It was my first use. The hotel was right here if I was looking for a neighborhood with a house tenbos and biopark schedule on a children's graduation trip. I was excited to try to be here at a glance with a fashionable appearance on the net. I was satisfied with all the impressions! If you say only one thing, it was difficult to confirm the reservation of table tennis stadium and karaoke, so I thought that I would put a more easy to understand in the lobby for the first time. The others are really as expected! The bath is comfortable (I enjoyed shampoo Viking), and the Viking is rich and delicious! The staff also had a pleasant customer service! Although the building is aging and deteriorating, the room is clean and the room is just a good size ☆ I will use it again! Thanks to the staff, I had a fun time. Thank you!

We stayed at Forest Villa for 2 nights. Because it is an official hotel in house tenbos, I was given a lot of carefree service and I was satisfied! When you buy a pass on the first day, the pass after the next day comes for free, carry the souvenir bought in the park to the hotel, and book a bicycle in advance. The location is very good, and there is a room near the pool in the forest, so I can swim in the pool from the morning and go back to the room and change clothes, play in the flat park, play ... I think it is a hotel that can be used to live really like ... We were. Because it was not a plan with breakfast, the first day was the breakfast of Forest Villa, the second day was the hotel nearby to the breakfast of Europe. The Watermark Hotel is one of five official hotels in the Huis Ten Bosch Park in Kyushu. It is located toward the far end of the park, but faces the waterfront, so the view is quite beautiful. The hotel is not too new, but overall maintenance is good. If you drive, the parking lot is near the amusement park entrance, and you will will need to take the shuttle bus to get to the hotel as it is quite far to walk with luggage. However, there is a complimentary luggage delivery service right by the shuttle bus stop. You can just leave for luggage at the concierge and they will bring it to the hotel for you( May take a couple of hours as they said. ) this way, you can go into the park immediately. There is also free tickets to go to the onsen but also need to take the shirt bus for 5 minutes to get there. Breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose from- both western and Japanese food are available. Overall this is very decent hotel for the price.

Like Holland, especially the night view, the hotel is like Europe. The elevator hall is beautiful. The room was shifted in the long 〜 corridor, the room was high ceiling, wide 々, four person room force, but there were four big beds, red cute sofa, and you can see the canal with light decoration from the window. Breakfast is a luxurious Viking, gloves and each take, and Mr. Cook will bake ham. However, it was four stars. There was also a hot spring ticket in the garden. If you are closed at 22 o'clock, you don't need an entrance fee, and if you call from the luggage storage, you will be able to get a pick-up and drop-off car from the hotel immediately. I stayed at this hotel for the first time this time. I checked in at the dinosaur front desk. It took a little trouble, but checked in safely. I used this hotel for my first trip to Huis Ten Bosch. The point I chose was that there was a large hot spring bath in the hotel. After returning tired from sightseeing at night, it was very helpful to take a hot spring in the hotel. The hot water was just right and the fatigue was healed. The rooms were upgraded on the day and the balcony overlooked Huis Ten Bosch and was the best. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was spacious for a family of 6 w There was no guide when entering the room, so I was confused at first, but they responded quickly to my contact and were polite and easy to understand. It was new and fresh to check in and out with a tablet. It's reasonable, so I think it's suitable for consecutive nights. If I go next time, I will try to stay here. It has a kitchen, so I was happy that I was able to keep my budget down without having to eat out for dinner and breakfast. Also, it is recommended to bring small children, so it would be nice to have children's dishes, washrooms, and toilets with stepping stools. All of them were for adults, so that was the only thing that bothered me, but I was very satisfied!

It was a 5,000 yen discount state because it was a stay using a coupon in Nagasaki Prefecture. The room was clean in the new building. There was a laundry in 1F. The good: + Spacious clean room with amazing view of the ocean and the 99 islands + Very nice breakfast (Ismir) and dinner ( 4/F Jp restaurant) all with excellent sea view which you don't normally get at a Jap hotel. + Nice onsen. + 5 mins away from the park at the peak. It's a look-out worth visiting. = I drove and enjoyed the ride up/down the slope to hotel as the traffic was not busy. However, do watch out if there is fog during certain time of the year. The not so good: - as mentioned by some other visitors that the bed/ pillows should be upgraded. - thanks to the reception lady who gave me a hand with my luggage unloads from car when I arrived. However, when I departed, was surprised that the lobby gentleman just stood at the front door and didn't bother to help. Overall, will use this hotel again in future.

Room rate was cheap but our Japanese style room was very basic. The road to get into the carpark was narrow and hard to navigate, and you had to leave your car key with them everytime you go back to your room- even if you go up for 2 minutes to get something you forgot. Reception staff were not very friendly. Bathroom was small (even for japanese standards) and the ventilation fan was extremely noisy. Yet, the room was stuffy and hot and we went during winter. Ok if you just need a place to sleep as the room and hotel itself is still clean and has basic amenities but dont have much expectations.

Great location, wonderful staff, best breakfast I had my entire time in Japan. This hotel was perfect for having to work on base. It is a 20 minute walk and a $12 cab ride. The staff only speaks some English, but the conversations we did have we were able to communicate mostly because they were so kind and willing to understand me. It is a small Japanese hotel, but the room was the perfect size for a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel to Navy travelers as well as regular travelers alike!

Very new apartment and everything is self serve. There is no reception but they will give you all the password to get into the apartment and your room after you booked the room. There is only 3 rooms in the whole apartment and 3 parking slot. However, 1 of the parking slot could only fit a small car. There is also a washing machine and kitchen in the room and clothes can be dried in the shower room. We drove to the closest Aeon (about 7mins drive) and bought the food to cook in the apartment. Highly recommended to stay.

There was also a Huis Ten Bosch hot spring bathing ticket, and it was good to be able to take a bath before it was crowded. Breakfast is crowded and ２ with banquet hall. I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks during my business trip last August. The hotel is very good as it is very close to the American store in Mariner Town. I found a halal restaurant across the road. It is a restaurant for Indian/Pakistani food. This hotel is a typical Japanese hotel with rooms almost half the size of European hotel rooms. The internet speed is slow and there is only one restaurant in the hotel that only serves Japanese cuisine and there is no replaceable halal food. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient, but their English communication skills were only basic based on my many experiences in Japan. In short, I had a good stay here and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Sasebo and has a limited budget.

I have used a lot from business hotels to city hotels for work and sightseeing, but it was the top class customer service. I forgot the name, but the female employee who came to the front desk was very caring anyway. Such a pleasant customer service is Ku 々. It was cold and I was happy to respond when I asked for a blanket. The response of the male employee at check-out was very normal, so I think the hospitality of the female employee was outstanding and wonderful. The bathroom was large and we prepared a room where you can smoke properly. We also made requests. Perhaps there are many foreign guests, the female employees at the front desk pronounced natively and spoke English. This is a hotel where foreign tourists can stay with peace of mind. I rarely give 5 stars by word of mouth, but this time I will give it a 5 star rating. It is one of the hotels I want to repeat.

The room was small but would work for a short-term trip. I was there for a month so it was a bit tight. Pillows were filled with plastic capsules and not all that comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The fridge was so so tiny. The bathroom was also small but the service was super excellent. Unless you pay for the extra service there is no breakfast included, I don't believe you can even pay there for a meal if you don't have the coupons. The beds were alright, and nothing really notable. I liked that there was laundry available, not expensive for a load. No microwaves in the room but there is a microwave in the laundry that works just fine. Very close to the train station and any food you may need to get. It is about a 30min walk to the front of the Main Base—taxi stalls right across the street from the hotel. The hotel desk did call us at like 20:00 to come to pay a bill since we were staying for so long but I wish they would have called earlier in the day to sort it out since we were already in bed for the night.
