Because of the self-driving, while walking, the hotel was booked the same evening. The choice is to have free parking first, followed by a kitchen. Here is a three-story apartment building. There are many rooms that are permanent residents. The rooms are quite large. The indoor scene is better than the pictures. Our family of four booked a one-bedroom, one-bedroom house with a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed and sofa bed in the living room. This room type can be seen at Ctrip. You can see two prices. The three-person occupancy and the two-person occupancy are probably more than 100 RMB. One of our children is three years old and seven years old. The three people booked AUD 124 yuan. After that, they stayed at the front desk for two days. They only paid AUD99 yuan a day. They should be charged at the same price as the two people in Ctrip. So, I feel that the price is quite high. Therefore, parents who have similar situations can book the price that is cheaper. The coin-operated laundry room is located on the first floor near the pool. The Australian uncle who is on duty at night also personally took me to introduce how to use the coin. During the day, I was a middle-aged man and a woman. They were locals. I didn't see the Chinese boss in the comments, but they were very enthusiastic and patient, especially the uncle who was worthy of the evening shift. People were very kind and especially liked him!

Stayed at the Aqualine Apartments on Marine Parade this weekend. The apartment was very clean, very modern and the location was fabulous. I walked easily with 2 kids to Southport to catch the G Link into Cavill Avenue. The basement parking was easy and secure. No loud noise/ no road noise (like you get in Surfers Paradise), an easy 5 min drive to Harbour Town, very accessible to main road. We enjoyed the spa, we didn't use the pool, as the weather was much cooler than we anticipated, but it looked clean and prestine. Would we return, ABSOLUTELY!! Beautiful apartment, so happy to have stayed. Easy check in, great communication and highly recommended. Thanks or making our stay relaxing, enable and easy. Until next time...

Surprise visit to Qld without booked accommodation. Found this place on Booking. Com, The receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was old but fantastic. We were surprised at the size and cleanliness of it. Under COVID I’ve taken to cleaning and wiping down with disinfectant wipes but this place was clean. No black marks found. Quite even though it’s on the main road. Close to China town we walked. Lots of choices for food. We’d recommend and stay here again.

It is an apartment, the space is very large, two bathrooms, you can take a bath, there is a swimming pool downstairs, the location is good, there is a supermarket downstairs, you can buy food for yourself! No breakfast! The opposite is the beach!

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment with ocean views. Apartment was clean and well furnished. The views from the balcony was very nice, could spot a nice sunrise from it. Fridge smelled funky when we checked it but was promptly attended to when we called. There are restaurants and supermarket just below the apartment, very convenient. Will stay here again.

Wonderful bouji hotel with wonderful staff, but a bit tired with a lot of repairs needed. Breakfast was incredible and poolside lunch great value. Room was tired but beds comfy and great view. Indoor pool and sauna advertised has been closed for two years! And the outdoor pool is unheated due to a faulty pool heater again no plan to fix , it is easy to see why Versace is terminating the contract and removing branding . The outdoor pool with sand beach is a nice touch for families with kids Top tip visit the peters fish bar next door for a fab fresh fish and chip dinner , Shopping centre beside is also nice,

Facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool, bath towels, and a bar. There were 3 mosquitoes killed in the room on the first night. There was free unlimited drinking water and sparkling water. You had to bring your own bottle to the corridor to pick it up. The room was old, for example, the bathtub had a lot of bumps, and some water leaked in the public stairwell on the top floor on rainy days. Environment: There is a nice beach outside the yard, suitable for children, and it is guarded by lifeguards during the day. There is a small shopping mall across the street, directly accessible from the overpass. The hotel across the street does not have a beach. The parking lot is directly accessible by an elevator underground. The outer rooms facing the street are a bit noisy. There are many people who have self-organized breakfasts during weekends. Service: Since the elevator is far away, it is very convenient for the doorman to carry luggage to the room. The front desk service is quite good and the room service is relatively fast. The room lacks shampoo and it is delivered within 10 minutes.

Unless you have photos of the ACTUAL apartment you are booking DO NOT book here. Whilst securing a rental property during an interstate move, we booked a two bed/bath apartment for two weeks at Bluewaters on Marine Parade in Labrador. We have very quickly learnt that it’s common for holiday apartments on the Gold Coast to be privately owned which means it’s ‘pot luck’ whether the apartment you are allocated is up to scratch. I suspect the Strata use photos from the better maintained apartments. This would explain why the reviews are mixed. Please see the photos attached for examples of the standard of repair and cleanliness we arrived to. I cannot honestly believe that this apartment is being leased in its current state. The fridge, oven, aircon and pedestal fan are WAY past their sell by date. There was a single aircon unit in the main living area (with a not so pleasant noise when operating). There are no ceiling fans at all and no extractor fans or windows in the bathrooms. One of the two pedestal fans supplied was older than me and could not oscillate. The oven is an old, actually ancient, element based unit and not effective for cooking. The fridge is small, missing shelves, rusty, unstable. The kitchen is stocked with a complete hodge podge of items and missing key things like a spatula, serving spoons, ice tray. The broom was disgusting with the added touch of toilet paper used to secure the handle into the broom head. There was no mop/bucket despite 80% of the floor being tiled nor a laundry basket. We requested a bath in the apartment as we have two little ones. There was a bath but no plug to fit. After presenting us with about 5 that didn’t fit, one was purchased for us. There were holes and damage to walls and doors, mould in the window frames and thick layers of dust on light fittings and pedestal fans. I removed the fronts and washed them but I couldn’t do anything about the backs, so options for the bedrooms were dust laden air circulation or none. Did I mention that none of the curtains fitted? So much so that we relocated one curtain from the lounge to the main bedroom so it was dark enough for sleep (lots of light outside the bedroom). On the positives the location is great for kids - several waterfront parks and playgrounds, and the Broadwaters are a short drive. The pool area at Bluewaters is pleasant, reasonably maintained (although some of the furniture has seen better days). They also had a blow up kids slide which was a nice touch. Service was inconsistent and only available if someone was on site. The weekly refresh of linen consisted of us arriving back to a pile of fresh linen and a laundry bag for our dirty items - so they didn’t even change the beds. I am not surprised now that the terms of the rental included no refunds if a stay is terminated early. We would have cancelled after 24hrs otherwise. We’re super disappointed with this accommodation.
