The property is a group of well restored apartments. Our unit was a double containing a very comfortable double bed, small table and two chairs. There was more than ample hanging and shelf space, and even space to store two 60 cm suite cases behind the table. The facilities for self catering were great, top of the line microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, even a small dish washer. Only problem was no instruction books in English. Google saved the day. There was a large bath room with walk in shower. For self catering there is a well stocked small supermarket close by as well as a good variety of eateries. Staff are always helpful and friendly. We will certainly stay there again if in Paris.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business. My company booked it for me, and actually apologized to me later. Pluses 1. Fast, free wifi 2. Good location in the 17e near shops and restaurants 3. Front desk staff is very kind Minuses 1. Breakfast is not included, and definitely not worth the fee (just bread, croissant, jam, butter, coffee, carton orange juice) 2. Not very well kept or clean. I took an extra blanket from the shelf, and a huge beetle crawled out of it. Ugh. My door had a weird hole drilled into it that acted like a PEEPHOLE, which a previous occupant had covered with packing tape for privacy! 3. Ripped, stained carpeting and moldy shower curtain 4. No lift, if that matters to you 5. The hall lights up the spiral stairs don't work. The hallway lights on the floors don't work. As a woman traveling alone, and as someone who did not want to plummet down 3 flights of stairs in the dark, I felt very unsafe. 6. There is an older man, I am guessing the owner, who lives in the room where breakfast is served. He is very, VERY loud, and treats the breakfast room and lobby as his personal living room. It's very off-putting. He was talking to the front desk staff in a tone so loud that I thought they were fighting. I felt very sorry for the front desk staff, who were very nice. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It felt unclean and unsafe.

During the Covid-19 outbreak, my fiancé and I got transferred to this hotel from their “sister hotel” Hotel Romance a few blocks away. Hotel Glasgow was understanding in this hard time of trying to find our way back to the US. They helped us find a place to stay when they were instructed to shut down due to the virus. Breakfast was yummy and the room was quaint and very clean.

We purchased a Travelzoo Voucher that included 4 nights and breakfast at Hotel Romance. We loved our time there. It's a European Hotel so do not expect large American sized rooms. Our bed was two twins pushed together (also very common), we didn't even notice while sleeping and dare I say prefrred having our "own" space. . The bathroom/shower was a good size! The location, while seemingly out of the way, looking just at a map, is actually really great. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe, to Monmartre and took the Malesherbes Metro which was located a short walk away, just about everywhere. The Staff is really lovely, they have 24 hour desk service which is good because you leave your key with them when you go out. Much preferred as it was one less thing to carry. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and the dining area was adorable. We've already booked our next stay back next March.

firstly the good things about this hotel is that it is a very nice area of the city. The rooms are more or less nice although a little small but we knew to expect this in Paris. The Bed however was very very comfortable especially the pillows. It liked the quirky designs in the corridors and room. The downsides were having our room key taken away from us every time we left the hotel for the day . whilst we understood that this was a precaution this kind of mistrust and automatic disciplinary attitude towards guest's puzzled us and did not make for an completely welcoming atmosphere. Whilst the reception and cleaning staff were friendly , I think there could just be a couple of small changes made that would make the whole experience seem a bit more generous and relaxed . small things like free use of umbrella in the lobby without instantly demanding a deposit for it , a free drink for the guest when they arrive perhaps? even if its just water with some lemon ( thats cheap to provide but feels welcoming ) nothing fancy . I would have loved to have much bigger and softer towels in the bathrooms rather then those small scrappy ones that you cant even wrap around you , and a conditioner as well as shampoo would have been nice . Finally maybe something hot to eat at breakfast time ( maybye eggs?) . The one final point is that , unfortunately there was a fire alarm during our stay which was a mistake and could not be helped however , when we came down the fire exit stairway we had to go through what seemed to be a storage room which really wasn't clear especially in the dark and in our confused state it would have been quite dangerous had there been a real fire .

Can highly recommend this small, cosy, clean and very friendly hotel. It is nice and homely decorated and the personell was very helpful. We enjoyed the area a lot; not very crowded but close to nice restaurants and shops. Easy to take the metro or bus. Slept very well in the beds and in the quite neighberhood. Will for sure book same hotel if visiting Paris again.

Tiny hotel, felt the website oversold the place and personally would have chosen a different place. Lift is tiny and unpredictable to take it if you dare. With the General Strike the location was a nightmare lots of walking, otherwise a good location, if you can use the metro. Rooms tiny and you can hear your neighbours as if they are in the same room more like a student residence, living on top of each other. You can hear everything (Even a warning in the lift about the sounds your produce) Was cold without double glazing and cushions on the bed left brown fluff everywhere. Shower was hot then cold the scolding No free tea or coffee in the room either. TV all in French apart from BBC News, which isn't such an important point but if you like to wind down at the end of the day forget it. Staff brilliant english speaking and helpful. Breakfast ok but unless your up early you will miss out. Not a place I would associciate with the Best Western Brand and a lot better value for money available if you shop around.

The hotel was lovely 4 star. They upgraded our room as my boyfriend requested romantic stay our first trip to France. The staff are amazing especially the girls they are so helpful, welcoming we got there advice on local site and our visit to Disneyland. We also had breakfast one morning it was good lots of choice. There is bar in middle of hotel which is cute and outside area with large sofas for those who smoke. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning trip to Paris. Thank you.

When I booked this hotel, I was slightly apprehensive due to a number of negative reviews on this website. However, I now wonder about how this place could have given such a negative impression to other travellers, as I couldn’t have asked for more from the staff and the room. I arrived particularly early (around 10:30 in the morning) and was expecting to just leave my bag and return later to check in. Without any fuss or needing to request, the very friendly receptionist told me that he could arrange for me to stay in a room that was already ready, meaning I enjoyed an early check in and a quick late-morning nap before exploring Paris. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. It was a charming, somewhat old fashioned style, but was perfectly clean and taste fully decorated. It also had modern amenities such as a Smart TV. Considering the price I paid, I thought this was excellent value for money. I encountered a few different members of staff throughout my stay, all of whom were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, I would certainly stay here again if I return to Paris.

1. The location is very good. The Arc de Triomphe is a transportation hub. This is one of the many divergent roads of the Arc de Triomphe. It is very convenient to walk to the Arc de Triomphe and take the subway. 2. The hotel is clean and the window is a typical French street. I feel that the thick French night rain street view 3 has good fireworks around it. Compared to living on the Chancellor Avenue, it is more convenient. There are many fruit shops, supermarkets, Chinese-style Japanese restaurants nearby, and one Very good bakery, easy to buy fruit and breakfast, the hotel on Chancellor Avenue is convenient to buy luxury goods, but there is no convenience for eating here 4 nearby are all similar hotels, all are similar, you can choose the right one according to your economy Yes, cheap and comfortable

The service attitude of the mansion is really super good! ! ! The house we originally booked did not include breakfast, but the sister gave me a free breakfast for one day. From now on, I booked breakfast every day to eat hhh croissants and pies, which won the praise of my friends and friends. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very convenient. In addition, it is very important to emphasize that the small garden in the mansion is really warm. We can sit. Chatting in the small garden, although the daylight in Paris is hot to doubt the life, but the cool breeze at night is particularly comfortable~ Don't say anything, such a comfortable accommodation experience. I will definitely not choose this hotel next time in Paris~~ In addition, the service attitude of the young lady of the Chinese is really awesome for the five stars.

Very recommended hotel, although the location is not in the central location, but there are subway stations within a few minutes walk, Paris is small, there are many subway stations, extending in all directions, the two stations are not far apart, a few minutes walk in Xiang Street . The hotel was decorated in a small style and the room was very comfortable. We set a double room, two big two small stays, a free bed, three small beds enough for us to live. The younger brother at the front desk is very nice and polite. The breakfast is very rich, all kinds of small bread are very delicious, summed up, is the best breakfast in the line for ten days.

Overall good, safe, very close to various attractions, safe, better than domestic quick! The overall feeling is good! Breakfast is western style, we set a family room for three people at regular intervals, the other bed is simple and pretty good! Parking in Paris is not easy to suggest green travel, you can just walk around to various attractions!

I used to go to the outlet the day before going to Disneyland ^ ^ The room was large and comfortable, 1.2 minutes walk from the station in front of the shopping mall. It seems to be convenient because there is also a train station and a shuttle bus to Disneyland.
