The hotel has spring mattresses and the spring rods are literally coming out of the bed. My leg got a very deep cut from the rod and I was bleeding so I went down at the reception and showed him my leg & told the same thing he smiled and said, ”this is not possible, how can a rod come out from the bed”. He sent the staff boy to see what had happened and even he smiled and said, ”that's the spring”. The whole time my cut was bleeding and they didn't even offer a First-Aid. He said, ”how is that our fault that the rod came out of the bed, nevermind I'll give you another room”. I checked out the same day

Visited with family in December. Location wise, the hotel stands at a great place. It is in very close proximity to Law garden market and Riverside. The infrastructure of the hotel is great. They have furnished each room with amazing amenities and facilities. Our room had a spacious bed, wardrobe, sofa and even a table where I could work upon my laptop. It seems that the entire hotel follows a theme of grey colour since the furnishings in the room were in that shade, ***** with almost every other place in the hotel, including the clothing of the staff. Their a-la-carte menu is priced a bit on the higher side but their buffet breakfast was great with many options and the quality and flavours of the food were nice. The one thing that irked me about this place was the level of friendliness shown by the staff. The receptionist was NOT a friendly ***. There was no glimmer of a smile on him on any of the 3 days we stayed here. Asking a question seemed to be a way of disturbing them. You would expect a hotel staff to be courteous and welcoming but there was no such inclination on their part to show any such behaviour. The staff in the dining hall was equally cold and seemed a bit clueless about how to make their guests feel welcome. It was only after the second night, when we tipped them for our stay, did they start asking us willingly if they can offer us anything. Call it an instinct or maybe the high levels of courtesy set by the staff of Click hotels in Junagadh, that I totally felt bummed by the lack of welcome at this hotel. Another thing that seemed odd was the design of the bathroom. The entrance door opens at the centre, with the bathing area on the left and the flush on the right. The door had frosted glass on it and I feel that it was pretty inappropriate. We had to check out early in the morning at 7 AM and they did not have staff to carry down the luggage, except for a guy who was preparing our sandwiches. In the time that he would have come up, I carried all my stuff on my own down the elevator. Bottom line - Not that you will not like your stay here because of the above points but it is just something to watch out for!

First of all, they didn't know that i have booked room. At the moment, room my not available. I waited for few hour. Someone was checking out. Then i got that room second, their bathroom is pathetic. Not clean at all. Taps and pipes were leaking third, they don't provide free waterbottle. Which is the basic amenity in hotel room. It was chargable. Fourth, no ventilation at all. Room was like packed vaccum box. Fifth, they gave just one 3 rs- cost small local soap from which you can't even wash your hand properly. So in conclusion, they didn't provide basic amenities to their guests. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with ***y food choices including a number of made to order stations. The hotels location is within walking distance to the Law Gardens and other local attractions which is a bonus. The vicinity is however full of cheap shops for clothing and is a short tuktuk ride away from the main city and night markets. The hotel features a classic lift which can be scary to some, but it does the job so no complaints with it. The rooms are very basic and the bathroom door is made of a material that is slightly see through, this can be an issue if you are sharing the room with a friend. Didn't eat here but the hotel did have a food menu.

This hotel (if you can call it that) is your worst nightmare. Pictures speak louder than words. You can see for yourself. I booked the hotel through Goibibo which says this hotel belongs to the golden tulip chain of hotels; but I seriously doubt it. This place needs serious overhauling. The walls, ceilings, skirtings, biddings, furniture are all worn out. The room had a seepage smell and algae on the wall of the bathing area. I asked the manager to put me into the best room they had. They called it a suite because it has more space and a lounge chair; but it was worse than the room I was put in. The rooms don’t have any of the toilettes except bath gel and soap. The towels have rust and stains all over them. Even the breakfast is horrible. Vijay Sharma, Manager is a soft spoken decent person; but I felt that either his concerns are not being taken seriously by the management; and even he is tired of it. My advice: please don’t be fooled by the golden tulip stamp. Spend another thousand and have a blissful stay at Binori hotel just across the road.

Vishal Suthar pick up the call i trying to tell him the problem happen with my guest but it's very shocking he started doing misbehave with me also he doing unnecessary arguments also he's abusing i ask him who are you he introduced his self as a owner of the property he said I'm the owner of hotel I'm traveling around the world in domestic all over India also i never get that kind of rude and horrible experience 3 times i talk with that person but he's doing same behaviour continue finally i keep quiet myself i was wake up whole night with Full upseted mind there's my guest was uncomfortable i never ever recommend this property to anyone also i request to mangement keep some polite staff there in future another guests will be safe from terror of Vishal Suthar.....

The staff here were totally brilliant. The restaurant was kept open late one night because the cricket had finished late. We had an issue with a driver who did not turn up for us, the hotel sorted it and we ended up with a cheaper option. We were on a journey from Jamshedpur to Udaipur for a trip to Rajasthan. On the way, we needed a place to stay at Ahmedabad; our train to Udaipur was on the next day from Asarva Jn. So, looking at the rating and reviews, I selected this hotel. The overall experience was not bad. The room was extremely small, although all the required amenities were there. However, for a middle aged couple, with substantial amount of luggage, this room was not just appropriate. Hotel staff were good and responsive – room service was prompt, food was tasty. Due to its prominent location, we did not have any trouble getting a cab to reach the station at 5:30 in the morning. Anyway, it was a matter of just one night, so we managed. But the price that I had to pay without breakfast/meal does not make it a value for money option.
