Location: Really convenient! Come out of Komatsu JR station-turn left-see a small bus stop circle-walk along the road and see which coffee shop is next door. This transportation circle has buses to the airport, Nagu Temple, and indoor sightseeing buses; the airport bus takes about 10 minutes to the airport and costs 280 yen. Facilities: Novelty! The front desk is very small, basically only 1-2 people are on duty, can store luggage, there are three similar ATM machines to check in and check out by themselves, scan the ID card-check the room card-print the room number note, it is done! Of course the front desk staff are very helpful. Room: Good hygiene, large room space, double-single type single bed, basic facilities, and the view can see most of Komatsu City.

Won't live again! There were not many guests who stayed there for some reason. It was the first time in Japan that it was noisy in the middle of the night and early in the morning. The room cannot open the window and there is dust, and the hair dryer is from the last century. In short, if the price is not high, don't live here if you have a choice.

It was about 10 minutes by taxi from Komatsu Airport. There are 2 convenience stores within a 5-minute walk. I didn't find many places to eat. We had a limited set of 10 meals but it was very delicious. I used the hot spring public bath but it was very pleasant. The room was both spacious and comfortable.

Quaint hotel with very good service. Several older grannies in kimono are very kind and kind. We arrived early, and before the time to check in, the grandmother led us to a tatami platform with a view of the courtyard at the entrance, and served us dim sum and Japanese matcha🍵. It's really refreshing. There is a touching episode. Because we brought children, we brought a folding stroller when we went out. I didn't know what was going on, and I forgot the car in the waiting room of JR Kurizu Station. And the problem is that none of us had the idea that when the car was lost, we hit the wizard. After everyone went to the hot spring and came back, the front desk called and asked if we forgot the baby car. This is when we pat our heads and remember that the car is not pulled. It turned out that the staff at the station found the car, and then learned that we were living in the Master through the taxi that carried us, contacted the Master, and then the staff of the Master drove to the station to help us transport the car back, and delivered it to us. room. We are really touched. An old store with a history of 1300 years, warm and thoughtful service, unforgettable! And, the Master’s banquet is great! Go to the mage must experience it.

This ryokan is very appealing for families with small children, as they have many children-orientated amenities and activities. Quaint ryokan with trendy vibe! AMENITIES The AWESOME facilities include childrens play area, jungle gym, video games arcade, Nintendo console, computer games, table tennis, comic book library area and vending machine area. SERVICE At the entrance, the hotel even has snow boots for kids to use, strollers and warm vests if walking outside or to the sister hotel across the road down the alley. They go the extra miles for” little people”. HOTEL Onsite there is also a GIFT shop, vending machine areas with massage chairs and a yakuta closet with samples sizes available. Massage service and karaoke available for extra charge. Area seems relatively quiet. ROOMS We enjoyed a spacious family tatami suite. I was surprised that although they are a kid-friendly institution, they lacked sizes 130-140cm size yukata, so that the yukata for my kids were either too big or too small. The double sinks were fantastic and there was a separate tea room and verandah to enjoy the views. ONSEN The outdoor rocky onsen is Jacuzzi-sized and located in the sister hotel about 50m walk away on the first floor. Do remember to bring a towel. The indoor onsen has a child-friendly design with an elevated wooden platform ankle-high depth for young children. Comfortable public baths, rooms and convenient facilities. DINING The dining hall has both western and Japanese (on floor) type seating arrangements. They even have tray strollers for kids and multi-tray strollers so one does not have to make multiple trips to the buffet counter. Food was a good spread and the seafood fresh and delicious. SUMMARY Good value for money! Fantastic ryokan for families with young children!

I will continue to choose this hotel next time. The location is superior and the service is serious. There is a drug store and a convenience store downstairs. The subway is 5 minutes away. Recommend everyone to consider staying in Tokyo. If the family of three is not recommended to book a double bed, the two beds in the twin room may not be comfortable. Directly from the Narita Airport Keisei Line Pay attention to the front terminal sign, not every train can be reached.

Shinjuku
Size of the room type: Considering the price point, it can be considered in Shinjuku area. After all, you can't expect a large area of 20-30 square meters for a few hundred blocks. By the way, if the luggage is too large, it may not be easy to expand. Transportation: It is close to the subway station Shinjuku Sanchome, but it is not particularly close. You need to walk a long way. There are various undocumented inside houses. Unfortunately, foreigners dare not look into it. It seems that there is no other comment on living at high levels at night It ’s so noisy, and the sound insulation of the room has not been actually tested, anyway, it is quite satisfactory From the perspective of personal travel, overall is pretty good

The hotel location is very good, the traffic is very convenient, two subway stations are just outside the door, there are a lot of eating and shopping in the next two or three business districts, there is a shopping mall diagonally opposite, there is a Chinese restaurant on the ground floor, the cost is very high, the taste is also very good . The breakfast in the hotel itself is very good. There are three places to eat. The western breakfast on the top floor is the best, followed by the western food on the Lobby floor. The Japanese breakfast on the Lobby floor is exquisite but not full. The room is clean and hygienic. The area for two adults with one child is large enough. The bed is wide enough. The large bed is 2 meters wide. The garden inside the hotel is very beautiful, the garden is a standard Japanese garden, and there is an artificial waterfall. Generally speaking, it is very suitable for parent-child travel!

I stayed for consecutive nights because of the corona vaccination being carried out at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. It has been used several times It is a beautiful hotel with no complaints. Cleaning is also perfect. This time the outside scenery was not good in the room, but it was good because I could relax in the room slowly. You can stay cheaply and get rid of the tiredness of work, which is really helpful. I look forward to working with you next month.

The location of the hotel is about five or six minutes walk from the south exit of Shinjuku Station. The view on the high floors is good. Nishi-Shinjuku buildings are unobstructed. Many places have been amazed by just staying in this hotel for two days. Needless to say, the hygiene of most hotels in Japan is very good. The charm of this hotel is that the service is really good, whether it is the staff at the service counter or the reception staff at the door, they treat any guest with a smile on their faces and politely. I remember when I checked in, the young lady who received me talked and laughed with me with a smile on her face. The service was superb. And there is also a service to deliver food to the room, especially during the epidemic, it is very convenient without having to go out to eat. The cost of meals is a bit expensive, and the taste depends on personal preference. It looks more delicate. I have ordered some meals, they taste great and they taste very satisfying.

Cleanliness Top class with no holes. However, I didn't know the location and the extension number of the front desk for air conditioning during the night, so when I called with my cell phone, the cleaner mistakenly said that I was checking out or I couldn't call the front desk from the room. The staff, who were as ignorant as I thought, responded. Elevators are also not recommended as we do not know the entrance to the elevators to the lower and upper floors at all.

Environment, service, and sanitation are first-rate. I do n’t have to say the location. I really like the design of the room. It ’s the Japanese style I chose for breakfast. I did n’t have enough to eat. I used a bowl of porridge until afternoon tea. I had to make a reservation by the window in advance. Replaced with a jewelry box. One of the small improvements is that we can't check in at less than three o'clock when we check in. We recommend to go out and go around. In the winter, we wait outside at three o'clock as a first-class hotel and we have not arranged a warm and comfortable waiting area. The bed looks uneven from the surface. Uneven

The room is arranged on the 18th floor, facing the Tokyo Tower. It’s so happy 🥳...The breakfast is on the 33rd floor. It is not luxurious and exquisite. Facing the tower view, I feel comfortable and have a great appetite! There are Tokyo Tower, parks, gardens, and Zojoji Temple, the tomb of General Tokugawa’s family, so adults and children can stroll around. I don't know how to evaluate this hotel. The good places are very good, and the strange places are also very strange ... The hotel is in a good location, very close to Ginza, the front desk service is very good, and one day breakfast voucher is also presented. There are four restaurants for breakfast, American, French, Japanese and cafeteria, with slightly different opening hours. We went to the cafeteria on the 17th floor. The dishes were very rich. The ending time was a little early, and it ended at 9:30. The room is slightly small and the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry. Facilities are average, and health is good. The overall service is very good, but also encountered a small episode, knocking on the door to clean in the morning, before we go out, we said to clean an hour later. But after a while someone rang the doorbell, and it took only a few seconds. I didn't respond. A guy swiped in directly, took two bottles of water, and stayed in so many hotels. At least make sure that no one in the room swipes in again! I didn't apologize for seeing us in the room! I thought I gave two bottles of water before we went out, so I took the water out. I didn't expect to come back at night and found that there was no more water for cleaning. I did n’t understand this operation ... and we ate the instant noodle bowl Because of the soup in it, it was not thrown into the trash can, placed on the table, and was not cleaned up. Called to ask the reason, and explained that we thought we would eat again, but there was only a bite of soup in the instant noodle bowl. At first glance, it was garbage. Who would eat it? So I want to know where to throw the bowl next time if I eat instant noodles? Or does the hotel's regulations only take away in the trash? Due to the above problems, especially if someone in the room swipes the card directly to enter the door, it affects the check-in experience. Overall pretty good ~

It was the most wonderful hotel stay experience. The hotel was booked by me temporarily. If I had to add an extra bed, I immediately agreed and asked about the arrival time. The hotel is directly opposite Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. The scenery is unobstructed, and it is worth a day to sit on the sofa. The waiter in the lobby bar is very enthusiastic, but unfortunately the window is full, otherwise the wine and wine are invincible. Since I had to catch the early flight to return home, I went to the front desk and asked if I could cancel the breakfast. I didn't think that the young lady at the front desk could let us eat directly in the room after communication. Just inform the package type in advance and there is no extra charge. This service is simply intimate. Room service is available twice in this hotel and once in the evening around 8:30. The only downside is the semi-buffet breakfast in the hotel, not many choices

This year it became a global pandemic and had an impact on my work, so I booked a luxury hotel as a reward for myself. The view of the restaurant and bar was as nice as a movie. He always took care of me when I had a meal, and gave me explanations and conversations. Even at the buffet breakfast alone, they communicated until the end of the day, such as "How was it? Did you have anything missing?" Thank you for a pleasant time. I also learned a lot as an edge of the service industry. I also wanted to stay.

Haneda Airport/Kamata
The hotel's location is very convenient, just on the departure floor of the International Departure Terminal of Haneda Airport. After reading other reviews, some said it was at counter L and some said it was at counter J. Go directly to the N check-in counter (the innermost one) on the departure floor, and then at the end of the counter is the hotel entrance. See Figures 1, 2, and 3. The front desk of the hotel is on this floor, then take the elevator to the floor where the room is located. The hotel is much larger than I expected. The 2nd to 7th floors of this terminal are all hotel rooms. The room is not big, but it is not too small. Because the child is not charged, there are only 2 beds that are put together. Slippers and pillows are for two people, you can go to the front desk and ask for another. Although the rooms are small, they are fully equipped and have bathtubs. The hotel's breakfast is said to be good, but it doesn't open until 6 o'clock. On our 8 o'clock flight, we didn't order breakfast. The restaurant also serves dinner. There are many other restaurants in the terminal, as well as fast food like Yoshinoya. If you have nothing to do, you can go to the observation deck to watch the plane take off and land. The walls and windows of the room were well soundproofed, and the sound of the plane taking off and landing was completely audible, but the soundproofing of the door was poor, and the sound of the corridor was clear. Overall, it is very suitable for people who fly early.

The location is very good and the shopping is very convenient. The transportation is convenient. The subway is on the right hand side when you go out. Both Narita and Haneda airports are very convenient. I read someone's introduction. The airport booked a shuttle bus to and from Limousine. The ticket office was on the way out. Below the photo, 4500 round-trips. The return trip needs to be confirmed. The return journey is at the Courtyard Marriott. 6 minutes. So there is no chance to experience the train and it should be very convenient. The only drawback of buses is that there are some traffic jams during peak hours. The subway / train may be faster with less luggage. The rooms are satisfactory, not small, clean, the staff is very friendly, and breakfast is ok. The disadvantage is that breakfast is the same for two days, it is estimated that staying a few more days will be blocked; there are more than 10 channels on TV, and none of them can be seen.

The hotel has a parking lot with a paid 6000 yen a day. There is no limit on the number of entrances and exits. You can drive directly to the entrance of the first floor of the hotel. There is a valet parking service. The time is 24 hours after the time you first stopped. Hours, if it is slightly more than it is necessary to add fees, it is quite expensive, please pay attention. The hotel is located in the mid-town of Roppongi, the high-end CBD is bustling, and there are many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is directly connected to the mall, so I basically don't eat the hotel's breakfast in Japan, because there are too many choices outside. This time I live on the 48th floor, the view is superb, and I can take a bird's eye view of Tokyo. After getting up in the morning, I went to the gym on the 46th floor. The gym provided towels, bananas and bottled water, and the equipment was also relatively high-end. Looking at the view from the window, the feeling of exercise is great. Hotel room facilities may look older than the newly opened five-star hotel in the country, but after all, it is the Ritz, not going to be bad. If breakfast isn't a buffet, I think it would be strange if you didn't mention it somewhere. No matter where you look in the hotel, there is no mention that it has changed from the buffet breakfast. There is no guidance at check-in, and there is no description on the reservation site. The result was that I could understand it for the first time when I saw it on the day. I have stayed at quite a few hotels so far, but the location, facilities and services have made me the most satisfying stay. It may be because it is a corona, but it has a good balance with the price, and the employees are very polite, and they can trust and entrust various things.
