Hotel 24 Seven could be a good property, It is close to highway, city centre and yet nested in a peaceful corner. It's rooms, amenities, restaurants etc. are all fine. What makes it a dumb place is its team of ***agers, who couldn't care less about upkeep and service! We went to Nashik on an unplanned short visit and checked for last minute good accommodation, which is not heavy on pocket. So we located something which was still not operational. However, the guy referred us to their other property by name Hotel 24 Seven and even made a phone call for us. We checked in after seeing a couple of rooms. Shockingly, both pillows had torn covers on them. Even bed sheet was not clean. What happened next reflects how tuned the hotel ***agers and staff are to hospitality! Even after complaining to the front desk, the housekeeping kept bringing newly washed, but torn pillow covers and linen! After some sharp words, the person ***aged to give us decent covers, but not until good 40 minutes of rest time was lost. Similarly, the restaurant has all infrastructure, however, service is pretty slow, though I must say, the staff in the restaurant was sincere, and serving with care and smile! I feel the hotel can do much better with top admin getting rid of its casual approach and being more service oriented.

This is the new kid on the block. First look and you'll be impressed with the no frills appearance. Gives it a complete economy business feel. The rooms are of sufficient size and the bathroom is also well equipped. Wifi doesn't work. Phone signals in room are weak. No one at reception responds to calls at 1130 in the night. Mattress are very uncomfortable. The length of the bed is too small for someone of 6 feet height. The restaurant is pleasantly done. Gives it a retro cafe appeal. With the kind of experience I had the previous night, I had no expectations from breakfast. Surprisingly, the spread is good and service is also good. Overall value for money but they need to improve on the minor details that complete an experience.

It is my 2nd time in this hotel as I liked its location just near highway. Modern rooms are on 3rd floor, I was given upgraded 1st floor executive room which had living room and bed room, ceiling was about to fall in room. AC was working OK as per winter but I think it might be creating issue in summer. One more room was required to change after some time due to power issue in toilet. Breakfast was found very limited variety compared to last visit. Swimming pool was not cleaned so not used although we booked hotel for it. One appreciable point that my blazer was missed in hotel as there was no light in cupboard but after a week, when I called reception Mr. Sagar Kale helped me to get blazer back again as it was kept safely by housekeeping staff.

First and foremost I must apologise to my dear friends who were putting us up as guests for their Daughter's wedding ... I humbly regret having to write this article but in the same breathe feel the ***agement needs an urgent wake up call ! The reception was dull and we were greeted by a groggy middle aged ***ager who had a unison tone for everything! We were asked to wait as our room wasn't ready although it was pass noon! No identity cards were asked ...no signatures taken but just told to check in !! The room key was given to us 308 by a room service lady who wasn't helpful at all ! Infact the moment I entered the room I looked up at the dirty fan and asked her why it wasn't cleaned and promptly came the reply you won't be using it as you have air conditioner at your service !! The tea kettle wasn't washed ( probably because she made the room in a rush !) now where do I start from ... The bed was not clean ... the furniture was chipped at all ends ... the tv was ancient.... the toothpaste seemed like I needed to more hands to squeeze it out ! The walls all around the hotel were chipped and damp ! Wake up call guys ! Am sorry to say that you guys looted my couple friend and gave them a horrible deal ! Please take this as an urgent need to move things in the positive direction or it just going to be a big disgrace to our gracious god Sai Baba

Had a comfortable stay with family. Rooms are decent. Not too good and not too bad. A bit small but ***ageable for 2 people in a room. They do not have valet parking. You are expected to park the vehicle yourself. This could be worked on though it's not a major issue. The best part about this hotel is the food. They have a Moti Mahal Restaurant in the property which serves some great Indian Food.. Definitely worth a visit.

Road to Resort- It's off road from the highway and you will find rough patches while driving (ghoti viatrana road). Resort which around 4-5 years old is extremely quiet and maintained. Good green cover of plants..resort is made to a taste and well built.. Rooms- Well made but you may find damp patches in some rooms (due to monsoon) which they are fixing.. bathroom is ok. Amenities- swimming pool is maintained. They have turf enclosure to play sports (options) cricket, football, basketball, badminton. It's good enough to keep people occupied in resort and enjoyable.. Some guests may occupy for longer period which gets challenging to ask them for space to play. We we're lucky as a group of boys gave up to let my family play cricket.. Food- good spicy food (veg/non-veg).. on an average the lunch and dinner spread will have 1 or 2 veg, 1 non veg, 1 sweet dish, dal, rice, chapati, salad..it is advisable to have all meals in package if planning to stay in resort as it's difficult to find good restaurant nearby.. Breakfast is good..For kids, spicy food maybe an issue.. Staff- They are extremely dedicated, honest, customer friendly who will work hard to make your stay pleasant. I would rate the resort 5/5... Some guests may find insects/flies annoying but please be aware this property is in remote place and it like living deep inside village/forest for a change. So I request to enjoy the experience of staying in a quiet, serene place. Thank you.

We visited Nashik first time and were searching for a good hotel during Dec 2019. One of my local contact suggested The Vern BLVD for our stay. It was a family visit to explore Nashik City. 1) Booking experience was good and all responses were really prompt - Thanks to Mr Nair and Shadab Khan for dealing the initial communication very well. First impression is very important. 2) We did check about this hotel online and tried visualizing it remotely and it created some expectations. Today we can say that it was beyond our expectations - really well ***aged property. 3) When we arrived, check-in experience was smooth. It's positive energy when you enter - can't explain it. 4) Room layout, interior was up to the mark - compared to all other business hotels i have visited across India and abroad. 5) We liked the concept of having multiple facilities under one roof. Coffee Shop, Bar / Pub, well equipped Gym., Swimming pool on 3rd Floor, Steam and Sauna bath facilities, Roof top restaurant ....... 6) Common Cafe with Open balcony was a bonus - customer delight ! 7) We did explore the Gym, Panorama Roof top restaurant, Restaurant on the ground floor and we enjoyed it. 8) All other staff members were warm and helpful. Thanks to all of them. Really have a good team. 9) Surrounding area / vicinity is clean - wide roads - less traffic - good restaurants nearby - places like Sula Vineyard, Trimbakeshwar, Pandav leni, Someshwar Temple, College road are withing reach - good location to explore Nashik City. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'The Vern BLVD' and will refer to our friends. We would like to visit again during our next trip to Nashik.

Went there as a group of 35 people, including 17 kids of age 4 - 12 years. Had a great time because of the plethora of amenities (indoor games, outdoor games, , there to keep people of all ages engaged. Specially enjoyed rowing a raft in a small ***-made pond! The best part was that none of the activities were chargeable, which some resorts tend to do! In addition to the amenities, there were planned activities that revolve around fun and wellness. These were well organized too. The staff also allowed us to use the only TV in the resort to set-up karaoke system and have a jam session. We stayed in their 4-bed villas, which were really good with spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom much bigger than the other 3), large and comfy beds, and decent toilets. Two bedrooms also had a gallery with good seating space. The central courtyard, which is the common area in the villas is however not very big, but beautiful. The food was decent, but could have been a bit more healthier and less spicy. No complaints about the quality though. And we really enjoyed the live-counter of Bajri and Jowar bhakris served with baingan bharta, tomato chutney and thecha in the dinner apart from the yummy bhajis as part of the hi-tea! The resort is not completely ready, and loudspeakers in the neighboring village were blaring irritating wedding songs being sung by the wedding party throughout the day. But these things failed to da**** our spirits cause the rest of the things made up for them ***y times over! The view of the mountains on one side and village on the other was also fetching. Definitely worth going with a group or even as a couple/family. Monsoon would be the best season to go when the inside roads are concreted, but for now November - March would be the best time.
