serving Frozen food and just killing the overall concept of F&B in a 5 star hotel. In the morning, we ordered 2 Cappucino in the room. It tasted like drinking a black water with a bit of coffee taste. I wish i would have orderer a better coffee from Starbucks in the hotel lobby. I will never suggest a staycation at this resort. You will be let down by its rooms and F&B which will ruin your overall experience. I agree that they took care of one of my personal request of putting anniversary amenities and the team did a good job with that. Hope the team will take it seriously and make necessary changes to lift themselves up to the 5star standard.

We stayed for 1,5 months from Dec 19 until Jan 20 and have well enjoyed our time in Staybridge. The staff has been throughout our stay very warm in atittude and made us actually feel home. The welcome at 4 am, the kitchen and restaurant staff during breakfast and evening food (even under pressure they kept on smiling and engaging with their guests!), the security, housekeeping and roomservice staff were fantastic people taking care of us. Also the management was remarkably engaged with the ground activities and how guests feel in the hotel. The staff was equally attentive and engaging towards children (I have three of them, 8, 6 and 2 yrs old). Facilities from Crown Plaza and Yas Beach can be utilised as part of the package. Location wise, you are very close to taxis, busses which can take you to Yas entertainment. Well done for a very guest caring team!

Great, price, service is beyond imagination, there is a free bus to and from the shopping center downstairs, Ferrari theme park and Yas Water World, basically a 20-minute trip. The room was quite satisfactory and there were no slippers. The bath water is particularly good. The breakfast is rich and the omelet is suitable for Chinese people to eat. What impressed me the most was that I went out shopping and lost my room card, but there was no charge. There are two bottles of free water every day, and a taxi is 10 kilometers from the airport. The hotel has a swimming pool and it is cool in February. Overall, super satisfied. You can arrange the last day of the trip, drop your luggage and go shopping in Ferrari Park, then the airport.

The Crowne Plaza breakfast has always been good, not to say much. It's easy and free to park here. Room facilities are good and the price is reasonable. Yas Island is relatively quiet and feels different from the city center. However, it is best to think about transportation, we feel very convenient to travel by car.

I booked this hotel again after enjoying my previous stay. The breakfast was poor last time so I opted for a "no-breakfast" booking. It's great to have these options on Trip.com :) Last time, I stayed in room 619 which was awesome! Unfortunately this time they put me in room 625 which wasn't as great. The check-in agent had initially put me in the second floor but I asked him to change it to 6th floor hoping they'd put me in the same room as last time...which they didn't :( The bathtub in 625 was stained and the radio in the bathroom made a continuous buzzing sound which was very annoying because you could hear it even in the bedroom. There was also a horrible smell in the bathroom so I called housekeeping to come in and clean the drains and that kept me awake when I needed the rest after my long drive from Dubai. Retrospectively, I should've just asked them to change my room! I however enjoyed the bathroom amenities ....they're better than what you get in many hotels. I loved the fairtrade-sourced goods. And the Adagio bath robe is to die for! The bathrobe is not made of the traditional towel material, rather a soft, lovely, yet absorbent cotton fabric. However, don't expect your room to come with bathrobe, slippers, showercap etc...you have to call housekeeping and they provide on request

The breakfast is ok. There are Chinese-style fried noodles, fried rice, and Arabic-style food. You can eat well. Several hotels are next to each other. It is next to Hayat. It is not easy to find. Go up and go uphill and keep a little right. Yes, there is the Kadia store on the left. I didn’t see the selling table or what? There is a free parking lot underground. If you are swimming, it is suitable for bringing children. The room with double bed is very large, but the sea view with double bed is very small, not very good. Overall it is great and worth living

This is more of a personal opinion than an out and out review, but I feel I've amassed enough nights at this property to finally say a few words. I've been staying at the Pearl Rotana Capital Centre on an almost weekly basis for around a year. What began as an impressive example in budget quality and consistently positive customer service has sadly evolved into a simply above average establishment. Positives still remain. For what is essentially a 4 star business hotel, the rooms are well designed with a good amount of space. The breakfast is excellent as well as the executive lounge located on the 19th floor. The lounge staff are impeccable, with special mention going to Ghayathri at the lounge. Truly a staff member with the perfect combination of personable service and upper-end hospitality. The breakfast staff including May and Renato (apologies for a potential misspell) are superstars. Aside from a few niggling issues like constant thumbprints on plates, breakfast is a treat at the Pearl Rotana. Now to the aspects that have sadly seen a decline. Front desk customer service. 12 months ago, I could not fault the staff for an instant, and though it is understandable that covid-19 has led to tough times for hotels and guests alike, it such a shame when a hotel you have rated so highly for its service, disappoints you so often. As a platinum member, I am entitled to benefits that I understand are provided subject to availability. I understand the fine print, but when a reception staff member has the word ‘no’ ready to go regardless of availability or not, then you start to get slightly annoyed. It eventually makes a member feel like he/she is begging for what they are entitled to. A shame for a loyalty program when there are plenty around (Marriott Bonvoy, Discovery) that competitively make an effort with their loyalty members. If this is a trend that is set to continue, then it would be advisable for Rotana to simply eradicate the loyalty program and thus stop having to deal with loyalty members that are simply dismissed when requesting services they are entitled to without checking. Now to be fair, there have been times when i have asked for a room upgrade and upon confirmation, the hotel was at full occupancy, and was upgraded at a later time. I am fine with that, and i know what the fine print is, but when certain staff members seem to favor one type of customer over the other and have a refusal prepared, its time to take your business elsewhere regardless of the large number of nights you have spent at the hotel. There also seems to be a robotic approach to dealing with guests. A sort of cattle approach that feels more like the importance of turnover rather than applying a personal touch like simply saying goodbye and we look forward to seeing you again. For a moment I thought about what each staff member might be going through on a personal level but then that thought was met with a "well they can't all be having a bad day at exactl

The lobby is average and the pool is across the road from an underground walkway. The outdoor restaurant opposite is ok, the price is not cheap. No discount. I also lost a new bracelet in the hotel, distressed! The design and decoration of the cafeteria are not like 5 stars, they are very old-fashioned. However, more than 1,000 yuan for two meals can not be too much

Rosewood, as its name implies, is not exclusive to Abu Dhabi. The decoration of the hotel is exquisite and beautiful, the decoration of the hotel is very valuable, and the lighting is very atmospheric. The hotel is strategically located in the bustling commercial district, taking into account convenience and sea views. The outdoor platform of the hotel restaurant and bar can enjoy the city night view from the sea. The restaurant service is warm, patient and professional. The layout and furnishings of the guest rooms are comfortable, especially the decoration of the bathroom is distinctive and high-quality. Concierge services are also in place, proactive, enthusiastic and enthusiastic. Magnificent brand, as always! Praise! The only thing is: Ctrip showed that the reservation was successful at the time, and I also sent me an order confirmation, but at the hotel front desk, the front desk should not check the order anyway. I showed a printed copy of Ctrip's order. The hotel felt that this was the case, so we temporarily resolved it for us on the spot, but it took a lot of time for this. I hope Ctrip needs to strengthen the connection and contact with the hotels in terms of booking Ensure that the customer's order is fulfilled without error.
